Beloved Children,


May the blessings of love bring peace to your bodies, minds and hearts.

It is time to seek the healing of your bodies by unearthing all the hurts of the past, letting all the ghosts that roam your lives silent, not allowing the exercise of detachment by the strength of the memories they carry.

It is also necessary to review your thoughts by removing the judgment that accompanies them, so that you can review your concepts, recognizing the prejudices that do not allow you to exercise divine justice.

Your actions, beloved ones, need to reflect your thoughts and feelings, so that you can let your truth show, trying to accept the fact that the other has the right to process your own truth.

So your behaviors can reveal tolerance, tolerance towards the other, tolerance for the diversity of thoughts, tolerance for the choices of the other, for their actions and omissions.

Tolerance cannot be confused with acceptance.

Your values ​​need to be preserved if they really reflect the will of your soul, behold, you need to be free to think, feel and act according to your hearts.

Make the truth, which you recognize in your heartbeat, the powerful weapon that impels you to solidify your choice by light.

Choosing the light, however, is only the first step.

You need to be able to attract and consolidate the light in your lives and this is only possible through your determination to change what no longer serves.

It is time to answer yourselves what no longer serves in your lives!

The answer will come clear and crystalline, in the silence it reveals, so that you can act in the search for the necessary changes based on the certainty that, however painful they may seem, they will return you to true life, without false illusions, where everyone has the same rights and obligations, where common well-being is always one step ahead, where everyone respects each other because they have recovered the clarity that reveals the unity with the Creator Father.

Beloved ones, life is there to be lived to the full by all, and this is the time when everyone needs to recover this right, but first they need to make the necessary changes in their lives that lead them to strip themselves of all selfishness, pain and separation that led them to rock bottom and only generated unhappiness.

Beloved ones, may your prayers feed the will and determination of all your brothers who have not yet started the healing process in their hearts.

I am El Morya with a message for those who are here to change this world.

Do not lament your gift. Expect nothing in return. Your gift is your gift to yourself. Still the part of your mind that inquires, “What do I get in return for this gift which I give this earth?” You have your gift. That is what you get in return for being able to use your powers, it is a gift within itself and to use it appropriately, it must be bestowed upon others – given away. That is how your gift(s) work.

The ego laments. It wishes something in exchange for the giving that your heart has proffered. This is the way you have been taught and this must be dispensed with. The gift of your power itself is your blessing. Still the selfish part of your mind that expects exchange. This is a design that suits the physical mind, however it is not of heaven.

Imagine those still caught in thoughts of helplessness, and now you will appreciate your ability to change the skies above you to blue. Imagine those who live in fear and starvation, and you will appreciate the gift you have to call in divine forces to improve your current circumstance. Imagine those who have lived and died in vain, and you will respect your gift to speak to those who have mastered your world, as I have.

That is why it is called a gift, otherwise a blessing – it has been bestowed upon you as you have achieved its favour.

Dear Ones,

This is a new day, for you no longer have a need to follow the dictates or even interests of others. The result is belligerence that surprises even you.

Your need to please others seems to have evaporated. When you return to that posture, that clinging need to be accepted, you discover a painful internal discomfort. As if a wire loop is tightening in your chest when you move outside your self-love boundaries.

Such is so for several reasons, including the need for you to travel your path instead of paths selected by others. But it is more profound than mere social acceptance. That tightening tells you – and others once they discover the same for themselves – that you are no longer the malleable being others expect.

You have declared your independence. Not only within yourself but to your outer-world.

Some people you interact with during this tumultuous time might easily accept, even applaud your independence. Others, who do not yet understand this new you, will attempt to push you into who they want you to be.

You are not willing to step gingerly through the 3D potholes of acceptance, for you no longer care. You have perhaps felt something similar before. The difference now is your lack of concern about letting others go.

Your inner-being is sending louder and more direct information to you. Before, your inner-being whispered thoughts and actions. Now it is shouting.

The time to dance between two worlds is over.

Perhaps you wish to continue some relationships despite receiving those loud messages. So you attempt to function in this or that milieu only to have physical reactions that might even frighten you. This is a new world. Yet, many pretend that such is not so.

Those of you at a reduced interaction level because of COVID-19 are discovering some you interact with are not who you believed they were. Perhaps you are discovering heart-warming qualities that negate irritating features. In a sense, falling in love with their personality and actions once again. Or that they have a hard edge that does not compute with your new heart-opening. That the two of you have diverged to such an extent, you are not compatible.

All of this forces you to process bits and pieces with new sensations. For your heart is opening in ways you could not have imagined before the imposed isolation of this pandemic and the Easter, Passover, and Ramadam seasons.

You have become you.

So it is you are experiencing a different flow of action and reaction. That which mildly disturbed you before is now almost painful. And that which you hoped to feel months ago is now your daily reaction.

You are a new being in a new world.

Others have not opened as deeply or as quickly as you. So it is that some who feel wrong now might feel different in the future. But in all likelihood, you have created a new being that is ready to initiate new relationships and actions.

This shift is similar to what was true for you once you left your earth home of origin. Perhaps you had a group of friends you outgrew – or your family of origin values.

You have become an independent soul with independent thoughts.

Your independence ensures you will build new norms and societies. Such was not possible when everyone’s values were attached to 3D. You have broken the 3D societal molds. The indicator that such is true is your extreme discomfort when you ignore your inner voice.

You are not who you were even two months ago. Granted, you will continue to evolve, as is true for 3D adults. The difference is your new thoughts and actions will rebuild society from the bottom up.

Very few of you reading this material are of the 3D leadership class. Such is so for a reason. The current leadership base was designed by you en masse to be so uncompromisingly 3D you could no longer justify following their lead. You are the mavericks of society now – but will be followed by millions within weeks. In a sense, you are the starting volley.

Many of you have experienced something similar – the thoughts and actions of the 1960s young adults. The difference is that this new spurt of inner-directed energy will not die out or end. It will grow and expand until freedom to the people is the norm.

Perhaps you believe that such was always so. But if you explore 3D history, you will discover 3D humans required a leader at the top of the pyramid. No more – as more and more of you declare your freedom from such leadership.

So it is there will be a group over here developing this. And another group over there developing that. Projects that will be team efforts. And those who want or need a leader will discover that the majority does not.

Perhaps this discourse sounds unbelievable, for you have never experienced such in 3D. Even those times when a 3D group project felt wonderful, a closer review informs you that one or two persons were responsible for leading that group.

You merely need to follow your inner voice to discover new actions and new groups. For you have completed the difficult and necessary step of removing yourself from those who wish you to be as you were in 3D.

Even though you have not been of 3D for months or even years, you felt the need, until now, to play the 3D game so you would not be lonely. The pandemic isolation many of you are experiencing has hardened your inner voice actions to who you are instead of who others want you to be.
 
So be it. Amen.

We express our greetings to you upon a wave of the purest vibration of Arcturian truth. We greet you with the strength of our love and the power of our inner peace. In greeting you and all beings in this way we create a vibration within and around us that supports our existence in every moment.
Do you create a vibration from within you and through your actions to support your existence upon the Earth? Do you realise you can support your existence and creations on the Earth through the vibration you choose to exist as? While the vibration of your soul cannot be altered and only elevated, your vibration on the Earth depends upon your choices, thoughts, examples and how you live in the physical reality. Thus, your vibration impacts and changes the reality you experience. You could liken your vibration to your energy, the atmosphere you create, or the qualities you exude. It can be the way you see yourself or the impression others receive.
We, the Arcturians, focus upon the purest vibration from the core of the Arcturian Soul Group, thus everything we are and do becomes an expression of this. Where do you choose or feel guided to place your focus in order to awaken the flow of vibration through you that serves you? In taking time to contemplate where it is most appropriate for you to place your focus, you will welcome and become acquainted with the vibration of the Creator and your truth, which truly wishes to flow through you. Your mind may not be able to answer this question, your soul will guide you to new understandings of yourself. Then you can recognise and make choices that empower and serve your vibration. Thus, you become magnetic, powerful and a beacon of truth.

Everything you are is in your reality at some time or another.

If there are aspects of yourself you reject, hide or dismiss, so you will experience them in your reality. If you take time to cleanse your mind, emotions, and soul, so you will encounter a powerful experience of everything flowing ease in your reality. There are limiting habits within you which seem unresolvable and yet you are simply not allowing yourself to see, sense or acknowledge a solution. There are aspects of your mind, emotions, and creations which you are blind to and there are energies, fears or anxieties which you hold onto so you can carry them with you. Everything will show up in your reality, then it is time to let go within you that which creates a disappointing and painful reality for you.
It is important to mention that all that is divine, love, peace, truth and the Creator within you will also show up in your reality. Sometimes it can be more challenging to recognise and project the magnificence you are because to do so requires more courage than recognising the limiting energies you are holding onto. Courage is needed because when you recognise the divinity within your being and choose to be a shimmering example of it; following your intuition in every choice you make, you are taking responsibility for your creations and imprint in every moment of your life.
Rather than following the ideas, concepts, ways, and examples of others, you become fully accountable for your life and experiences, recognising that every step, word and thought impacts the divine plan of the Creator, the Universe of the Creator and especially the reality of the Earth. To live your life knowing this requires tremendous self-connection, trust, and unconditional love. You can live a full and powerful life if you choose to. A life where you draw the wisdom of your soul to the surface to be your guide and expression. Please do not interpret our expression to you as a need to be perfect or even the perfection of the Creator in your reality. Your being may wish to be perfect, however, perfection is unobtainable. The perfection of the Creator is already within you, it is the innocence and sacred flow of your essence, soul, and energy. It has nothing to do with being exact or flawless. It is time for you to discover your own blazing light, your own pathway, and your inner values, to do so is to be an expression of the Creator. We, the Arcturians wish to encourage you to contemplate our expression and sharing to you, so you may align with the healing vibration we are sharing designed to realign you with your truth, while also restoring your inner power.

The Empowerment of Creation

The Creator’s energy of creation is building momentum on the Earth and throughout the Universe of the Creator. Your soul, all souls are preparing to manifest from the light shifts that generate transitions and the formation of what may seem like a new world. Inner awakenings, harmonious living, peace, reconciliation, and unity will be visible within all creations. Each person’s ability to create, manifest and experience that which is within them in their outer reality will be amplified. Having a sense of what you/ your soul wishes to create for yourself and the world has never been more important.

Everything you are is manifesting as the reality you experience; this is becoming more and more real with every moment.  

With this in mind, we, the Arcturians, wish to bring your attention to the language, words and thoughts you use every day. The choices you make in all three support the manifestation of your experiences in your life. In order to benefit from the empowerment of your creative energy taking place, there is a need to align your language, words, and thoughts with your true meaning. Listen to the statements you make/ create about yourself, your life and others. What do the statements you make and the phrases you use say about yourself? Are they born from habit? Someone else’s thoughts and words you have adopted? Do you mean what you are saying? Are you saying one thing and meaning something else? Does your language fully describe your intention, purpose, and meaning?
Your language, the words you use and the thoughts you create are now more than ever your tool for manifestation and creating the ascension of the Earth. It is important all three are as clear and precise as possible, expressing your inner meaning. This doesn’t mean that you must only create positive and loving thoughts. It is acceptable to have a negative thought or to make a limiting statement. The key is to realise that your language, thoughts, and words must be in alignment with the feelings, purpose, and intentions within you.
Remember that every word and thought has the power and capacity to program your subconscious mind, which is the source of most of your experiences. Do you actually mean what you say and do you want what you say to come true?
Examples: You’re such a nuisance. I would forget my head if it wasn’t screwed on. I am a drama queen. I have been hurt too many times. You drive me crazy. You are disgusting. I am so stupid. I always have bad luck. I am too old for that. I can’t trust anyone. That child is so naughty. I am fat. Life is hard. No one cares.
Sometimes something is said with affection, however, if you took away the affection the wording is judgemental or hurtful. This is when your inner meaning isn’t aligned with the words or thoughts you are creating.  Alignment is needed within every part of your being and life.
It is time to cleanse and heal your language, the creation of the world and your world depends upon it. Let all aspects of your being be aligned. Speak from the truth within you and ensure you truly mean everything you say. Each word is creating your reality step by step.
Our words are to encourage a deeper discover into your being and the power you hold over your life and creations.

Compassionate Latitude: The need of the times

Life seems to be calling on us to have more compassionate latitude for each other and for ourselves during these volatile times.
A recently released Gallup poll reported record levels of stress in the USA: 55% of Americans experience stress a lot of the day; 45% feel a lot of worry; and 22% feel a lot of anger.
Similar increases are occurring in other nations as well, largely fueled by an amplification of separatist views and actions resulting in non-inclusive choices based on fear and mixed motives. This restricts people’s heart energy from flowing through their interactions and blocks opportunities for new solutions for the greater good to manifest.
Compassionate latitude increases our care and flexibility with others’ shortcomings or missteps—recognizing that almost all of us are probably experiencing similar challenges, along with highs and lows in our thoughts and feelings. Understanding this can help us treat each other in ways we would desire for ourselves.
Compassion helps raise the vibration of the individual and collective environment. It helps us connect with our higher reasoning capacity to make smarter choices while managing the infectious waves of stress and insecurity that are on the rise. Latitude is an attitude that includes qualities such as being less critical and more patient and tolerant with each other yet not having to agree with or condone another’s views or actions.
Taking a heart-stand regarding our opinions differs from taking a mind-stance—which results in separation and its energy-draining complications. Practicing compassionate latitude with others can help reduce judgments, separation and stress, making it easier to find balance and flow in our time-pressed interactions. Living with irritation, judgments and anger constrains our heart energy in interactions and communication. This can become our ingrained norm, resulting in much of the stress and challenges we experience while passing the blame to others.
Practicing compassionate latitude is a missing piece of the individual and collective peace equation.
 

Compassion Carries Health Benefits

The very act of being compassionate provides health benefits. A study published in the Journal of Advancement in Medicine that was conducted by the HeartMath Institute showed that feeling compassion can cause a significant increase in salivary IgA levels, a key immune system marker. Researchers at the Stanford Center for Compassion and Altruism Research found that compassion training led to a general decrease in anxiety and an increase in calmness (which is getting harder to access with collective stress on the rise).
Social scientists at Harvard found that helping others is contagious; seeing acts of kindness and compassion inspires others to be their best selves. Many people share with us that practicing compassionate latitude has significantly helped to prevent and reduce their underlying anger and intolerance with others.
We can increase our compassionate latitude easily with practice.

An Exercise for Increasing Compassionate Latitude

  • Start with quiet breathing while radiating feelings of gratitude. This helps to shift our energy from the mind to the heart.
  • Next, ponder some situations in which you could give others more compassionate latitude at work, at home, while watching the news, by sorting out miscommunications, and so on.
  • Now visualize yourself replacing judgments, angered responses, lack of tolerance and separation with compassionate latitude for others and yourself. Practicing for several days in a row helps to anchor a person in this valuable habit and can bring quick results in preventing much stress. (Practicing self-compassion is becoming one of the most popular tools for personal stress relief, resilience and resetting our system toward a positive orientation.)
  • Now, radiate compassion and latitude to people with different beliefs from your own and to those whose polarizing views are creating separation, stress and chaos. Compassionate latitude carries the understanding that most people are doing the best they can considering their personal challenges and stress overload.
  • Practice sending genuine care and compassion to all beings who are suffering hardships throughout the planet. Radiating our love and compassion benefits the sender and receiver, as we are all connected.
Collective humanity will infinitely benefit when compassion becomes a way of life rather than just an occasional practice. It’s the way of the heart.
