Currently our energy systems are bing rewired to accommodate the new incoming energies. As we process and integrate these energies imbalances may emerge to be addressed. These imbalances can make us fee ungrounded, disoriented, exhausted and or wired. The symptoms will pass in time as our nervous and energetic systems upgrade.
This is a pivotal time in your healing, growth and evolution. It is an opportunity to ground and centre your soul with the physical realms. Take time to immerse yourself in nature, in the beauty of the forests, the power of the ocean or the magnificence of the mountains. Honour your body and give it the support it needs at this time.
