Machiventa: “My friends, today we will discuss the subject of receptivity because many of you who have access to these messages, wonder how to receive messages that are communicated by Celestials and for you to be able to communicate with Spirit.
“So let us start with the fact that each and every one of you is able to communicate with us because there is no one who is or has been chosen. Each of the people who convey our messages are able to do so because they have had the desire and intention beforehand and made the request. This is the first step to communicate with Spirit.
“You just have to want to communicate with us and ask for it, either through a prayer or simply through your Thought Adjuster.
“When this step has been accomplished, it is simply a matter of getting ready to receive and communicate, but I hear your complaint, ‘Yes, but how?’ The answer, my friends, is simple, take a pencil and paper, or a Dictaphone or go to the keyboard of your computer, it does not matter, then dictate or write everything that comes to your mind onto the medium of your choice without judging what it is and you let go. Note everything and without exception. After a period of 5 - 10 or 15 minutes, stop and pause for several minutes and then re-read or replay what you have transcribed. You will notice that this seems to be confusing and meaningless but don’t be judgmental at this point.
“Repeat this exercise every day or every other day and if possible, at fixed times, because it is with persistence and a great desire to communicate with the Spirit that communication becomes feasible. Persistence is the key word because there were several individuals in the past who tried to communicate but who gave up too quickly.
“During this step, we make sure to adjust the frequency of communication with the transmitter so that the thoughts are clearer and more precise. This step may be longer or shorter for individuals but be aware that all those who persist become receivers, without exception.
“After a certain period of time, you will realize that your thoughts are becoming more precise and form a guideline that looks like a message or something that looks like a message and whose essence of your thoughts materializes into content on a more specific subject.
“Persistence and practice is what allows any individual to communicate with Spirit and it does not require any special skills or stillness, as many may think, but simply to have the disposition and desire to accomplish this approach.
“Through your experience, you will be able to recognize the imprint of the Spirit that communicates with you simply by the way the message is conveyed to you.
“Persistence in your efforts is the key to receptivity. To all future transmitters, I tell you soon, because I'll be there to help you and to receive us.
