All are One, because there is only One. That One is Source, Mother/Father/God, Love, which is eternally present in the hearts of all sentient beings, because It is the life force, Consciousness aware of Itself as individual in each and every perfect and beautiful expression of Itself.  However, in form, as a human, It is free either to accept the limits that a human form imposes upon It, or to recognize Itself as One with Source.  Mostly It accepts the limitations of form, and over the eons those limitations have distracted It from choosing to know Itself as It truly is.  Nevertheless, the path to remembrance of It’s true and eternal nature as Love was established at the moment It first entered into form, so that It would never become totally lost, unable to find Its way Home.
Humanity has now moved forward beautifully to uncover or discover that path, and as a consequence an enormous number, who have seemingly – and only seemingly – been lost in form, separated from God, find arising within themselves the knowing that there is far more to life, abundantly more to life than what they are experiencing in form.  They have made the irreversible collective choice and decision to return Home, to awaken.  This awakening process is what humanity is now experiencing as myriad beliefs, and the resultant attitudes and behaviors in which they engaged are arising into their awareness and being seen for what they are – unreal and invalid.  This is unsettling and disturbing because it appears to suggest that they have been wasting their lives following false gods and prophets who have led them astray – causing them intense pain and suffering – while encouraging them to judge, condemn, and destroy others who have different belief systems.
As all are One, attempting to live like this is obviously completely insane, and yet that is what the majority have been doing, lifetime after lifetime.  To become aware of this is indeed shocking, and much guilt arises causing further pain and suffering.
But Love, the All, your true and eternal nature, is eternally and utterly unconditional in Its loving acceptance of every one of you regardless of whatever unspeakable crimes it appears that you have committed.  In truth, you have not ever committed even one crime, or ever done anything to displease God, or hurt anyone else, because, being permanently and eternally at one with and in the Presence of Mother/Father/God, and never, even for an instant, separated from that state, for you to have done or been anything that is not in complete alignment with Love is impossible.
The world of form is illusory, a dream world in that it exists in time, is limited by time, and will disintegrate completely in time.  Time is of the illusion, and when you awaken, as very soon you are scheduled to do, time and the illusion will have dissolved or disintegrated into the nothingness – the egotistical unreality – from which they arose, leaving not the slightest trace because, being unreal, they never existed.
All that you need to do to awaken is to release your insane and terrified grip on the unreal, and totally forgive yourselves and everyone else without any exceptions for the apparent crimes, suffering, and pain that it seems you or anyone else has committed in that unreal state.  To judge and condemn one another has become endemic in the unreal state of existence that life in human form provides.  Let it all go!  You are all, without exception, Love incarnate, Love confused, and now, Love awakening and returning to the divine Home that It has in truth never been separated from, even for the briefest of instants.
Go within daily, to your holy inner sanctuaries, knowing – as you do at the depth of your being – that you are inseparably One with Source.  That being so, you are all perfect beings of Light, of Love, and of infinite Beauty and Wisdom, and have always been so.  Allow yourselves to forgive – yourselves, and all others.  When you truly release your hold on guilt, shame, and blame, on resentment, bitterness, and hatred, it will be as though an enormous weight or burden had been removed or lifted off you, and you will feel weightless, free to move easily, lovingly, and most compassionately among your families, friends, and everyone else with whom you choose to interact in any manner – personally, or via the various forms of media available to you due to modern technology.
You are all the blessed and beloved children of God who created you in Love to be in eternal joy.  You have been asleep and dreaming of fearful unreal things, and you are shortly to awaken.  Yes, a few may choose not to awaken at this moment, and they will find themselves in an environment that totally suits that choice, and in which they feel comfortable.  They too will awaken, because without even one of you God would be incomplete, and it is utterly impossible for God to be incomplete.  Remember, you have never, not even for a moment, been separated from Source, and that also applies to those who choose to delay their awakening.
Rejoice in the knowing – even if you cannot yet feel it – that you are to awaken into infinite joy, and go about these remaining days in the world but not of it, as your intent to be only loving brings you a sense of peace and happiness that flows through you and into all with whom you interact, bringing to them all an energy confirmation that all is well, that there is nothing to fear.

We are One, there is only One, therefore everyone is safe! Despite the fear that is being powerfully encouraged by governments across the world and which is constantly being reported on the mainstream news, ALL are safe.  

 Yes, some will lay down their physical bodies and transition to the spiritual realms, that is one of the aspects of life in form, but that happens every day, year in year out, with the numbers rising and falling according to the seasons – more in the winter less in the summer.  There is much confusion about numbers – numbers of people infected, and numbers dying due to the infection – and the accuracy of the counting leaves much to be desired.  So do not be in fear for yourselves or for your loved ones as the conflicting reports about the pandemic fill the news channels.

 There is only Love, so open your hearts to Love and allow It to dissolve your fears.  You experience what you focus your attention on whether you desire what you are focused on or whether you do not.  Focus, therefore, on joy, on peace, on faith, and on Love.  There are very few among you who do not know someone who is constantly cheerful, upbeat, relaxed, at peace with themselves and with everyone else, and who is also healthy, and that, of course, is because that is how they have chosen to live.  Therefore, be in joy, celebrate Easter, the anniversary of my resurrection – and therefore of yours as well – and know that the collective awakening is truly very near.  Every sentient being is infinitely loved by Mother/Father/God, and is unconditionally accepted just as they are, without judgment of any kind.

 Judgment is of the illusion and starts as judgment of self – favorable or unfavorable – and is then projected out onto others.  There is no need for it, it does not serve you, and it only leads to blame and condemnation – first of self, and then of others.  Obviously those who would damage others physically, psychologically, or emotionally, need to be restrained, but do understand that those who would behave in these ways are themselves in pain and are suffering.  The way forward is through Love, which is why you need to set the intent each day to be only loving whatever arises, and then to reset it during the day whenever it comes to mind.

 To awaken is to be fully aware, to know that you are Love, that you are One with Source, with Mother/Father/God.  And you become aware of this by setting the intent to be only loving, because being only loving is the nature of Love, and is therefore also Your higher nature and your human nature.  You only have to allow yourselves to Be.  This means letting go of all self-judgment – positive or negative – and just being the beautiful divine being that God created by totally accepting that being in this now moment just as as she or he is.  What is created is created by God, and is eternally perfect, therefore there is absolutely nothing within It or about It that can be improved upon.

 But, as humans in form, you do have egos, a temporarily disconnected and confused part of yourselves that you imagined into being in order to play the game of separation.  By ceasing to judge yourselves – and that activity is purely the ego judging itself – you allow your true nature, Love, to fill your human hearts and dissolve the fear, self-hatred, and self-loathing that your egos took on in order to play the game.  It is those unreal aspects of yourselves, the character masks you have assumed in order to play the game, that will just melt away as the realization of your true divine nature arises into your awareness, and your egos are lovingly reintegrated into the Oneness that is You.  Suddenly you completely yourselves and everyone else as you recognize the amazing beauty and perfection of each one of God’s beloved children.and utterly accept

 Knowing that, as deep within you do know it, it becomes completely impossible and utterly inconceivable to judge yourselves or anyone else because you see and know that all are perfect.  Thus, instead of engaging with the human role playing aspects of others and continuing to play the game of separation, you see all as they truly are, perfect divine beings at One with Mother/Father/God in all their magnificence and glory.

 You also become aware that the game that each one is playing is the perfect role for the lessons they have chosen to learn, whether as abuser or victim.   Your awareness, your Love then flows powerfully into any games in which you have been engaged, changing the rules of engagement for all.  If you have already ceased to play games, then your Love flows powerfully and constantly toward any situations in which It can assist most beautifully and graciously in resolving the issues that are causing conflict or disharmony.

 Love is abundance, but never wasteful abundance.  It always provides precisely what is needed in the moment in whatever situation It is assisting with in a person’s or people’s awakening processes.  Throughout the world right now, in this eternal moment of now, Love is present everywhere assisting in the awakening process.  It does not apply force, It very gently and insistently alters the energy fields of those involved, leading to “aha” moments for many who, with their newly changed perception, then start changing their attitudes and behaviors.

 Right now on Earth deep and lasting changes are occurring everywhere as the pervasiveness and intensity of Love gently permeates and assuages the energy fields of those engaged in conflict of any kind – emotional, psychological, or physical – bringing into the awareness of those involved that there is most definitely a much better and more effective way to move forward and out of conflict.  Love is now awakening humanity because the collective has chosen Love, and as a direct consequence fear is dissolving.

 Remember, there is only Love, and that the game of separation that humanity has been playing for eons – the game that has laid a veil or a cloak over Love – is coming to an end.  The authoritarian rules, and the judgments that accompany them, are now being recognized as completely invalid and so are being laid aside as Love starts filling the hearts and minds of all.  Many are finding this rather disturbing and disconcerting because they have felt safe and secure within the bounds and limitations that the game provided, and yet they are welcoming the ensuing sense of relief and relaxation that this seemingly new perception of life’s meaning awakens within them.

 Truly all is well, humanity is waking up to the inadequacy of the ways in which it has been engaging with itself and with the planet, and within every heart awareness is arising that life could – and should – be wonderful.  And that awareness is leading you inevitably forward to engage only with Love, as you let go of judgment, blame, condemnation, conflict, and anything else that is not in alignment with Love, and thus move into an age of brilliant creative harmony in which you all will live in joy and abundance.

With the COVID-19 pandemic very much on people’s minds I would like to offer some loving guidance to assist you in coming to accept what is occurring so that you do not become unduly fearful or anxious.  As you know, the collective awakening of humanity is divinely assured, and your task is to continue to BE Love in every moment, because this greatly assists this magnificent divine event in its unfoldment precisely as divinely planned.
You are Love, so all you have to do is to be yourselves.  That means to let go of or release the personas or masks – your professional personal face that you present in the work-place, or the regular adult face that you present in other interactive situations, and also the 5-8 year old emotionally reactive child within that explodes occasionally without warning – that you normally present as yourselves when meeting with or in any way interacting with others.
In other words, Be the You that you know yourselves to be – loving, caring individuals who truly delight in knowing that you are alive, and who also delight to see others alive and well.  It takes no effort, just total self-acceptance without judgment of any kind, just as Mother/Father/God totally accepts you.  When you do this you will truly meet and interact with real people, other beloved children of God, because others will respond to you in like manner revealing their true selves, instead of in the more regular and ‘cautious’ fashion that you all mostly experience from others in your normal daily lives.
To be alive is to be in joy; but very many of you choose to focus on what you dislike or even abhor in your lives, and this leads immediately to dissatisfaction, often intense dissatisfaction, so that the true and ever-present joy of life is hidden from you by your engagement with thought processes that have absolutely nothing to do with the present moment.  Therefore, set the intent frequently throughout the day to be aware, to be conscious, and to observe and engage with the wondrous miracle that is your life in this ever-present now moment.
Life has a purpose, namely to know God.  As humans in form, and being severely limited by that form, to know God seems to be beyond the bounds of possibility, especially when to “know God” means to be constantly aware of being at every moment in His Presence.  A few have come very close to that knowing, and have shared their experiences as best they can within the limitations of language, so that others may understand what is readily available to them, and then also seek to share in that most wondrous experience.  You all believe in God, and seek ways to commune with Him through prayer, meditation, and contemplation, and doing this regularly with unforced intent does strengthen your faith, while at the same time leading you to understand quite clearly that your life’s purpose is to know God.  When that purpose is clear to you it becomes much easier to behave only lovingly whatever may arise, and when you do this you find yourselves meeting Love in many delightful and unexpected places, further strengthening your faith.
To awaken is to know God, and your awakening is drawing ever closer as you gently release your needy grasp on the unreality of the material world.  The world that is constantly presenting you with myriad distractions, as the egoic freight train of thoughts runs almost continuously through your brains, dispersing worrisome thoughts about unlikely possibilities that might happen to you if you are not careful and, at the same time, adequately prepared.  Your egos, building on the fears that have already been established within you – during growth from infancy to adulthood – encourage you to maintain a supply of products that you are firmly convinced are absolutely essential for your survival, further distracting you from living the miracle that is life in joy and gratitude.  All this groundless fear needs to be seen, recognized, faced, and released, thus opening your hearts to allow Love to fill them.  Hearts filled with Love are, of course, totally fearless, except when fear is momentarily required to bring your attention to an immediate threat that has to be dealt with in that precise moment, such as a vehicle bearing down upon you unseen as you cross the street.
The current pandemic is demonstrating very potently that, in spite of the present very temporary need for ‘social distancing,’ that there is no such state as ‘independence,’ that there is only ‘interdependence,’ on one another and, of course, on the Earth without which there would be no possibility of life in human form.  But this is not a co-dependent relationship, it’s a relationship of sharing, caring, and engaging with life through one another, and with the Earth that so lovingly supports you all in full acknowledgment of the Oneness of all in God.
Therefore, in these unsettling times, it is essential that you focus regularly every day on your unbreakable relationship with Mother/Father/God, Source, Love – the divine field of energy in which all that is created has its eternal existence in joy-filled bliss.  You are One.  God delights in You.  And without You, and you, God would be incomplete, but God, who is absolute perfection, is always complete.  So, to reiterate very firmly, Be the Love that you are, and judge no one!  Judgment is always self-judgment no matter what form it may appear to take, so why would you attempt to be in conflict with God who loves all and judges none?
Stop trying to shut yourselves out from Reality through negative judgments of self or others, and instead, claim your Love, the love of self that is an absolutely essential aspect of our all-inclusive One divine nature, and then, in doing so, experience the joy and bliss, that is God’s eternal gift to all of creation, by offering It constantly to self and to all others.

In these times of increasing chaos and confusion know that your support teams in the non-physical realms are awake and alert to your every call.   Do call on your own personal supporters who are in spirit for guidance and comfort in these troubling times, because they very much want to communicate with you so that you can feel the embrace of their loving energy fields bringing you peace and reducing your anxiety.
These times are perfect for you to strengthen your connection with us here in the spiritual realms because you have plenty of time to sit quietly and relax into your holy inner sanctuary where Love and Peace are always in residence.   Give yourself plenty of time to do this – you have plenty – and allow the peace of this holy inner space to envelop you.  Distractions will arise – impatience, hunger, thirst, sleepiness.  Therefore be ready for them by setting the intent, as you relax into this space, to maintain your focused attention – on a candle, your breath, the floor just in front of you, a plant, or anything that you feel comfortable and at ease focusing on for more than a few moments – and then be quiet, alert, and ‘listen’ for your intuition, inner guidance, or the spiritual entity to whom you direct your prayers, to commune with you.
Remember, You are never alone.

You are on the cusp of great revelations that will amaze and alarm humanity, as the scale of corruption and deceit in human affairs, engaged in for eons by those who would rule and control you, are brought to light by some very courageous investigators of the utmost integrity.  Part of the game of separation has been the motivation by those of high intelligence to set themselves up as leaders and controllers because they consider themselves superior to others and, therefore, totally deserving of power and privilege.  They see “the masses” as tools to be used to help them achieve their aims.  They have appeared as emperors, as kings, as dictators, as tribal chiefs, as people of importance who have “rightfully” inherited their positions due to their royal blood lines, and they have gone to great lengths to prevent those blood lines becoming “contaminated.”  They have always been very secretive, and have, without any qualms, disposed of any who would not submit to their authoritarian ways, including members of their own families.  Their greed for power has always been insatiable.  Now their secrets and their criminal activitiesare to be revealed, in fact are already being revealed.
Many have suspected those in high places of nefarious activities, which have been ongoing for a very long time, but, until now, there has been no way to expose these activities, or the ambitions of these intensely egotistical people and call them to account.  Enormous change is in the air, and it will surprise quite a few when who the “good guys” are becomes known.  Nothing, in the illusory world, is as it seems.
Reality is Love, and there is nothing other than Love.  In the unreal world, the world of form, where sentient life experiences itself as a physical being, material forms appear to be separate, individual, disconnected from each other.  This unreal world, the world of illusion was constructed with the express intent to experience separation, individuality, aloneness, and it has done this extremely well.
Although modern science has now demonstrated very clearly that there is only a vast and infinite field of energy within which everything is connected, and that therefore separation is physically impossible, nevertheless, the way humanity experiences itself and life in form remains an experience of separation – me totally physically separate from everyone else.  This has been humanity’s experience since the illusion was constructed for this very purpose, and because this belief is so deeply ingrained within the human collective, it is very difficult to dissolve.  While it remains, for a short while yet, a seemingly totally valid belief, those with intense egotistical personalities will continue to behave as they have been doing for eons, namely by caring for themselves while disregarding the rights and needs of others.
BUT, humanity is awakening!  Consequently the vast majority of humans have seen, or are now beginning to see the insanity of attempting to live separate lives in which each looks only after him or herself.  Your history of endless conflicts and the resultant pain and suffering of so many clearly demonstrates the results of this belief, and of the behaviors that follow from it.  Humanity is ready for change, for awakening, and the collective decision to awaken has been made, and your awakening is happening right now.  As a result, much that has been hidden is being brought into the light, and, because until very recently people trusted the system that has been endlessly using and abusing them, what is being revealed is immensely shocking and disturbing for many.  There is even a powerful sense of disbelief that theseinsane criminal activities and deceptions could have been ongoing for so long, and people are asking themselves, and those with whom they associate regularly “Can this really be true.  Surely we would have known something of this.  Are our governments and their agents really so utterly and criminally corrupted?”  And the answer is becoming quite apparent, and is most definitely in the affirmative.
To awaken is to become aware of Oneness, to know that All are One, and in that knowing peace and joy arise.  To awaken is to open your hearts fully to Love.  This means that all that is not in perfect alignment with Love, all that is unreal – judgment, bitterness, hatred, resentment, etc. – has to be dissolved back into the nothingness from which it appears to have arisen.  Nothing can arise from nothingness, so it is just a case of acknowledging certain unloving thoughts and beliefs and letting them go, thus allowing Love to fill your hearts completely.  You do this just by withdrawing your power, your focus of attention from them, and then they are gone, because it is by your choice to focus your attention on them that you make them seemingly real – and only in your minds!  The difficulty is that you can see this very clearly in others, but your egos do an excellent job of hiding them from yourselves.  You could liken it to going through the home you have resided in for a very long time and clearing out the enormous accumulations of “stuff,” of “clutter” that you no longer need, and delighting in the large open space that is then available and into which you can expand and be fully yourselves.
There is no need to search out and bring to justice those who have misbehaved, because to do so is to engage in judgment thus reducing the space available in your hearts for peace, joy, and Love.  Those who have misbehaved are also awakening, and the majority will become aware, will be shocked and horrified at what they uncover within themselves – the “stuff” arising into their awareness, “stuff’ that has been denied or ignored for a very long time – and will seek assistance to release it.  Many of you chose to incarnate at this point in humanity’s spiritual evolution to offer this kind of exceptionally loving assistance to those who become conscious of and horrified by the personal misbehaviors in which they have engaged.
Remember, ALL, without exception, are the beloved children of God, and ALL are the prodigal ones returning Home to the most magnificent of celebrations.  There is no divine judgment, there is only self-judgment, and the divine Will is that you cease and desist from that, forgive yourselves, forgive all others, and truly awaken into the full awareness of your own Divinity.  God creates only like unto Himself, and She always does it with infinite perfection!
As your last unawakened moments flow past, please celebrate in the knowledge that all is well, that all is unfolding perfectly just as Father/Mother/God has always intended.

Humanity is approaching a moment of change, a moment of enormous change, and as you all move forward through it there will be much uncertainty and disturbance.  You know that God’s Love for everyone of his children is infinite and eternal, and that His Will for you is eternal joy.  However, as you move through these times of uncertainty there will be moments of intense disagreement and some conflict will result.  The way forward is to fully embrace your true nature – Love – and engage with life and with others in every moment from that state.  This is a time when your trust in God’s Love for you, for all sentient life forms, is essential so that you most firmly reset and reset – every time doubts or anxieties arise – your intent to be only loving whatever arises in your daily lives.  Because to do that is to be who you are, and doing so will help you to remember your divine heritage.

 Life in form has been a long and often disturbing interlude in which you have forgotten your true nature, and in which a powerful sense of separation from that true nature seems to have enfolded you.   As you have been told so often : There is no separation.  Nevertheless, the dream or nightmare of separation that you chose to experience has seemed intensely real for you, as your bodies, with which you almost completely identify yourselves, have undergone enormous turmoil through pain and suffering, both physical and emotional.  Because of that you have taught yourselves to disregard it by projecting it out onto others – humans who appear to be totally different from you for any number of utterly invalid reasons – and turning them, in your imagination, into enemies who are forever threatening you.  Needless to say those others see you in the same manner.

 Over the eons this has led to innumerable wars in which winners and losers are constantly changing places, and during which much suffering is endured as ordinary people, those who are not directly involved in these ongoing conflicts, struggle to support their loved ones and survive in regions where conflict has become endemic.  Conflict is the result of massively egotistical behaviors on the part of a small minority of severely abused and damaged individuals as they attempt to escape from or deny their own intense inner turmoil, and who gather around them other damaged ones who will support them.  Often that turmoil has been deeply buried because to remember it would cause them further intense suffering.  When you find yourselves in situations where people like these are operating from a behavioral pattern of “suppress and control,” it is best to avoid engagement if possible, while intending to reflect back to them the love that is their nature, and which they have never been able to express.  This is the most effective thing that you can do.  Doing this is what awakening is all about, and it is this that will bring about the changes that are so desperately needed nearly everywhere on Planet Earth.

 Engage with Love, and allow It to dissolve your fears and anxieties as you make a point of meeting with and associating with other awakening ones.  There are far more of you than you might think, because this is the moment for your awakening, for humanity’s awakening, and many have become crucially aware of the need for a massive Love flow, a “Tsunami of Love,” to envelop the planet.  And It is doing that now!  Your engagement with It in every moment of your daily lives is an absolute prerequisite.  You chose to be incarnate now to engage with Love, and if that does not resonate with you now, because, like so very many, you have forgotten your life’s purpose, then do seek out others who are engaging with Love, so that the flow from their loving energy fields awakens within you your own true and unchangeable nature.

 This is the moment for which all have been longing – the Second Coming.  But it is not an outward or physical event with people rising up in revolution against oppressors.  That is what has been occurring for eons and plainly it does not work.  No, the Second Coming is the arrival of an intense inner knowing, that is experienced within the self, a knowing without the slightest doubt that the self and Source are One.  Over the eons, every now and then, a few have experienced this state and have shared the knowledge of it with others, and so although it was an individual experience, knowledge of it was shared, and religions were founded on it.  Of course each one experiences it in his or her own individual way, so when only a few, from different lands and different cultures, had this most wondrous and uplifting experience, they described it in different ways. This has led to conflicting opinions about what the Second Coming truly is.

 Now, with so many being nudged towards their awakening, it is finally becoming apparent that each individual experience of the Second Coming is completely valid.  Another expression or definition for the Second Coming is to enter into Christ Consciousness.  Your original state, before the separation seemed to occur, was Christ Consciousness, which is your natural state of pure Love aligned with and at one with Source.  Love is unconditional loving acceptance of every sentient being, and to be in that state is to have experienced your own Second Coming and know yourself as Christ at One with your Father.  It is a state from you have never been separated, but which you had hidden from yourselves behind what could perhaps be most aptly described as a thin diaphanous veil.  That veil is now disintegrating.

 Now is the moment to throw caution (an aspect of the illusion) to the winds and engage fully with Love, and thus reap the endless and most wonderful benefits that doing so provides.

 You are, each and every one of you, eternally inseparable from God, and now is the time for you to remember that and to awaken.  Therefore, BE the LOVE that YOU ARE, and assist all your brothers and sisters to awaken into their true nature so that they too can share in the eternal joy that is your divine inheritance.

You know that you are awakening!

As the awakening process that humanity is presently experiencing moves inexorably forward, there is much occurring worldwide that is causing fear and alarm to escalate.  Your awakening requires you to release your hold on outdated belief systems that no longer serve you – humanity – and the judgments that inevitably arise from them.  Despite the fact that many do claim to be based on love of God, love of neighbor, and love of self, they often judge other beliefs that are not in agreement or alignment with their own to be wrong.  Whether the belief system is political, philosophical, economical, or religious does not matter, what matters is that it is different and therefore must be wrong.  Having made that judgment, then the members are often told or persuaded to go out and proselytize, and if that method of converting others to the correct belief system is ineffective, conflict often ensues.
All across the world many are realizing that negative judgment of others – that is of people, not of behaviors – only aggravates the major issues and problems that the human collective has to deal with and resolve at this time.  Many of them have been unsettling and disturbing you for eons, but with the rise of modern technology, starting with the Industrial Revolution that commenced about two hundred and fifty years ago, humanity’s ability to harm itself and the planetary ecosystems that support you has increased exponentially, but without a similar and essential increase in the maturity and wisdom necessary to enable you to avoid catastrophic destruction on a vast scale.
What is happening now, largely due to the ease with which people all across the planet can communicate with each other and share ideas and information, is an enormously growing awareness that human and planetary well-being cannot be entrusted to an elite group of politicians and industrialists who are themselves controlled by a very small number of extremely powerful and influential people.  People of high intelligence, who are extremely street-smart and amoral, and who have shut down or denied their knowledge of Reality, of their individual spiritual natures, as they seek ever more power in the material world, which is for them the only reality, and so they seek to own and control it.
This innate tendency toward such intense egotistical behavior has been an aspect of the human collective for eons, arising initially in infancy, as the infant learns that it is separate from its mother and struggles to control her in order to be constantly fed and comforted.  This intense egotistical stage should be left behind as the infant grows into childhood and adolescence, but frequently the infant experiences abuse and trauma that effectively locks it at or very close to that stage of emotional and psychological development, so that as its strength and intelligence grow, instead of maturing into adulthood, it tends to remain egotistically driven, unless some kind of deeply moving emotional, psychological, or spiritual upheaval occurs, leading it to very seriously question its belief systems.
Right now, all across the world, people are being nudged to very seriously question their innate belief systems, as seemingly threatening situations and issues arise that they have to deal with, or as they find that their emotions suddenly appear to be controlling them.  For many, who have spent their lives believing themselves to be their emotions, the growing realization that this is not so can be very disturbing, as they have relied on them all their lives for guidance to direct their thoughts, words, and actions, and now, suddenly, they become aware that they can control and direct their emotions.  To have to take control and be fully responsible for their attitudes and behaviors can be quite terrifying, and so they may resist doing so very strongly.  They will resort to telling themselves stories, while blocking from their conscious awareness any truths or facts that they dislike or fear, in order to continue as before.
But this no longer possible!  Humanity has made the collective decision to awaken, and that decision is completely irreversible.  So what is now occurring planet-wide is an unstoppable and growing awareness, arising in the consciousness of every human without exception, that to be human is but a temporary experience during which a person has forgotten or denied their true nature as spiritual beings.  And it is awareness of their spiritual nature that is now arising.  When that awareness is accepted and honored, then the pain and suffering induced by emotional turmoil, and which many have been experiencing for most of their lives, starts to diminish allowing peace and compassion to grow within them.  As the understanding that there is no death dawns on them an overwhelming sense of relief replaces the fear and anxiety that they have been experiencing so regularly in their daily lives.
Those of you reading and/or listening to this are very definitely spiritually aware, and you chose to be precisely where you are at this time in order to greatly assist your brothers and sisters in this amazing and most wonderful awakening process.  You know that you are awakening.  Some of you are worried because it seems to you that your loved ones, families, or friends remain unaware.  Let go of those worries because they often lead you to proselytize which can intensify the intention of those with whom you are engaging in such a fashion to remain in denial of their spiritual nature, if this is what they have been doing.  The most effective way to assist others is to set the intent on waking in the morning to be only loving whatever arises, and then repeat that intent as often as you remember to during the day.
Remember in every moment – pin or stick reminders to the fridge and the bathroom mirror – that you are a spiritual being infinitely loved by God, who is having a temporary experience as a human in form.  As you remember, then immediately engage in loving and forgiving thoughts directed to whoever you happen to be interacting with or to anyone who comes to mind.  This is what you are here to do.  Nothing more is demanded of you.  However, if you feel intuitively – not egoically! – guided to say something in the moment, or to take some kind of action that it is within your power in the moment to do, then most definitely do so.  Your support team is with you constantly, and whenever doubts or anxieties arise for you, they will nudge you or give you an indication of what is the best course of action, if any, in that moment.
You are never alone, to be alone is impossible.  Know that you are lovingly watched over, embraced, and guided in every moment, so do not rely on your frightened ego for guidance or help.  If words or actions that you could engage with come to mind that give you an uncomfortable gut feeling, then think again “is this for my highest good or for the highest good of the person of whom I am thinking or with whom I am interacting?”  If the feeling of discomfort remains then you might well be best to let it rest.  When words or actions feel good, gentle, and loving, then you are probably experiencing guidance from your higher Self or your support team.  Learn to trust yourselves to be loving when you have set that intent, and refrain from judgment or criticism.  You cannot know the mind or the motivation of another.  So trust in Source, Love, Mother/Father/God, and remind yourselves that the divine Will is always achieved.

Humanity’s awakening process, as you keep hearing from many sources, is moving forward rapidly and most effectively.  More and more people, who have so far been totally engrossed in the seeming reality of their lives in form as humans, are beginning to become aware that they are far more than their bodily experiences would suggest, and are now very actively seeking knowledge about life after death, and about their spiritual heritage.  This vast increase in interest and awareness is partly because all in human form at this moment chose to be here to take part in and assist with the awakening process, and partly because it is only now that they are beginning to sense – i.e. remember – that life has a much deeper meaning than focusing onlyon life as a human in form can provide.
Truly, humanity is awakening, and signs of this can be seen all over the world as ever more groups are forming with the intent to bring to people’s awareness now the earnest and heartfelt need to make essential changes in the way humanity engages with itself, and with the worldly environment which supports it and makes life as a human possible.  Change is the one constant in the life of form that you are presently experiencing, and each one of you personally influences the changes that occur, so make a point of becoming aware of how you, personally, influence the changes occurring in the world around you.
Before you incarnated for this lifetime you set the intent to remember the life purpose that you had planned before incarnating at the moment that would be most appropriate for you to fully engage with it.  A sense of this purpose is now arising, just as planned, and you are feeling yourselves moved to engage with life in a more loving and compassionate fashion in order to do the work that only you can do.  As you move forward your awareness and understanding of your unique spiritual assignment will become increasingly clear, enabling you to let go of any doubts or sense of inadequacy that may attempt to persuade you that you are not qualified for the tasks that you have set yourselves.
Remember you are never alone, and that assistance is always available from your support team in the spiritual realms if you will only call on them.  However, many of you feel unheard and unanswered when you do call on them, and this is because often you only call when you are feeling desperate or overwhelmed, and when you feel like that your minds tend to be in a constant state of uproar as your egos go into panic mode, and the clamor of your thoughts drowns out the gentle guidance that you are being offered.  Frequently your sense of overwhelm is caused by events over which you have no control, which leaves you feeling helpless and inadequate.  However, that is not the case, you are neither helpless nor inadequate, you just need to focus on what you can do in a situation, as opposed to focusing on what your egos keep telling you needs to be done, and which it seems you cannot do.  Each one of you is capable of making an enormous difference in the world when you just set and maintain the intent to be only loving whatever arises.
Love is both powerful and gentle.  You do not have to take violent physical action to correct situations that are causing trouble, and history makes it clear that this has never worked.  Gentle persuasion, offered lovingly and without judgment or condemnation, is extremely effective, and there are very few among you who have not experienced this personally, or at least seen others effectively dealing very successfully with issues in this manner.  You have enormous power when you engage lovingly with life, and before you incarnated, knowing this, you did set the intent to be loving whatever arose.  Now is the time for you to put that plan into effect.
One most effective ways in which you can open your awareness more fully, so that you can receive or access the information you need to complete your awakening assignment, is to allow yourselves to trust that all is divinely taken care of, and to realize that all you need do is to flow freely with the energies of the Tsunami of Love which have enfolded the planet to guide her forward.  All is moving forward perfectly toward your awakening, so just let go of the doubts and anxieties relating to the news of conflicts, epidemics, and political chaos on which the media of every nature is constantly focusing its and your attention.  Yes, there is much going on that needs to be dealt with, and so major changes are being planned and considered so that humanity can move forward humanely and compassionately into the new era that will lead to an end to conflict.  The realization is becoming apparent to increasing numbers of people that conflict is a totally inadequate and ineffective way in which to attempt to resolve any kind of disagreement, either on an individual scale or on an international one.
Conflict has never served humanity except to demonstrate how utterly inadequate engaging with it is if you really wish to resolve issues and problems.  Frequently, over the eons, people who have allowed their egos to control and direct their thoughts, words, and actions have enjoyed punishing and destroying those they have considered to be wrong, and therefore their enemies.  Nevertheless, those same people have also suffered enormously due to their behavior, when the treatment that they have meted out to others is later used against them.  Many are in pain and suffering, and the antidote is Love.
The time for conflict is over, especially now as you understand the immense destructive power of modern weapons that technology has made available, and which ever increasing numbers of military organizations are deploying as “defense systems!”  When new weapons are invented an intense need to use them arises because those who have control of them, while possibly being bright and intelligent people, tend to have an emotional age of somewhere between approximately eight and fourteen years, and thus have an intense desire to see these new and exciting weapons in action!  Many grew up in abusive environments and learnt to be street smart, which means generally taking preemptive action to ensure their survival, and as a result they never matured as human beings, because they believed that they had to be constantly on guard against surprise attack.
To mature as a human, and to then evolve spiritually, as has always been your collective intent, it is essential to take time out to be quiet daily in a space in which you feel safe.  During that time the nudges and reminders from your support team in the spiritual realms can bring to your attention the awareness that you are a spiritual being having a temporary experience in form.  When this happens an intense interest in the real purpose of your human life makes itself felt, leading to ever deeper excursions into the depth of your being where Love resides permanently.
These quiet times need to be available from very early childhood, and yet many children are constantly encouraged to be doing things with no time available to just be quiet.  The cultures in which most children grow up tend to encourage non-stop activity – and little ones do need lots of activity as their bodies grow and develop – leaving very little time for quite reflection.  And yet children do need regular time periods during which they can reflect on what is happening to them as they grow from infancy to adulthood, and in doing so they can start to become aware of the absolute vastness of their inner space.  Day-dreaming is good for everyone, especially when you dream about engaging lovingly with others in honor, respect, and love.  Love is your nature, as you very well know, so to spend time in contemplation of that nature, your divine nature, strengthens and inspires you, leading you to greater self-knowledge and intense inner peace.  And doing that is part of the task you set yourselves before incarnating, so, as I have asked you so often, please make sure to take time out daily for this essential practice.  When you do, you will start to see the Love that resides in everyone else.

The changes essential for humanity’s awakening have been ongoing for a number of years now, and they will climax in 2020.  There were many changes in 2019 that were quite astounding for large portions of humanity who were deeply asleep, and which led them forwards to question many of their enculturated but frequently unseen beliefs.  These beliefs, which they held unknowingly, directed their thoughts, words, and actions, often with less than totally positive results.  Now people are choosing to investigate those long-held beliefs and opinions in order to check their validity for them now as they choose to move forward spiritually.  Many of those beliefs and opinions, formed early in childhood, and modified as they matured into adulthood, have been used mainly to establish a false egoic sense of self-confidence – the “I’m right, therefore you’re wrong,” type – that seems to make life as a human feel safer and more predictable.
However, true self-confidence comes from knowing that one is an eternal being, divinely created, and from engaging with life with love, honesty, and integrity so that one’s thoughts, words, and actions are always guided by loving intent.  Because you are, each and every sentient being, One with Source, then you are Love, Love is your true nature.
However, as a human in form, your awareness of that has been forgotten, you experience yourself as a small insignificant being adrift in a vast universe that is apparently completely unaware of you, and this is very frightening.  But that sense of self is provided by your ego, which identifies totally and completely with your body, and which therefore encourages you to live in fear of suffering and death.  Your ego does its best to convince you to rely on it for your safety and survival, and it is very vociferous as it attempts to convince you that you are only your body with its thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and nothing more!  This manner of self identity is totally invalid!  You are far, far more than your ego would have you believe.
There is an ancient saying that you have all doubtless heard numerous times, and have perhaps even worked with: “Know thyself!”  It does not refer to your identity as a human, it refers to your true identity as One with Source, and to uncover that Self and know that it is you is what that saying is asking you to do.  You cannot uncover that Self unless you make a regular practice of going within, and of letting your thoughts flow past without engaging with them.  Then, after you have spent time in this way, they slow down or quieten enough to allow your real Self, your true Self to connect most lovingly with you as intuitive guidance, and as a deep inner knowing of the wonder that is your life fills you with gratitude, the awareness that you are indeed One with Source arises within you.  That uncovering of your true Self, when it occurs – as it will if you truly surrender to the Divine within you by ceasing in your attempts to analyze or explain yourself to yourself – is a life changing and unforgettable experience of the most amazing and uplifting nature.  You do not have to do anything to access this inner knowing, you just have to be, by relaxing into that vast, quiet space within yourself where Love resides eternally.
Just being is very difficult for you because you are so deeply enculturated with the need to do!  Your human survival appears to depend on it.  And of course, as a human in form, there is your daily life in form where you meet with and interact with others as you go about the business of being human.  It does seem all consuming, and it does seem to demand practically all of your attention – partners, family, friends, traveling to and from work, paying bills – so that to set time aside purely for yourself to do NOTHING can appear to be a total waste of your severely limited time, and selfishly self-indulgent as well.
I cannot impress upon you strongly enough your need to change that opinion if you are to move powerfully forwards towards your awakening.  You incarnated to assist others to awaken, but you cannot do that unless you start to awaken yourself, because your own awakening is your main task, and as you start to become aware of this and make the necessary life changes to allow this to happen, you assist others to do likewise.  Remember, You are all One, therefore as you start to awaken so will others and thus you will be fulfilling the intent with which you incarnated.
There is absolutely no way that you can fail!  You are One with Source, therefore your will – even as you struggle with the severe limitations that being a human in form presents you with moment to moment – is the divine Will, it has just slipped your memory.  By taking quiet time alone at least once daily, at a time you set and know you can maintain, as well as at odd moments between your human tasks – waiting in line, at traffic lights, in the shower, brushing your teeth – you will find that life ceases to be such an impossible rush to get everything done.  By giving yourself time out you will find that you have more time than when you didn’t.
Time spent quietly within, at your holy inner sanctuary, is the most important time in your human life.  As you become accustomed to following a daily practice you will start to recognize this, and you will find it almost impossible not to take that daily time for yourself.  It does not have to be long, just ten or fifteen minutes, and as you become used to making the space for it you will find that things or situations that used to irritate you become far less intrusive, you will find that you have a readily available sense of peace that you can access at any time just by standing back a moment as a negative emotion arises or one of your buttons gets pushed.
You all, every sentient being in form, long for peace and love, and by setting and maintaining a practice of going quietly within you will find within you, waiting to embrace you in every moment, the peace and love to satisfy that longing.  You are not alone, you are fully supported in every moment of your eternal existence, and while, as a human in form, it often seems that you are alone, that no one understands you, that no one appreciates you, this is most definitely not the case.  You are all doing tremendous work on Earth at this time, and you are most positively affecting many others as you move through life having set the intention to be only loving whatever arises.  So even if you do not get a sense of being loved, appreciated, or valued in your daily lives, know that what you are being and doing is essential for humanity’s awakening, and that no one but you can be it and do it.
When you feel down, overwhelmed, unable to cope, then go within and call on your wonderful and amazing support team in the spiritual realms for a loving hug.  It will be delivered instantly.  Do not look at the saints and mystics, or at the ones who are known for the intensely loving service that they offered while in form, and decide that you are not good enough because you are unable to do what they did.  Instead know that you are on the path that you chose with divine guidance in order to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and that you are doing it perfectly!  Your doubts and negative self judgments are utterly invalid, futile attempts by your ego to undermine your self-confidence, your sense of Self, and to thus distract you from your brilliant path, the only path for you, the path on which no one else can possibly replace you.  You are precisely where you are meant to be in every moment, and your presence there is essential for humanity’s awakening – that is why you are following it so perfectly and so beautifully – so let go of your doubts and allow peace, joy, and confidence in your purpose to fill your heart.

Humanity’s progress towards awakening is quite phenomenal!  God’s divine plan is for you to awaken, and it always has been since the moment that you chose to experience an unreal state of separation from Source, the Source with Whom ALL are One.  Therefore it is inevitable that you awaken, and all that you can do is choose when this will be by choosing when to open your hearts to let Love enter.  Here in the non physical or spiritual realms we are fully aware of the plan and have been observing its progress from the beginning, knowing that it would be totally successful, but we did not fully understand how incredibly rapidly it would be brought to completion.  Completion is now very close indeed, far closer than we realized, and for this all of you in form are to be most heartily congratulated!  You are all doing phenomenal work.
At this moment much is arising worldwide that is very unsettling for all of humanity, indeed it is very painful and frightening for many of you.  Hang in there!  You are all, without any exception, most fully and lovingly supported as your awareness of your divine nature intensifies and, along with that, your feelings of unworthiness, of not being good enough, even of being sinners deserving punishment also arise into your conscious awareness.  These are thoughts of a negative and very self judging kind that are utterly and completely invalid!
Over the eons, as you have entered and exited the dream of unreality to learn lessons that, with much loving guidance, you had chosen to place on your life paths, you have – of course – made mistakes and errors because that is part of being a human in form, seemingly separated from Source.  But they are all unreal!  They only seemed to happen, as things do in dreams, and, there in the dream, they do seem totally real, even though they never happen because dreams are unreal.  And in Reality they most certainly could never even be imagined let alone happen!
You are all going to remember that you are perfect divine beings, permanently and eternally One with Source, just as you were created.  You are Love, and Love is always wholly, utterly, and most joyfully loving of Itself in every moment – in that It is COMPLETE – and as there is nothing other than Love, nothing else is possible.  Consequently there can be no blame, disapproval, judgment, or punishment of any kind, because those states are unreal, and thus cannot and do not exist.
What is occurring now is the arising into your awareness of all the seeming mistakes, errors, and sins that it appears that you collectivelycommitted during all of your previous life times in the unreal dream environment that you built for yourselves so very long ago.  You have been clinging to them, although they are hidden deep within yourselves – denied, buried out of sight, made invisible and inaccessible – because to acknowledge them would have caused you unhealable and relentless pain and suffering of an order of magnitude so enormous that you firmly believed that it would have destroyed you.  Thus you buried it deeply and denied it.  However, it was/is UNREAL!  Consequently you remain Perfect just as you were created
But because you have you have held all this fear, hatred, resentment, and bitterness buried deep within yourselves it has blocked out Love.  When you hold onto any of those feelings you are effectively choosing not to be Love.  To be Love means that you totally, utterly, and completely, without any exceptions whatsoever, unconditionally accept and Love yourselves and all sentient beings.  But when you attempt to set conditions for being Love, for offering Love, for being loving, you are blocking It out because there is no such thing as conditional Love, there is only Love!
The awakening process is the arising into your conscious human awareness of all these sins and errors it seems you have collectively committed over the eons so that you may acknowledge them, realize that they are unreal, that in Reality – your eternal state of joyful existence – they never happened and never could happen, and in that full awareness release those overriding and utterly invalid feelings of shame, guilt, and unworthiness.
How could even one of you, who are all without exception of any kind, the perfect divine creations of God – the beloved children of God, Beings of infinite perfection created like unto that Source, which is LOVE – be in any way unworthy of the Love from which and in which you were created?
Being One with God you are perfect, and therefore all that you have to do is to let go of any sense of guilt or shame, and allow your hearts, which are always totally worthy of Love, to open to receive It, delight in It, and share It with all with whom you interact in any way at all.  Doing just that brings all to awakening, to full remembrance, and to full participation in the Oneness that is God.  The infinite joy of that most wondrous moment awaits you.

Here in the spiritual realms – which of course is not ‘a place’ but is the One infinite energy field of Love, Mother/Father/God, where All That Is has Its eternal Presence, and therefore, where all sentient life has its eternal existence, even when unaware of this – we are joyfully observing humanity’s long anticipated awakening process approaching fruition.  All is proceeding beautifully.  The chaos, conflict, and confusion in so many areas is drawing to a close because the collective intent to awaken has intensified enormously over the course of this current Earth year.
  1. The human collective intent has limitless power when finely focused, and it is now being focused very intently on being loving whatever arises.  Obviously each one you holding that intent – because you are each the One that is the human collective – is extremely effective.  You are doing the task that you incarnated to do, and you are doing it magnificently.  And this is, of course, what was expected, because you are all divine beings starting to remember who you truly are, and consequently you are also remembering why you chose to incarnate at this moment in humanity’s awakening process.
  2. Stay calm, peaceful, and loving, regardless of what may be happening, because that is the most effective and powerful way that you can each move the awakening process forward towards its completion.  This is what you incarnated to do, so do not let your own egos, or anyone else’s for that matter, persuade you that what you are doing is meaningless or ineffectual, because it most definitely is NOT!  You are awakening humanity.
  3. Love is infinitely powerful, there is nothing It cannot achieve or create, however, It never imposes, forces, or compels anyone to accept It.  It is always available, waiting to be invited to enter the heart of any – and there are many – who have, until now, chosen to close their hearts off to It.  And It waits with infinite patience because there is only now, and that is when everyone will open their hearts!  It is ALL that exists, but It will not attempt to terminate the dream state, the unreal state of form with which humanity is able to engage only by inserting a veil or curtain between itself and Love.  That state was established, as you well know, to experience separation from Source, from Love, which in truth is impossible.  The separation appears real to those in form because that was the intent of those who established it, but it is and always has been a very insecure or flimsy state because it is unreal, because it does not exist.  It is an unreal state of mind that can evaporate or be dissolved the moment you choose to have it do so, by releasing any attachment you have to fear, anger, bitterness, resentment, victim-hood, and the accompanying felt need to blame, judge, and condemn anyone – yourselves included – all of which are major aspects of the illusion in which so many of you are very heavily invested.
  4. Love is your true nature, and therefore you are all capable of loving.  To Love is to be fulfilled, to be complete, to be in joy, to be at peace.  If you are choosing to love only those with whom you agree and with whom you choose to associate, namely those who are of the same culture, ethnicity, faith, political persuasion, or social standing, then that is not Love.  Love never discriminates, it is unconditionally accepting of All that God has created, because that is what Love is, and there is nothing that God has not created, because there is only God (Love/Source/Supreme Intelligence/Divine Wisdom/All That Is) within Which all of creation has its eternal existence.
  5. In form, playing the harsh game of separation, judgment of others is one of the main objectives of the game.  And of course judgment leads to blame and condemnation – and whenever possible – punishment of those so judged.  That totally prevents you from loving.  To awaken is to remember your true nature and embrace It fully and completely without any conditions whatsoever, because that is what Love is and what Love does.  That means that you must each fully accept yourselves, and all others, as the humans in form that you appear to be, without any judgment at all – either negative or positive – about your appearance, skills, abilities, beliefs, levels of intelligence, social standing, etc.  Why?  Because there is only One of you, and therefore all judgment is effectively self-judgment.  What you see, like, and admire in another is merely a reflection of those aspects of yourself, and what you see, hate, despise, and condemn in another are also reflections of aspects of yourself.  In the latter case they are probably aspects that you have denied in horror and buried very deeply indeed in the subconscious parts of your minds.
  6. As humans, playing the game of separation, you are all endowed with every possible aspect of being human from the best to the worst, from the highest to the lowest, and you each did choose the role that you would play in each human lifetime for the lessons that you, and the others with whom you would interact, wished to learn.  So condemning another is to condemn your self.  But, it’s all unreal!  When you believe that it is real it seems that the world is filled with people inflicting intense pain and suffering on one another, and you either see some of it as totally justified, and some of it as totally unjustified, or you see it all as something that must be stopped.
  7. However, if you set the intent to be only loving and allow Love to enter your hearts, you will see that each person “out there” is doing their best in the circumstances in which they find themselves, and that all that they want is to be loved, and to escape from the terrifying and intense sense of separation that they are experiencing as they continue to engage with the dream or game of unreality.  However, within the game or dream there is no solution, because Love has been blocked out of the unreal state of mind in which the game is played, in which the dream is experienced.  Nevertheless, you can each invite It in by setting daily, and renewing frequently during the day, the intention to be only loving whatever arises.  Everything that arises is, in truth, a call for Love, a call that each of you has to answer by setting that intent and inviting Love into your lives Full time!  Only then can you truly answer that call.
  8. Supporting appropriate charities or doing good works is indeed very helpful, but it often involves judgment, and to truly answer the call for Love you must release all judgment, and you often find that hard to do, because it does seem, as you look at the world around you, that much that is occurring is unconscionable and completely unacceptable.  But when you set that intent firmly, and without conditions – such as “when those in power make a serious attempt to achieve peace,” or “when those in power make a serious attempt to stop violent crime,” or “when those in power stop taking advantage of the impoverished,” “etc., etc.” – then the power of your intent is enormous, and it is precisely what is needed right Now in your awakening process.
  9. As we in the spiritual realms continue to watch over you and support you in every moment, we absolutely know that you will achieve your awakening, because you set the intent to do so before you incarnated, and because that intent is perfectly aligned with the divine Will.  So, keep on celebrating, because celebrating is an expression of joy, and your awakening is a most joyful event which your joy is bringing on.

All of us here in the non physical realms are enormously, and enthusiastically cheering you on, as the awakening process that has enveloped humanity, and for which all of you reading or listening to this message are doing such great work, essential work that can only be done by those who are in form, races ahead towards completion.  It is a truly massive undertaking that God, in His infinite Wisdom, meticulously planned when you chose to experience the unreal state of separation.  Now its time has arrived and it is proceeding apace.

 All over the planet there is amazing evidence arising to demonstrate that humanity is most definitely awakening from its eons long dream or nightmare of separation from Source.  Awareness is growing rapidly among all of humanity that separation from the energy field of life and love that is all That Exists is utterly impossible, especially now that quantum field theory has shown conclusively that everything is inseparably connected to everything else.

 Skepticism about the unseen, the formless, is lessening as more and more people have personal experiences that make it absolutely clear to them that the world of form is but a tiny and fleeting aspect of divine Reality, All That Is, and then share those experiences with many, many more through books, talks, podcasts, and blogs.  What for so long was either a matter of blind faith or a matter of utter disbelief is now being uncovered as a deep inner knowing, that had been forgotten or hidden, and as it arises once more into people’s conscious awareness it brings them much peace and comfort, demonstrating that life, existence has a true and divine purpose, a purpose that is constantly being expressed, shared, and extended through the energy field of Love that eternally embraces all of creation.

 Love is Reality, It is the life-force that you avail of to activate your human forms.  There is nothing else, because there is no need for anything other than Love.  You are all One within the infinite field of Love as you express yourselves individually and creatively within It.  Everything you think, say, or do affects all of creation, instantly!  There is no thing!  There is only You, at One with Source, as you express myriad aspects of Love creatively and endlessly in infinite joy.  Now you are awakening to the wonder of this divine Truth, the only Truth, and as you do so your amazement and delight intensifies.  Truly you are infinitely and divinely blessed in every moment of your eternal existence, and that is becoming increasingly apparent as your awakening process intensifies, and the dream that you have been living and experiencing for so long gently and inevitably fades away.

 You have no need of any dreams, of any imaginary unreal states of existence, because Reality is REAL, and is a “place” of permanent intense joy.  God, Who is Love, creates in joy for the delight of all creation, thus offering to all sentient entities more possibilities and potentialities for creative living than they can ever conceive of while they remain unawakened in form.  The glorious and exquisitely beautiful endeavors in which you will engage when you do awaken will astound you, even though you know that the possibilities and potentialities available to you are completely beyond limit.  You have spent eons living in limitation, and although all memory of those limiting disincentives and deterrents to your creative talents will be forgotten, the seemingly new found freedom to express yourselves fully without let or hindrance of any kind will feel new and enticing, encouraging you most enthusiastically to experiment and experiment in enraptured wonder, because every idea that occurs to you, which they will in brilliant clarity, can be engaged with and brought forth immediately.

 There is no time!  Reality is NOW!  Therefore whatever you choose to conceive of is instantly present and available to surprise and delight you.  Delayed gratification is inconceivable and impossible when there is only now, and eternal joy continually unfolds as your creative endeavors build and swell to form beautiful innovations that interact and intermingle in symphonies of harmonious and artistic collaborations, producing new and wondrous variations of unspeakable beauty in the infinitely variable energy field that is Reality.

 The astounding and endless joy that you will experience in your newly awakened state will make your hearts sing, and the song will be the most enchanting and uplifting song of praise to Mother/Father/God and to the One that is You, as you are lovingly embraced in the divine Presence – a field of Love of infinite vastness – and know yourselves seemingly for the first time.  In truth it will be a remembrance of or a return to Reality in all your divine glory – the return of the prodigal One to the Home from which she never departed.  And as you can no doubt imagine . . . just a little . . . your welcome will be out of this world!  The celebration of this most wondrous moment in this most wondrous moment can in no way be described or envisioned in advance, it has to be experienced, felt, lived, engaged with, and shared in delighted rapture.

 Infinite and everlasting joy most enthusiastically awaits your ecstatic awakening, therefore prepare yourselves to engage in the most massive and amazing celebrations as you all awaken.

We are all One.  From the smallest least significant life forms to the most highly developed ones, everyone of them without exception are contained, embraced, and most lovingly held within the infinite field of Consciousness that is ALL THAT EXISTS.  Awareness of this truth, which for eons had been recognized by only a very, very few, has, over the last five or six years, been growing exponentially within humanity.  Yes, I want to confirm for you most positively that there is no separation, because Life/Love is One.  Life is an ongoing creative event, an endless expansion of divine Love that is fully aware of all and that discards nothing.  What is created is forever, endless, eternal, and what is created is always alive, purely because it is an expression of pure undiluted consciousness – GODNESS!
You refer to non-living material as mineral, as opposed to animal or vegetable substances which you understand to be alive.  However, everything, as I said above, everything is held within the infinite field of Consciousness, therefore everything is alive.  The life in what you see and recognize as inert matter is not recognizable because its energy frequency – everything is energy, there is nothing else – is too low and vibrates far too slowly to be measured by even the most technologically advanced instruments you presently have available to you.  In other words, rocks, metals, and all that your science considers inert, non-living, have a form of consciousness, a consciousness that is patient and in no hurry, therefore rocks and metals decay and return to their non-material state far more slowly than do animals or plants.  Decay is not a good word here because you use it to mean a change of state from living to non-living, and what is alive can never cease to be alive, all that can happen is that its form changes from physical to non-physical.
So yes, your planet, Earth, is very much alive.  Over the eons its form has changed enormously, due to volcanic activity, earth movements, and the effects of climate and water flows, and in its present state it supports myriad forms of life.  Massive human industrial and land usage activities, which have intensified enormouslyover the last two or three hundred years, have dramatically increased the rate at which it is changing, thus threatening its continued ability to provide an environment that encourages and supports life in form as you understand that term.  There are in fact a vast number of forms within your earthly environmentof which you are completely unaware, residing in the oceans, rivers, and lakes, in the prairies, forests, mountains, and deserts, and which are essential for the ecological stability of planetary life.
Over the last four or five decades – in fact almost instantly in geological terms – awareness of the damage being done to the entire earthly ecosystem by inadvisable activities intended to provide short term benefits for multinational corporations and their “owners” has been growing rapidly.  Now, at last, groups are forming all over the world to bring pressure to bear on those who are so blatantly and arrogantly defiling and befouling vast areas of the world that they considered fair game in the race for ever vaster profits, in order not only to persuade them to cease and desist their damaging activities, but also to use some of their enormous profits to start repairing the damage they have done.  And these groups are becoming increasingly effective as more and more people support and encourage them in the mighty task that lies ahead for humanity, if it is to ensure that a habitable environment, in which future generations can live and thrive, is preserved.
However, the tipping point has been reached, and the ability of Planet Earth to continue to support life is assured, because plans are now being put into effect to restore the ecological balance necessary for animal and plant life to flourish.  There are enormous resources available to bring this about, it is just that until now they have been used inappropriately and thoughtlessly.  Humanity is on a path of spiritual evolution, and that is why souls choose to take human form by incarnating on Earth.  But for a long time the rate of evolution has been very slow, while in recent times the rate of technological advancement has been accelerating.  Consequently the necessary wisdom and compassion to use these advances for the benefit of all has been severely lacking.  Now wisdom and compassion are growing exponentially as your spiritual evolution progresses, leading you forward toward your awakening.
To many of you it may well appear that the challenges facing you are insurmountable, but they are not.  There is a magnificent awareness developing in the younger members of human society, especially those who are less than thirty years old, of the need for massive changes in attitudes and behaviors, and they have the determination and the motivation to make them happen.  In science you have a saying that knowledge advances funeral by funeral, and it is indeed the young among you who will be delivering the changes that are essential for human survival.  And, of course, those of you who are older have all most definitely played played your parts by effectively clearing the path for them to follow, even though, as the new path unfolds, it may well be very different from what you might be expecting.  As you have so often been reminded, every single human is following a path of spiritual evolution, and even though that often appears not to be the case, truly everyone – there are no exceptions – is following a path of spiritual evolution.
You need to be aware that those who have been doing such enormous damage and causingsuch intense suffering all over the world are thereby providing an extremely powerful wake-up call to everyone else, because the ongoing revelations about their nefarious activities blows people out of any sense of apathy in which they may have been drowning, and demands that they partake in the awakening process, not by engaging in violent opposition or through starting conflicts, but by becoming aware that the only way forward is through love.
Many are now realizing that violent behaviors are a clear indication of intense pain and a sense of worthlessness in those who practice them, and that these severely damaged ones need to be loved and guided with intense compassion in an environment where they can safely express their pain without hurting others.  Incarceration in penal correctional institutions only aggravates their pain and fear.  New compassionate institutions will arise to assist and support those who are suffering and acting out their intolerable burdens of guilt along with a sense of utter worthlessness.  Almost every human experiences a lack of self-worth at some stage during their lives, and sometimes it is long lasting causing an intense drain on their energy; therefore there are very few among you who, at the depths of their being, do not feel great compassion for those whose ability to love and accept themselves seems to be practically non-existent.
All are the beloved children of God!  The fact that some behave violently and act out their pain by attacking others demonstrates that they have completely forgotten this divine Truth.  And so have very many others who, although not acting out their pain violently on others, do have a less than complete realization of their true divinity, and thus, out of an underlying fear for their personal safety or that of their families and loved ones, often choose to work with law enforcement agencies, thereby very often aggravating the problems they were hoping and intending to resolve.
It is extremely difficult for most of you to believe that to engage with love will resolve all problems and issues, but it really is the only way forward.  To be loving whatever arises does not signify weakness, it demonstrates enormous power, because Love is infinitely powerful.  There is no one who is unaware of people – sadly, so far, only a few – who demonstrate love in action, and by doing so change themselves, others, and the whole world.  What is needed or required of you who are aware that you are on a spiritual path, is for you to set the intent daily to be only loving whatever arises.  When you do so, you will find that you become far more at peace with yourselves.  You will also find that others gravitate toward you,are drawn to you, pick up on your peacefulness, and then share it with others.
None of you are ever alone!  You are always fully supported by your team in the spiritual realms, as you go about your daily lives, while at the same time – even if you maybe unaware of it – powerfully assisting in the awakening process.  Just ensure that you spend time daily – every single day without fail – at your holy inner sanctuaries where Love resides awaiting your acceptance of It, so that It may embrace, encourage, and remind you that you are on Earth at this moment to do just this.  You will feel this inner knowing if you refuse to dismiss and judge yourselves as unworthy or not good enough, because nothing could be further from the truth!
You are all divine beings, and the fact that so many have forgotten this does not change it.  You chose to be incarnate at this point to be loving presences assisting all on their path to awakening, and you are doing this every time you hold a loving thought or offer a loving word or action to anyone at all.  As humans, limited by your physical forms, you can have no idea, until you awaken, of the wonderful and most amazing effect you are having.
Because of the love that each one of you demonstrates, even in the smallest of ways, humanity is awakening.
Trust me, because I have experienced form and all the trials and tribulations with which that state presents you.  I know how difficult it is, and how terrifying it can be, and I know that you can and will succeed in delivering humanity’s awakening. Truly it is already accomplished, as you will discover, and in doing so your joy will utterly surpass anything you can at present possibly imagine.

Easter is a time of celebration because it honors my resurrection, the main feast in the Christian year, the feast that reminds you all that you are the divine children of God, forever enfolded in His most loving embrace, and that you are eternal beings blessed with life everlasting. Life should and can be joy-filled, and when you awaken it will be!
As humans, very, very few of you truly acknowledge or pay attention to this feast day, other than to have a celebratory meal and enjoy eating chocolate eggs.  There is nothing wrong with that, but, as your awakening draws ever closer, it behoves you to pay attention to your spiritual lives and to the holy days that occur throughout the year.  The Christian calendar of holy days was established to remind people of their spiritual heritage, and to bring to their attention the major days on which remembrance of that meaning is honored through devotion to those who are named as saints.  But of course you are all saints, because every child of God was created perfect and is therefore a saint, you have just forgotten who you truly are.
All creeds and religions have their holy days, because, for those who believe that there is far more to life than the materialist world acknowledges, it helps to bring into focus the event or occurrence that the holy day asks you to celebrate, as you call to mind the one for whom the day is named.  After all celebration is a very important part of your lives, and you have many personal events that most people will at some stage experience – graduating from high school, coming of age, getting married, and, of course, birthdays – and then honor with an appropriate celebration.
To celebrate lifts your spirits, because it temporarily takes your minds off the daily struggles that most of you undergo to provide for yourselves and your families.  Therefore, when you do celebrate, it is important to set a very powerful intent to honor your spiritual heritage, your true nature, and give thanks to God for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon you.
To become aware of those blessings it is essential that you spend some time each day in prayer, not begging or beseeching God for favors, but sitting or, if you prefer, kneeling, or even prostrating yourselves – whatever feels most appropriate and comfortable to you (let what others do be of no concern) – and offering gratitude to God for the gift of life He has given you.  Then make a positive effort to see and appreciate the joys that being alive allows and encourages you to experience.
Life as a human, when you cease to focus your attention solely on your worldly concerns or on the pain and suffering that so many are undergoing, is constantly offering you some wonderful experiences – beautiful sunsets, the gorgeous smell of fresh fruit, the glorious colors of flowers, trees swaying in the breeze, and hillsides covered in gorse or heather, the excited smiles of small children, and the loving affection of your partners, and also your pet dogs and cats.  Truly there is SO MUCH for which you should be filled with gratitude!  And so many of you miss these joys because you are remembering and perhaps regretting the past, or worried about what the future holds for you, instead of LIVING, right NOW, in the present moment when life actually happens!
To spend time daily in prayer, meditation, contemplation, or just quietly and effortlessly relaxing, is the most effective way to be aware of and experience the present moment when your life is actually happening.  Accidents, when people hurt themselves, or someone they love is hurt, do bring their attention to the now moment – temporarily – but then judgment, blame, and the need to deal with the situation tends to bring the focus of attention back to what has happened – the past – or to concerns about what needs to be done to deal with it – the future – and awareness of being alive is once again forgotten.
Nearly everyone has had the experience of being distracted during moments of joy by a call for attention – the phone, social media, remembrance of something that should have been done yesterday – and then later being upset that they did not fully engage with that never to repeated moment.  NOW is when life occurs, and by making the time available daily to be present in the now moment is extremely good for your health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
All of us in the non-physical realms do our utmost to assist you in feeling the Love, which of course envelops you constantly, when you take time out to be at peace.  However, many of you tend to get caught up in negative judgmental thoughts about yourselves and your ineffectiveness in establishing quiet times because you keep engaging with the almost constant flow of thoughts through your minds.  Initially they will be flowing constantly, and because you have spent years attending to them instantly, thinking that they are who you are, it is difficult for you not to engage with them.  Then you remember that you were trying and meaning to be quiet and at peace, and you perhaps berate yourselves for allowing yourselves to be distracted, and tell yourselves that you are no good at it, or that it is just a waste of time.
None of these negative self assessments are in any way valid!  When you become aware that you have become lost in your thoughts instead of being at peace in the now moment, thank yourselves for that awareness, and forgive yourselves for being distracted.  Doing that will slow or reduce the flow of thoughts because you have removed the need to judge them with further thoughts.  As you continue to make time available daily to be quite and to be at peace, and as you continue to thank yourselves when you become aware that your mind has been wandering, and you forgive yourselves for allowing it to happen, you will find that you have increasingly long moments when you are not attending to or engaging with your thought flow.  This will bring you a sense of accomplishment, along with the stillness and peace that you have been seeking and are now experiencing, and you will find yourselves making sure not to miss making quiet time daily an essential part of your lives.  In fact you may well find that it becomes the most important part of your day, as you find that your daily life is now running far more smoothly and easily, no matter what may arise for you to deal with.
And as you spend your quiet time peacefully disengaged or partially disengaged from your chattering mind, CELEBRATE, because you are at peace, which was your intent when choosing to set time aside daily to be quiet.  Of course you will have to return to the world after spending time quietly alone, but now you will find that it is much easier and far less stressful to deal with the issues demanding your focus and attention.  You will also find yourselves noticing little things that bring you momentary joy throughout your day, things that previously you were too preoccupied to see.  And this will further add to your peace and sense of well being, further encouraging you to CELEBRATE LIFE for its own sake.
To reiterate, life is to be lived for its own sake, and to be alive is the perfect reason to offer thanks to God in gratitude for this most wonderful gift.  The perfect time and place to do this is when you enter your quiet time and go within to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides permanently within you.  And as your awareness of the fact that you are infinitely and eternally loved grows ever stronger, CELEBRATE!  God’s Will is that you know and experience his eternal Love for you, and knowing this, as deep within yourselves you do, then celebrate your beingness at One with Him.

The vastness of who you truly are becomes strikingly apparent.

We are ALL.  That is: all sentient life is one Consciousness that is infinitely aware and all-knowing in every moment.  However, since the apparent separation occurred, those in human form have lost this awareness of the one Consciousness which is who they truly are in every moment of their existence.  This is what separation is about – loss of knowing who you are.  Every sentient being is permanently and inseparably connected to and one with Source, and no other state is remotely possible!
All can access this knowing by allowing it into their awareness.  Nothing else is required.  However, part of experiencing the unreal state of separation involves focusing solely on your human form which carries a label, the name given to you by your parents when you were born, and believing this to be your true identity.  This is not who you are!  But, because you have been addressed by this label or name for as long as you can remember, it appears to be your true identity, and when people use it to address you, you have been conditioned to respond to it automatically.
By going within to meditate, relax, contemplate, or reflect – and, as you well know if you have been following these messages regularly, I keep on reminding you that you do need to do this daily – you quieten the endless flow of thoughts through your mind sufficiently to enable you to become aware of the space between thoughts, and therefore, aware that you are not your thoughts but that you are the awareness that is aware of those thoughts, and of your body, and of all the physical sensory perceptions with which your body provides you.
When that awareness arises into your consciousness, as the distractions of the input with which your bodies constantly supply youare quietened, or even completely silenced, the vastness of who you truly are becomes strikingly apparent.  When that first occurs it can be stunning!  Or it may come about gently over a period of time, as you learn ever more effectively to release or not cling to the identity that your name – attached as a label to your human form – provides, in the misleading belief that it is the totality of who you are.  Nothing could be further from the truth!
Who you are contains all that exists, from the smallest particles to the multiverse.  That obviously sounds impossible, but that is only because your perception of who you are is enormously limited.  There is only One, Source, Mother/Father/God, and You are that!  Source is creating from Itself, with Itself, like unto Itself, eternally.  Creation is ongoing, unceasing, and, therefore, so are you.  There is no separation, there is only the One.  You all get intimations of this from time to time when you sense or intuit something that there is no way you could have known from the information available to you through your physical human form.  That is Oneness at work, as It always is, with you having temporary awareness of It.  You truly are far, far greater than anything of which you, as a human, severely limited by your human form, could possible conceive.
Your awakening, the collective awakening of humanity, is nothing but your return to full awareness of who you are, and, as such, it will be a mind-blowing experience that will dissolve all your doubts, fears, and suffering in an instant.  Over the eons a few have enjoyed this experience and have reported on it to those who would listen, consequently there is a large amount of significantly pertinent information available to those who wish to know more, especially since modern communications technology has made so much information on myriad subjects easily accessible to all who choose to seek it out.
But of course reading about the experiences of others, while helpful and interesting, is rather like having the flavor of ice-cream described, because it is basically meaningless until you taste it for yourselves.  You have to experience awakening for yourselves, individually.  And that is a paradox because, as One, you are All.  Nevertheless, the awakening will be experienced by each individual with each also being aware of and knowing the experience of All.  Thus all will be in joy because all will know that all are awake.
At present you can have no idea of what to expect, apart from having been told that it will absolutely blow your minds.  Therefore, let go of all expectations, because none of them will in anyway prepare you for the wonders that are about to envelop you.  Fully conscious awareness of who you truly are will bring you infinite and eternal joy.  That is the divine Will for you, it always has been, and it is also your will, therefore it is inevitable.
This awakening has been divinely planned since the moment that the thought of separation occurred, placing humanity into an unreal or dream-like state that has left it confused and fear-filled ever since.  What you think of or consider your history is but a selection of memories of your ongoing dreams and nightmares which have convinced you of the reality of the state of separation that you are seemingly experiencing.  This conviction or belief strongly encourages you to focus on it because, through your human bodies, you do experience physical sensations that can be pleasurable or painful, and because your human bodies are so vulnerable to illness and damage, you live with almost constant anxiety about adequately maintaining them due to their need for regular food and shelter.  They are both a responsibility and a gift, and they demand inordinate amounts of your energy and attention to keep them operating smoothly and efficiently.
Since the industrial revolution more and more humans have been given the opportunity to live with their basic survival needs easily available, giving them the time and the opportunity to contemplate the meaning of life.  Not too many initially used this opportunity to their advantage, choosing instead to spend their lives seeking pleasure and satisfaction outside themselves, from others and from material things.  This was unfortunate because you already had everything you needed within the energy field, the life force, the field of Love that ensures your eternal existence.
However, within the last few decades, more and more people have finally chosen to engage in contemplation about the meaning of life, and have communicated on the subject with other like-minded individuals.  This started your awakening process, or rather, more powerfully strengthened your collective motivation and intent to awaken.  The tipping point has been reached, and there are now enough people holding that intent, and holding the intent to be loving whatever arises, to ensure that your awakening process will rapidly come to completion, just as divinely planned.  So, as you have been told a number of times already: CELEBRATE!
Celebrating intensifies your energy fields by flooding them with enthusiasm for life, and when you are filled with that enthusiasm it becomes increasingly difficult to remain asleep, unconscious, lost in the unreal world of dreams.  Truly, humanity is awakening.

As Being, as pure Consciousness, there are no needs.

As you wait expectantly for the dramatic shift in personal feeling experiences, and in outside events, to demonstrate absolutely conclusively for you that awakening is occurring in this now moment, be cheerful and spontaneous as you go most positively and hopefully about your daily human lives.  You know, deep within yourselves, that the tipping point has been reached, and that the human collective is awakening rapidly and most enthusiastically, despite all the negative mainstream media news reporting which is most definitely suggesting otherwise.  Your awakening, as you have so often been told, is a done deal!
There is no going back, and increasing joy and wonder lies before you because you are opening to your natural human state of being – Christ Consciousness – the divine state from which you can and will operate consciously and lovingly in each and every moment.  You have been heading back towards this, your completely natural state, since the moment that your sense of separation from your Source filled you with fear.  This is because your Source, the divine field of Consciousness, Love – or, if you wish to personalize It, Mother/Father/God – in Its infinite Love and Wisdom wills for you nothing but everlasting Joy, andthus set up the plan for your reawakening into eternal life as soon as you entered into the unreal state that you are experiencing as separation.  And the divine Will is always achieved.  No other outcome is remotely possible.
So, dear readers and listeners, as the awakening process becomes firmly established, and the essential changes that result become increasingly apparent to all of humanity, make a point of shining your light on high.  You are all intensely bright beings – as all sentient beings, all humans are – and by choosing to shine brightly in every moment you are extremely effective in assisting and encouraging others to become aware that they too are beings of light, brilliant beings of light.  How could you not be, since you were created perfect, and all that is created is, by definition, perfect in every way?
Let go of your fears and doubts, the anxieties that dissuade you from sharing the truth of who you are.  All that you have to do is be yourselves!  Not the personalities that you donned as masks when you were small children growing up, and seemingly found yourselves inadequate and even worthless compared to the adults and authority figures with whom you had to interact; even compared with your elder siblings!  Many of you feel that you have no one with whom to discuss your true feelings about the meaning of life, of your life, of who you truly are.  And the reason for this is because everyone you know or meet is hiding behind their own fear-formed mask or persona.  And you mostly accept those disguises as who they truly are, because in their apparent confidence or certainty in that disguise, they successfully hide from others their own intense sense of inadequacy.  So many of you feel “less than,” and this sense is encouraged by your egos to keep you in fear, because it confirms your sense of separateness and also your need for a clever and intelligent ego, your apparent human identity, to keep you safe.
When you choose to be yourselves, and show that self fearlessly to others, it frees them to do likewise, often with an enormous sense of relief, as they realise that they are not the only ones suffering from a sense of “less than.”  Being yourselves is truly THE most loving and effective gift that you can offer to others.  Then they feel safe in your presence, accepted, seen, and honored for themselves, just as they are, unconditionally.  And that, as you can most surely understand, is the most precious thing you can give to anyone, because it is what you yourselves have been seeking all your lives.
All humans are, as you have been told so often, perfect divine beings experiencing severe limitation in form as humans.  And that experience of limitation has indeed convinced you that you are separate beings in form, as you struggle to survive in an environment that seems vast in comparison to the size of your seemingly small and insignificant human bodies with which you mostly completely identify.  No wonder you are fearful!
But, in truth, you are immensely powerful beings because Source imbued you with everything that is Source at the moment of your creation.  It could do nothing else because Source is everything, constantly creating Itself in myriad ways as It most willingly shares with Its creation the infinite joy of just being.  As Being, as pure Consciousness, there are no needs, because that is an infinitely uplifting and satisfying state of existence, it is the only state of existence!
Some of you have experienced a brief sense of this, when your thinking has momentarily ceased, and you find yourselves enraptured by beauty in one of the many forms in which it shows itself to you while you are experiencing life as a human – a brilliant and stunning sunset, the intense freshness of spring growth, clear snowy mountains, the beauty of a child or loved one.  It doesn’t last, because the energy of such an experience is far too intense for your human frames to live through for more than a moment without disintegrating.
Love, Source, Mother/Father/God, Consciousness, Presence, is All that exists, isinfinitely vast and is infinitely gentle.  All sentient life is most lovingly enfolded in the Divine Field, always.  Anything that is experienced that is not of Love is unreal and will not last.
However, as humans in form, you do experience time.  Time, although in your present age measured by atomic clocks and collectively agreed upon, is an illusion.  It is an illusion that you all, without exception, have experienced when something you enjoy is gone in an instant, or something that causes you suffering appears to linger interminably.  You do have to deal with it constantly in order to come together physically at agreed places to interact with one another.  But, when you are not using it for this purpose, make the intent to be present in the now moment, the only real time, the time in which everything that you ever experience actually occurs.
The easiest and most effective way to enter into this state is through making the intent to quieten your minds, and to arrest the flow of thoughts by allowing them to flow through your minds without engaging with them.  This does take practice, and you need to practice daily.  Therefore, go within, to your holy inner sanctuary, and intend to open your hearts to the divine Embrace awaiting you there.  Choose to sit there in silent meditation, contemplation, or as you create a sound such as aum that you focus on by humming or singing, thus shutting out the distractions that tend to withdraw you from that place of deep peace.  That place of deep peace is always within you, so learn to find it through regular practice, and delight in the peace and joy that it brings you.
