Se quisermos estabelecer uma nova maneira de ser e uma nova realidade, as velhas estruturas e programas, que sustentaram a nossa realidade, precisam ser desmontados. A base de nossa realidade é energética e, à medida que ela se dissolve, uma nova estrutura energética deve se formar para substituí-la. This month's New Moon energy brings assurance that our current circumstances are in fact divinely guided. Although it may be difficult to understand the reason or the purpose behind what is occurring now, it is important to recognise that we are awakening into a new era. A new era of human consciousness that brings the reunification and full embodiment of our soul within our human form.

 Life may still feel a little all over the place and you may know and feel that change is necessary but lack the energy, desire or ability to attempt it. Remember that in this time you are being called to dream a new life, one that is more in alignment with who you have become. Surrender into this time and allow the New Moon energy to support you in seeing your life from a fresh perspective. Learn to trust the soft and gentle voice of your soul and know that all will be well. Even as you confront current challenges and difficulties know that success is assured.

The current energies are paving the way for some very significant alignments and eclipses that are coming in June. These alignments and eclipses are supporting a readjustment in our energy and the continue expansion of our consciousness. As our energy and awareness continues to shift we are strategically aligned and therefore able to take full advantage of the healing and growth being offered. There are many who may feel like this time is an all consuming cycle of clearing, releasing, healing and change. But within this time there are also new and vital energies that are being activated within us to sustain our growth and initiate deeper levels of awareness.

 A variety of energetic shifts are occurring to expand and realign you with a more centred and balanced degree of energy. You can expect some mental, emotional and physical adjustments to follow. Some of these will feel like those familiar friends - exhaustion, insomnia, broken sleep, anxiety, digestive issues, etc, etc. These symptoms may be uncomfortable but they are supporting you through an energetic transition. Make use of the tools that will support this adjustment such as meditation, gentle exercise and energy work.

The call for change and transformation will ultimately have an exceptionally positive impact on all areas of our lives, but may well be challenging and difficult in the moment. The shifts occurring now are initiating profound awakenings that will generate a more effective arrangement of our world. An arrangement that is more conscious, compassionate and sustainable.

 Collectively and individually humanity is moving through a period of intense purification where all that is no longer needed is being released. For some this is a real challenge as attachments to the past are exposed and to let go is a seemingly overwhelming experience. But the past must be released for the new to emerge. As the old dies and the new is being born stay the course and know that you are being prepared for a greater life. This is the eye of the needle where perseverance is needed.

The incoming energy of this time is persuasive as it stirs the waters of the collective consciousness. It holds the power to dissolve the oldest patterns and thickest blocks. Currently there is a release of the collective feelings of fear, hate and depravity which is urging us as both individual and a collective to forgive those who have hurt, damaged or caused us suffering. To cope with and manage these energies and the urgings of the collective, it is essential that we move into the flow of evolutionary energies. By deeply connecting with the energy we allow for healing, forgiveness, compassion and change.

You are at a point of incredible power where the unity and connectedness you have been seeking for so long is within reach. But first you are being urged to make extensive changes within yourself. You are being asked to co-create a new life of balance using the virtues of self-discipline, humility and service. To look at the structures of your life, your sense of responsibility, your lack of integrity and your accountability. The past no longer exits. The old story of your life is no longer relevant. Do not allow it to inform your future. Trust in the goodness of what is yet to manifest in your life and respond to what is occurring from the wisdom of your soul.

A sacred synergy is occurring within the human collective stimulating our creative and manifestation capacities. As the old continues to fall away many new advancements and developments will emerge within humanity to help us to clarify our choices and the path we are following. To implement the necessary transformations required on a collective level we must first connect with and heal the inner self. Most of humanities issues and problems stem from a lack of contact and a disconnection with the inner self. As a result, we have learnt to blindly follow the patterns of the past repeating old habits, beliefs and outmoded behaviours. By reconnecting with the inner self we are able to recall our truth and awaken our potential.

It may seem that your life is being turned on its head as the world continues to destabilise. Recognise the true value of this time and remember that chaos is a necessary energy needed to clear and spread the seeds of change. Use this time to slow down, simplify and reconnect with your inner self. With this reconnection positive change is guaranteed as a deeper sense of self will begin to emerge. This will enable you to truly believe in yourself and in the purpose of your life once again.

The energy of the planetary alignments and movements is increasing in intensity as we transition from the old and into the new. The energy is moving to significantly shift all of life on Earth creating a catalyst for dramatic and lasting change and transformation. As a result, the evolutionary growth and development of all humanity is expanding and shifting into a unified field of light consciousness. This is pushing us all to open our heart and to align with our soul.

 For many this is a challenging time but staying frozen in fear only keeps you stuck in a loop of worry and anxiety. Remember that this is a time to shift, to change and to realign your life with your deepest truth. It is time to face your fears, to follow your heart and look into the darkness to find your light. Consciously work with the incoming energy and make time to reconnect with your own ancient and wise soul. Listen to its guidance and act on its inspiration. Don't try to logically work it out. Set aside your ideas and thoughts about how life should be and embrace the unknown. You are not here to recreate the past. You are here now to co-create a different

Collectively we are all in the throws of a period of destruction and reconstruction. It is an intense time of rapid processing, purification and healing where our awakenings and growth are becoming more and more pronounced. Today we have Venus, the planet of love, retrograding. With Pluto, Saturn and now Venus retrograde we are being invited to redefine and recreate our reality by connecting to our inner knowing, allowing our creativity to flow and shifting our attitudes to incorporate a more soul orientated experience of life.
During this time remember that your soul journey is a winding path of self discovery, healing and transformation. With this retrograde season you are being asked to deeply examine your life, to heal your fears and to release anything that may be limiting you in any way. Atualmente, a humanidade existe em uma crise de cura e, à medida que o mundo muda à nossa volta, somos obrigados a nos alinharmos ativamente com as energias que chegam para avançar nosso despertar, cura e crescimento. Hoje Saturno inicia seu movimento anual retrógrado, dando-nos a oportunidade de intensificar a nossa força, nossa determinação e a perseverança de que precisamos para continuar nossa jornada. We are moving towards a totally new paradigm in human consciousness, one that is governed by the virtues of unity consciousness. Current energies and events are pressing us towards a new awareness, one that reclaims truth and the virtues of our soul. Actions taken during this time must be done with care and an awareness of how they will affect not only the self but all of life. As we release and eradicate the unnecessary aspects of both our personal and collective consciousness we will emerge into a climate of consciousness where we can intentionally create a world that benefits all living things.
The energy is accelerating and you can expect awakenings and realisations to occur as deep seated emotions rise to the surface for healing and release. Be conscious in addressing and dissolving your unconscious issues, destructive beliefs and old emotions. Allow the old to sink into the past and you will discover a new pattern of energy that will enable you to explore a new cycle of consciousness. A cycle of consciousness that will give you a clear and unobstructed path to your soul's wisdom and light. This will enable you to learn how to live in complete integrity with your inner truth and the world around you.

We are most certainly living through some very volatile times. The impact of this great planetary shift is most definitely being felt by everyone. We are all being faced with numerous healing and awakening opportunities which are creating a time of great inner conflict and chaos. As a result, life is becoming even more unpredictable and volatile intensifying the need for both internal and external change. The very framework of our life and to maintain some sense of stability we must learn to be flexible, adaptable and to establish within us a new sense of balance.
Waves of powerful cosmic energy are constantly flooding through the planet dramatically increasing your awakening and transformational process. Deeper levels of the illusions and constraints by which you have lived are swiftly dissolving and whatever is in need of healing is being brought to the fore of your awareness and human experience. As you move further away from the old fear based patriarchal systems of the past a new sensitivity will awaken within you heightening your intuitive and creative abilities. You will find yourself more inspired and better able to intuitively sense the next step on your path. Remember that all that is occurring now is supporting and encouraging the birth of new life.

This is a very significant time which marks an important threshold where the human collective is being gifted with an intense transformational process. The scale and scope of change is vast and the resulting intensity and urgency has created challenge and difficulty in some form or another for almost everyone on the planet. There are those who are welcoming in the changes and the new choices they are making as it is the culmination of years of internal work and effort. While for others this has all come as a sudden and swift shock.

 You have been tasked in this lifetime to activate and fully embody your soul, to cultivate and awaken your its full potential. This purpose is being amplified during this period as your perception is being greatly expanded. As a result, you may find yourself questioning and exploring the deeper meaning of your life beyond everyday routines. Your circumstances are radically shifting giving you the opportunity to find ways of expanding your sense of identity beyond the cultural and societal expectations of the past. Seek a broader view of the future and allow for a gentle surrender of the past. Slow down. Explore your deeper feelings and create space to move inward. Allow the light of your soul to rekindle your imagination and stimulate your creativity.

There is a sacred synergy occurring between the forces of nature and the creative capacities of humanity. Events in our lives are compelling us to engage with this process in a more conscious way. Both our collective and our personal realities are dissolving which is teaching us to live honestly and authentically without the need for deception or deceit. As a result, many new processes and aspects to humanity's development and growth are emerging helping us to clarify our choices and the path we are choosing.

 Your passion and creative energy is being reignited enabling you to let go of old, outdated ways of living and being. Any remaining confusion is being dispersed allowing you to bridge the internal world of your soul with your external reality. Current circumstances are compelling you to engage with the world in ways that are far more creative and deeply connected to your soul. Thus a deeper awareness of your journey is surfacing encouraging you to make new conscious choices in your life. Become a blank slate and allow the form of your new life to emerge from the depths of your soul. Act on the inspiration that comes and weave new perceptions, new ideas and new actions into your life. Remember that each creation you birth into the Earth must now be a manifestation of light and an expression of joy.
