The book "Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants in Human Behavior" by David Hawkins reveals some fascinating properties of human consciousness. In it, he created and calibrated an enormously useful map of human consciousness, one which should rightfully be called, 'The Hawkins Scale of Consciousness.'

Hawkins began practicing psychiatry in 1952, and then discovered the power of kinesiology, the science which obtains answers direct from the subconscious mind of a subject through muscle-testing.

The subconscious (or unconscious) mind is one segment of your total range of consciousness. The subconscious mind stores memories and emotional issues. It controls the involuntary nervous system, which manages such systems as breathing, digestion and metabolism. It is also in communication with the universe as a whole. In particular, it is connected to the global, or collective unconscious, mind of humanity.

The subconscious mind is, basically, the ultimate information source, one which is ready to provide information about anything upon demand.

With kinesiology, the subjects' conscious minds are bypassed in order to receive clear answers directly from their subconscious minds. The tests are mechanically very simple. Subjects hold out an arm horizontally to the side while people designated as testers tell the subjects to resist their efforts to push one arm down with each question. If the arm remains strong and stays horizontal, then the answer from the subconscious mind of the subject is affirmative. If the arm yields downwards due to weakness then the answer is negative.

If, for example, you tell a test subject to resist while you tell them, "You have a human body" their arm will stay strong. If you change the statement to, "You are a human body" their arm will go weak as this is an incorrect statement. The reason for this is that we, as spirits, merely inhabit our physical bodies. We are not our bodies, even though the ego tends to see us as who we are in the mirror. The subconscious mind knows that the true answer is, "You have a human body."

John Diamond, M.D., another early researcher in kinesiology, observed cases where the right and left hemispheres of a person's brain were working together. The left hemisphere of the brain is normally used for analytical thinking and verbal activity, while the right hemisphere is used for intuitive and artistic activities as well as spatial orientation.

This explains why it is so hard to drive a car at the same time as carrying on a telephone conversation. In order to pay attention to the road and the activities of other traffic, the driver has to switch from one hemisphere of the brain over to the other side, and then switch back again to continue the conversation.

In the rare cases where both hemispheres were working equally together, Diamond discovered that the person now displayed creativity, which he referred to as humankind's highest functioning.

David Hawkins found kinesiology to be a fascinating avenue into the unknown, and he began accessing what he calls attractor fields in the subconscious. Attractor fields are what Carl Jung called archetypes. They are created by the group efforts of millions of minds in the collective unconscious and hold a fascination for people because of their cumulative size.

Just when his practice became huge, with fifty therapists and other employees working for him, Hawkins abandoned it all for a life of research. Instead of treating one patient at a time, Hawkins wanted to discover how everyone could be helped by the promise and potential of kinesiology.

His research over the years proved conclusively the same thing that the new theoretical physics is beginning to say, that everything in the universe is connected. With kinesiology, he confirmed that whatever question is asked, if there is an answer to that question somewhere in the universe, then that answer will become yours.

He also set up a system of calibrating levels of human consciousness. Assigning the numbers one to infinity as the possible range of consciousness, he soon found that he had to use the logarithm of numbers, rather than just plain numbers. This is because the power of consciousness at higher levels is vast compared to its power at lower levels.

When you use a base-ten logarithmic system, the number 4 is not twice the number 2. Log 4 is 10,000 (one plus four zeros) versus log 2's value of just 100 (one plus two zeros). A consciousness level of 300 is not twice 150, it is 10 to the 300th power; a one with 300 zeros after it.

Furthermore, Hawkins found that the consciousness level of 200 was critical. A global average of 200 or more is necessary to sustain life on this planet without it sinking into eventual self-destruction. Since the mid-1980s, he reports, the global average reading for humanity climbed above the critical 200 level. This, of course, is yet another discovery confirming the existence of today's ongoing shift in consciousness.

Then, he began to wonder how much people of higher consciousness were compensating for people who live below the 200 level. Consider, for example, that 800 million people in the world are hungry, with many of them living near starvation. The consciousness of despair tests at a level of just 50. Even anger and hatred rate higher in frequency than the deep depression experienced by those who live with no appearance of hope.

So here we are, on Planet Earth, a collective humanity swimming hard through life to keep our collective chins above the 200 level, working towards the day when hunger and hopelessness will be eradicated from our world once and for all.

What can you do to help? As you raise your consciousness, you contribute more and more to the spiritual quality of the global mind. Therefore, your greatest service to humanity is, paradoxically, the development of your own consciousness.

How exactly can that help the world? Getting back to modern science and its numbering systems, along with today's liking for summaries that spell out 'the bottom line,' here are the test results.

One individual at a higher level of consciousness counterbalances many, many individuals who are below the critical level of 200. Below the 200 level are the attractor fields of shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger and pride. Right at the critical 200 level comes courage and its ability to empower the self out of the victim-orientation of the lower frequencies.

At 300, a person has risen above many emotions of conflict to achieve some non-judgment and to feel optimism. At 300, one person, within the global mind, counterbalances an incredible total of 90,000 people below the 200 level. Such is the power of higher states of consciousness.

At 400, the individual achieves a harmonious attitude which brings acceptance and forgiveness. Furthermore, they gain an enhanced sense of reason, which brings understanding and meaning to life. This is not a difficult level to achieve. Those who, for example, pursue higher education and the professions function at the 400 level, where one person counterbalances an incredible 400,000 people below the 200 level.

To reach 500, a person needs to be spiritually conscious. At this level, unconditional love and unconditional forgiveness become alive and well in their reality. Here, one person counterbalances 750,000 people who are below the 200 level.

When a person has practiced meditation long and diligently enough to attain bliss consciousness at the 600 level, they are, at that moment, counterbalancing 10 million people below the 200 level.

Do you need a more compelling reason to develop your inner faculties? Just look at the wonderful level of service that each advance in consciousness brings into our world.

And all this is by just being who you are and who you can become, before you even begin to physically help make the world a better place through your support and direct action. This wonderful level of service is the direct effect of your consciousness upon a world which has been starved, for so long, of spiritual thought and spiritual energy.

Unity versus Separation ~ Owen K Waters

Unity versus Separation.

The eternal theme of human history on Earth has been that of good versus evil. We generally define good behavior as that which is unselfish and supportive. Evil, its opposite, is then defined as behavior which is self-serving at the expense of others.

Underlying these opposing definitions is a common principle, that of separation. Long before the time that original consciousness adopted human form, all forms of consciousness knew that they were one, that they were part of an interconnected whole. This is called unity consciousness.

Originally, humans were consciously connected to nature and also to each other, just as animals are today. For example, after the enormous tsunami that hit Indonesia in December 2004, massive numbers of dead humans were found, but no dead wild animals. All of the animals had been aware of the impending disaster and headed for higher ground.

The news media reported that a group of normally-docile elephants tore their retaining stakes from the ground and ran uphill toward safety, trumpeting warnings for others to follow. As soon as the tsunami struck and started to recede, the elephants returned and used their height and strength to rescue children from the flood waters and carry them to higher ground.

At some point in human history, we decided to explore the concept of separation. We wanted, not just physically separate bodies, but a real sense of conscious separation from other people, the universe, and the Divine.

Already, we had separate individual souls, spirit bodies, and physical bodies. We decided to go all the way and be born with no conscious connection to each other. In other words, we would be, for once, truly separate and independent entities while in physical bodies.

Even though we would still be connected to the whole, as all things are, we would not be consciously aware of that connection. Now THAT, we thought, would be an experience!

The fundamental reason for individuality is so that the original Creator can experience itself from an infinite number of viewpoints. How much more realistic, we asked, would it be if the viewpoints were truly independent and creative, with their own attributes of intelligence and freewill?

Since those days, long forgotten in the mists of time, people have been born into a world where separation is their reality. It is also a world where the fear of lack can easily develop. Under adverse conditions, the will to survive becomes a fear for survival. The idea that there are only so many resources available for one's survival creates the will to fight for those resources. The fear of being overpowered in a potentially dangerous environment can lead to the desire to gain power over others in order to feel more secure.

And so, the negative underbelly of separation from source began to develop. As people became more and more separated from each other by the harsh experience of the selfish drives of other people, the darkness deepened. In a world of aloneness, where the next person cannot be trusted, where is one to turn?

Foreseeing these depths of darkness, the Creator has repeatedly sent individuals of great light into this world of humankind, individuals who have shown people the way out of darkness. Western culture is most familiar with the emotionally transformative teachings of Jesus. Other cultures have also been given teachers who bring great light in ways that are best suited to them. Examples of these include the Buddha, Krishna, Confucius, and Lao Tse.

Today, the current chapter of human experience on Earth is drawing to a close. These are the days of The Shift. The frequency of all life on the planet is being raised so that a new chapter of life can begin. The old guard is passing away. The new children being born today resonate to the frequency of the new consciousness. The world is changing, sometimes in hidden and mysterious ways and we are progressing steadily toward the very birth of a New Reality.

The Royal House ~ Return to the Garden 3 ~ Dreama Vance.

Return to the Garden.

Part Three.

The Royal House.

by Dreama Vance.

“I’m never going to juice!” she said.
“Never, never, never!”
Okay, no one is twisting your arm. You don’t have to juice to change your diet. Think of it this way, you can push your car up the hill, or, you can get in, start the engine, and drive up the hill. Driving is a lot easier than pushing. This is what juicing does. It starts the engine and powers your body up the hill. The hill is the change you’re making in your eating habits.
Part Two of Return to the Garden explained the whys of juicing. It is the King. It carries the power. It carries the power both nutritionally and energetically. It’s your choice.
There are still easy ways to add fresh, living foods to your diet. These foods add light and life to your whole being. Living foods from the garden are enlightening and enlivening foods. Of course we want to eat them!
This series of articles is not about medical advice or nutritional advice. This series is about awakening consciousness and what we can do to support this process. What we eat makes a difference. There is much controversy and confusion about diet today. My guiding principle in all of my studies and amidst the confusion has been Nature. What does Nature give us to eat? Fruits, greens, veggies, herbs, nuts and seeds, sprouts. Always, I let Nature guide me in my decision-making process. She is much wiser than most of us!
Before I go on, let’s take a moment to clear up a myth about fruit. I don’t know where it started, but there is an idea that fruit is bad for you. Well, I would not recommend a fried apple pie from a fast food restaurant. But, once again, I look at Nature. What does she tell us about fruit? It is abundant! She gives us abundant fruits throughout the different seasons. This is all I need to know.

However, if you need more confirmation, Dr. Michael Greger of NutritionFacts.org says we should stuff ourselves with fruit. He says, “The two most prominent dietary risks for death and disability in the world are not eating enough fruit and eating too much salt.”
Hmm, I told you Mother Nature knows best. As you start eating more real food from the garden, you naturally eat less processed food. Thus, a lot of that salt and sugar that is hidden in processed “food” goes away, too. This is also how your tastes will naturally evolve and come alive.
By the way, if you have trouble digesting fruit, eat fruit first. It digests quickly. If you are used to eating fruit for dessert, eat dessert first! You know what they say about life being short! Food combining rules are a topic for an entire article, but eating fruits alone or with leafy greens is easier on the digestive process.
So, who is Queen of the Royal House? Smoothies, of course! Why? Because they are so fast, convenient, easy and… delicious! Smoothies got boosted into the limelight when Victoria Boutenko discovered she could get more greens into her diet by blending them with some fruit and water. Thus, green smoothies were born and became a revolution.

Most people find it easy to eat a banana, not so much a head of kale. So when you can combine them and they taste like a banana, but have the nutrient density of kale, you have a winner that just about everyone enjoys.
Remember to rotate the greens, both in smoothies and in juicing. It is important that you do this. Variety is important. Each type of plant offers a different nutrient profile. Also, each individual plant can have slight variations. I often buy the same type of vegetable from different farmers at the market because they are grown in different places, and thus have a slightly different nutritional profile for the body. With variety, you offer the body a smorgasbord of nutritional choices to meet its needs.
Note: Unlike juices that remove most of the fiber, smoothies keep the fiber. This is one of the benefits because we need fiber in our diet. However, you still have to digest this even though most of the chewing has been done for you by the blender blade. Therefore, it is wise to only blend up the same amount of food you would normally be able to chew up and eat. In other words, you’re not going to be able to blend up those 11 carrots and think you can consume them that way instead of juicing. That is a sure way to a tummy ache. So keep that concept in mind when you start blending smoothies.
Most people think about a sweet flavor when they hear the word smoothie, so let’s talk about sweet fruit smoothies.
You can vary the recipes by changing your fruits and greens. I like to keep mine simple, so here is my go-to recipe: fresh or frozen bananas, frozen berries, greens, and water or fresh orange juice. This is my staple recipe and then I can add other fruits as I desire.
I usually use bananas because they are widely available, inexpensive, easy to cut up and freeze to keep on hand, and they give your smoothie a creamy consistency. You can also use mango, peaches or avocado for that creamy consistency. I use frozen organic berries because they are readily available all year. They are usually frozen quickly after they are picked, thus maintaining their powerhouse of antioxidants. If you are new to green smoothies, you could start with spinach or even romaine lettuce for your greens as they are very mild in flavor.
I started drinking green smoothies when I had orange trees in my backyard, so I would quickly hand-squeeze the juice and use it in my smoothies. Yum! It makes the smoothie a little sweeter than when you use just water as the liquid. I found this was delicious and I didn’t need to add sweeteners like dates. As your tastes evolve, or if you already don’t like too much sweet, you can just use water, or mix it half and half. You can then use the whole peeled orange as one of your added fruits or not. No cheating with pasteurized orange juice! Use only fresh juice! Always!
When making your smoothies, put your liquid in first and add enough to start things blending, about a cup. Add about 2/3 fruit and 1/3 greens when you first start and you can add more greens as you get used to the taste. Be sure you have enough liquid to get the blender moving and you can then add more liquid if needed to get the consistency you like in your smoothie.
So here is my secret tip for all of you devoted smoothie fans. This will take your sweet smoothie recipe to a gourmet level. I add a few fresh leaves from my rosemary plant, not too many, just enough to add an interesting note to my Banana Blueberry O.J. smoothie. Use about an inch or two of one of the sprigs of the plant, and just use the leaves. You can also do this with fresh basil. Use a small handful of basil leaves. Add one or the other to your blender full of green fruit smoothie and enjoy!
Does it have to be a green smoothie? Of course not! Who doesn’t love the beautiful pink of a strawberry banana smoothie? There are a gazillion recipes to try.

One of my favorite snacks is a “chocolate milkshake.” It is just water, frozen banana, 2 or three dates, a tablespoon each of carob and mesquite powder, a teaspoon of tahini and a few ice cubes. It has no dairy and no chocolate. It is delicious and easy and I always have these ingredients on hand. This is living food. It nourishes your body, delights your senses, and you feel happy when you eat this way.
The only reason we focus on green smoothies is because it is such an easy way to add greens to your diet. Remember, greens are your mineral storehouse.
One of the reasons my green fruit smoothies are routinely bananas, berries and greens is because I prefer to just eat other fruits that are in season! I love to eat and totally enjoy whatever delicious fruit is in season. I don’t want to blend it with other things. I want to eat my juicy mango just as it is, or my peaches, or my cherries, or watermelon…. Yum! This way of eating doesn’t have to be complex. It can be simple and easy. In fact, the simpler it is, the easier your body likes it.
Before I forget, let me just say that a high-powered blender works best for smoothies and also for making nut milks and other goodies in a living food lifestyle. I’ve had a Vitamix for years and years, the same one, and use it all the time. There are other brands out now, too. They are more expensive than a regular blender, but worth it if you want to pursue this lifestyle. I’d much rather have a smoothie than a chunkie! Once you start blending everyday, often multiple times a day, the high-powered blender will more than pay for itself.
Next time, we’ll talk about “What’s for lunch?” and how you can add more food from the garden in the same simple and easy way.
The daily juice habit, a daily smoothie, and fresh fruit are ways to start your day with the light of the Sun. They empower your spirit, nurture you, and connect you to Life. Choose one and make it a conscious daily habit. Start to consciously add light to your life and body.
No matter where you are on your journey, you can begin. Come alive in a totally new way! I have so much more to share. But you only experience the change when you decide to implement it!
Dreama Vance.

The Creation of Evolution ~ Owen K Waters

The Creation of Evolution.

by Owen K Waters

June 30, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics Newsletter
Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness

Life is hard. Species can die.
In fact, the human race would have died long ago if it weren’t for the fact that our bodies are designed to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Evolution could be called adaptation, because the ability to adapt is the one feature that keeps all life upon Earth alive and functioning.

In th
froginhotwater
e laboratory, it has been noted that a frog can be heated in a beaker of water to a degree that would normally be fatal, but it remains alive because it has had the time to adapt to the increasing temperature. Had the frog been suddenly exposed to water of such high temperature, it would have been unable to survive.

Charles Darwin, the pioneer of evolution theory, was a trained minister of religion as well as a naturalist. He thought long and hard about releasing his findings about the natural evolution of the species because he was keenly aware of the materialistic element in society which would use this information against religion. He was right, of course.
Others used his work to claim that there was no need for divine selection when natural selection occurs automatically. They have since gone on to claim that all life could have risen from prehistoric sludge completely by accident. What they don’t even begin to explain, however, is the existence of consciousness in all of this.
Consciousness is necessary for natural selection and adaptation to occur. If you move from a hot climate to a cold climate, you will adapt to the new environment, but first you had to have the consciousness to decide upon the move and make the adjustment.
What is consciousness? It is certainly more than a few electrical signals bouncing around inside a brain. Computers can mimic some limited aspects of the brain such as human logic, but they are not self-aware. There isn’t a computer in the world that can think for itself. Computers just follow sets of preset rules, and they do so as quickly as possible.
Behind all forms of consciousness is awareness. A sense of being is fundamental to all life because all life is constructed from consciousness. Even a solid object like a rock is composed of original thought and original feeling set into motion. All of life is contained within the consciousness of the original Creator, including the prehistoric sludge from which the first biological cells were formed.
Materialistic science today is in a cul-de-sac. There is no way forward for branches of science which fail to include consciousness in their theories. Consciousness is the most fundamental aspect of life. You can’t have a universe without it.
Human beings were originally designed and then evolved within the framework of a conscious universe, one created and developed by the original Creator. It took billions of years for planets to form and biological life to emerge and evolve, but remember this: Time is a creation of the Creator.
The Creator does not have to wait billions of years to see a biological process emerge. Everything happens in the Now – just different parts of the tapestry of time, which the Creator sees as a whole.

The whole design, inception, development and evolution of the universe is happening right now, within that overview, as seen by the original Creator. A little tweak here and there along the timeline can produce a perfect rendition of any form of biological life.
Life is too interesting to create in one Big Bang and then just watch it unfold, as if on auto-pilot. Life is a work in progress, a true work of art, and the Creator has the ability to make adjustments at any point along the timelines.
Science today searches for answers, but what it really needs is a valid search path.
Life did not begin by accident. It began by design.
Those branches of science which include the presence of consciousness will find the answers that they seek when they include the existence of original consciousness and intelligent design in their search.

Your Silent Secret ~ Owen K Waters

Your Silent Secret.

Spiritual seekers or lightworkers see the world through a different lens than the majority of humanity. They know that they have a sense of inner knowingness that is built into their very nature, but its source is clouded in mystery.

They typically remember events from this lifetime which made them feel as though they were different from others. If they were to recall past lives, they would find that same sense of being different to most other people in those past lives. So, what is it that makes a lightworker different from the mass mindset? Why do they go through life knowing that they might never be comfortable joining in with many regular social activities?

Most lightworkers have been repeatedly reincarnating on earth for thousands of years, always haunted by that knowingness that they are different. It is as if they came from a different time and place in the universe, then volunteered to come here to help raise the consciousness of humanity.

That sense of aloneness in a crowd came with the lightworker package. It is something that they anticipated before they ever agreed to be a part of the ascension of humanity to a higher level of consciousness. The Shift that we are experiencing today is the final stage of several thousand years of critical human evolution.

The silent secret that lives within all lightworkers is that, before they agreed to come to earth and help humanity, they existed in a more advanced culture within God's universe. That degree of advancement is an integral part of your very soul, your very being. It is not something that can be undone by circumstances in this or any other single incarnation. It is who you are.

Long ago, you mastered all the challenges that people face today in their struggle to find peace and to evolve to a higher state of consciousness. Long ago, you were accustomed to raising your own consciousness into what can be called Soulspace, the realm of the 'higher self' aspect of your consciousness.

The 7 Chakras: Portals to Cosmic Awakening ~ Anthony O’Flynn

The 7 Chakras:

Portals to Cosmic Awakening.

By Anthony O’Flynn.

Guest Writer for Wake Up World

June 20th, 2019.

.

The chakras are our energetic blueprint. The knowledge of the chakras is a critical component to genuinely understand the nonphysical energy body. To understand who we truly are, we need to investigate this component of our being that is normally invisible to the naked eye – know thyself.
The word chakra itself means wheel in Sanskrit. This is due to the fact that the chakras are circular in shape. The chakras, however, do not spin. The nadis and the spokes or petals as they are sometimes called are fixed. It is the energy or prana that spins or moves through the chakras. An excellent comparison is the acupuncture points from Chinese medicine. These specific points are fixed yet it is the chi or the life-force that moves through the meridians.

The chakras are much more than just energy centres. The 7 chakras are complex in nature. They are responsible for maintaining physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. In fact, the condition of the aura and the chakras will have a direct correspondence to a person’s health as well as their emotional and psychological state. Although there are seven major chakras, numerous secondary chakras have specific and different functions.
They represent the complete spectrum of human consciousness. These states can fluctuate depending on the various situations we experience and how we integrate our awareness into our experience. They are our interface to the universe and our potential for evolution and inner transformation.

Muladhara Chakra – root support in Sanskrit

This chakra is related with the Earth element and consists of 4 spokes. Muladhara is essentially the battery of the being and is responsible for vitality. Many people who suffer from low energy levels are often disconnected from their inherent source of vitality, the Earth. People who work in big cities, in tall buildings, with air-conditioning are fundamentally deprived of prana, the basic life-force. By connecting with the Earth, even the simple act of walking on the beach (barefoot) will energise this chakra.
As this chakra is the root, it will directly influence the ‘glow’ of the other chakras and the aura in general. It is the foundation and the base level of our energetic being. It is also the home of kundalini shakti, the primordial energy that although dormant in most people, once awakened rises through the energetic column known as sushumna nadi creating transformation and spiritual awakening as it fuses with the crown. This awakening is the union of energy and consciousness, which is the fusion of the feminine and masculine to produce states of samadhi or cosmic consciousness.
Psychologically, the energy of fear and greed is located here. This creates a fight or flight mentality. Muladhara is also responsible for the overall integration on the physical plane.
This chakra is the location of some of the most basic instincts such as survival, shelter, eating and sleeping. In comparison to the upper chakras, muladhara is a more primitive form of consciousness but highly significant for maintaining life. Physically this chakra controls the bones and the teeth, the dense aspects of our being and is also related with the sense of smell.

Svadhisthana chakra – one’s own dwelling place in Sanskrit

This chakra is related with the water element and consists of 6 spokes. Svadhisthana is a highly significant chakra as approximately 80% of humanity is dominant in this form of consciousness. Similarly, approximately 75% of this planet is water. This chakra is related to the collective consciousness and incorporates many of our social norms, ‘the done thing’.
As svadhisthana is related with the water element it will take the shape of any receptacle that it is poured into. If you pour water into a glass, it takes the shape of the glass. If you pour water into a pot, it takes the shape of the pot etc. This is notable as it reflects the lack of distinct individual values and beliefs that define svadhisthana. This chakra is therefore the crowd, the masses or the perceived norm. Opinions and beliefs are malleable to ‘fit in with the crowd’. If everyone is talking about the football, the person who thinks at the level of svadhisthana will want to fit in and then display an interest in football. This consciousness also reflects the need to ‘keep up with the neighbours’, be respectable and conform.
This way of being has given rise to the derogatory term ‘sheeple’ by those in the awakening community. The global elite exploit this form of consciousness as people who perceive reality through this lens just ‘go with the flow’ and are in fact afraid to be different or adopt an attitude that goes against mainstream beliefs. This is the core of the manipulation and control because this consciousness is simply not able to evaluate control systems and methods of manipulation. Judgment is unproductive as when this consciousness is dominant it is simply not possible to decipher the orchestrated methods of global control and deception.
The Roman phrase ‘give them bread and circuses’ summarises the distraction and entertainment-celebrity-gossip consciousness of today, which is precisely designed to keep humanity locked in the lower of frequencies of existence. Moreover, the sense of taste is the sense governed by svadhisthana, which is typified by fashionable ‘foodie’ culture and further reinforces the point. This reflects the pleasure seeking nature of svadhisthana.
Breaking free of these control systems requires a rising of consciousness to begin to understand the powerful indoctrination that humanity currently endures and having the ‘eyes to see’.
Svadhisthana is also related with the moon, sexuality and reproduction hence the relationship to the genitals and the tongue. A sexy, charismatic or charming person is a definitive characteristic of svadhisthana chakra. Even forms of dance that involve sensual movements of the pelvic area is a reflection of the consciousness at this level.
When most people consider their personal issues and emotional problems, they are predominantly on this chakra. The water element is quite heavy and thus depression, feeling dejected, self-pity and sadness are all related to impurities or imbalances in this chakra.

Manipura chakra – city of jewels in Sanskrit

This is a reference to the dazzling aspect of manipura as it is related to the fire element and consists of 10 spokes.
Manipura is the antithesis of svadhisthana as it is related to the Sun and the qualities associated with leadership, authority, power and self-confidence. Svadhisthana is the crowd. Manipura are the leaders of the crowd. This consciousness assumes the role of leadership, the emotional and psychological connection to success and ‘making it’ as well as positions of influence and power.
In essence, all personal development teachings to be more motivated, productive, dynamic, confident and to believe in oneself are related to this chakra. This is an expression of the fire element which embodies these qualities.
However, the lower emotions of manipura include anger, frustration, rage, arrogance and egocentric behaviour. This is an expression of the disharmony of the fire in an impure state. The precision and control of martial arts is also related to this chakra, which is a reflection of the legs being connected to this sphere of force. The sense of sight is also related to manipura chakra.
Importantly, the lower three chakras are not ‘bad’ as there is only an issue if there are impurities, blockages or the chakras are imbalanced. Otherwise there will be an ongoing harmonious experience. Yet all negative states of consciousness and emotions can be attributed to these 3 lower energy centres.

Anahata – unstruck in Sanskrit

This refers to the quality of the soul that is indestructible or eternal. Anahata chakra has 12 spokes and is related to the air element. The numbers of spokes the chakras have is significant as there is a relationship between the number of spokes of the chakra and the consciousness that is embodied. For example, in regard to anahata, the 12 astrological signs, the 12 months of the year, the 12 hours of the day, the 12 disciples of Jesus, the 12 different names of the Sun god Surya (and there are many others), all have a relationship to the heart.
The consciousness of the heart is also considered a key aspect of the ongoing planetary Paradigm Shift. Many mystics claim that this is the cosmic plan for humanity and the future earth will be characterised by love and compassion.
Yet the prevalent issue of heart disease in today’s society although can be related to dietary and lifestyle choices is still a disharmony at the level of the physical heart.
Significantly, the etheric body and the chakras control the physical body. If there is a disturbance, weakness or blockage in the subtle bodies, this will eventually be reflected in the physical body. Generally, the deepest and most complete way of healing an emotional issue is to work directly on the non-physical aspect of our being. Although this is not true in every situation as once a health issue has manifested in the physical body, the health of the physical body also needs to be addressed. The cause of the issue itself can be due to an emotional imbalance, which will originate in the astral body at the emotional level and then filter through to the physical body. This is definitively the body-mind connection.
The consciousness of the heart is always beautiful. These qualities of tenderness, softness, humility, self-abnegation, compassion, forgiveness, empathy, affectivity, self-acceptance, pure unconditional love and deep inner peace are all wonderful aspects of anahata chakra.
There is also a form of deep refinement, a certain gracefulness and a deep harmony that reflects an individual with this resonance. The connection to the air element also gives an energetical lightness to someone who is dominant at this level. The arms and hands are related to the heart and this correlates with the sense of touch and the practice of various forms of healing through the hands which all correspond to anahata chakra.
Anahata chakra is also significant as there are 3 chakras above and 3 chakras below. This is the middle way or middle path of the heart that unites the lower and higher aspects of our being.
The chakras also comprise the polarity of the universe – the plus and the minus, the solar and the lunar, the yin and the yang. Thus in the case of the heart, the capacity to feel love, to understand and to receive love is yin. The ability to emit love, to produce it and to manifest love is yang. This means the chakras needs to be balanced and centred between the 2 poles of the universe for deep and profound harmony.

Visuddha – especially pure in Sanskrit

This chakra is related with the ether, which is the fifth element and has 16 spokes. The number of spokes or petals is significant as this is an indicator of the complexity of consciousness. As the chakras move higher in the body they also become more complex in their scope of consciousness.
Visuddha chakra is related to time and space. This is the true nature of reality that transcends the experience of time from the limited perspective of past, present and future. At this level, time is experienced as a single duration – the eternal now. Visuddha encapsulates the vastness of space, the cosmos and the expansion of the universe. This elevated sphere of consciousness also includes aesthetics, sacred geometry – and a deeper form of inspiration that can unlock the mysteries of the universe and discover the true laws of reality. Some classical music also has the frequency of Visuddha, which has a pristine and sublime resonance.
This level of consciousness is rare on this planet at this time, yet traces are still apparent such as the exceptional aesthetic qualities and precision of the Great Pyramid at Giza.
As this chakra rules over the thyroid and parathyroid glands and as thyroid health issues are common today for women over 40, it is important be aware of the significance of this energy centre for maintaining good health in this area of the body.
The purity of visuddha chakra filters through to an individual’s actions and the type of environments they frequent and the lifestyle they adopt. Clairaudience is another aspect of visuddha as hearing is the sense connected to this energy centre. Other paranormal powers also include the ability to access the akashic records. The throat chakra also governs the power of speech from a very elevated perspective.

Ajna – command in Sanskrit

This chakra is related to the mind and has 96 spokes although is it often depicted with just 2 large petals. This is related to the fact that it is the final level of polarity (yin and yang) before connecting to unity consciousness.
Ajna chakra is a truly elevated sphere of consciousness that few can truly embody in today’s society. The power of ajna is to offer a superior form of intellect that is consistent with that of a genius. Examples include those people that can flick through a telephone book and remember the numbers of each person, a chess player that can play numerous games of chess simultaneously and win, as well as those that can learn and retain knowledge quickly, all resonate with the power of the third eye.
Ajna chakra also contains the power of clairvoyance, telepathy and a form of ‘knowing’. Some of the great prophets of history such as Nostradamus had their gift from the opening of ajna chakra. The third eye has this capacity for one to be a seer or a visionary – the ability to see with the mind’s eye.
The assumption that as ajna is connected to the mind that all mental health issues are related to this chakra is incorrect. Each chakra has an aspect that is connected both to the emotional body as well as the mental body. So it is best to harmonise the chakra that is relevant to the specific emotional or mental issue. Although, because of its superior nature, ajna does control the chakras beneath it.

Sahasrara – thousand-petaled in Sanskrit

Although sahasrara is not technically structured in the same way as the 6 other major chakras, it is still classified as one of the 7 chakras. This is because sahasrara is not a wheel but it covers the top of the head and is shaped like a steeple pointing upwards, similar to the ‘crown’ of Buddha.
Sahasrara is the pinnacle of human evolution. Its activation produces states of samadhi or cosmic consciousness in the yogic tradition. This opening creates what is known as enlightenment, moksha, mukti, sartori, self-realisation and is the gateway to transcendence to experience the true nature of reality.
The consciousness of sahasrara is characterised by lucidity, detachment, sacredness and a higher state of consciousness. Sahasrara is the sum total of all the chakras. The enduring symbol of the beam of light fusing with the prism and then dispersing into all of the colours of the rainbow succinctly represents the quality of this chakra. This is because sahasrara has no polarity, it is oneness and is unity consciousness. Sahasrara embodies the ultimate oneness of creation and eliminates the role of the ego that creates the illusion of separation.
The subject of the chakras is a vast one. Human beings are a direct carbon copy of the Universe. The quantum physics understanding that the part is in the whole and the whole is in the part reflects this wisdom. Ultimately, to fully embody and know the 7 chakras is to know the universe and experience the complete spectrum of consciousness that is the potential of humanity.

Return to the Garden, Part Two: Dietary Magic ~ Dreama Vance.

Return to the Garden.

Part Two.

Dietary Magic.

by Dreama Vance.

June 19, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics, Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness.

Changing to an unprocessed plant-based diet rich in organic, fresh, uncooked fruits and veggies is transformative and powerful at all levels of our being, not just physically and mentally, but emotionally and spiritually, too.
Can you just start eating from the garden? Of course! You can start by just eating an apple every day! But there is a powerful way, I think it may be a secret many people don’t know, to start you and keep you moving on your journey to eating those fresh, living foods that are full of light and life.
One of the best ways to start increasing your intake of fresh fruits and veggies is through the daily juicing habit. Make fresh juice. Remember inPart One we talked about how you now have to eat 11 carrots to get the same nutrition one carrot provided your grandma? I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I could sit down and eat 11 carrots. This is one of the perks of fresh juice! You can shovel in those carrots and greens.
Make your own fresh living juice everyday. It is a game changer!
There is something magical that begins to happen as you develop this habit. First, your body gets flooded with nutrients. You start to get those nutrients that have been missing from the other 10 carrots you weren’t eating! See how it works? It isn’t just carrots, of course, that are missing the nutrients they used to have, but all of our foods that are not grown in fertile, rich soil.
Something starts to happen when your body gets flooded with nutrients that are alive and full of life. Nothing packs in the nutrients like a fresh juice every day. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.
Let me take a moment to say this again. NOTHING packs in the nutrients like a fresh vegetable juice. The reason should be obvious. By removing a lot of the fiber, you can consume more, like the other 10 carrots. You cannot do this with a smoothie. I love smoothies and they have a wonderful place in the living food diet. But they don’t replace the daily juice habit.
I know this from my own experience. Sometimes life happens, you aren’t able to juice and smoothies are the next best thing, primarily because they are fast, easy, and convenient. Before I ever started the daily juice habit, for 10 months I made daily green smoothies when I was taking care of my sister. They were quick, filling, and kept me going. Often, that is all I would have in the morning until dinner because I was very busy.
After I started daily juicing there was another period in my life for about another 10 months when I couldn’t juice. So again I had a daily green smoothie. I still do smoothies. They have a definite and beneficial place in adding living food to your diet. Twenty months of green smoothies and no juice…good health and benefits for sure…
However, it is juicing on a daily basis that causes the magic to happen.

When you start the daily juice habit it is like some part of you has been sleeping all these years and now it awakens and starts to take over, demanding real food and choosing it. I have experienced this and I have heard this from many others. Magic starts to happen.

Daily juicing naturally, almost effortlessly, leads to choosing other healthy food options. Your taste buds will change. The daily juice habit supports you with powerhouse nutrition and it also helps keep you on your journey.
Once you develop the daily juice habit, if you miss a day, the next day when you juice, you will “hear” your body sigh with delight. After one summer of being on the road most of the time, I finally got home and made a green juice, sat down to enjoy it and literally heard my body say, “Thank Goodness! She finally fed us.” Communion between the consciousness of the body, the intelligence and wisdom of Nature and your own awareness begins to happen. Magic!
A second beneficial factor in juicing is the rapid absorption of nutrients into the blood stream, requiring little digestive effort. Think of eating as putting, let’s say 100 bucks worth of energy into your energy bank account, which is a primary reason to eat, to give us energy. However, that food requires energy be spent in the digestive process, so you have to spend energy in order to get energy from your food. You may even end up spending more to digest your food than you actually get from eating the food! With juicing this doesn’t happen. There is practically no energy spent in digestion.
This is why you drink your juice all by itself and on an empty stomach. You get all of the energy from the juice without spending any money from your bank converting it. Ka-ching! Juicing puts all the money in your energy bank.
These two factors are what make daily juicing such a powerhouse: 1) The ability to consume large amounts of nutrients that you would not be able to eat in a whole food form and 2) the ability to absorb those nutrients with very little energy expenditure.
Notice I am talking about daily juicing. It is the everyday habit that packs the punch, not just an occasional juice. Also, it is fresh, living juice, not bottled, pasteurized juice. I’m also talking about 24 to 32 ounces (up to a liter) of juice a day, mostly veggie juice, and most often green juice. Why? Most of us would rather eat our fruits and juice our veggies rather than the opposite way. Isn’t it easier to eat some oranges or apples rather than 10 carrots? I rest my case.
Why green juice? Greens are your mineral storehouse. Juicing is a great way to package dark, leafy greens so we are actually getting them into us, rather than just looking at them and thinking about how good they are for us…and still not eating them!
You can start slowly and build up the amount. Begin with a juice you like. It is the habit we want to create first. The point is to start juicing. If the thought of green juice makes you flee in terror, then start with something like carrot/apple juice, for example. Then you can add a little parsley. Then you can add celery and cucumber. See how it can evolve? Please start with a recipe so you don’t end up adding everything but the kitchen sink into your juice! A good juice book will teach you the “rules of juicing” so you don’t accidentally end up with terrible concoctions!
By the way, some “rules” are begging to be broken, so don’t be afraid to add apple to your green juices. I don’t know where that idea started, but there is this idea that green juice can’t have something like an apple or carrot for flavor. Who says? It took me years before I could like a green juice without apple. Look at all I would have missed in health benefits had I not added apple! I can guarantee you will not continue to juice if you do not enjoy the juice. It is just that simple.
Once you start juicing every day, it will become a habit, rather than a chore. At some point, you will even enjoy prepping your greens and washing your juicer. I know, it’s hard to believe, but this actually happens as a result of your change in consciousness.
What you eat affects your consciousness. It is one of the most deeply hidden understandings.
I would like to spend just a moment to talk about quality. Remember those 11 carrots to replace the one grandmother ate? We want to be eating the best fruits and veggies we can. Organic, fresh from your own garden would be superb. I don’t have a garden, so I go to the farmers’ market every week. I love to shop this way. I can get fresh, local, organically grown produce. I love supporting these small farmers. When we eat locally grown food, we are connecting to the energy of the land where we live. We are feeding our immune system with local microbes that Nature gives us to support life in the very place we are living.

Eating plants that are fresh, organic, living food leads to greater sensitivity. You will actually feel the energy coming from those greens from the farmer. You can sense the life force. You will feel vibrant just looking at them and touching them. This is when gratitude begins to blossom. You don’t have to think of things for which you are grateful; you will just be grateful. This is when you actually start to enjoy washing your juicer! You will love making your juice. The daily juice habit makes you feel vibrant and alive!

You will be so happy, grateful, and joyous for life. You will feel connected to everything. You will start to awaken on so many levels. So much joy is right there, once we align with our being, once we come back into the wisdom teachings of the Mother. We are designed to eat this way, to be a part of the whole, to be connected, conscious and awake.
We are designed to be in love with Life! All of this from changing our diet! Who knew? Well, the ancients knew, and that is why the teachings have been hidden except for small groups that have carried this wisdom through time for us. Now all we have to do is start putting these teachings into practice.
Eat from the garden. Eat real food. Juice every day. Love will bloom.

Return to the Garden – Part One ~ Dreama Vance.

Return to the Garden.

Part One.

by Dreama Vance.

June 19, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics, Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness.

Do you know it takes 11 carrots today to provide the nutrients your grandmother got from one carrot?

Do you know that diet affects your consciousness? It affects your mind. It affects your thoughts. It affects your actions. That’s pretty scary when you think of coffee and a doughnut. Wonder what those things are doing?

Ancient teachings like Ayurveda, Yoga, and the Essene teachings lead us to foods that I like to call “return to the garden” foods, fresh, live fruits and veggies. These are foods that help you turn within and create calm, peaceful thoughts. These are the foods we want to be eating to enhance our consciousness.
Changing our diets to achieve these goals is a journey.
There is, however, an actual path that makes it easier to achieve than what most people are doing, which is wandering aimlessly, following one fad after another, claiming it to “be their truth.” Really? There is only one Truth, and it belongs to everyone. If it is “your truth,” it is a belief. It is your belief. People believed the Earth was flat. It didn’t make it true. People believed the Earth was the center and the Sun revolved around it. Didn’t make it true.
Your beliefs are part of your journey and as they evolve, you evolve and so does your consciousness. We call it awakening. It is an ongoing process. We are in the time of The Shift when people are awakening faster and faster andawakening to greater and greater understandings.
In my own experience, I like to say your knowledge (of whatever topic) moves from the solar plexus center, which is our mental chakra and the lens through which most people view the world currently, to the heart center. When this happens, you see in an entirely different way. It is as if you never really understood the topic, even though you thought you understood it completely and thought you knew it all when you were functioning at the level of the solar plexus!

This is what happens when you change to a plant-based diet. Let me first say that there are three primary doors through which most people will come into a primarily vegan diet. One door is concern for their health, one door is concern for animal welfare, and one door is concern for the environment.

All three doors will open into a room where all these different people mingle and learn about each other and the door they each entered. Thus, you learn over time that your reason for changing your diet has a much broader impact than you first realized. Eventually you will see in a bigger way. Your heart will open more. You become more conscious.
Please be aware that this changing consciousness does not necessarily happen overnight. You grow. You can change your diet overnight, but the results take time to manifest. Be patient, with yourself and with others.
Changing to a plant-based diet, is only one step. There are many steps that lead away from the Standard American Diet (SAD), which is now, unfortunately, worldwide. The SAD is where most of us start our journey and is the extreme end of the spectrum that has lead us to chronic disease. This type of diet leads to sluggish thoughts, lack of clarity, and cruel behaviors. At the other end of the spectrum, which is the journey, we have fresh live plant foods that lead to a vibrant health-promoting, spiritual awakening diet.
To begin with, the SAD is full of processed food and rife with junk food. Really, it is a misnomer to call it food. How can you call something a blueberry muffin when it has no blueberries in it? And… what are those blue chemical blobs anyway? Do you really want to eat them? My point, of course, is that one of our first steps must be to eliminate those non-foods. Moving to plant-based is beneficial, but we also must eliminate those toxins of artificial everything found in processed and junk “food.”
With the trend in “veganism” hitting mainstream it is easy to fall into the junk food vegan diet, thinking you are making progress. I remember when I studied at one of the raw food institutes, the director held up a huge pair of “before” jeans that she used to wear and told us she had been a junk food vegan before changing to a raw food diet. Her previous vegan diet did not keep her from getting very ill or from gaining a lot of weight, as we could tell from the jeans.
Another step that must be taken on the journey that very few of the plant-based doctors are talking about is fresh, live food, the “return to the garden” food. This is the food you want to be eating. If it isn’t at least half of your diet, then you want to move in that direction. The more, the better. That is just the way it is. We are a part of Nature. We like to think we are separate from her and superior to her; but alas, we are not.
You may find this interesting. Fritz Popp, PhD. found that people who eat a live food diet (fresh raw fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, sprouts) had an expanded living field that offers the highest level of biophoton energy. Biophoton energy is light that is emitted from a person and can be measured with a machine. People who eat a lot of junk food have about 1,000 biophoton units coming off them. People who eat primarily cooked vegan food have about 23,000 units. Newborn babies have 43,000 units. Live food eaters have 83,000 units. Talk about being the light! You can see how eating fresh live plants make a huge difference.
Really though, do you need science to tell you an apple picked from a tree grown in your own backyard is a better choice than a fried apple pie from a fast food restaurant?
Eat from the garden. Eat real food. Eat living uncooked fruits and vegetables. As we begin to align with the truth of our being, amazing, sustaining joy opens to us. Epiphanies will start occurring. You will begin living at another level. This information can only point the way. You must travel the journey.

Maslow Predicted The Shift ~ Owen K Waters

Whole Brain Thinking.

by Owen K Waters

June 16, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics Newsletter
Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness

Abraham Maslow (1908-70) was a psychologist who became well known for his hierarchy of human needs. When he developed his theory in the 1950s, he predicted the transformation of humanity into a realm of spiritual transcendence, but he had no idea just how soon this would develop into a major movement.

Maslow's hierarchy of human needs shows that basic human needs have to be fulfilled before people can attend to higher needs and values.

First, the basic physiological needs of food and shelter must be catered for in order to ensure survival.

Second, once food and shelter are obtained, safety and security must be achieved.

Third, acceptance by others is sought, in both the societal and personal senses. To fulfill this 'belonging' need, people become part of a group, a tribe, an extended family or a community.

When these deficiency, or outer-directed, needs are satisfied, then the individual works to acquire self-respect. Recognition by others produces self-esteem.

Once the outer needs are fulfilled, the inner-directed need for self-actualization comes into play. To self-actualize means to become the best you personally can be. Self-actualized people include those who have achieved material abundance, and also those who, as a decision of personal power, have chosen simplicity over the pursuit of further abundance. At some point, when a person says "That's enough" to the endless pursuit of additional financial security, then they become free to accomplish anything that inspires their inner joy the most.

Self-actualization is achieved after the individual ceases to have deference to hierarchical authority, and instead matures into the ability to make their own rules of personal responsibility. Personal responsibility is always more powerful and effective than any system of imposed rules. For example, you can threaten to punish someone if they steal and hope that the threat works. But, a self-responsible person simply wouldn't steal because they would feel empathy for the loss that a would-be victim would feel. They simply wouldn't have the heart to do such a thing to another person.

It's a matter of increased maturity. When a person abandons the impositions of external authority and becomes their own, self-directed authority, then they become far more functional in the world. This is, in fact, a higher state of consciousness, one which provides a higher vista of awareness. >From this expanded vista, they see clearly how they as an individual can best serve humanity.

In this state of awareness, the person acquires the ability to think and analyze situations independently. As a result, new and creative solutions spring to mind. They have enough self-esteem to be able to clearly see their own needs, skills, strengths and weaknesses, and from that they see where they can best be of service to humanity.

Once basic needs are fulfilled, the next values to require attention relate to being. The first of these being-values is self-actualization, which is the instinctual need of a human to make the most of their unique abilities.

Above that, Maslow placed transcendence, which he considered a spiritual value. Traditional universities typically presume that spiritual matters are beyond the understanding of their students, so they present the Maslow hierarchy of human needs differently. They present it with self-actualization as the ultimate human aim, and omit the transcendence stage beyond that.

The being-values of self-actualization and transcendence are the higher, more beautiful aspects of human consciousness. They include unconditional love, altruism, inner joy, a love of nature, the development of intuition (in males as well as females), idealism, and a sense of wisdom which springs from within. These skills develop the right-brain functions of creativity and intuition.

In the 1950s, Maslow believed that only 2% of the population had achieved self-actualization. The mid-1960s changed all that when masses of people began the search for the higher values, such as unconditional love and spiritual wisdom. Today, that core group of progressive people has blossomed from 2% to over 20%, and is climbing every year.

The Shift is not a temporary by-product of the baby boom generation, or any other generation of modern culture. It is not a passing fad. It is not going away. It is a cosmic pressure that is unfolding and relentlessly increasing the frequency of all consciousness upon the planet.

It is a part of the plan of Infinite Being that we progress to the next stage of conscious human achievement. The Shift is, to put it simply, the most wonderful transformation in recorded history. This is where humanity gets to build, literally, Heaven on Earth.

Whole Brain Thinking ~ Owen Waters

Whole Brain Thinking.

Do we still have unimaginable potential just waiting to be unlocked?
When you examine the functioning of the human brain, the answer is a resounding, “Yes!”
The human brain includes right and left hemispheres. These operate in different contexts as they perform different functions. In most people, the left hemisphere is primarily detail-oriented, while the right hemisphere is visually oriented and recognizes patterns.
LeftBrainRightBrain
The right hemisphere recognizes the picture, the overview or the context, while the left brain translates that image into words. When you look at a person who seems to be someone you knew a long time ago, you recognize the pattern of that person’s face long before their name catches up. You move in for a closer look, while trying not to stare, and your left brain is thinking, “Oh, that’s um, oh… I’ll never forget, um, what’s-his-name.”

The detail-oriented, left-brain hemisphere provides these functions:
  • Logic.
  • Sequential perception.
  • Rational analysis.
  • Precision.
  • The sense of time passing at a fixed speed.
  • The translation of visual images from the right side of the brain into words.
The pattern-recognizing, right-brain hemisphere provides these functions:
  • Spatial awareness – the ability to imagine, and operate within, three-dimensional space.
  • Whole picture overview – the recognition of patterns of light, sound or thought.
  • Dealing with thoughts in their natural, symbolic form.
  • Artistic ability – visual imagery.
  • Musical ability.
  • Memory.
  • The experience of emotions.
  • The dream state.
  • The reception of intuitive impressions.
In education, the left side of the brain is promoted much more than the right. Much attention is paid to arithmetic and word skills, while art and music receive little, and intuitive development doesn’t get any.
When you drive at a constant speed, your right brain, with its spatial awareness, monitors the road ahead for pattern changes. If you engage in a conversation while driving, using left-brain word skills, and something in the traffic pattern requires your attention, you have to switch your primary focus over to your right brain in order to deal with it. This explains why conversation stops as you attend to making a turn. The turn doesn’t require that much attention, but it does require a whole switch of brain sides, so the conversation stops for that short time.

Music naturally resonates with the right side of the mind. Did you ever sing along with a Golden Oldies song, one that you hadn’t heard for years? Weren’t you amazed at how many of the lyrics you remembered?
RecordPlayer
How could you possibly roll out, from memory, line after line of lyrics that you hadn’t heard in years? The answer lies in the right brain, where music is experienced and, also, memories are stored. You never had to use your left brain to laboriously remember the lyrics. When you heard the songs, they played into your right brain and were automatically stored in your right-brain memory, waiting to be recalled, sometimes decades later.

Right-brain development can include artistic and musical ability, which can be used to make your immediate surroundings look and sound beautiful.
To see how art skills turn on the right side of the brain, try drawing a picture of your left hand, only without looking at the paper you’re drawing on. As your right hand draws the outline of your left hand on paper, there will be a point at which your thinking flips over to the right brain. You’ll probably start the drawing in a linear style that prefers simple, straight lines, then suddenly switch to a more complex style that sees all the slight curves and details, appreciates their beauty, and starts to include them.
Quality of life can be enhanced enormously with more right-brain attention. Imagine, the luxury of living in a world where communities are designed to calm your senses and inspire you with the sights, sounds and smells of a beautiful environment.
Your spiritual connection is developed through the right side of the brain. Meditation provides inner peace and the development of intuition, which, in turn, provides necessary insights into your life’s path.
As right-brain activity is enhanced, your normal functioning becomes more whole-brain, and both hemispheres begin to be used in balance. The two hemispheres of the brain are connected by a large band of nervous tissue called the corpus callosum. This connecting band of tissue is larger in women than in men, raising the question,
“What are women known for having more of than men?”

Now, there could be many light-hearted answers to this question – abilities like perseverance while shopping, holding long, meaningful conversations, and – most of all –
being able to ask for directions when lost!

However, the biggest difference is women’s intuition. It’s not that men don’t have intuition, it’s just that women tend to have more of it.
In order to develop our latent abilities, and our spiritual potential, we need to feel our way into a deeper experience of that feeling-oriented, right side of the brain, just as we have thought our way into developing the word-oriented left side of the brain.
We need to become more accustomed to using the language of the right side of the brain. The right brain uses symbols and pictures, not words. Symbols can be visual, and they can be complete information packets – thought balls, which are whole pictures containing thoughts and feelings.
To operate in the right brain means to grasp concepts without words, feeling them, knowing them, letting the left-brain logic wait until our sense knowingness has had the chance to become more than it was before.
If you are new to the art of paying attention to your intuition, then you will need a little practice before proficiency is achieved. Your initial attempts may seem like failures, but that’s only to be expected at the outset.
Practice by being receptive to the “still, small voice within” of your intuition. The more you pay attention to your intuitive insights, the more you grow to realize how profoundly correct they are.
Practice makes perfect, and a you’ll achieve good results a lot sooner than you might expect. Just keep track of all your insights and, with a little dedicated practice, you’ll be amazed at their accuracy.

Scanning the Future ~ Owen Waters

The Lightworker Imperative.

One of the great advantages of regular meditation is that it enhances your sense of intuition. The more you practice meditation, the more you gain insight into every aspect of your life. Insights can relate to present or past events, leading to a greater understanding of your life's path, or they can relate to future events.

Insights into future events can be challenging in four ways:

1. The future is not fixed. Until you experience it, the future remains as an array of possibilities with a "most likely" scenario based on what holds the greatest energy.

2. Viewing the future can change the outcome. Even a 100% accurate view of the most likely scenario will trigger questions about whether you want that scenario to manifest, and that change can influence the outcome. This can give the illusion of inaccuracy in the original prediction.

3. Inner impressions come into your awareness through your imagination. However, a fertile imagination can create images on its own, almost for pure entertainment. True impressions of a future event arrive while you are in a meditative state, or sometimes while performing a monotonous task such as driving at a constant speed. They don't fire up with the great energy of a dramatic imagination. They slip in quietly and have to be examined and unraveled to see what each impression contains.

4. When you first start scanning the future, your predictions will be less accurate than they will become later, after constant practice.

Sometimes, lack of self-esteem can be a barrier to the development of your innate abilities. In that case you need to be aware that everyone is everything that Infinite Being is. The universe is holographic by design, meaning that while the many make up the One, the One is also mirrored within each of the many. So, each person, each spark of Infinite Being, contains all of the qualities of Infinite Being.

Lack of self-esteem, therefore, is only a personality trait and not reflective of your true self.

You have a perfect sense of intuition or insight, just waiting to be developed. One of the hallmarks of the global shift to higher consciousness is that, with each passing year, more and more people will develop more and more of their inner abilities.

While you are practicing your intuitive skills, it is a good idea to make written notes for later reference. Insights arrive in your consciousness while you are in an altered, meditative state, so their memory dissipates quickly just like the memory of your dreams. If you keep notes, then re-read them weeks or months later, you will be amazed at how accurate many of these insights were.

Sometimes, you will also see how insights into less than desirable scenarios caused you to make a decision to steer your life in a different direction. When faced with decisions about which direction to turn, the best barometer is always your highest joy. Ask yourself:

"What scenario would represent my highest joy?"

When you follow your highest joy, you are following the path through life which is most closely aligned with your true essence - your soul or inner self.

The Lightworker Imperative ~ Owen K Waters

The Lightworker Imperative.

The underlying purpose of life is to raise one's frequency of consciousness by learning through experience.

Sometimes, it takes an individual many incarnations of exploring avenues of self-centered action to discover that what goes around also comes around. Such people may live in a world where they believe in doing unto others before they get a chance to do it to you!

The resulting karma serves as an education into what it is like to be the victim as well as the self-serving aggressor. Both roles, played throughout the multiple varieties offered in life, serve as learning experiences and eventually we begin to see and understand the actual nature of reality and how it works.

All of us, at some point, having tried all the alternatives for finding happiness at the solar plexus level of consciousness, discover that there is an escape from the endless loop of self-imposed limitation.

By opening the heart center, we discover a new and expanded viewpoint of reality. Before, living in a world filled with competitors, we may have even considered noble feelings to be the domain of the weak. Now, we realize that the frequency of heart consciousness includes all that we have mastered before and, in addition, introduces an appreciation of the beauty of life.

By helping others, especially those suffering from self-imposed, solar plexus-inspired catastrophes, we finally discover the sense of joy that eluded us in all our previous pursuits of material happiness.

There are millions of lightworkers on the planet - souls who have evolved enough to live on realms that are more advanced than this one. Being an active spiritual seeker is a hallmark of the typical lightworker.

However, the rules of incarnation on earth require a sense of amnesia. We don't consciously remember those higher realms to which we had become accustomed in former lives. Instead, we are more likely to feel like aliens who don't fit into a world that runs mostly on greed and fear.

A big part of being an incarnate lightworker in these days of The Shift is to master life's challenges, to find inner peace and purpose in a world full of chaos and confusion. That way, we show the way to others who want to know what we have that makes us so able to cope with the vagaries of modern life.

There is an imperative to being a lightworker today, an urgent need that we fill the roles we planned before we ever entered this life. We are here to, not just raise our frequency of consciousness like everyone else, but to be a vanguard for the emerging New Reality, to be trendsetters pioneering the journey into a whole new way of seeing things.

To do this, we must pay attention to our spiritual practices. Whatever method we choose, we need to practice that path to upliftment daily. That way, we keep immersing ourselves in distinctly higher realms of consciousness and, as revealed by the research of David Hawkins, potentially affecting millions of people who desperately need upliftment in these trying times.

For more information on the Hawkins scale of consciousness and its vital importance to us as lightworkers in The Shift, see the Updated Edition of my book, The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness, available as a pdf download now.

No Matter Where You Are or How old You Are ~ Dreama Vance.

No Matter Where You Are or How old You Are.

by Dreama Vance.

May 24, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics, Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness.

No matter where you are on the food journey (and it is a journey!) eating more fresh raw fruits and veggies is a no-brainer. Don't let anyone tell you differently. And... guess what? It is never to late to start improving your diet. I just listened to Karin Dina, D.C. tell how her dad changed his diet at the age of 85 and it made a difference, allowing him to live into his nineties and in his own home until the last couple of months. He wanted her to be sure and tell her clients, "It is never to late."

So I wanted to tell you about a new book that is out on Amazon in digital format right now for next to nothing. If you get it now before the hard copy is available, how could you miss? It is called, "The Faithful Palate Diet: Discover the 7 Essential Raw Food Eating Habits that will Redesign your Diet, Reboot your Taste Buds, and Defend your Health as you Age" by Jeannie Hughes.

It's a great book that makes eating more raw food easy with simple recipes, but that is not the best part of the book. The best part is that it lays out a plan to stay on the path of healthy eating. By building the 7 steps into daily habits, you create a plan that keeps you eating what you know is good for you and therefore out of the "food traps" that lie in wait to ensnare us when we are tired, in a hurry, or just out and about town. These times are always the pitfalls that throw us off track from our good choices and can totally derail us for days, or even weeks.

This book is for everyone because everyone wants to eat more food that they know is good for them; hence, raw fruits and veggies. You can go at your own pace by starting one step at a time. This is how I started with juicing. I decided to make it a daily habit. You will see in the book how Jeannie healed herself of rheumatoid arthritis and other impairments by changing her diet and sticking with it, which is what led to the book!

It is very exciting to see an actual plan or path laid out for us to follow for success. Each step has recipes to support us that use normal, easy-to-find ingredients. Also, in the raw food movement there can be radical approaches and Jeannie has managed to avoid those extremes, maintaining a balanced approach of fresh raw fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, sprouts, and any needed supplements from real food.

It is my pleasure to share this information with you and to support Jeannie and her message.

Return to the garden! Eat real food! So much joy awaits you!

Yours in letting the light shine,

Dreama Vance.

Your Soul Connection ~ Owen K Waters

Your Soul Connection.

Lightworkers have a natural ability to master life's challenges. Now, it may not seem that way. You might say, "My life has been one big challenge after another," and there would be good reason for that statement.

Old souls choose to live lives filled with the kind of challenges that others need to master. Then, with help from their sense of inner knowing, they find their way to solving those challenges. When they do, their inspiring actions are registered in a place to which everyone has access.

It's called the mind belt. We live in an atmosphere of mental and emotional energy and, while we may not consciously be aware of it, our subconscious and superconscious minds work with this mind belt of planetary awareness all day, every day.

When, by our actions, we find solutions to challenges and then contribute them to the mind belt, other people unconsciously pick up on that knowledge. They are then inspired to find their own way to those very solutions that old souls have discovered and provided for them.

Old souls drive a wedge of light into the darkness of the global mind atmosphere.

The good news about all this is that we are helping many, many others to meet the challenges in their lives.

But, why do people have challenges anyway? Can't we all just cruise through life, trouble-free, lie on a beach and sip ice-cold drinks? Well, at a superconscious soul level, we see life as a learning experience because that's how consciousness evolves. The reason you feel a deep-down longing to evolve is because we are on a journey back to the sacred source from which we all came.

How long you take to evolve to higher frequencies of consciousness is entirely up to you, but you did stack the deck somewhat before you were born. Let's see how that was done.

In the soul realms, before you entered this life and took on the physical body you now inhabit, you could see great vistas of possibilities. In fact, at your soul level of consciousness, you can still see great vistas of possibilities. It's the nature of soul consciousness, rather like seeing the view from high on the hilltops compared to the valley view that you get stuck with in a physical body.

Your soul is still up there on the hilltops, looking at the potentials in your life, cheering you on with intuitive encouragement, and helping to give you every opportunity to learn and evolve in consciousness.

At night, while your physical body sleeps, your conscious awareness returns to the soul level so that you can review what happens next in the adventure called life. When you return in the morning and once again inhabit the physical brain with all its limitations, your nighttime experiences rapidly fade from your awareness, but the knowingness lingers on awaiting intuitive access.

The more you tune into your inner awareness, the more you are able to tap that soul-provided sense of knowingness which we all possess.

The Lightworker Enigma ~ Owen K Waters

The Lightworker Enigma.

by Owen K Waters

May 12, 2019

Spiritual Dynamics Newsletter
Spiritual Growth, Vitality and Wellness

If you create your own reality and you don't want wars, famines and disasters in your world, then why are they still there? You would never create such things in your reality. It's almost as if negative realities exist to persecute people of good heart!

We know that you can change your life by imagining a better reality and then working toward it. When you use your imagination to create a new reality, then resources come together as if by magic and the universe morphs around you into the desired new set of circumstances. You can keep changing your own life, making it better and better, but that nagging feeling persists that nothing has changed about the bad things that still happen to other people.

You might even learn about world healing and how to send positive energy out onto the world. That does help an enormous number of people. With practice, you can elevate your consciousness enough to affect literally millions of people for the better. But the nagging feeling persists that, because you live in a world filled with billions of people, your prayers and your healing efforts only go so far and still the mass suffering goes on in many parts of the world.

To find the answer to the enigma, you would need to go back in time to when you volunteered to help as a lightworker on this earth. That noble decision was made at a soul level long ago. Since then, you and millions of other lightworkers have lived among the mass of humanity making a critical difference to the overall consciousness of life on earth.

With your efforts, along with help from the ascended masters and other higher intelligences such as angels and archangels, the balance of consciousness on this earth has been maintained above the level necessary for the survival of humanity. Without lightworkers, the average frequency of consciousness on this planet would be below the level required for survival.

Humanity receives enormous help from higher intelligences in being able to continue its evolution during this time of The Shift. Despite the overall negative karma produced by the mass of self-seeking people, we are being helped though a transition which is being made as smooth as possible. The idea behind the Cosmic Plan for the enlightenment of humanity is that we should be free to focus on higher transformation and not be distracted by any sudden need for basic survival.

Even though the mindset of the majority of humanity demands the appearance of some severely negative circumstances, it is vital that major disasters be avoided so that humanity can be free to focus on higher transformation and not a basic struggle for survival. It's a Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs phenomenon; if people are struggling to find food and shelter, they're not focusing on the actualization of their ultimate potential.

Humanity is here at this time in order to experience The Shift in consciousness to a new and higher level of existence. This is a time of the harvest of souls - a time when people have the chance to graduate from this classroom of earth experience and move up to the next level of evolution.

The more you engage in spiritual practices and in working to make the world a better place, the more you ease the karmic balance of humanity away from the ever-present threat of self-imposed limitation and toward the smooth transition that is required at this critical time in human progress.

The reason that you haven't been living in a world where peace and harmony rule is that you volunteered to live among people who are struggling to rise above their negativity and free themselves from their spiritual limitations. This is the task you assigned yourself. That's why you're in a world that is the way it is. There is no enigma. We are living in the world we chose to help, wars and all.

The good news is that The Shift is leading to the peace and harmony envisioned by all people of good heart. The New Reality is unfolding. The new world is being built, piece by piece, by people of positive vision.

People like you are finding ways to make the world a better place, both by spiritual attunement and by creating physical projects that help others to rise in consciousness in many different ways.

Next, learn much more about the mission of lightworkers everywhere:
* The real reason you came to earth as a lightworker
* How to best contact the source of your highest joy
* How to recharge your entire being with vital life energy
* The true nature of the higher aspect of your consciousness
* How to enhance the flow of your inner knowingness
* Three powerful steps to greater enlightenment
* and much more...

The Emergence of Lightworkers ~ Owen K Waters

Long ago, you made a noble decision at a soul level when you volunteered to help as a lightworker on this earth. Since then, you and millions of other lightworkers have lived among the mass of humanity making a critical difference to the overall consciousness of life on earth.

Most lightworkers are not aware of the enormous difference they have made simply by being on the planet and affecting its mind belt with their higher thoughts and actions. With the efforts of you and the ascended masters, the balance of consciousness on this earth has been maintained above the level necessary for the survival of humanity.

Without lightworkers, the average frequency of consciousness on this planet would be below that level. Despite the overall negative karma produced by the mass of self-seeking people, humanity is being helped though a transition which is being made as smooth as possible.

When people are struggling to find food and shelter, they are not in any position to focus upon higher needs and the actualization of their ultimate potential.

Humanity is here at this time in order to experience The Shift in consciousness to a new and higher level of existence. This is a time of the harvest of souls - a time when people have the chance to graduate from this classroom of earth experience and move up to the next level of evolution.

It is a time of the awakening of lightworkers to the true purpose and potential in their soul-based life plans. The Shift is leading to the peace and harmony envisioned by all people of good heart. Lightworkers like you are finding ways to make the world a better place, both by spiritual attunement and by creating physical projects that help others to rise in consciousness in many different ways.

This is why you came here as a lightworker - to take action that will build a better world. All you need is a clear vision of what you can do to succeed in your mission.

New Light on the Chakras ~ Owen K Waters

Fields of Consciousness.

We live in an invisible sea of consciousness or mind substance, an atmosphere of thoughts and their associated feelings which circles the planet. Each one of us receives mental energy from this global mind atmosphere or mind belt. We process it through our own consciousness and then transmit it back into the mind belt.
In this way, our contribution to world consciousness is automatic. As people think and feel, so they affect the mind belt in their own way.
Because the human race has chosen to be unaware of its telepathic ability, people react to the impressions that arise within them without being consciously aware of the source of the source of these thoughts and feelings.
We each have a choice as to what frequency of consciousness we will entertain. By raising one’s consciousness, you improve the quality of the mind belt and also receive higher-frequency impressions from it.
The seven major chakras are traditionally viewed from the front of the body. They appear as doorways of consciousness, located just in front of the physical body. Each chakra is a spinning vortex of etheric energy which channels its own specific frequency band of consciousness to or from the local environment.
From the base of the spine upwards, these are the traditional names of seven major chakras:
chakras
1. Root chakra (base of the spine)
2. Sacral chakra
3. Solar plexus chakra
4. Heart chakra
5. Throat chakra
6. Brow chakra (forehead)
7. Crown chakra (above the head)

The root, sacral and then the solar plexus chakras are activated as children grow into adulthood. Having reached adulthood, many people go on to activate their heart chakras and some even venture into the realm of the throat chakra during deep meditation.
The functions of the chakras are as follows:
1. Instinctual. The root chakra prepares vitality, or life energy, for the chakras above it. It provides the base frequency of human existence including the instinct for survival.
2. Emotional. The sacral chakra powers the basic emotions and passions of human life.
3. Intellectual. The solar plexus chakra is used in the development of basic intellect or mental ability. Examples of such thought include the performing of arithmetic and the operating of machinery.
4. Holistic. The heart chakra is developed as emotional issues are resolved and integrated. In heart-centered consciousness, mind, body, and spirit are seen as facets of a human being which can all achieve balance and wholeness. The higher level of heart-centered consciousness opens the person to spiritual awareness. Thus, the heart is the gateway to spiritual consciousness.
5. Creative. The throat chakra’s function is creativity. It is a higher mental faculty, capable of inspiring the imagination to new possibilities. The development of the throat chakra results in gaining the power of conscious creation, the ability to succeed in consciously transforming circumstances to preferred, new realities. This is also the home level of soul consciousness. In the everyday, physical world where attention is often focused at the level of solar plexus thinking, the soul attempts to add helpful ideas to the physical mind through the faculty of intuition.
6. Global. The brow chakra is the home frequency of awareness that encompasses all locations on the planet. Existing above the soul realms, it is home to the angelic realms. While archangels are thought of as human-like figures, a more apt description is that of the global spirit – an awareness that encircles the globe, constantly sensing individual needs for their support. They bring healing, hope and support to those who are open to their presence.
7. Cosmic. The crown chakra is your connection to the universe on a cosmic scale. Its complete activation by the spiritual adept results in the ultimate state of human achievement and enlightenment, that of cosmic consciousness.
You can call the chakras by their physical position, like solar plexus, or by their function, like intellectual. The choice is yours. Their names, by function, are:

1. Instinctual chakra (root)
2. Emotional chakra (sacral)
3. Intellectual chakra (solar plexus)
4. Holistic chakra (heart)
5. Creative chakra (throat)
6. Global chakra (brow)
7. Cosmic chakra (crown)

Fields of Consciousness ~ Owen K Waters

Fields of Consciousness.

When Easter and Christmas come around, I often wonder - in order for Jesus to achieve what he does on these occasions - just how huge his field of consciousness must be.

Consider this. He promised that he would be present in spirit whenever two or more people are gathered in his name. Even today, after two thousand years, he still delivers on that promise. Now, in order for him to be present in spirit in thousands upon thousands of groups and congregations, all at the same time, he has to be in thousands of places at once.

He has to be able to split his consciousness into many thousands of parts, with each individual part being capable of attending to one group. When someone in that group asks for healing or spiritual support, the part of him attending to that group senses the request and provides them with personal support.

When you consider how huge this avatar-sized field of consciousness must be, it becomes easier to see how Jesus performed amazing miracles. By comparison, yogis who practice for many years have been known to develop the ability to walk on water. Jesus just went ahead and did it.

Some yogis are advanced enough to materialize small amounts of physical matter right out of the ethers. Jesus not only manifested loaves and fishes, but he produced enough to feed five thousand people!

Some people - ones who can't see how miracles are achieved - question whether Jesus' miracles actually did happen. Personally, I don't doubt the miracles. To me, the biggest mystery is how such a huge and powerful spirit managed to fit his enormous field of consciousness into one small human body.

Because we are taught to think of our minds as being inside our brains, we rarely think in terms of fields of consciousness. In reality, the brain is inside the mind. The mind is a field of consciousness. The brain is the hardware and the mind is the software that enters it and makes it work. Even though your brain started its existence in this life with no physical memories, your mind existed long before it inhabited your physical body.

Your brain uses just ten percent of its capacity for conscious awareness. In addition to your conscious mind, your complete consciousness includes the subconscious and superconscious aspects of your mind.

Your subconscious mind holds the memories of all of your experiences and incarnations since the beginning of time. It also runs your body's autonomic biological systems. In doing so, it displays a knowledge of biochemistry which goes far beyond the reach of current science.

The largest part of your complete consciousness is your superconscious mind. Also called the higher self or the soul, this is the source of intuitive information. Your superconscious mind is connected to Infinite Being, which is the spiritual source of all things, and also to the entire universe.

Your complete consciousness - the conscious, subconscious and superconscious aspects of your mind - can also be referred to as your inner being. Your conscious mind focuses its attention towards what is perceived as the outside world, so it acts like an outer being, although it's really one aspect of your complete consciousness, your inner being.

There is ten times more to the brain than the one-tenth that people are aware of each day. That means that people have at least ten times the potential that they thought they had and, thanks to the inner being's connection to Infinite Being, that potential can go all the way up to infinity. You just have to decide how much of your field of consciousness you intend to use.

You can choose to pay attention to the still, small voice within. You can choose to ask it for information to encourage the flow of inner wisdom into your outer awareness. You can also choose to follow your inner joy as it leads you towards greater fulfillment in your voyage through life.

Ten Principles for the New Awareness ~ Owen K Waters

Ten Principles for the New Awareness.

The New Reality brings with it a new and expanded vista of awareness. In order to operate successfully in the new environment, you need to apply the new principles which come with that expanded vision, with that greater vista of reality.
This empowers you to awaken to your expanded potential and to manifest it.
Metaphysics is a philosophy of being, a study of the underlying principles of existence. The holistic approach to metaphysics provides a philosophy based upon an integrated foundation of mind, body and spirit. This spirit-inclusive approach is essential in order to understand the wider vista of consciousness which the New Reality presents.
Without the spiritual component of metaphysical philosophy, the mysteries of life remain forever mysteries. Life did not evolve accidentally from a pool of prehistoric sludge; it was brought into being by the precise intention of the Creator. The key to understanding the grand design of life is, therefore, to seek to understand more about the workings of its designer.
If, for example, you had never seen a jet aircraft and, suddenly, one flew overhead, you might wonder if it was propelled by that loud noise that it makes. The real answer, however, can be better found in the designers’ office at the aircraft factory, and so it is with life. If you think about how the designer of the universe could have achieved something, then you will find answers much more quickly than if you wonder how such an ‘accident of evolution’ could have happened.
Why did the Creator create life as we know it? How did it go about that task? What are the underlying principles that we can learn from this? The greater vista of the New Reality enables us to clearly comprehend principles which, before, were mysteries.
Here are ten such principles which will help you appreciate the expanded vista of consciousness offered by the New Reality.

1. All is one.

Everything in Creation is an expression of Infinite Being. Infinite Being is the all-encompassing consciousness from which the universe was created. Everything in the universe is made of consciousness. We are all aspects of Infinite Being.

2. Transformation.

The world is experiencing a spiritual transformation of human consciousness. It may take many decades to complete, and, when it does, it will bring an end to global strife and suffering. This new era of civilization will be achieved by a widespread awareness of the underlying unity of all people. The world is changed when you bring about spiritual change within yourself. This occurs automatically as you constantly share who you are, and all that you have become, within the shared atmosphere of the global mind belt.

3. Purpose in life.

Just as each snowflake is unique, so is each person. Your primary purpose in life is to experience life from one individual, unique point of view. You are an expression of Infinite Being as it experiences itself from all possible viewpoints.

4. Reflectance.

Life reflects who you are – your beliefs, your thoughts and your feelings. This is the basic principle behind the teaching of karma and the fact that you reap what you sow by creating a pattern of thought that attracts like experience to itself. Reflectance is often delayed while your circumstances adjust to allow appropriate reflections to manifest.

5. Self-responsibility.

You create your own reality and take personal responsibility for it. Your life is a reflection of who you are and the experiences that you, as a soul, planned for this life.

6. Life after ‘death.’

From the point of view of your true, inner personality, passing away from the physical realm is like stepping out of a suit that you have worn for a while. The suit is not the real you. In your spirit body, you move into the spirit realm, which is a place of joy and healing. After meeting friends and relatives who have passed on before, you start work on resolving any issues which caused inner conflict in your physical life. You remember more about who you really are and experience a joyful reunion with the rest of your immediate and extended soul family.

7. Reincarnation.

Reincarnation exists to provide a variety of experience, so that life skills may be gained, and so that, while in a physical body, you can rediscover your spiritual source within.

8. Truth is everywhere.

The ultimate truth is to be found within, yet the study of a variety of sources of information helps you to reawaken and remember your inner truth.

9. Unconditional love.

Unconditional love and the acceptance of all life puts your awareness into a higher place, allowing understanding and compassion to develop. This love and acceptance of others is a recognition of the spiritual light within those people and is not dependent upon their outward behavior. Unconditional love also includes a general respect for the beliefs of others, regardless of how much they may, or may not, align with your own beliefs.

10. Inner connection and insight.

Inner connection with your spiritual source promotes spiritual transformation and the achievement of your true potential. Developing intuition, both in men and women, provides an essential insight into life’s experiences.

Spiritual Aliveness ~ Owen K Waters

Spiritual Aliveness.

Spiritual aliveness is the result of making your spirituality the day's number one priority. Achieving this is fairly simple - as simple as being aware of one or two secrets of the universe and then setting your intention for each day.

Life is an expression of your spiritual self. You are here to gain experience on a grand scale. The small details of daily existence may not seem important, but they are all threads in the grand scheme of the life that you, as your inner self, planned before you were born.

It makes sense, therefore, to begin each day by becoming charged with the best supply of life energy available. Then you can make the most of each day's experiences as they unfold. Life energy, or etheric energy, is the main energy transmitted by the Sun. The Sun also radiates physical energy, such as light and heat, but the amount of physical energy pales in comparison to the amount of life-supporting, etheric energy which courses through our bodies.

At dawn each day, the Sun brings a great change to your local environment. The swing from darkness to light at dawn causes a turbulence in the ethers as the life energy in the atmosphere reorganizes itself for a day of new activity. Sunrise is the time of nature's awakening. It is the best possible time to recharge yourself for each new day of activity. Even if the sky is cloudy, the universal life energy comes streaming through your environment.

By beginning your day with a connection to the Sun's energy, you are actually aligning with the natural system of Creation. Infinite Being constantly feeds the universe with life energy in order to maintain all motion in the universe. Infinite Being sends the energy needed to maintain life through the central sun of the universe. From there, it works its way through the central suns of the galaxies and then through the suns of each solar system. Local suns radiate physical energy in addition to life energy.

In a world where people's main focus on life comes through their five physical senses, the Sun takes on a great significance.

The Sun is the closest thing to Infinite Being, the essence of God, within our sight.

What better way to start your day, than to breath in the power of this mighty orb as it awakens you and your surroundings to the energy of the new day?

Here's how to achieve this, with one simple addition to the Infinite Being Meditation technique:

On each in-breath, visualize white light, representing life energy from the Sun, coming into your body via your nostrils. See this white light as filling your entire body every time you inhale.

This fills your whole being with extra life energy because air is a carrier medium for etheric energy. Etheric energy is highly responsive to directed mental pressure so, once the air is inside your lungs, the power of your visualization can be used to direct the life energy to fill your entire body. The energy will automatically follow your mental direction.

Here is the Infinite Being Meditation technique, revised to include the life energy charging technique:

1. Focus your attention on the slow, even flow of breath as it passes in and out of your nostrils.

2. Visualize each in-breath as white light filling your body. Then, at the top of each in-breath, mentally repeat once the affirmation "I am Infinite Being."

3. On the out-breath, allow your attention to follow the flow of air from your nostrils. To induce an immediate calming effect, slow each out-breath and allow it to take longer than each in-breath.

4. Hold the breath out of the body for a short time. In this quiet space, don't think, just be. Become quietly aware of thoughts and impressions that may arise from your inner self. The end of each breath cycle thus becomes your personal communion space with your inner being.

5. Return to active intention by starting the breath cycle again at step 1.

Start your twenty-minute meditation and charging session each day, ten minutes before dawn. If dawn is at, say, approximately 7:10 am, then you would plan to start your day with meditation from 7:00 - 7:20 am. Reorganize your daily schedule around the most important natural event of the day. The deeper connection to nature is well worth the effort. At least once a week, check when sunrise occurs by referring to the news media, or to weather sites such as weather.com. Then you can be in tune with the greatest cosmic forces of revitalization that occur each and every day.

Make meditation at dawn your number one priority of the day. Then everything that follows will be more energized and more in tune with who you really are.

Energetically, the highlight of every day is dawn. It is truly a magical time.
