Take a moment and realize the magnitude of that power. You are a valuable piece of the puzzle that is life and without you it is not quite complete. Become more aware of your connections with each other, with the plants and the animal kingdoms, with the Earth, with the stars and the heavens. Become aware of how your thoughts and actions generate energy that affects the people and the world around you. Act with compassion and use your intuition to guide you. Watch how your actions spread outward to everyone who you encounter and beyond as realize the importance of consciously nurturing your interconnectedness with each other and all that Is.
