Greetings, I am Jesus Sananda, I am Jesus, I am Yeshua, beloved brother – beloved brother of magenta, magenta and blue, with heart of eternal emerald.
Yes, I stepped before your beloved M – and my beloved M, by the way, for there is no sweeter angel than this one – but I wished to come to take your hand, to touch your shoulder, to embrace you, to reassure you, to encourage you, to fortify you so that you fully understand that you do not walk alone.
Oh yes, you say you know this, and intellectually and spiritually you do, but you do not know the fullness of it. I do not say this, beloved friend, in ways of criticism, quite the contrary. I say this because I want you to know how fully accompanied, in and out of form, you truly are and that this journey you call “life” and I have called “life” is not simply a matter of getting through. Oh, no! It is a matter of love, it is a matter of joy, it is a matter of compassion.
You have mentioned to the channel how you have begun, sweet one, to very… might I say ‘narrowly’… give yourself permission to simply be – to play with the trains, (1) to gaze at the sky, or even to navel-gaze.
You know, I have spoken a great deal, yes, through this channel and through other channels, about how, when I have walked the Earth as man, I have chosen not simply or merely to retreat one time for 40 days into the desert, but that I did this repeatedly, and that it was absolutely necessary for my journey and for the journey of humanity and for what I came to do – and continue to do, by the way – with this collective. Now you are about to retreat into the wilderness, into the place of isolation, and let me say this blessed sweet isolation.
I loved and I continue to love my family for they were a gift, and are a gift, for we continue on in many different ways together. And it is funny – even before I talk about retreat – how, so often in reference to my life as Jesus, there is talk of family and friends and teaching, but one of the greatest gifts I had with my family and friends was laughter and play!
Nothing raises the frequency more quickly, more rapidly and more fully than play, than laughter, than sweet laughter by children. And, as you well know, there is nothing better than children. They can be your own or grandchildren or those of friends, or simply watching at the store. There is nothing sweeter than watching children at play and engaging with them in this simplicity of being engaged and in the joy – not because of complexity, nor just the simplicity, but because of the purity.
I have so much I would wish to speak to you about but let me continue about the retreat. It is your time not merely to reflect but to play – and in the beauty, the wilderness, and the wildness of both your own sacred self and of Gaia, to rediscover that purity.
So many human beings think that joy is not only illusive but that it is somehow complex, and yet, in truth, joy is perhaps one of the clearest, simplest, purest energies. It is sheer golden, pure sheer energy, and it can literally be inhaled.
And it can be inhaled quickly and rapidly when you are not distracted, when your mind is not always meandering – and when you allow yourself truly to be in the infinite eternal moment, because that infinite eternal moment is not just filled with love; it is filled with joy.
Now, also, before I step aside for your sweet M, I wish to talk to you about compassion because this is one of the primary Divine Qualities not only that you carry but that you are. It is not a heavy burden. In fact, within compassion there is the perfect ability to find balance and to be able to deeply, profoundly, infinitely connect on a heart-to-heart, feel-to-feel level, and to know, to support, to encourage another, but not assume.
But what I wish to speak to you of is the growing compassion for yourself. Is there a need for great compassion during this time of transition? Yes, there most certainly is. For those that have been distracted or lost their way, forgotten, detoured, yes, compassion is the key. There is no life without compassion.
But what I am asking you my brother, my friend, my ally, my boots on the ground – what I ask of you is to have compassion with and for your sweet, beloved, gentle, strong self. Let go. Give it to me. Give it to our Mother. Let go of these harsh opinions. I will not use the word ‘judgments’ but certainly you have some very strong opinions, yes, certainly about the outside world, but I am talking about yourself.
You are exactly where you have need to be. And yes, we and I – I – am taking you, sweet one, on retreat – not to pray for forgiveness for your sins but to play, to talk to the trees and the water and the dirt and the sky, and to your sacred self – to give so and to fully, fully receive the messages of love that I give you each and every day.
I would be remiss if I did not tell you how proud I am of you that you have come during this period of one of the most difficult times, perhaps the most difficult time, upon this planet and far beyond to re-anchor my messages of love and your messages of love – and not just to transmit it as a message but to fully embrace and embody it, because love is not a distant cousin but the essence of who you are. And as you allow that, as you embrace that, my beloved friend, you are embracing me and I am embracing you.
You are so loved. Go in peace. I step aside. Farewell.

Grener: Greetings, I am Grener. I am Grener of Ashira of Neptune and welcome, beloved daughter of halion. … Sweet angel of light, you have beckoned me forth, but let me also say how pleased I am to show up and to be beckoned!
D: Then it is a win-win for both! [Laughing]
G: That is correct. And yes, you are in the pause, you are in the transition, you are in the time of resurrection when you rise from the ashes, the ashes of the destruction of humanity – and no, we do not mean people dying; we mean the destruction of ‘the old’ that does not serve and has not served for thousands and thousands and thousands of years.
So the change that is in the air and in the soil and in the water are the changes, sweet one, that we have assisted in creating, that you have assisted in creating, and that set the stage for the re-emergence not only of Gaia but of this collective we call humans, regardless of where they’re from. They are on planet so they are Gaian, for, as you well know, we do not distinguish between nations other than to be aware of the cultural or historic differentiations.
Your time of service as beacon and as transmitter in this golden state comes to an end, and all of your heartfelt pleas to all of us have been heard and heeded. You have opened your heart and you have even opened your hearth, your home, to those that are disenfranchised and somewhat confused and lost, and you have mentored and very subtly taught many who have passed through these doors – or who have even just walked by!
So do not think, sweet one, that this time has been lost because from our perspective – yes, we know your perspective – but from our perspective, your presence and, yes, your willingness has been extraordinarily fruitful.
This place of California – in many ways, [Archangel] Gabrielle’s, for it is truly golden – the difficulty has been for so many that they have not realised they were golden. Oh, they have puffed up in many a different display of egos… yes, there are those that genuinely seek… but it is a very difficult place to truly, profoundly, seek.
Oh, there are numerous gurus, and, as you well know, the time of gurus has come and gone; that is ancient history. And as we, including you, beloved, as we meet and join those upon this planet, upon Gaia, we do so not as gurus, not as teachers, but as companions, as envoys, and yes, as part of Delegations.
We come to share not only our technology, not only our science – which compared to some of the Earth understandings is what we would call ‘relatively advanced’ – but we come simply with those in our backpack, in our school bag, but we do not put ourselves – ever – above any species or any race of planets or planetary beings that we have ever encountered in our various travels.
This issue of ascendency, of hierarchies, is being decimated, destroyed, eliminated and there is an equalisation, a very necessary equalisation, that is taking place particularly around and with the humans. Too often on Earth, there has been a deep sense of lack of self-worth, a deep-rooted sense of self-insufficiency, and how that has manifested has most often been in the need, the egoic need, to be over somebody, to make yourself better than somebody. That is a very difficult position not only to put yourself in but to maintain.
It has always been confusing to us why you would not simply want to stand next to somebody, heart-to-heart, eye-to-eye, regardless of height, and you have known this. And, in some ways, part of your contract, your endurance, has been putting yourself in places of insufficiency – and I do not mean ‘value’ because that would be absurd – but you have known physical/financial lack and so you know this habit of these humans to act with rather grandiose self-puffery. This comes to an end.
And let me be very clear because I am speaking, yes, as head of the Intergalactic Council, but I am also speaking to you very personally…
Now I would love in many ways to simply say, “I am welcoming you home,” and in your semi-conscious, unconscious self, you know that you are often with us on board ship or elsewhere, but I am not saying to you that it is time for you to leave. I am saying, “Welcome me home as we meet and conjoin upon this beautiful planet that is being restored even as we speak. She is a beauty!”
D: Yes, she is.
G: You know that we have not travelled so far and for so long, held the space, if it was not worth it. And there have been times, sweet daughter, when you have truly wondered: “Is it worth it?” So now comes the time of the bounty – yes, of the payoff, for endurance does have a payoff!
You will be moved. “Yes,” you say, “well, I can’t be moved during this lockdown,” and that is correct. But as you know, we are very forward-thinking, and what you also know is that you can be picked up and moved quite literally overnight, or in a very short period of time. You are of the water so we do not ask you to go to a place that is not close by the water because this is what feeds your mermaid soul. And so often, when you have been upon the Earth, you have always said, “Well, let me take my mer-self form,” or “let me be a dolphin.”
So we are fully aware of the challenges that this physical reality has served you, but you are emerging – and you are not emerging as your current self; you are emerging as your true chosen self, as we have always seen you. …
We came here not only to this galaxy but particularly to attend to Gaia during the transition, which for us has been over several hundred years, but we came because this is the Planet of Love of such diversity that everybody would be welcomed. Instead, what happened was nobody was welcomed! But that is changing, and it is changing with such rapidity that people will never again remember what it used to be like. …
What is this ‘solar flash’ spoken of?
D: I know a lot of this is false or exaggerated, but we constantly have comets hitting the Earth, etc. and this thing about Niburu has come back. That one just seems funny to me and I have to laugh when I hear people saying it is going to hit the Earth. And what is this ‘solar flash’ thing?
G: First of all, you are not about to relive Niburu. As you well know, we have… no, we would not interfere with the free will of Gaia, but the free will of Gaia is also not for massive destruction from a comet or anything else… so that is redirected. So that is a ‘fear conspiracy’, let us put it that way.
And the ‘solar flash’ is the same thing. What people are not realising, and what we have realised for a very long time… think of a solar flash as the moment of ignition within your being… when all of a sudden it is like a supernova within your consciousness and the flash simply brings a clarity of understanding, not simply a vision, but of consciousness. So it is not an external event. It is an internal event. …
It is a numbers game!
D: Well, how long approximately… I hope it’s soon… is it going to take before the ruling 1% is moved out?
G: How do you mean?
D: The people that really hold all the money and keep humanity captive…
G: Humanity is held captive because they believe they can be. So what we do is talk in terms of the awakening of the collective, rather than the restrictions of those that have to learn better. It is a numbers game! And so we are working with the huge percentage of people that are simply learning to say “No!” … yes, that is important … but also learning to say “Yes!” – to truly claim not only their heritage and their right, but who they are.
You and I have watched through various revolutions when the masses have risen up and said, “No more!” Now, we are not talking about a bloody revolution; there has certainly been too much of that upon Gaia and, as you well know, that continues to this day in various war-torn and oppressive regimes.
So we are saying that this awakening is actually underway already, so allow it to come forth. Yes, it is important. You are working on your receiving, but you are not engaging so much with the collective until you are re-situated. You are being the observer of this awakening and allowing the awakening, certainly the expansion of your own being, back to the truth of who you really are as well.

But it is happening rather quickly. Yes, there will be times of unrest, of unease, and you are in one of them right now. Many people are very worried about what the future holds, but it also allows for redefinition of what the future really holds. So we are saying a couple of months maximum.

You are the Fulfillment of the Promise

Greetings, I am Mary, I am Mare’, Universal Mother, Mother of love. Yes, I can give you a litany of the names I go by, but does it not suffice, beloved ones, to simply say I am the Mother of love, and in that I say I am the Mother of all, and in that I say I am the Mother of each and every one of you.
I welcome you and I gather you into my arms and around me, around us, around all, to have this quiet conversation in what some of you have thought of as in the midst of chaos, and what I would say to thee is in the realm of new existence, in the realm of higher octave, in the realm of new beginnings of new cycles of existence.
I ask you, I open the doorway, I invite you, I guide you to enter through this portal, this doorway and to leave what is old and what is truly non-existent behind. Many times I have spoken to thee about what is non-existent, about what is illusion, and what does not have substance that is in any way useful to you. I speak to you about my infinite ocean of time and the fluidity of time where you may swim backwards and forwards. But in this moment, in this eternal moment of my infinite now, I am suggesting to you, I am requesting of thee…do not look back!
There are times for the contemplation of what has gone beforehand, and you have had such a period of time, and you will have that again. But in this day, in this moment, I ask you to gaze forward and to gaze forward with clear intent and the acuity of your inner vision and knowing.
We have spent years, and indeed we have spent eons sharing and guiding and teaching, retooling, uplifting, attuning, infusing each and every one of you with the energy of love and that which is necessary for you to go forth…each of you…as Nova Beings, as Creator Race, as angels in form, as hybrids in form, as portals and gatekeepers and Earthkeepers. It matters not, beloveds, how you identify yourselves or even how you are identified throughout the multiverse, the omniverse.
What is important as you take this forward thrust is that you know and you embrace the truth of who you are. No more self-sabotage, no more group sabotage, no more embrace of that which is truly illusion and of the old false grids and paradigms, for they do not serve you and you have come to your own realization and a depth of heart knowing that, in fact, those old illusions do not serve you and you embrace the new. And what is the new except the essential that has always been.
There are times when you have said to me or to my beloved archangels, “Well, I work within the old grid. I work with the old paradigms because that is simply the way things are.” What I suggest to thee, beloved, is that is not of truth. That is not how things are! The truth of love, the truth of creation, the truth of your essence, the truth of my essence has never been of disarray, of hatred or greed or selfishness or fear, of lack or limitation, so that is not the way things are. That has been an absolute misconception of reality. And you have grown and you have matured and some of you would say, “Yes, I have seen through the chaos and I have seen through the illusion.”
It is not adequate to simply see through it or recognize it. It is vitally important, essential, to see what is ahead of you, underneath that illusion…inside. And of course the only way to truly discover and embrace that truth, that reality, that love, is through the knowing of your beautiful sweet self, of the immutable self that does not truly shift or change.
Your essence is and always has been love and that everything else in this journey of being in form and of being the truth and the implementers of the Divine Plan is you in form being the love.
Now, I may speak this clearly because you are at the level of existence where you can truly understand, comprehend, integrate, anchor, and bring into action and form that which I speak of. So often when I have said to you, “If it does not look like love, if it does not feel like love, if it does not smell like love, then why would you engage it, why would you proceed?” And you have truly come to a place, yes, through your own growth, might I suggest with a little help from your friends – human and otherwise – to come to a place in your Divine Authority, in your essential truth and right, in your birthright, where you do not want, choose, decide, anything that is abhorrent, that is not of love. You are placing yourself by choice, in alignment with Divine Will beyond choice.
Now, that does not mean that the direction of the human race is to become robotic, mechanical. If anything, sweet ones, you have become far more electrical and your light bodies are shining brightly.
What do you choose to do as you enter and truly begin to anchor this new realm of existence, this new expanded way of being, where you think with your heart and act from your will? What do you choose to do? When I pose this question to you I do not think, my beloveds, there is a single one of you that would say to me, “Well, Mother, what I would like to do is to continue in the path of endurance, in a path of struggle because that has made me so strong.” And, yes, that is in many ways true and it has certainly assisted in your desire and choice to receive the gifts of clarity that I have given you. But you were never intended, indefinitely or infinitely, to struggle, to practice endurance.
Fortitude is not a struggle; it is a strength. It is a way of being. Faith and Trust are not struggles, they are simply a form of existence that are the various reflections of love and joy. And so, in this time of new beginnings, I ask of each of you, in your infinite wisdom which we respect and love and cherish, “What do you choose? What is your intention? What is your heart’s desires?”
When I pose this query to thee I am not suggesting…in fact, I do not truly wish to hear a response that is pat, a response that is “Well, I wish to heal the world; I wish to save the world.” Your world is your inner landscape and the mechanics of such a statement do not speak to the beginning point of your heart, your choices, your decisions, your actions, and your truth. So, let me phrase this in a different way…My beloved children, creations of my heart, what do you hold dear to you?
I am encouraging you, I am guiding you to make this beginning point of your new beginning very personal. What is dear to your heart? What is dear to your life? What is of ultimate importance to you? Your answer is close to you. Yes, for many of you it is to simply feel the divine presence within thee and your connection, your infinite, ultimate connection to us – the Godhead – more clearly, more perfectly, more consistently. It is also to be in divine union, in sacred union, more deeply with yourself, with your partner, with your family, with your friends, with your community.
You do not go about saving the world and have no regard for those you cherish. That is how you express, how you experience love, and what it looks like, what this paradigm of Nova Being in Nova Community on Nova Earth looks like. So, before you jump over the moon, take time to identify what is dear to you, what is the reflection that, in fact, builds upon your quintessential truth? What is the love that, in fact, acts as the catalyst for your quantum leap? It has need to be in that expansion of your heart wisdom, in the expansion of your wisdom vision.
We did not spend years speaking to you about Divine Union, Divine Authority, Divine Knowing, your Inspired Self, the New You, we did not spend years speaking of these things so they could be set aside. No, it is to be integrated and in this integration, the starting point of creation, which you are in this phase – this is the next chapter, is what is dear to you.
What is so precious to yourself, not merely as divine being but as man and woman and human being, what is so dear to you, so precious to you, that you wish to expand upon it and you want that experience of that miraculous sense to be shared far and wide? What are you choosing in the personal realm to build upon, to bring your attention to, to align your will with? That is the intention!
These choices are not merely universal, it is your expression of the universe within your sacred heart, and that is how you carry forth. You have done…even as I have said to you “do not look back”…I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge, praise, commend, celebrate victories of this past year where you have gone forth. And the biggest victory is the ability to expand your discernment. This is why in my tsunami, that I have focused the gifts of clarity and purity…purity of thought, purity of discernment, the purity of grace, the sense of child-like wonder and awe and inspiration…that you have learned to stand back from “that is not of truth” and send the energy of love into the melee.
In this new chapter, this new realm of existence, there are still going to be incidents of chaos but it is not internal; it is not something you are engaging in. You are the participant observer insofar as you send the purity of what is dear to you into those situations and you stand back and you watch them dissolve. This is the power of creation!
Think of it…do you really think, sweet angels of light, that I reached down and engaged the fullness of my energy in what is abomination, that I involve myself in hatred? No. There are times when it has spun around while some have learned very critical lessons. I have always, and always will, send my love, send my emissaries, send my warriors of light, to penetrate that darkness, for that is nothing short of the fulfillment of My Plan, but I do not engage it. Why would I put my Divine energy into something that is not of love?
And so I say to you, these are lessons and approaches to creation that you have very well learned in the past years. That is not where energies are focused as we go forward because you are reaching for what is dear, until such time as the entire planet, not some amorphous idea but the entire planet, every baby, every hair, every blade of grass, every pebble, every drop of water in every ocean, is dear to you. But first, what is personally dear to you.
Creation is not hasty. If you have learned one thing gathered around me, that is it. Creation is instantaneous and immediate but it is never hasty. There is such jubilation at this time, not merely of fulfillment, but of the new. You are the fulfillment of the promise and the promise, the word, the energy, has always been love.

Happy Earth Day My Friends!
 
Linda Dillon: There could not be a more pertinent message than this one from Gaia herself, Archangel GQi’anna, the quintessential agent of change, to truly comprehend what is transpiring during this time of change catalyzed by the COVID-19.

 
Gaia came to me yesterday and asked that I share her wonderful inspiring message on what Nova Earth will look and feel like. She talked about the shifts within the human condition that are necessary to bring this rebirth forward – humans re-claiming their divine qualities, awe, innocence, wonder, gentleness, and step into their creator selves as stewards and co-creators of Earth.
 
Gaia came to me in in all the splendor of her sacred silence. The sacred silence that we often don’t listen closely enough to hear – the long rolling waves in the middle of a majestic ocean, the silence of the forest before the birds awaken, the silence of an autumn leaf turning from gold to red to russet, the silence of the cave deep within her womb. She came to me in this way and I listened.


I am Gaia; known long ago as Archangel GQi’anna, archangel of love, change and metamorphosis. I come to speak to your heart and the heart of humanity this day to share with you my plan and the plan for Nova Earth. The key to this understanding is also the key to understanding the essence of who I am – constant change and metamorphosis.
I and all kingdoms who walk upon me and live within my soil, waters, rocks and core are always in the process of change and transition. It is simply that the nature of this change, this shift to Nova Earth, is so profound and noticeable that you are in any way aware of something unusual transpiring. But be clear my children that change and transformation have always been part of my expression of love for the Divine Mother.
All things associated with my being are cyclical, progressing and moving back to the One. Because you are familiar with these rhythms you do not consider these changes as significant; the shift from winter to spring to summer to fall; the shift from stream to river to ocean; the shift from fetus to child to adolescent to adult to ancient one. You notice these changes but you haven’t paid adequate attention.
It has always been part of my plan within the Mother’s plan that I would ascend and return home at some point. Because I am in a different framework of time than humanity, you do not think of this. You have not taken into account the changes that I make with assistance of the Company of Heaven to continue on my soul journey. It matters not, and it is not something that I have been particularly concerned about drawing your attention to because as your mother I have tended to you and understood that you have been focused on your own evolution and dramas.
You did not even pay due heed when I shifted out of the old 3rd dimension into the 5th through 7th. You were so engaged in examining your own experiences that you did not notice that I allowed your collective decision to proceed in a manner that was outside the original plan.
I allowed you to remain upon my surface and have continued to nurture you. But Nova Earth is being birthed dear hearts and this requires your participation, your love and the destruction of aberrant human behaviors that are no longer in alignment with me. For this reason I beckoned you forth as The New You.
The New You is a human/hybrid who chooses to live consciously, and by that I mean in the fullness of their divinity and being. A person who is not only wiling but prepared to participate in laying down the new patterns of heart consciousness, behaviors, actions and co-creation that are in harmony with my ascension.
The New You is the individual who is consciously co-operative and realizes the necessity of living in harmony with All. The kingdoms, your star brothers and sisters, the inner and outer planets, the company of heaven are all in agreement and alignment with this shift. And now it is time, in your reference of time, for humanity to step forward in cooperation.
How does this occur? It unfolds by you stepping forward and not only embracing but fully embodying the New You. Now let me explain my plan and then you will more clearly understand how it is that the New You patterning is required for our continued co-habitation as a happy family.
Nova Earth, Nova Gaia, no longer is a place of pollution, desecration, poverty, war, hunger, lack, limitation, death, disease, humiliation, shame, inequality or pain in any form. These qualities of old Earth do not exist in the 5th, 6th or 7th dimensions and hence they cannot continue upon my planet.
Think of it as a situation where there is no oxygen to support those life forms. And make no mistake all of those false grids and beliefs, vasanas within and without, are life forms. They have assumed a power and rigor of their own and it cannot and will not continue on Nova Earth. This is not said in any way child that is threatening. This is not an eviction notice but simply a statement of fact on how I intend to proceed.
Too often you have thought of these false grids and conditions as qualities that you as humans either have participated in or been required to endure. That is myopic thinking, it is the thinking of the ego self and it is selfish and short-sighted. All of the false grids developed by humanity have been imposed upon not only my sacred self but the kingdoms as well. All have suffered from the false grids and beliefs that the human collective came to value as truth and a reflection of reality. Now what I say to you is we are leaving those ways of being behind – all of us, and we, your Divine Mother, the kingdoms, the star beings, the company of heaven, have all invited you to join us in this voyage. And you have accepted.
So where do we voyage to? What is this process of change? What does Nova Earth look, smell and feel like? What is it that we are creating and are inviting you, as the New You, to participate in?
I have begun this day by speaking to you of my essence of change, love and metamorphosis. We have left the cocoon of the old 3rd dimension behind and are emerging, as are each of you, into the higher realms. I, Gaia, am returning to original intent. This means allowing my original soul design to be restored and to blossom more brilliantly than ever before. My rivers, oceans, lakes, my life blood is cleansed. My soil, trees, flowers, fields, plants and are restored with the vibrations of light and love. All of this reflects as rich nutrients, purified soil, vibrant and abundant life force and forms.
The kingdoms are free and jubilant – not only what you conceive of as the animal kingdoms but the elementals, the fairies, the leprechauns, sprites, devas – all are visible and working their alchemy to restore the beauty and splendor of their homes as well. The mountain ranges sparkle and soar towards the pristine sky. And most of all my air, your air, your atmosphere is not only purified but rarefied. Think of the air as filled with rainbows, angels, Healers of Tralana and Halion Engineers – because it is.
Cities will be welcomed and co-created as meeting and gathering places for the human collective, but never again their exclusive purview. Cities of Light have been emerging all over the planet with support from myself, the higher realms, your star brothers and sisters, and the company of heaven. Each city is a cultural center for different purposes, each magnificent and self-sufficient in their own right. But let me be clear these Cities of Light are constructed in co-creation with the New You, the nova beings who choose to work in harmony and Linda Dillon love with all. The New You is not simply a heart conscious awakened individual but a vibrant full partner in these creations. And that is why the re-patterning of the collective is necessary.
I reach out to each of you, my beloved sons and daughter of my heart. I beckon you to step forward and claim your original design and in that reclamation to set down a new grid for humanity. You are the pattern-makers for humanity and as per your request to come forth within this grander plan we await you. But please hurry – do not be hasty, needy or fearful. Be timely, thoughtful, considerate; but also diligent, purposeful and fully present.

When individuals – and hence communities – are choosing what they are passionate about in terms of pursuing how they contribute, then you have healthy communities… then you have Cities of Light… then you have Global Peace.

Archangel Gabrielle ~ You Are Competent & Free To Create Without Restriction or Constriction
 
Roxanne: More and more people are awakening. Are there some core things upon their awakening that they need to know and that I [we] can help teach them?
 
Archangel Gabrielle: The biggest thing that the humans need to know is that they are competent – that they literally do have the power to create and to bring forth for themselves and for their communities (whether it is a community of two or two million); that they have the ability to bring forth, not through just sitting back and wishful thinking, but through planful approaches; that they have the ability esoterically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically to do what they need to do.
 
Now, the red flag in this… and this is what they need… this is an excellent question, child… is that they need to know – and we are talking directly to your heart – that there are no restrictions; that that sense of limitation is gone.
 
Now, there are two reasons why this sense of restriction/constriction has been very present in the human collective:
 
One has been the issue of abuse, control, abuse of power, etc. which restricted and constricted the greater part of the collective’s ability to actually birth, bring forth and create what they wanted. That is going by the wayside.
 
The other has been self-imposed restriction/constriction in not wanting, not only because they feel limited, but not wanting to do harm – not wanting to stray too far and become abusive or controlling or cruel or hardened.
 
So what you are doing is reminding people of their competencies and that the restrictions/constrictions are removed, but that the boundaries of a heart-intelligent individual and community are those that are respectful and kind and considerate… all those words that we have used.
 
And then the next thing… and this is, again, very representative of your experience… is this idea and the practice of freedom, again for much the same reasons. What people think of particularly as personal freedom, let alone collective freedom, has been quite limited – and we do not mean in terms of civil rights, although when you expand it, it becomes that – but it is the freedom to choose what people truly want to pursue, how they really want to live.
 
Now, you have seen the opening of massive floodgates in terms of these freedoms, but there is still much further to go. For example, you have said, “I would like to do X, but I know I have to pay the bills.”
 
So what you are participating in and what you are teaching the humans is that, in fact, it is not the either/or; that through their freedoms and the exercise of their freedoms – not in lazy ways, not in ways of non-involvement – they are free to create pathways, whether traditional, standard or alternative; that they are free to create their pathways.
 
And in that, what they are doing is creating communities, nations, planets which encourage, because when individuals – and hence communities – are choosing what they are passionate about in terms of pursuing how they contribute, then you have healthy communities… then you have Cities of Light… then you have Global Peace.
 
This is what they need to know; this is what they need to be reminded of, both in a very particular [way]. And you will find, particularly as you work with individuals and very small groups (or individual healings or small healing groups), is that this practice, this introduction of the practice of freedom, of independence, is very often a singular choice-by-choice-by-choice process that you will guide them through.
 
R: I know not how. I’m teaching self-care to a group of 35 leaders right now, who don’t even know how to put themselves first in terms of taking care of themselves, so I’m struggling to find ways to help them incorporate that into their very busy lives. So I’m really unsure how to do what you just said, which was powerful and beautiful, but I’m not quite sure how to pull that one off, to be honest.
 
AAG: Because you start with the principles – and you start with the principle that they can intellectually agree with and emotionally desire – and then you translate it quite literally into a practical to-do list.
 
For example, this group that you work with… highly proficient offerings that they give each and every day… but there is something very ‘inadequate’, let us put it that way, about [being] inauthentic – about the individual who preaches and believes in the efficient running of an organisation, about communities becoming healthy, about caring for families, children, adults, elders, but are not willing to lead by example. No!
 
Be very clear, this is not about shaming and guilt, for those are the old ways. But it is incongruent if you are not willing to give yourself 15 minutes – start small – 15 minutes a day, or an hour a week, or two hours a week, oh, a day a month. So that is how you start. It is by highlighting and making them realise that they are not practicing what they are preaching.
 
There are a million excuses and there is only one excuse: “I am not worth it!” So what you are doing, sweet one, is truly bringing them to that core issue – and there’s no way around it.
 
R: No, there really isn’t.
 
AAG: So this is the bridge between what you know within your spiritual work and the practicality of a community. It does come back to self-worth. And if you are not worthy of it, then you are not giving your best because it is incongruent.
 
This issue of congruency, this issue of balance, and this issue of worth are going to be front and centre in your future endeavours, sweet one. And that is why you have walked through this process and you know how hard it is, you know the lump in your throat, you know the terror.
 
Many of these beings are terrified of giving themselves even 15 minutes because they’re terrified of what they might find. They want to think of themselves as good, worthy people, but underneath is the terror of what they might find.
 
And the truth of it is: what they will find is the brilliance, the shining light, of who they really are! (1)
 

So your watchwords in this, dearest heart, are what the Mother has been saying, which is heart speaking and heart listening. And if they are not heart listening and heart speaking to themselves, then they cannot be doing it elsewhere; there is a disconnect.

 Divine Mother Speaks on Gentleness And Kindness

 Greetings, I am Mary, I am Mare, Universal Mother, Divine Mother, Mother of Hope, Mother of Change, Mother of Constancy and Mother of you. …

 You have known for a long time that gentleness and kindness are two of the most powerful strengths in my Omniverse, for it is an energy that is never wasted. It is an energy that continues to fuel long after the action, the smile, the touch is long gone. It fills and refills the wellspring of the heart and the wellspring of the soul.

 As you well know, my beloved one, the greatest challenge of the human race has been and is… although we are at breakthrough and that is why this is so important… the question is, whether it is expressed or not, whether they have the courage to even formulate it or not: “Am I worthy? Am I loved?”

 And when you extend the basic, highest, lowest and everything in between, when you extend your heart in kindness, in gentleness, whether it is by a word or a glance or a full presence, what you are saying – and I mean you in this, and I mean you also in the collective meaning of any being who comes to such an action of kindness or gentleness with the totality of their heart intelligence – when this is done, what you are truly doing is saying, “Yes, you are worthy, you are loved, you are genuine, you are authentic, you are the Mother’s.”

 Too often upon this planet, acts of supposed kindness have ulterior motives. And you know this as well, that the facade of the individual, the person offering kindness or gentleness – it is done through a sense of obligation, or that it will make them look better, or that they cannot truly reveal themselves, or act in abhorrent ways. And that is a good thing, but it is not the truth; it is not the transmission of true kindness, of true gentleness.

 Now, is it better than beating others up? Yes! But it does not accomplish what is truly needed. And you, sweet one, do these acts of kindness, of gentleness, of nurturing, of caring… the letting somebody know that they are seen and valued and worthy, in your eyes and in mine! So for this, I thank you. I thank you, sweet beloved angel, daughter of my heart. I thank you!

 Oh, you do many things in our name and you have [done so] your entire life, but that does not mean that those other actions were not important; of course they were, and they are. But too often upon your beautiful planet, sweet Gaia, who teaches this every moment of every day of every eon: your planet has become too busy, too focused on ‘doing’.

 Now that is not to suggest that we do not understand the demands of society, of work, of family, etc, but what it is doing is overriding, in your realm and in mine, the fluidity of time and of timing. And what I mean by this is that Gaia teaches perfect timing, and the enjoyment of time within the spectrum of the human experience and, of course, of planetary experience.

 So there are seasons – and even where seasons are all summer or mostly winter, there are seasons – and there is a planting of a seed, and the sprouting of a seed, and the growing of a flower, a bush, a tree. And there are many examples of the variation of timing, because the growth of a tree is different than [that of] an annual flower; the growth of a mountain, or the running down/the wearing down of a mountain, is different from a tree. And it is all perfect and beautiful.

 And that is my invitation, and it is Gaia’s invitation, to enjoy what is being offered. Yes, and some of those invitations are very limited: a butterfly emerges from the cocoon and lives only for weeks, and some even for days. Now, they do not emerge saying: “Oh, I am brand new and I have to learn” or “I am old and I am going to die shortly.” They simply enjoy the air beneath their wings, the scent of the flower, the taste of the nectar. They live!

 So in the busyness of human affairs, what is happening is there is not enough joy and self-kindness, self-gentleness, so there is an adjustment as you anchor Nova Being and Nova Earth.

 One of the reasons why I am saying this to you is that you have learned, and you are learning, you are expanding how to utilise your SWAC [stranger, watcher within, admirer and critic] team. You are giving and you are entering into a deeper, broader relationship not only with me, Yeshua, the archangels and your circle; you are also entering into a helping, loving relationship with every part of your being.

 And what that does is it alters/adjusts the focus – and in that, what you may think of as a slight adjustment of focus is in fact that you are expanding time, opening time, allowing time to be co-creative with you rather than pushing you against a cement wall.

 So this is a very important example that you are giving to the human race. That does not mean that you ignore family, that you steal time from family [chuckling], or a task that you love; quite the contrary. What it means is, as you engage in those things, you are far more conscious not only of the time but of the gifts, of the precious gifts you are sharing with those you love and, yes, sometimes – often! – with perfect strangers. That is what sending the healing energy is all about.

So the creation, the taking time in this pause to truly bring forth in the clarity of one’s hopes and dreams what you truly wish to birth, is a pivotal element – a critical piece – of what you are doing individually and collectively.

Archangel Michael: What is occurring in the global situation is that you have been put on pause. The Mother has spoken through this channel about “the pause” for a long time, and various individuals have certainly been through the pause and have benefitted from being in that state – no, not of inertia; pause and inertia are very different things; pause and ‘being stuck’ are very different things.
So your planet – and this is significant [in terms of] what the coronavirus is about – the entire planet is being put on pause for the reset, for the rebirth, that the Mother has talked about.
So will there be many significant events in the upcoming weeks and months? The answer is “yes”. And as we have repeatedly said, it is not a singular event – it is a domino effect. And we are not talking, let us be very clear, about the collapse of that which is valuable such as societies and communities, but it most certainly is a reset.
So,yes, sweet one, the financial situation that you and I and Valdar have spoken of often is going to be prepared… let us leave it at that. …
Now, the purpose – the bigger purpose – of the pause is for people to simply stop, take a breath, make some fundamental choices and stay still. But for those who are coming at this in a state of high alert for survival, it will take more for them to get the benefit of what this pause is really about. …
Andrew: Any update on the Delegations and whether they might come out into the open during this year of 2020?
AAM: Oh, it is most likely that they will be revealed simultaneously, as you know, during the year of 2020. But it most certainly will be, shall we say, post-pause… but engaged in the pause as well… because one of the things that is being done is that much is being put in place during this time of quiet, you see, so that things are ready to go.
A: That’s great! … I wonder, do you have any other particular message for general sharing?
AAM: Sweet angel of light, it is extremely important that you – and I mean you, all Gaians – take this time, yes, to inner and outer reflect upon what it is you are not only desiring to create but are creating.
And it is insufficient to say that you are creating Nova Earth, that you are anchoring new societies, new communities, new ways of being, because unless it is up close and personal – a reflection of the innermost desire and plan of action for the unique, individualised sacred self – it is meaningless.
And so the creation, the taking time in this pause to truly bring forth in the clarity of one’s hopes and dreams what you truly wish to birth, is a pivotal element – a critical piece – of what you are doing individually and collectively.
So it is necessary during this time to take the time, to take the moments – not to live in fear – but to catch one’s breath and say, “Now… what do I really want? What is true and valuable to me? And then, how does that reflect out into the broader community? What are the gifts that perhaps I have kept hidden, that I have kept under a bushel basket, that I wish to bring to the forefront to share not only for my own joy and glory, but for the collective?”
And so these are the questions that, all beings, we encourage you to focus on at this time. Take the pause and breathe, sweet one. Go into the stillness – the stillpoint – of your heart and get ready for the actions.

Greetings, I am Michael. … Welcome to you, old friend, new friend. Welcome to this Council and to this Circle of One.
And yes, I come as always as brother, as ally, as friend, but I also come as Archangel of Peace, Warrior of Love – and it is critically important, in all matters great and small, that the sense of peace, the sense of calm, the sense of centredness and balance not only be maintained, not only be anchored, but expanded and shared throughout the planet.
This is a time of the death of drama. That does not mean, nor has it ever meant to be, that this is the end – in any way shape or form – but it is also not the end of what one might think of as personal or global or planetary or Universal challenges. But ‘challenges’ when we use that word means growth; it means expansion; it means the anchoring and the living, the engaging, in a higher dimensional reality and in a more fluid interdimensional reality.
Drama is a vibration that in fact freezes and attempts to tether one into the lower vibrations of the old third, and that would be – in your terms, in terms of your science – like being jettisoned into outer space and simply attempting to tether yourself on air. It does not work that way in terms of practicality.
The Plan for this Ascension, as has been planned for eons and eons by the Divine Mother, is about being tethered by choice, by free will, by divine authority, on planet, in form, in community, in the unity of heart, of heart intelligence, of heart speaking, of heart listening, and in the sharing in the unity of community.
When we speak of community, as you most recently have experienced, we are not talking about a hierarchy. We do not operate within a hierarchy. The old paradigm of human hierarchies, where some are privileged and some are not, is a misconstruing of uniqueness of individual roles; it is a denial of the supreme authority of each and every being.
So when we speak of unity, we do not speak of ‘some in, some out, some guilty, some privileged’. This is important. All are equally forgiven. All are equally being given the opportunity directly from the Heart of One to be reborn – and to be reborn into the balance, above-below, within-without, of various bodies and chakras and energy systems.
Nova Earth is not a place of exclusion. It is a place of inclusion where all the misdeeds, all the mishaps, all the sorrow, all the grief are healed – and where all are welcomed into the creation and co-creation of a world of love.
There is not one being… well, there are a couple actually… but there are no beings upon the planet that do not have the strength to fulfil this mission. And there is no being upon this planet that has not misstepped, or misdirected their divine authority and mission at some point in time, whether it is 10,000 years ago or yesterday.
Hence, those who have been, shall I say, engaged in egregious, offensive behaviours are doing so, yes, out of egoic self-interest and lack of true vision. But they are also doing so that the collective can come together in a level of clarity – not of jealousy or envy or punishment or guilt – where the community of Gaia can come together and say, “This is not what we choose. This is not the way that our community operates,” and then you enfold those into a new realm of being.
Now, there are many upon your planet – not merely those who have, shall we say, taken ‘scenic detours’, but those who are simply tired, those whose contracts have been completed – there are many who are coming Home, who are travelling a different trajectory and are choosing to work, to witness, to participate in this rebirth of Nova Gaia from this side.
Is this a reaction of Gaia to rid herself of those that injure her? The answer in fact is “no”. Does it give her relief to see some who have perpetuated wrongdoings, to have them leave the planet? Well, the answer in fact is mixed because, while there is the physical release of someone not completely hammering on you constantly – and let me be very clear, evil deeds hurt Gaia – it is not merely those who are polluting or creating climate change, etc.; it is those who behave poorly.
So is she, Gaia, happy when people leave? The answer is “yes” and “no” because, for those who leave to come Home and have already been in the light, she is happy for them; and for those who have not had the breakthrough to achieve that level of understanding, there is an element of sadness, of grief, of lost opportunity. Gaia has been extraordinarily patient – as only an Archangel can be! – because she is fully aware of her role in this unfoldment.
So be very careful, my brother, [brothers and sisters] to make sure that the doorway to inclusiveness is kept open. Yes, poor behaviour – and that is putting it mildly – must come to an end. Well, that is already underway, but there has need to be individually, collectively, globally, and certainly universally, always room for forgiveness.
Now you know this. As sacred physician, if someone comes to you filled with dis-ease or injury, that they have crashed their car and they have broken bones, you do not say, “I will not treat you because you were drunk!” Of course not! You heal them, you assist them in the emergent and urgent situation, and then you address the underlying causes.
The addiction to poor behaviour upon this planet, that is usually masked by massive egos, is not truly because people feel superior. It is because in fact they feel inferior; they feel lacking in self-worth and self-love, and therefore are incapable of loving anybody else or acting in ways of love.
So the tide has turned and, yes, it is washing up upon the shores of the Mother’s Gaia many who need triage. But you don’t simply tell them to go back into the ocean and drown; first you aid them and then you allow them to heal. Is this difficult for many? Of course, it is!
But that is also why so many of you who have been engaged previously in the Intergalactic Wars are here on Gaia at this time – because you know the devastation, the destruction, the hatred that caused and resulted from those wars, and you know how long it took for those wounds of war to heal. But those lessons have been learned, and so there is a collective impetus to not repeat that level of cruelty and judgement, of penalising those.
There is only one planet called Earth – Archangel Gaia – and that is the Truth.

Kathleen: Oh, hi Mary!
UMM: Welcome, beloved one. Yes, I am Mary, I am Mare, Universal Mother, Mother of Hope, Mother of Change, Mother of One, Mother of All – and yes, beloved sweet angel, of you, the pink angel, Defender of the Throne, I am Mother.
And so I come this day, first of all to embrace you, to hug you, to reassure you, to comfort you, to encourage you. You are doing stellar work, and let us expand this because ‘work’ so often has the wrong connotation. Sweet angel of pink, yes, swaying in the breeze, you are having and you are creating and you are nurturing a stellar life. I could not ask more of thee. You know you have been diligent in clearing away the debris of what so often hindered you and at times, sweet one, haunted you.
I have said during this time, this period of 2020 – because time is meaningful in your realm, even though it is a different interpretation of what times means – during this time of 2020, it is not merely a time of transition; it is a time of rebirth and that is what you are feeling. You are in the birthing canal; you are no longer even in the womb. You are in the birthing canal and, dearest heart, you are anxious, you are excited; you are not fearful of bringing forth and of being… let me make that very clear: you are the New and you bring forth the New.
So yes, there is a sense of excitement, restlessness, anticipation, “what lies ahead?” … question marks. But the most important aspect of this is this is a time truly of the deepest anchoring of balance, of eliminating, not merely getting to the place of balance, of either/or, this or that, but in the spectrum of All.
Think of it: the spectrum of love, the spectrum of joy, the spectrum of peace… to be in the centre with the enormous potential laid out fully around you, and the ability to travel and get what you need, both esoterically and physically, and then to return not only to the home of your heart but to your physical home, your sacred nest – this is necessary and, sweet angel, it is where you belong.
Yes, you have been anchored, and in this you see the grand unfoldment of my Plan but also, sweet one, of your plan. I have anchored you not only at the portal, within the portal – you are the portal – but I have anchored you in a place, shall we say, of wealth and privilege. Now why do you think that is? It is not merely because of the cherry, [smiling] although the vibration of that is absolutely in tune with thee!
Communities… and that is what you are in… a very distinct and healthy [community] in all meanings of that word – you are in a healthy community, but we are talking about a world in transition. Very often, as you have witnessed far and wide, with wealth and comfort comes a sense of entitlement and a sense of unbridled arrogance, and you see this all over your nation. However, in your healthy community, who is in a better position to bring forth mercy, compassion and help except those, shall we say, in favourable positions?
Now I am not suggesting that everyone has or will or should ever give up their funds, their homes; no, that is not the Plan. But there is a level of intelligence in your community, and there is a level of intelligence that is not stratified – and that is not always true in other communities – but it is not stratified to the point where the restricted or restrictive thinking has really taken root. You actually are in a community that is quite expansive in terms of taking risks, being creative, and wanting to make a difference.
So you are in a place, as are they, that is well-positioned in terms of not only creating a City of Light but very much creating a Community of Love. And so this is part and parcel, sweet one, of what you are doing because as we anchor you there in your increasing clarity, in your increasing vibratory rate, your frequency, you are sending, beaming, anchoring this energy of love – not permission – but of love, of acceptance.
Now, you have asked me this day to speak to you about how you love those you don’t like. Well, one of the things you are doing just by breathing is you are loving those that you know and those that you don’t know in your community. That does not mean that you necessarily, in your terminology, like them; their personalities may be shall we call it challenging, tough, rough.
But when you are sending the love – and it continues, sweet one, in waves all over Gaia – what you are doing is you are in fact shifting their energy in ways that a million conversations would not accomplish. And in that change, in that shift, then what you are doing is quite literally assisting your community to become. Now that is one aspect of it.
Now, let us be practical. I have walked your planet, which is rare by the way; I do not make a habit, shall we put it that way, of assuming form throughout the Multiverse, but I have walked the Earth and were there hardships and heartbreak and challenges? Yes, there most certainly were. And was it worth it because of the love? It most certainly was.
But in my experience… and it is funny how the stories are told and the stories that are not told… in our little community first of all, think of it – not for my whole life but for a very large part of it – we were a nation, a community under siege from invaders who had their own ways and their own rules. But I am putting that to the side.
In my community, which was based on a very large extended family, but [amongst] those that were not part of family, there were those that I found very arrogant, uncaring, misled, misinformed; [chuckling] it would always seem that they were more than willing to give me advice, and particularly advice about my wayward son! [Sighing] It was a trial!
There was one woman, certainly far more wealthy than I… and I want you to know we were not in those days what you would think of as… we were not impoverished… and we had ‘lineage’ – that would be the term that people would use on our side – but we chose not to live lavishly, and we chose in many ways to support others where we could.
But there was this one woman who would always say, “Why do you live like this? You could have it better. Why don’t you come to my area? Why don’t you let me help you find a better way? Why doesn’t your son get a real job?” [Laughter] The arrogance has not changed!
Now, do you really think that I liked her?
K: Well, no!
UMM: No! And I barely tolerated her. Why would I wish in my life, in which I was very clear about why I was in form, why would I tolerate someone like this? And I can tell you that I devised ways in which to avoid her. But when we would have such encounters, I would realise that below the arrogance, inside the very inappropriate words and attitudes, that she actually thought that she was helping, that she actually thought that her life was superior and that she would help me raise my life to her level, which was not something I wanted.
So when I would run into her, and she would show up uninvited at our house, I would tolerate her; but I would also point out to her the joys of my life such as “my son is touching the hearts and minds and lives of hundreds and thousands”. Of course, her rebuttal was: “Well, why does he not become ordained as a Rabbi?” because it was a title and it would give him authority within the community.
But I would point it out, whether she got it or not; it was important – and it was important to me and it was important particularly when there were others present – that they understood the real value of what was being pursued.
Now, would I send her love? And would I send her love [laughing] as I sent her on her way? Yes! So I would love in that way because even though she may have had intentions, I knew underneath that that there was a purity of heart, actually that I created. [Smiling] So I could not deny her, but that certainly did not mean that I had to engage in familiarity or include her. I kept the door open.
She did not shift, by the way, but many others did. But I didn’t do it – and this is why I am talking to you this way – I didn’t say: “I don’t want anything to do with you.” Now, I had to be in the right what you would call head-space, heart-space, to deal with her and that is why sometimes I avoided her. But I gave her the opportunity. I did not lie. I did not say to her: “You are being arrogant and inappropriate, and what right do you have to comment on my life?” But I did point out what the truth was.
So, for example, when you have a friend or an acquaintance that is acting from a place of entitlement and arrogance, you point out that there is another pathway and perhaps their certainty of their superiority is not all it’s cracked up to be – and then you send the love. It does not mean that you are exceptionally close, but what it does mean is you give them a chance. But you don’t give them a chance to just continue on in their merry way; you give them a chance to see that there are other pathways and other alternatives that in fact are more joyful.
Does this help?
K: Yes, it really does, and I thank you because I thought I just can’t drop everybody in my life just because they’re not doing what I want them to be doing and thinking the way that I feel, because I’ve changed so much. And so that helps. We just need to give them love is basically what it is.
UMM: You give them love, not permission – and there is a big difference. And, sweet one, it is not that you drop everybody because the danger is, when someone comes from a place of arrogance or feelings/opinions of superiority… [are] quite simply different… there can be a tendency to fall into judgment. And the reason one falls into judgment is in fact self-protection, and so you do not want to go there. You acknowledge that there are differences, you are safe, secure and, most important, connected and happy in what you are doing.
K: Yes, absolutely. I appreciate you telling me this…
UMM: And their being in your energy – that is why you don’t entirely ‘dump’ them – they are in your energy, they are receiving the love… because, sweet angel, you are beaming to them on such a subtle level that simply being in your presence changes them.
K: Aww, bless my heart, beautiful. I thank you.

Greetings, 
I am Jesus Sananda. I am Jesus, I am Jesus Christ, I am Yeshua, I am Yeshi – I AM. And so are you. I welcome you to this day, this time, this season, this year and this Planet of Love.
Yes, often we speak of love, we teach love, we infuse love, we instill love, we discuss love, but let us, this day, together as sisters and brothers and friends and allies, let us celebrate love, this amorphous quality, because what is love?
I do not come to you as eternal quantum love physicist. I come to you as brother, as friend, as one who knows, remembers, understands and comprehends what it is to be human – yes, with the trials and tribulations, but also with the exquisite joy, that radiant sunshine joy, the gentle happiness, the sweet kindness.
But what is love, for it is everything and it is nothing? It is the Divine Essence – the Essence of One and the Essence of All.
Our drive and your drive, seen and unseen, is to simply be the love. How you do this, and how we do this, is not just in what you think of as service – because does that not sometimes or at times have a feeling, yes, of course of responsibility, but what I am inferring is a little bit of drudgery, of obligation? And that is not what service is about at all.
But how we experience love is truly in the joining, in the embracing of yourself, of everything, of all, of each other. Love is hard to pin down, isn’t it. And yet, when you feel love, when you experience love, when you know love, there is nothing mysterious about it. And it is not just a momentary feeling of zing, of upliftment, of bliss. It is the substance of All.
When we say that it is the Essence of the Divine, that it is sublime, there are moments when it is difficult as human beings to get your arms around that, to get your fingers into that, to be able to taste it and smell it. And really, that is why you have been given all your senses so that you can experience love, that you can truly know it.
Often you look as human beings for the intangible, and yet it is known very clearly in the tangible: in the scent of a flower or the spring, the scent of a baby’s skin, the scent of your beloved, the taste of honey or spice, the taste of fresh water, the sound of your favourite music, whether it is a sonata or rap – it is all love.
Yes, there are pieces of angry music, and sometimes we have certainly channelled music to be able to trigger anger out of you, but that is not what I am speaking of this day. I am talking about that song or melody that makes your heart sing, that makes you smile and want to sing along, or sit completely entranced in the beauty of the man or woman who has created it. And in that, there is a form of sacred union.
Yes, often I have spoken to you – and, of course, I never tire of it and I hope neither do you! [chuckles] – but I have spoken to you about my sacred union, my sacred partnership with my beloved Magdalena, and this is often the most obvious and apparent example of love is how you feel in sacred partnership.
But what I also want to remind you of on this day of celebration of the Essence of All is in how many fashions, manners and ways you experience and can experience love. In the eyes of an infant, in the eyes of someone approaching 100 – in their eyes is not only the wisdom of what they have learned, but the compassion and support of what you still have to experience. We would think that this would be a gift and yet, so often, eyes are averted from the very old.
When you have the opportunity, truly engage with those that have spent a lifetime learning love. Learn from them, from their experiences and from what they feel they have failed in, which as you know is a misnomer at best. Feel the love. And feel the love in the music and the birdsong, whether it is a crow or a beautiful songbird. They each have messages of love that they are sharing. Let it not just talk to your ears but to your heart!
Yes, we have been talking about this theme of heart listening and heart speaking, but when we do, we want you to hear it; we invite you to hear it and experience it in all kinds of ways. Listen to the grass grow. Listen to the snow fall. Listen to the ice freeze. Listen to the breeze. Because all of these are containing messages of love, not only from the elements and from Gaia herself, but from all of us.
So often you are so busy that you don’t have time or the inclination to hear us when we are calling out to you: “We love you, we love you, we love you!” So we use the wind and the birds and the water to speak to you.
But what I really wish to talk to you about this day is loving yourself, cherishing, honouring your beloved self and not merely the brilliant angel, all the aspects and elements, all the lifetimes that you have come forth in, but your human divine expression that you are, in tangible form, in this beautiful body right now. You are magnificent!
The gift of loving yourself is the essence of the Mother, but the Mother doesn’t say to you – and I most certainly am not saying to you this day – that you love yourself as you love the Mother and so you love the Mother. All that is true. But so often in that process of divine upliftment, of connection, what often happens is you get lost in the shuffle, my friend, or you have a tendency because of your humility, because of your piety, because you are sacred, you overlook yourself in that mix.
I know you. I have known you forever. But I also know you as friend, as brother, as ally right here and right now, and I want us to take this time together, right now, not only for you to celebrate you but to really, fundamentally, deeply, profoundly, essentially love yourself – not just what you think of as the being who has practiced love, incorporated love, done service, but you with ten fingers and ten toes or no toes, with arthritic joints or limber joints, with short hair or long hair, with thinness or obesity. I want you to love you.
So I am not just declaring my love and our love for you. And yes, I am certainly activating the love of self in you as we are speaking. But over and above that, can we and you take this infinite moment, not just to accept but in that bliss of All That Is, to love yourself: all the mistakes as you may judge them, all the missteps, all the trials and tribulations, all the victories and upliftments.
The fact that you are still on Gaia, in form, in your ascended self, creating Nova Earth – yes, that certainly deserves love. That has always been beyond question, but surrender to it. Surrender and embrace gently, with infinite kindness, who you are. Love yourself. Without this deep abiding love not only of your sacred self – it is the terminology we use, but I will use the words your “present-current-full self”, your “physical-mental-emotional-in form self” – without that love of you, there is no love of us or another.
And you may say to me: “Yeshua, that is not so. I feel so-so about myself, but I deeply and passionately love the Mother. I deeply and passionately and fully love my family, my husband, my spouse, my partner, my dearest son and daughter. I would do anything for them. I would die for them.” I know about dying for a cause and a belief and a mission! Sweet love, will you live for them? Will you live for love? Will you live for the love of your sacred, human, physical self?
Because when you do – and note I do not say if you do – when you do, the love that expands out of you to all beings, and yes, that inner circle, takes a quantum leap. It is not just multiplied. It is not just squared. It is expanded into infinity because love has no edges. The Divine has no edges. Yes, we think of the Mother, and particularly my mother, Mother Mary, as having defined form, but in fact that is not so. The essence of love has no edges.
Think about this. What I am inviting you to do is to love yourself as infinitely, as mightily, as the universe – and in that, in that expression and experience and reality of loving yourself this way, you are the love. That is your essence. That is your pathway to the discovery, the fullness of your being, the fullness of your ascended self.
There are no brackets, there are no lines, there is no delineation between you and All. But it begins with this essential nourishment and acceptance in awe and wonder – not in “I guess I’m okay,” no – in this profound awe and wonder of who you are, that you chose the minute and the hour and the day to take form, and in this body, and in these circumstances. You are a powerful creator and you are moving into this more and more every day. But the essence is love.

Greetings, 
I AM Mary, I AM Maré, Universal Mother, Eternal Mother, Mother of One, and Mother of all, Mother of the oceans, and Mother of the sky, Mother of the internal, and Mother of the external.
I wish you to think of this for I AM the Mother internal, internal to thee, sweet one, and of course, external… internal to Gaia, internal to the galaxies, internal to the universe, my omniverse, and external; yes, your within and without.
Everything was designed to be in balance, in the infinite and eternal ebb and flow of balance; it is not stagnant, it is not fixed, it is in constant, eternal change, motion, movement. And you sweet ones, if you are not in that ebb and flow, in the constant movement just like your breath, then you are not alive.
There are many, many forms of what you conceive of as death and the saddest one… for yes, your idea of death is often filled with grief… and the saddest one is those who are still alive, breathing, and dead. That is not the embrace of what I give you and what I have always, always given you. And yes, there is always more and I do not mean the unending drama. I mean there is always more love, there is always more potential, there is always more possibility than you can possibly even begin to imagine.
So yes, when we all say to dream big, to follow your heart, we mean not just to wish that your dreams and desires come to fruition, but to literally, to follow, in the ebb and flow, your heart.
I am not merely speaking because I have need of something to say… and yes, I do have much to say, to convey, from my heart, from our heart to yours at this time of rebirth, this time of new beginnings, and shall we say fresh starts?
When I have said to thee, when I say to thee, when my beloved son, Yeshua, gives you the gift of new life, what does this mean? Does it mean that you get a second chance… with your spiritual journey?… to meet the love of your life?… to follow the pathway of your dreams? Yes, it does mean all that, but beloved, it means so much more… it means to be reborn. I want you to think of and to embrace the magnitude of this.
When I have given thee the gift of the 13th Octave this was a gift not previously available upon your planet. In order to be at home, you had need to shed what you think of as this physical vessel. But I needed, I wanted, I desired, I chose, and I willed that you would have this capacity so that you would be in full readiness and movement into your ascension. I have given you ample time and you are ready… even when you think that you are stuck or not ready, I tell you, you are ready.
So now, what do I give you in this new year of 2020, this new decade of 2020 to 2030? No, you are not waiting another decade for your ascension, child. I am giving you rebirth, in form, something that only a rare few upon your planet up until now have enjoyed. It is not a gift that is given casually, and yes, there are many who will say, “I don’t even know what she is talking about.” But on the soul level the entire planet has already said yes… but either you will say yes or say no and return to me.
Balance is the balance within, internally. But balance is also the external… to be in sweet harmony, not pushing and pulling, but sweet harmony, not only with each other but with all the kingdoms, and particularly the kingdoms. For most of the repair work upon Gaia is being and will be done by the elemental kingdoms. Yes, they will engage you, but the elementals and the star beings are truly the rebuilders, particularly the Halion engineers, and their time is nigh.
If you are not in balance with the planet, with your galaxy, with all the kingdoms, with each other and yourself, then how do you rebirth your New You? your Nova Being? your Nova Gaia?
I have told you long ago, I have explained that when I dream, it is done. Yes, sweet angels, my action steps fall into place simultaneously because the dream, the desire, the intention is, what you would think of, is that strong, that there is no distraction.
So, the time of fulfillment, in rebirth, in renewal, in the actual embrace of a new life is the conscious decision and then it is done. No, this does not mean that you sit at home in hiding. It means that you take action.
I have guided this channel to remind you not of expectation… that has long since passed… I remind you that you are the champions of the world. These lyrics speak to your heart, but they also speak to your potential. I did not birth anything that is mediocre, I birthed those that have my infinite capacity, not merely to create but to co-create with the kingdoms, with Gaia, with your galaxy, with your star family who is very present… this announcement comes soon. All is in readiness and that is the good news that you have waited for. This is not about a year or a decade of further clearing and housekeeping.
You are seeing what is possible. Ignite your own fire and quench your desire. Be in the balance, sweet ones, that you were born unto. And if you turn to me and say, “Mother, I do not know how” I will help you. I have many legions lined up and ready… you are ready. Let us proceed because now is your time in my time.
Go with my love. You are so cherished. Discover, rediscover in your rebirth what you are truly capable of. I am with you.

Greetings, I am Mother, infinite and eternal, Mother of Change, Mother of Constancy. Mother of One, Mother of All. Welcome, my beloved, sweet angel of light, sweet teacher of blue, bridge, visionary, magenta, aqua of the distant stars.

 You have beckoned to me, as I have beckoned to you, across the infinity of my omniverse and of our omniverse into the realm of [?] that you may hear me and, more importantly, not merely feel me but experience me for that is the purpose of our union this day.

 Beloved one, yes, you have come as teacher, as visionary, as bridge between realities, between dimensions, between existences. It is time for my children of this planetary system to awaken to a broader awareness – a broader understanding – and they have reached this point of readiness. They go forward in the anchoring of new realm, new reality, new understandings which in fact aren’t new at all [but] which are ancient and eternal.

 Understand – you are being inspired… inspired… to remember, to recollect, to learn, to expand… yes, of course for your sacred self… but as you are beginning to understand, there is no such thing as your sacred self. It is all and it is nothing. And I do not mean that to disintegrate your essential spark which is brilliant and holy.

 It is not coincidence that you have and you are studying what you can think of as the physical realm, the chemical interaction, the formulation of materiality, because in so many ways the study of this reality allows you to see that, in fact, it is not real at all – it is all transient; it is all becoming. And so it is a reflection for you to comprehend the infinity of my universe.

 It is also grounding, because I do not want you simply wandering through the dimensions or wandering throughout the stars, for you have come to my planet – this beautiful planet of beauty, of diversity, of potential, of wonder, of love – you have come to this time and to this incarnation with the understanding that you will be the teacher, that you will be the voice – the voice not crying in the wilderness; that is over! – to truly open and spark, to act as the catalyst, during this time of transition for those that are seeking.

 And what I suggest to you and what is known is those who are seeking are about to implode and explode – no, not as in terms of termination or destruction – but in terms of awareness and awakening. And as they do this – which is my Plan – as they do this, they look around. Many are uncertain and unclear about which direction to travel in.

 Think of it in this way. If you have been in a very deep slumber and you awaken for a few moments, you are disorientated. You will think, “Where am I and what was I doing?” That is what is happening with the collective of humanity, and this is all good news. This is the opening that you and so many have not only yearned for but prayed for.

 And you have positioned, and I have positioned you, with full agreement and cognizance – and clear cognizance – of where you have need to be as a bringer of hope, as an anchor of vision, in the sweetness of existence. This belief system that so many have clung to – that in fact not only is the journey fixed, but that it is difficult and that it is filled with pain and suffering – is simply not true.

 And as you have learned and are learning – this mental, emotional reactivity is just that. So where my humans shift is not only from being reactive, but they shift from being initiators. Now why is this important? In refined discernment, in refined balance, in the anchoring of divine knowing and divine authority, what one initiates, chooses to experience, is love in all its wondrous splendour and forms.

 That is the entire purpose of all Creation, of all existence. It is simply for you to know, to be, love – the One.

 And you are beginning to comprehend this and so, yes, I am sending you a great deal of energy for you to continue on this pathway of joyous expansion, with the understanding of the collective – their touchstones – because to communicate fully, heartfully, with any being in any galaxy or solar system, you have need to know and understand and be able to relate to their touchstones, to their reference points, to their framework of what they believe is reality.

 So the key in this is not [that] you move forward in your understanding, but you don’t, in terms of your vision and your teaching, move too forward that they can’t see you, or hear you, or relate to you any longer.

 So, dearest heart, where would you like to begin this day?

 Q: Good day, Divine Mother, I am grateful for your compliments. I am grateful for everything you have done for me – all your divine interventions without which I would be lost in the darkness. And I thank you for guiding me towards being unconditionally loving.

 With that being said, I would like to begin my first question. As you know, I feel intuitively like I am not meant to go to graduate school… that I am meant to be a spiritual teacher, which you have confirmed. And I want to be your eternal servant. So, therefore, Divine Mother, I wish to ask how I may best serve you once I graduate from the university around May 2020?

 Divine Mother: First of all, my beloved child, you are welcome and you are welcomed into my arms, into my sphere, into this space.

 That you have travelled into the darkness – and have experienced what you term the dark night of the soul – is very important because many not only travelled there, they live there. And in that bleakness, they do not know that there is a pathway out, [and] that there are choices and options and different experiences.

 So having been there serves you well, and serves me well, because you understand. And that is, as I say: you have to speak to the people and touch their hearts where they live. So do not think that this has been a waste of experience. It has not. It has been quintessential.

 Now, whether you go to graduate school or not – and we would suggest to you [that you] do not necessarily put this on the side; these, beloved, can be parallel tracks – you see what the humans have forgotten. They tend to think it’s an either/or, and what they need is this human example of not either/or but all… that you can do it ALL.

 It does not mean as a spiritual teacher that you divorce yourself or that you exclude yourself from what we would call ‘the mainstream’, because you travel there because that is where your students are. It is not for you in this life to come to the ashram and take yourself out of where the people are.

 Now, yes, you are intended to be a spiritual teacher. But in the first run, do not think or do not choose simply that it has to be either/or, because I guide you and I ask you – because I will never intervene in your free will and choices, because your choices are brilliant.

 Do not think it has to be either/or. You will be the teacher and you will be the individual – the man who says, “Yes, I know about higher education. I know about career. I have done this, but that is not my priority. It cannot be either/or.”

 Thisduality of the human experience is what is truly in transition.

Greetings, 

 I am Yeshua, I am Jesus Sananda, I am Jesus, I am Yeshi. And I am yours as you are mine. I welcome you to this time of re-birth, to this time when quite literally the heavenly host announce the re-birth in and out of form.

 Traditionally, this time of year has meant the exchange of gifts, of presents. Your presence on planet, on Earth, with sweet Gaia is a deep profound gift to me, to the Mother, to the Father, to the All.

 But what gift do I bring you? What gift do I wish to bestow upon you? And what do I wish to share with you about your remarkable progress, achievements, forward thrust over this last year, over this last decade?

 No, the decade did not begin in 2012 but certainly, sweet angels of light, that was a pivotal turning point – a point at which you assumed whether you were conscious, cognizant of it at the time – when you, each of you and the collective in a level of spiritual evolvement and maturity that actually was quite unexpected, you declared to the Mother, Father, One, that you chose love.

 Could anything be more precious? Could anything turn the tide more than that? That you choose not only to think of yourselves and your desire to be in the fullness of your ascended self but rather than proceed alone, or with a small clique, that you have chosen to ascend as one, with your brothers and sisters of this planet?

 Has the remainder of this decade been truly work, play, expansion, anchoring, evolvement? Yes! You’ve cleared the decks. And you have cleared beneath the decks. And you have rooted into not only your core issues but the truth of who you are, individually and collectively. You have chosen to proceed not with a snap of our fingers but with the assumption of the truth of who you are and who you have always been.

 Now it is time – yes, in your time, in the Mother’s time, in [Archangel] Uriel’s silver pool of time – it is time for you to emerge, as I have emerged once before from the cave, from the tomb.

 The similarity between you and I, beloved ones, is pretty much exact. And why am I talking about resurrection and Easter when it is Christmas? Because I want you to understand, not only about the gifts we all bring this day, but about the gift you are. About the power, the might, the light that you are.

 You have lived in a very dark time and I do not simply mean in the past decade, or in the past one hundred years or even the past two thousand years. You have lived in very dark times. I do not mean this in terms of the divisions, the divisiveness that has been created by those who wish to maintain or abuse power. I mean the darkness of loneliness, of isolation. Might I even say the abandonment of the dream? And not only your dream, but the dream of the Mother, the dream of the Father, the dream of many throughout the galaxies.

 That darkness comes to an end because the clarity of vision, which is no more than the clarity of heart, is being restored. And is it being done to you? No. It is being done with you. Oh, we have done some fine tuning, no doubt. But so have you in your choices, in your forward thrust, in your choosing of love.

 Now you enter a new time. It does not hurt to look over your shoulder. You do not turn into a pillar of salt. Look over your shoulder, and see me. See my beloved Magdalena, our family, our circle, our friends – the disciples, the apostles and centuries of saints, prophets, and wise men.

 Look over and when you do, see us. See us as part of the Mother’s final wave of her Tsunami of Love – pushing, guiding. No running backwards. See what has been accomplished.

 And then, beloved, look ahead, because I am standing directly in front of you. I have asked you several years ago to come and to walk with me. Well, now I am coming and asking you to run with me, to fly with me, to soar with me. And you say, “Lord, there is nothing in the world or beyond that I would like better.”

 And so, what I say to you, let us together this day claim your right – your divine right, your historical right, your birthright – to be in the fullness of your ascended self. My gift to you for Christmas, for Hanukkah, for Wednesday, for Tuesday, for every single day, is not only the gift of my love, but the gift of re-birth.

 You’ve been in the cave, you’ve been in the darkness. You know what that is like, and you have come to the stillpoint and you have traveled back to the heart of the Mother/Father/One. Now, let us push aside the stone. No, not that you ascend into heaven, but that you walk the Earth in harmony with all – with the elements and elementals, with Gaia, with your star family – very present now. With us who return in this time of renewal and celebration. Yes, myself included.

 It is time. You say to me, “Yeshi, Yeshua, Lord, how do I do this?” It is a very complicated procedure but I will go through it with you. I want you to get up and go to your bathroom and look in the mirror, and see yourself – and to truly see yourself, to embrace yourself, to love yourself, and to see me standing there right next to you.

 Yes, in the privacy of your own home. And perhaps it is at the privacy of your table where you have prepared a place for me, dear friend. For I am sure to arrive hungry. I always have been, you know. This is part of the delight of being on a planet where there is food and drink and water and air. I do not say this to any of you casually. Oh, I tease you. I make light of it.

 You have been birthing your sacred self and you most certainly – each and every one of you – have known the labor pains. I remember being born through Mare into human form, emerging through the birth canal. So much attention is always given to the mother, as is correct. But I remember it, that sense of – even though I knew what lay ahead – slight anxiety. “Am I sure that I am up for this? Am I sure that as I emerge into the brilliance of the light – the birth canal is dark?” It is like being in the void.

 Then you are pushed, pushed into the light. Luckily, I was not smacked. I was simply coddled. That is what you are doing. You are birthing into the light on planet. While the Mother might be the one birthing you, I am certainly right there with you to be midwife, to give you not only the first coddle, but to assist you with your first breath of clear, clean, pure, pure, pure fresh air. To guide you, to walk with you, to run with you, not as downtrodden human but as bright angels in form, in the truth, the power, the might, and the light of who you really are.

 This is not a gift of preparation, my beloveds. This is a gift of saying “Let’s go!” And I know that you have already said “Yes.”

 Go with my love and go in celebration.  Farewell.
