The prayers you offer for others are a ticket to Higher Consciousness, because the gifts and blessings sent out in Light and Love have a tenfold return.

 
 

 

Sometimes it is difficult to know what to do when faced with situations that seem beyond our comprehension, but that is a time when we can fall back to the power of prayer. Offering a prayer is a proactive way to give something positive to any difficult situation.

 There have been many studies on the efficacy of prayer. All of them have found that healing follows the energy in our prayers. We may never see the results of the blessings we are offering to others, but we can trust that it had a beneficial effect, because that is the promise from science as well as from a spiritual viewpoint.

 When we pray for others, it settles our minds and hearts in a way that nothing else can. There is an All-knowing Intelligence within the Light of the Divine working in the field of energy that we create with our prayers. This energy fills and surrounds us with a healing Love that will never abandon us and can be sent where it needs to go for the Highest Good of all concerned. We are always connected with this Divine Presence, through our focus, our thoughts, and most especially through our prayers.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for helping me to remember that God exists within all. May I always remember this truth as I ask that Divine Light totally fill and surround each person involved so that this situation may be lifted up into the power of Divine Love for healing.

 With every breath I take, I AM receiving precious Love into my being so I can radiate more Love into the world. May all beings receive Divine Love into their hearts and be blessed. May I remember that there is a benevolent outcome in every situation when Divine Love is present.

 I gratefully receive my tenfold return from all the prayers that I offer to the world. It is in Divine Order for us to receive what we give. Thank you for helping me to be a clear channel for God's loving energy and the blessings flowing through me to the Earth and all humanity.

 Thank you God. And so it is.

The prayers you offer for others are a ticket to Higher Consciousness, because the gifts and blessings sent out in Light and Love have a tenfold return.


 

 

Dear One,

 

Sometimes it feels as though prayer is the only thing you can do for another person, even though you wish you could do more. Prayer is, however, the greatest gift you can give.

 When you pray for another, you are sending a blessing of Divine Love and increased light-filled energy. This can bring them an expanded perspective on their life, an awareness of a Greater Power working within them as Love. They may not know why they feel better, they just know they do. God's love is the power that can heal all things. All you have to do in prayer is ask that another be filled with Divine Love and a perfect outflow of energy from a Higher Source will occur.

 Prayer is often the last thing one thinks about when situations become disturbing. In truth, prayer is most helpful as the first and not the last resort. You may not know what is best for another, but their Higher Power does. Each person has a guardian Angel ready to respond to the prayers offered for another. It is very simple just to pray that the Angels bless someone and lead them to their highest good. Praying for such divine outworking has tremendous potential and power. It opens the door to the place where miracles occur.

 When you pray for a miracle in any situation, you are letting the Universe know that you are willing to receive it. A conscious opening occurs. Ways are revealed which have not been previously thought of. It is the natural order to have miraculous occurrences in life. Your awareness of this truth increases your faith and belief in Divine Solutions. This belief is what opens the door. Your faith is the healing elixir in all situations and prayer sets it all in motion.

 All that is released to Divine Spirit, with the intention of perfect outworking for the highest good of all concerned, is blessed. This blessing increases the return of energy to the person offering the prayer. There is no real way to measure the energy of God's return blessings, but ten times seems to be something the mind can accept. However, prayers offered only with the thought of tenfold return do not carry the powerful intention of a miraculous outworking. A pure surrender to the Divine Will is necessary, with the intent to allow a greater power to work through each person and each situation. This is the way to create miracles.

 Prayer is a simple thought, a blessing given freely. It needs no special place, time or words. Your heart carries this spiritual energy, and has the intention for good. This is all you need to bring blessings to the life of another and into your world. As a bonus you are blessed also. This is a universal gift to you for desiring good in your world and in the lives of others. It is the Grace of God. Receive it freely, with gratitude.

During this time of reevaluation and release it can be very helpful to examine what beliefs you have about yourself that are simply not aligned with the truth of who you are today.

 Are you incredibly hard on yourself? Do you see yourself as worthy? Are you holding onto old stories that no longer apply? How are you in resistance to yourself or denying your own beauty in your beingness? Acceptance is an essential element to the creation of all you wish to be, experience, and contribute to the whole.

 There is a pervasive belief that if you accept yourself as you are, you will somehow stunt your growth. This is simply not true. Just as you can love a child exactly as they are and continue to support their growth and expansion, your love and acceptance will create the perfect conditions for you to become your fullest expression of self.

 Dear Ones, you simply cannot kick yourself up the stairway to enlightenment. Being hard on yourself only perpetuates separation and the pain of abandonment and rejection. Isn’t it time you release those old, ineffective habits and start to show up for yourselves with love, care, and consistently safe and gentle guidance?

 Safe attachment within yourself will transform all of your relationships and shift you into receiving all that you know deep in your heart that you deserve but haven’t been able to find. As with all other things, it all begins within and creates ripples out from there.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

The Inner Spirit working outward in your life is the only place to find stability in these changing times.

 
 

 

It is a time of growth and renewal, a time for breakthroughs into new levels of being for each of us individually. We are in the process of creating the world that responds to the prayers of millions of heart-centered people. It is a time that has never been experienced on Earth and is jam-packed with awesome potential.
 
In past centuries, only a few people would have the consciousness to experience their divinity within the human form. Now, all of humanity has that potential. We are moving and creating our lives within the power of Divine Light. This allows us each to access pure alignment to the Source of All That Is.
 
For me, the answer to almost all of my biggest questions has become Alignment with the Divine Spirit working within me. In fact, the exercise to bring Heaven to Earth through my body was the first process Archangel Gabriel gave me when we began our interaction in 1990. (See practice and YouTube video here.)
 
Creating Alignment within my body with my most Divine Essence is my main focus not only in my life, but in all that I share in my classes. The Alignment exercise is based on teachings from India that have been working for thousands of years to purify our hearts and transform our lives. When I was given this alignment from Archangel Gabriel, it felt like it fit. When we feel that our personal life is not working as we would like, we can use these deceptively simple techniques to make a vast difference in our happiness and well-being. This is what I teach in all my classes and private sessions.
 
We are on the Earth during this massive process of change because we chose to be here now to fulfill the prompting of our Soul, and to join with millions of others in bringing greater Harmony into all life on the planet. This was a courageous and precious choice. No matter what it may look like, the Heavens are rejoicing in the progress that we have already made. We truly are the ones we have been waiting for.
 
Divine Presence,
 
Thank you for the promptings of my heart that have brought me to this time. Please help me to listen more deeply to your guidance and inspiration. May I allow your divine energy to work in and through all my actions, words and thoughts to bring more Love into my life, and into the lives of all humanity.
 
I ask to be a Beacon of Pure Light in the world, a Harbinger of Peace, and a Vessel of Pure Harmony. With every breath I take, may I and each person in the world have a deeper experience of Alignment with the Source of all Light. May there be Compassion within me and within all hearts, now and always. And so it is.

The Inner Spirit working outward in your life is the only place to find stability in these changing times.


 

 

Dear One,

 

You have found that your world is speeding up. You may even have a sense of frantic activity without a sense of accomplishment. You have found yourself searching for meaning in all that you are doing when it does not feel like enough.

The truth is that there is an increase in the frequencies of the Earth. Because of this, people are experiencing a shift in consciousness that encourages their search for meaning in all that they do. And Universal Consciousness is now more easily available to all who seek than ever before. This increase in energy is also creating great and rapid change in the world around you. Information is more available, tremendous earth changes, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, fires and hurricanes, seem to be occurring with more frequency, and the very fabric of social, political and family life seems to have shifted into unknown areas.

 All these occurrences are in the world of appearance, the world outside yourself. They point out the fact that you can no longer look to your outside world to bring you a sense of stability. You must come back to yourself and find that still point of peace, harmony and wisdom within. This is the only place of stability in these changing times.

Within you there is a place of such Peace that you can totally relax there and allow it to permeate your being. Within you is found the Truth and Joy and meaning which you have sought in vain from the world outside yourself. Come now and allow yourself to experience this place within, where you can be free just to be. It is as close as your breath. And it is with your breath, and the power of your thoughts and imagination, that you can begin to experience your Higher Self and your connection to the Divine.

 Practice:

Take a few deep and centering breaths. Bring your attention to the place just below your navel, and imagine that you have found yourself in a very peaceful garden. You can make this garden the most beautiful place you have ever seen. Create flowing brooks and peaceful ponds, flowers and shady trees. Make it a place that you will long to come back to again and again. Allow yourself to relax and absorb the peace and beauty of this garden. Give yourself time to meet with your guardian Angel and with your Higher Self to receive all the wisdom, guidance and love that you need.

It may take a little practice to find this peaceful place within yourself, but after only a few balanced breaths, it won't be long before you will be able to go there without effort. When you give yourself this time of quiet, you will notice that your outer world will not have the power to pull you away from this still place of Peace. This is true stability. It is from this still point within that you will be able to live in this time of change and not feel alone or abandoned. You will be able to connect deeply with the support you need.

Like a wheel whose spokes appear to revolve very quickly, but whose center has quiet movement connecting all the links around it, this revolution of stillness within you will transform your outer world into one of Harmony, Love and Peace.

Remember to ask for this stillness. If you feel attracted to it, ask for the experience of a peaceful garden. Most of all, ask for your personal connection to the Source of all life. It all begins with you, with your thoughts, and with the balanced breath that is your connecting link. It is all there for you if you but give yourself the time.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

There is never a time when you are not wrapped in the wings of Pure Love.

 
 

 

I remember receiving this message from Archangel Gabriel at a time when I felt very lost and alone. It soothed my heart in a deep and comforting way.
 
So many people feel alone right now, and they don't have a sense of connection to God or the Angels who have supported them throughout lifetimes. It takes intention and some effort to retrain your thoughts to create a focus on this Divine Presence within you.

That is why I loved the beautiful visual image of being surrounded in Wings of Pure Love. I could sense with my imagination the feeling of being wrapped in feathers of white light that were imbued with the sweet feeling of Love. I could even imagine that these feathers were brushing away any sadness or pain. I could also taste Divine Love in that little sweetness I sensed at the back of my tongue.
 
There is a quote from Einstein I love: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."

Through our imagination, we have a powerful tool that will allow us to become creative and open to new levels of consciousness. These images raise our vibrational frequencies and create empowered connections to Source energy and our guidance system. Even though it may not seem very sophisticated, this visualization practice inspires our heart's intelligence.

One day a friend and I were walking. She told me that she would receive a white feather whenever she doubted the presence of Angels working in her life. For fun, I said I also wanted a sign like that. Within the next two steps on the path, there lay a fluffy white feather.

I still have it. Here it is:

Within our hearts is the greatest level of guidance, love and intelligence that we have ever known. Our heart is more powerful than our brain (according to Heartmath.org). It is certainly more resourceful than that part of us that judges these practices as childlike. In fact, our spirits respond to the magical way in which our inner child is filled with the devotion of the heart. The magic of synchronicity has become a clear indicator for higher frequencies in the dimensional shifting. When these deep feelings of love and wonder raise our frequency, we become capable of creation at a level we have never before experienced.
 
Allow a little sweetness to enter your very practical, grounded world. Allow the wonder of a child to become your new open-minded approach to life. In Buddhism, it is called the Child Mind and is a requirement for allowing yourself to be trained by a wise and enlightened master.
 
Divine Presence,

I ask for a sign that I am being guided and blessed in every moment. I want to have such a powerful experience within my heart that I know that I am always being wrapped in Wings of Pure Love.

Please help me to open my mind and heart to the universal flow of energy that allows me to have a full experience of the Divine working in my life.

In turn, I dedicate my life and all my actions to bringing more Peace into my heart, and into the hearts of all humanity. Thank you God. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #10


There is never a time when you are not wrapped in the wings of Pure Love.


 

 

Dear One,

 

This is a time when the forces of Light and Love are very close to your daily consciousness and you are blessed in a way you have never before known. You have only to turn your attention away from what does not work in your life, and turn toward that which is positive and worthwhile. This may sound simplistic and too good to be true, especially when you have such overwhelming problems in your world today. However, you are not alone. In fact, there is never a time when you are not wrapped in the Wings of Pure Love.  
    
Turn your attention to the feeling of love that is hovering around you. With a little imagination, you can even feel the presence of the angelic beings who are working closely with your earth at this time. The Angels carry a vibration very different from your normal world. It is a powerful force of love and light.  Imagine being enfolded in this light, with an incredible sense of Divine Love flowing into your heart. Let this love spread throughout your entire body. As this love fills you and surrounds you, your fears begin to drop away, and beauty becomes a greater part of your life.

 Practice
    
Imagine what it would feel like to be filled with so much beauty and love that it would not matter where you were, or what your physical eyes could see at any moment. You would be basking in the warmth and goodness of the loving presence of the Angels, and this would transform your perception of reality. When you can continue to remember that you are wrapped in Wings of Pure Love, and that you are filled with loving light, you will begin to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness and this in turn will create change in your immediate world, on a physical level. Just this small shift in your awareness can create miracles.
        
To have a "miracle" consciousness is to have an awareness that this is your true state of being. To be in that miraculous glow of love, to trust in the universal flow of your life, and to receive a new level of goodness — this is the way you were meant to live. To actually live this way, however, you must turn the focus of your attention away from problems and troubles toward the essence of God within all things. Sometimes this means that you must close your physical eyes and really feel the Wings of Pure Love surrounding you. So take time every day to turn within yourself to the presence of God and the Angels. Where your attention goes, energy flows. Ask yourself if you are giving more attention to the challenges of your world or to your miraculous link with the Universal Power of good that exists in all things.
    
You are not alone. You have powerful forces available to you in order to begin this transformational work in your life. You have a guardian Angel whose job it is to assist you, and you have the benevolent force of the Divine that is the One Presence within all things. These gifts exist within you, and within all situations occurring in your life. At times it may be difficult to see the gift in your present situation. But there is a gift, and asking to see it will help to bring this awareness to your consciousness.
    
So as you go through your day, keep remembering that you are incredibly loved. Not only by the Divine Presence within all things, but the Angels are with you, blessing you in every moment. Remember also:

There is never a time when you are not wrapped

 For this week's issue, the message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us how important it is to have faith that there is a Divine Plan within all things.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Trust in the Divine Plan, Bless it and Bless the Divine Order inherent in every person and every situation.

 
 

 

It is sometimes extremely difficult to remember that there is a Divine Plan at work in our lives. In fact, I have heard it said that if we could just relax into it, there is no way that Life would not take us to our most Divine Destiny.
 
When there are situations that appear so dark, senseless and violent that we can't imagine that Divine Order is there, it is at those times that we must employ Radical Trust that God is working in and through all people and situations to bring forth the Highest Good for all concerned.
 
When we can't think of anything to do because the situations are so disturbing to us, the process of blessing is very powerful. When we bless something, we confer energy upon the subject of our focused intention.
 
This is a very powerful tool for a number of reasons. One, it gives us something to do so we do not feel so powerless in the situation. Two, it actually works to bring the power of Divine Light into the field that looks so dire. Divine Light contains the intelligence of God. That means that the Divine Intelligence inherent in the Light we send into any situation will know exactly what is necessary to bring about Divine Order. Light also carries Divine Love within its field. We know that Divine Love is the greatest healer of all. The Light we send carries God's Love to heal all the hearts involved in the situation we are focused upon.
 
These are powerful tools we can bring into our world at this time. When we remember to pray for Divine Order in every situation, it helps to settle our minds and know that there is a Greater Power at work. We can then relax control and allow the flow of this divinity to work in and through all the situations that seem so big that only a miracle of divine proportions can bring about benevolent outcomes.
 
We have access to those miracles with our thoughts, prayers and the blessings we send to every person and situation in the world. It is Divine Order.
 
Divine Presence,
 
Thank you for lifting my thoughts and intentions into the realms of transcendent awareness. May I remember that God is working to bring Divine Order into the world at all times. Expand my focus of attention and trust so that more love can circulate through my energy system and radiate from my heart.
 
Please send the blessings of Divine Love and Intelligence into all situations that are needing Light to be uplifted. Thank you for blessing with Divine Light all those who are personally involved in events that seem so difficult to understand.

Dear One,

 

When you trust in the Divine Plan, you are moving into the Universal Flow of Good. You are acknowledging that there is an underlying energy within all things. This is the energy of God, and it is part of the Divine Plan for all beings to live in Harmony, Love and Abundance. You can trust this.
 
When you bless the Divine Order inherent in every person and every situation, it increases the spiritual energy flowing through whatever you are focused upon. Blessing brings more love through the energy of Light to the person or situation, which brings an immediate improvement.
 
Practice
 
Divine Order exists as the underlying truth within all beings and all situations. It is a powerful affirmation for life and can be used as a mantra to remind you of the greater truth within all circumstances. This means repeating the words "divine order" to settle your mind, and to bring you peace. When you don't know what to do, claim "divine order" and your mind will align with this powerful reality. Divine Order is being in perfect alignment with God on every level of your being. Remembering Divine Order, and proclaiming it, assists the energy around you to fall into perfect alignment.
 
These very simple steps of trusting, blessing and remembering can bring you peace of mind in upsetting situations. The more often you remember, the stronger you become. Your inner sense of peace will become unshakable because you have aligned yourself with the ultimate truth at all times.

Perfectionism is something many enlightening souls struggle with. This is due to their deep desire to make sure the shift occurs on your planet because many of you are holding the cell memory of times where a shift was possible and was not successful.

 Because of this many of you are deeply committed to honouring your soul mission and are very serious about this and agonize over making the right choices. This can get challenging if you are striving to satisfy everyone from a 3D perspective while trying to anchor higher vibrational energies.

 You can mistake other’s lack of understanding or differing options as feedback on your mission, which can cause you to stall because you do not wish to make a mistake.

 Dear Ones, hear us when we say your quest for perfection has nothing to do with the agreement of others or the understanding or support of a 3D world. That is seeking approval from an energetic layer that simply cannot see you in your truth.

 The perfection you are truly seeking comes from always staying true to what your heart and inner wisdom is guiding you towards as a true pioneer of the light. It is from there you know you can never, ever make a mistake and will continue to drive the great shift of consciousness that is occurring on your planet.

There is so much information coming at us right now that it is difficult to take it all in. Especially my email, even if it seems really fascinating, it is often distracting me from what is essential and important for me to focus on. Learning how to resonate with the Truth in my heart has been an ongoing process of discovery.

I have been receiving the message that I need to prioritize. I have so many things that I love and am interested in, I find that I spend way too much time exploring or reading than keeping my focus on what I am working on. 

So one of the ways Archangel Gabriel suggests I sort out this process is by recognizing the resonance within my heart. If I feel at all obligated to do something, that is a sign that it is not in alignment with the resonance of my heart. Working from obligation does not work. I only want to follow my heart's calling.

Not only do I feel like there is too much to do sometimes, I also notice when I'm not leaving as much time for rest and nourishing activities like hiking in the forest. It is a priority for me now to slow down, breathe more deeply, and do only that which resonates with my heart. I may do only 5 of the 7 (or 180) things on my To Do List, but I will do them more consciously and with more focus of attention. That way they carry much more Love and Presence into the world. I also feel like I accomplish more when I bring my full consciousness into the project, and it helps me to enjoy the process.

I am realizing that there will always be more to do. What is essential is that I feel balanced and happy so I am truly thriving. That is what makes life more fulfilling and my work a true Joy.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for assisting me in bringing more clarity and awareness into my heart and mind. I offer all my work to the Divine Source, the Infinite Intelligence, that guides my work to help me prioritize all that I do each day. I ask to know by resonance in my heart, beyond a shadow of a doubt, what is important for me to focus on. Thank you for showing me what will most nourish and enhance all that I am so I can bring into the world only that which serves in the greatest way.

With every action that I take, may I and all beings, become more attuned to Source energy and in alignment with our Soul's Purpose. For these and all my blessings, I say thank you, thank you, thank you. And so it is.

Resonate with what is true for you and leave the rest.


 

 

Dear One,

 

Every day you receive wisdom and guidance from the Angels. Sometimes this guidance comes from those around you — friends, family, teachers, strangers or signs in obvious places. Sometimes this wisdom comes as an inner urging. Whenever you receive guidance, if you tune within, you will feel a resonance when it is coming from a place of truth for you. You can call this your "God check." Create your own little sign that you can recognize when something is right for you. Then you have a way to really know what it is in your highest good at all times.
    
It is important to do this "God check" before your mental activity is engaged, because the mind creates confusion at times. It is the heart that is in tune with Infinite Intelligence. This is where you receive your truth. Many times what is in your highest good may not be the most rational of acts. You must be willing to do that which resonates deep within your heart as the most appropriate action for you to take.
    
The God within you knows the answers. Before you can hear them, however, it may take a little prayer you make to yourself in moments of decision, especially when you are receiving conflicting advice from many well-meaning people around you. Take the time to center into your heart, so you can know what is true for you.

Practice
    
One little ritual that may be helpful for you is to stop, take a deep breath, and say to yourself: "The God within me knows the truth in this situation." Take several deep breaths and continue with your life process. You will feel a resonance within yourself that is your true knowing. The more you act on this resonance, the stronger it will become. Be willing more and more to do that which your heart tells you is right for you, rather than following your rational thoughts or the suggestions of those around you.
    
No one knows more than you do what is truly in your highest good, when you are in that infinite connection to the Source of all life. Ask for this connection to be strong and clear.
    
It is very helpful to give thanks in advance for clear direction from God. This creates a frequency of energy within and around you that allows the Angels to bring you assistance. An attitude of gratitude goes a long way to bring about that which you most want in your life. Be clear about the qualities you want, such as joy, wisdom, love, prosperity, and peace. All of these qualities represent the energy of the universe that is always available to you. You must ask for them directly in order to receive them. You also need to keep bringing your focus of attention back to what you want, rather than focusing on what you don’t want in your life.
    
So the steps we are suggesting in order to bring about a higher level of order in your life are:

Stop, breathe, ask, give thanks, and then be willing to receive on a level you have never believed possible. Allow the universal energy of the Archangels to work in your life.

When you come from this high level of intention, you will begin to sense within you the resonance of your highest truth. And from this place comes Divine Right Action.

Feeling Free to be Yourself is the Greatest Gift You Can Give.

 
 

 

The new life awakening in the world now is demanding that we respond in ways that are more authentic than what we have always known.

We are being asked to live in present time — and keep bringing ourselves back into this holy moment, because the present is our only place of power. It is here that we live from our heart, where our soul’s voice is speaking.

Only when I am in harmony with my spirit do I ever feel free. It has been an enormous process of growth to expand into my heart and live from the impulses of my soul. The trust in myself as the extension of my soul's imperatives brings me into the present time, because it is only here that I can know the truth of my being. In the truth within me is the freedom I desire.

The other decision that is being asked of us is to take down the barriers to expressing the fullness of our being — in other words, be the most authentic self we can be in the world. Not only does this require us to be in our hearts, we also need to demonstrate great courage. This authentic part of us is our most sacred essence, something we have protected for lifetimes. Many of us have bold memories of being punished in brutal ways for revealing our most sacred selves. Yet now is the time that we are being asked to bring that true, authentic and beautiful essence forward.

All over the world, people are coming together and creating a level of support that was not possible before. Many are asking to have more soul community and feel safer in relationship to others. The key word in that sentence may be safe. We still need to have discernment and be grounded enough to know when someone can receive us. Sometimes radiating love while being silent may be the most powerful and authentic thing that we can do. Life is causing us to go deeper into our hearts and find what is true and important for us. Recognizing when we are being asked to speak our deepest truth is an important part of our growth process.

Feeling free to be myself also requires that I give myself permission to open my heart to me. At times I need as much encouragement, support and blessing as anyone else. I respond to my loving-kindness and compassion by relaxing and feeling more at home in my body. When I act as my own best friend, giving myself the time and energy I need so I can be in alignment, my world improves. There is freedom to be, do and say what is revealed to me in the moment. I also remember that I have all the time and energy I need and I am fully supported at all times. This is the true freedom I am seeking.

When we look at what our gifts are, we usually overlook the gift of the loving presence that we can bring to every moment we spend with another. This is what so many are looking for, and it is so amazingly simple to give. We just need to give ourselves permission to be the true authentic, loving person that we are. That gift will feel like true freedom.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for giving me the courage to be in my heart as my most authentic and loving self. Thank you for reminding me that when I act as the loving presence I AM, people open to me in new and wondrous ways.

Thank you for helping me to allow my soul’s gifts to flow in abundance into the world. I ask to feel free to trust myself and be receptive in new ways so I can receive more of the love and support that I most desire from others and from the Divine.

May all feel the freedom of expressing their most authentic selves in a world that needs our sweet essence so all humanity may be blessed. And so it is.

Feeling free to be yourself is the greatest gift you can give.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

In your heart, you are free. This energy of freedom can be expressed in your daily life as well as kept as a sacred trust within you. This energy is God working through you and encouraging you to let your light shine.

 When you are feeling free to be yourself, that is the time your light shines the brightest. That is when you are most relaxed and happy, which is the way your Spirit intended you to live.

 When you let your light shine in the world, darkness is illuminated. The parts of society that offer the greatest challenge are the ones needing the most light. Allowing God's love to pour through you as Divine Light is one of the best ways to create the changes you want in your world. This energy of love-filled light can bring wholeness and healing to any situation.

 When you come to this place of light within you, it reminds you of the joyous state of a happy child. You are being encouraged to express this joyous energy in your family and worldly life. It is the spontaneous freedom to speak the truth from your heart with kindness and compassion. It is the enthusiasm to do what you most want to do, knowing that you are divinely inspired in every moment. These are the gifts you are being asked to give to the world.

 Experience the freedom of Divine Light at work within you. Feel free to ask for so much love to come through you that you can let it overflow to others. Ask for abundant joy within you so that you can share it. Ask to speak your highest truth with the compassion of the Angels. Ask to know in your heart that which is right for you to do and say in every moment. Ask to be a vehicle for Divine Light moving into the world. Now let it enter into your personal field.

 When you allow yourself to receive the gifts that come from your prayers, it gives you perfect freedom of expression while knowing the Divine resources within you at all times.

 You are a gift to the world when you express all of the beauty inside you. Share your most sacred self when you feel the guidance to do so. Allow God's light to shine through you and remember:

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Now is the time to let go of fear and reach your hand forward to be held and led by the Angels of Light.

 
 

 

To me, this message represents the epitome of Faith and the essence of Archangel Gabriel's teachings. It provides a coaching for the correct attitude to hold as we take our first steps into the unknown promise of our lives.

 I clearly remember receiving the meditation that is part of the practice Archangel Gabriel gave that is available in the expanded message below. It is very unusual for me to have this memory, but the receiving of this message was a profoundly visceral experience. I had a perception of vastness beneath my feet, felt the cool wind of the high mountaintop in my face, and could see the eagles flying below me. The Angels were there in the void space, inviting me to move beyond my fear and into their waiting arms.

 Have you heard the spiritual adage that when we take one step toward God, the Divine takes 10 steps toward us? This was that moment. The Angels were looking at me with so much love in their eyes that my heart began to trust at a very deep level and I KNEW I would be supported if I could just take a Leap of Faith.

 This metaphoric leap empty-handed into the abyss sounds terrifying, but that is what is being asked of us during these unprecedented times of awakening consciousness. For me, in that Holy Moment, I was told that if I had enough Faith, I could fly with the Angels.

 This message seems so perfect for this time of massive change that can feel so frightening. The influx of Divine Light to the planet over the past 30 years has been the greatest in history. We are a part of this change because we are transmuting ourselves from density and confusion to high-frequency people that radiate Light and Love to the world.
You and I are here — now — to use this amazing Light to add value to our own lives. Our Souls were trained to come to Earth at this specific time to be the leaders, wayshowers and teachers. And we are here to bring greater peace to the Earth through our personal evolution. It only takes the willingness to have Faith and walk into the Unknown, totally supported by Angels of Light.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for supporting me as I take these necessary steps into the Unknown. Help me to strengthen my Faith and really know deep within me that I am not alone, and I am safe.

 I am asking to have a strong sense of belonging, trust and belief in my heart, so I can have the courage to bring my soul’s gifts into the world. Give me the confidence to share from my heart in every situation that invites me to openly express myself.

 May all beings feel greater Faith in their hearts and know they are not alone. Thank you for holding me in your Wings of Pure Love in every moment. And so it is.

Now is the time to let go of fear and reach your hand forward to be held and led by the Angels of Light.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

When you resolve to let go of fear, an amazing energy is set into motion. It is as though hands of Angels join together in circles of light around you, keeping you protected and nurtured. When you walk, you are carried by these Angels “lest you strike your foot against a stone,” as is said in Psalm 91.

 Sometimes letting go of fear can feel as though you are taking a leap into the Unknown. However, it is often necessary to take this large step in order to make the greatest progress in your life. When your intention is to serve the Highest Good in all you do, and when you have the willingness to move through your fear of the unknown, this step off a cliff will be into the arms of these magnificent beings of light. Angels will assist you to fly to the heights of grandeur and to the depths of peace.

 The saying “there is nothing to fear but fear itself” is true. Fear can play in your imagination until you are immobilized. From this place you can easily sink into the pits of despair. It will feel as though you are not moving toward your destiny, and that is the most fear-filled place of all. This fear will play upon your issues of worthiness, because in your heart you want most of all to add value to the world.

 Know truly that you were created to be happy. Feeling joy is one of the greatest tasks you have in your life. You are here to do great things, and this can be as simple as loving others and bringing more peace and joy to the world. When you have joy as your intention, you will be shown what you need to do in order to manifest it.

Practice

 Take some time to sit quietly and breathe in a balanced way. Imagine that you are standing on a mountaintop. It is the highest peak around you. It is so high that eagles are flying below where you are standing. There is a magnificent sunrise lighting up the sky and surrounding your body with golden light.

 >From this pinnacle of light, you offer yourself to serve God in the world and you ask for courage to do whatever it takes. You call on the Angels for assistance to be all you can be. At this moment you hear the sound of wings and you notice the light becoming even brighter. You are surrounded by Angels and you feel your fear melting with their love. They are holding out their hands to you. Because it is such a reach to touch them, it is difficult to keep your footing. In order to touch the hands of the Angels, you know you are going to have to take a step into the Unknown. You feel all the old fears beginning to surface again. This time, you will not give in to fear. Your conviction to have love and joy in your life and to serve in the world is greater than the fear.

 You take a deep breath, and look into the eyes of the Angels surrounding you. You see a hand of light reaching toward you and a beaming presence of love smiling at you. The Angels are saying they believe in you, they love you, and they know you can have whatever you want to experience. In this moment, you know that the safety of that which is familiar cannot bring you the joy and the power of love you are feeling from the Angels. Looking at the hands being offered, you let the love you are feeling in your heart uplift you, and you reach your own hands toward the Angels of Light. You take the first step.

 In this moment of free fall, your heart begins to pound. But it is only an instant before arms hold you and you feel yourself being transported into the light. The Angels are taking you with them. Let yourself imagine what it would be like to fly with the Angels. Feel the warmth of the sun, the wind in your hair and let yourself be held and led where they will take you. Know in your heart it is to your greatest good. Allow yourself to fly with the Angels. Feel the freedom that is there for you and let Divine love fill your heart.

 Take a look at where you are held back by fear, and see the darkness there. Are you willing to have it be different now? There is help for you. Angelic assistance is available. This simple visualization exercise can have miraculous results. It is your choice to take the first step by being willing to have a miracle change your life.

 It is time for you to decide. Do you want to serve God and let the Angels help you fly? Are you willing to have miracles and joy fill your life? Do you believe miracles are possible and Angels exist? If your answer is yes — know that…

 This is the time to let go of fear and reach their hand forward to be held and led by the Angels of Light.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

You are never far from the Light. It is as close as your breath.

 
 

 

Have you ever started to feel anxious and confused, and then noticed that you were not breathing?
 
Obviously our breath is a key to staying alive, but it also offers us an avenue for alignment. The yogis say that the Infinite Intelligence lives between our in-breath and out-breath.
 
Our breath is a powerful tool for becoming more calm, settling our mind and creating an alignment within us to our Divine Source. Often the confusion and anxious feelings we are experiencing are because we have separated from our need to breathe more deeply. The body can literally begin to believe it will not get enough oxygen to survive, which causes the anxious sensations. This is also a demonstration that we are out of present time, because in the future or past we forget to breathe.
 
It has become essential to my Well-being to sit in the Light of God's Presence every day. For varying reasons, some days this is easier than others. The essential key that makes the difference between feeling suffused with Golden Light or ruminating over my life situation is my breath.
 
The message below from The Gabriel Messages book speaks about the ancient tool called a Balanced Breath. This is simply breathing in for the same number of counts that you breathe out. It is a very basic tool for coming back into balance with yourself. This breath exercise is so simple you can do it in traffic or in line at the post office. It will help you feel much more centered and at ease.
 
The Balanced Breath exercise is very well known all over the world. In Hawaii it is known as the HA breath, which means the Breath of Life. When you can hold your breath for the same number of counts in between the inhalation and exhalation, it becomes a very simple, yet powerful meditation tool. This has been called the Square Breath, using the same number of counts to breathe in, hold, breathe out, hold. This one you would not want to try in traffic. It is an amazing lift into a meditative state.
 
Breathing in God's Light and Wisdom every day is an essential practice for my Well-being. I know that when Divine Light is anchored in vertical alignment through me into the Earth, it radiates into the world.
 
Divine Light becomes our link to higher dimensional realms when we can remember that God is with us always, as close as our next conscious breath.
 
Divine Presence,
 
Thank you for inspiring me through my in breath and my out breath. Thank you for helping me remember that I feel much more at peace when I slow down and breathe more deeply before continuing in my day.
 
I ask to feel this alignment with the Light of Divinity in every moment, with every breath. May all beings feel their connection to Source and live in Wellbeing with every breath they take. Thank you God. And so it is.

You are never far from the Light. It is as close as your breath.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

Your breath is your connection to God. Breathing is the first thing you do when you arrive on the earth, and the last as you depart. Your breath feeds your body and mind the oxygen it needs to exist. Your breath also holds the power to create an expansion in your energy so you can be aware of your link to the Source of all life.
    
Divine Light is showering upon you at all times and it radiates from within your being to the world around you. This light holds the essence of peace and love. The more you are aware of your connection to this light, the happier you become.
    
There are times when you may feel alone and in turmoil because of situations in your life. It is at these times that breathing consciously and remembering the light of God will be helpful. When you pray to experience the power of your connection to the Divine Presence, you are opening a door in your mind to allow in more light. The more you open, the more you are flooded with light and love. Remember at these times that your breath is the key to opening this door.

 Practice:
    
When you breathe in a conscious manner, taking in and releasing balanced breaths, it will compose your energy and allow you to focus on God. Continue to breathe and pray for greater awareness of Divine Presence in your life at all times. Ask to know your oneness with the Divine as you breathe deeply, and anxiety will drop away. It is difficult to be upset when you are breathing deeply and openly. Part of your anxiousness is caused from breathing very shallow breaths. Your body starts to fear that it won't receive enough oxygen to live, so taking a few moments to breathe in a conscious way is very reassuring to your body as well as your mind.
    
As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in the light of God and allowing it to flow into every cell of your being. As you breathe out, imagine that you are releasing everything within you that is not of your highest good. Each breath renews you. As the light creates more clarity and focus, Divine Love brings you peace.
    
Remember that you are never alone. There are messengers from God in the form of Angels who are available always to bring you peace and guidance. You can call on Divine Light and ask to know personally your guiding Angelic presence. Prayer is always answered. You can ask for what you want to be or to have in your life, knowing that it will manifest in a form that is for your highest good. You can release to the Angels all that no longer serves you. Then give yourself time to breathe and receive the abundant level of love and wisdom carried by Divine Light.

 Your life will change in miraculous ways when you remember:

 You are never far from the Light. It is as close as your breath.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Your way to  Harmony is by remembering who you are in every moment... a Divine Expression, Spirit into matter.

 
 

 

Harmony as a spiritual principle was first introduced to me by Archangel Gabriel in 1991. Prior to that, I had no awareness of what Harmony meant and why Harmony was so important to my life.

I found that Harmony represents alignment with my Source Energy. It is connection to my Higher Self and my guidance working in and through all that I am. When I am in balance, I feel a sense of Peace and Harmony within myself. In short, when I am in Harmony, I am happy.

I started using Harmony as an intention. I would go into situations and ask to be in Harmony with all who were involved. I asked to be in Harmony with my Highest Good and with my Soul's Purpose. I asked to be in Harmony with the Truth of my Self.

Most of us are familiar with the idea of harmonies in the music of choirs or symphony orchestras. It is glaringly obvious when it is out of harmony. Disharmony makes us very uncomfortable. In fact, that is my clue — when I am not in harmony, I feel uncomfortable. When I actually become aware of how uncomfortable my body feels, I can take positive action. From that point, I can start to breathe into my heart and come back into alignment with myself and with my higher guidance system. That is Harmony.

I looked up the word harmony in the dictionary. The definitions are mostly musical, although there is one that says, "the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole." This sounds like perfect Divine Order to me — living in a pleasing and consistent wholeness. It even sounds like a worthy goal for my life.

In the dictionary, there is also a reference to physics in the word harmonic. It is defined as relating to component frequencies of a complex oscillation or wave. To me, this relates to the power of Divine Light. We are standing in the midst of powerful waves of high-frequency light. When we are in Harmony, we can integrate this empowering force within our being and direct the light to bring new creativity through us. As we use these harmonic frequencies, it allows us to work with others in more Harmony, because from this place of high-frequency alignment, we are all in Harmony with our own Truth.

When we are in Harmony with ourselves, it is easy to remember that we are all becoming a more Divine Expression of who we are on the Earth. We are each here in this life to blend our most Divine selves in Harmony with our most human selves, allowing all life to evolve.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for bringing more Harmony into every area my life. May I hold the spirit of Harmony within my being and ground it on the Earth so there can be more Harmony in the world.

May all that I do and say be in Harmony with my Soul’s Highest Reality. May all government systems be in Harmony with the highest good of the people. May the blessings of Harmony prevail within the heart of all beings. And so it is.

Dear One,

 

Who you are is so much more than a body in the material world. Your very essence is part of a greater whole — God in whom you live, move and have your being, the Source of all Life.
    
This Presence expressing through you is the gift you give to the world. Imagine what earth would be like if all people remembered they were the Divine Essence expressing in a physical world. There would be so much more love, and so much less fear. In the essence of God, there is no separation into race or religion. There is no separation of any kind. It is all a great connected Wholeness.
    
When you remember that you truly are spirit and your purpose is to bring God through you into the physical world, different choices can be made. In the world of spirit, love, compassion and trust are key elements. In the world of spirit, joy, harmony and peace exist in all situations. There is freedom in your mind when you allow this truth to be in the forefront of your consciousness.
    
Release the need to believe as others do. Be the one who remembers God and speaks the truth. Be the one who blesses the world with the power of your remembering. If it is not appropriate to speak this truth, silently bless all people and situations when they are brought to your awareness. You will be a powerful force for good.
    
When you find others who are in agreement with you, and who know the truth of their Divine Expression, pray together. The power of remembering truth when two or more are gathered, creates an exponential leap of love and light in the world. Join together in a conspiracy of love to bless all people and situations where fear is the predominant emotion. Many people believe there are better ways to live than what is apparent in the cities of the world. Many have even withdrawn to lead more separate and quiet lives. Never, however, doubt the power of one. One person can bring tremendous good to the world when they radiate Divine Light from the consciousness of greater Harmony, Truth and Love.
 
The energy of loving prayer and blessings strengthens the link all people share — oneness with God. When more people send love, blessings and prayers toward others, the very vibration of the planet is increased. An increase in vibration stimulates more Love and Light.
 
Harmony, Peace and more Love are then generated.
    
This is the way to heal the world — moment to moment, each person blessing others and bringing Love into every situation, instead of fear. These actions not only assist all beings, they renew our faith in a benevolent and loving Presence within all things. From this place all are healed.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

You Are Always Receiving God's Love Whether You Tune In or Not.


 

 

We live in an Ocean of God's love. I was told that you can come to the Ocean of Infinite Abundance with a teaspoon, a bucket or a tanker truck, the Ocean does not care. The Ocean of God's Love is eternally available. You can take as much as you need.

 This is the Divine Substance in which we live, move and have our being. We swim in this Ocean like a little fish, so much a part of Divine Love that we forget that it is all around us. And yet ~ if we only turn a small part of our attention toward this Infinite Source, our entire being is illuminated with the Light it radiates. What a gift!

 I spent years feeling alone, alienated and cut off from love. I tried to fill myself with many things that did not satisfy that deep need within me. I went after all that I was brought up to believe would make me happy. I found out very early that all that the world considered to be successful proved to feel very empty to me.

 It then took years for me to discover how to live a spiritual life in a country that still considers that to be less than important, maybe even weird. And when I was trying to receive love and approval from outside myself, I experienced rejection and felt even more separate.

 The good news I learned was that those experiences were my soul's requirement for sending me within myself to find the love that I truly needed. In this way I was lovingly coerced into continuing to focus on my spiritual practice, which then became a rich source of inspiration and deep abiding love.

 It seems as though many people are feeling bereft of the love they so want to experience in life. If sharing my process assists one person in opening to the Divine Nourishment available to all of us, the struggles that I experienced become more worthwhile.

 Receiving this message encouraged me and created a new deep awareness that even in those moments when I was not focusing on my spirit, God's Love was continuously working to keep me nourished. I know I can trust that Divine Love is available for me always. All I need to do is open my heart and allow it to be filled to overflowing.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for holding me and blessing me with your Love. I AM now opening my receiving channels so I can fill my heart so full of your Love that it overflows into the hearts of all humanity.

 May I become more aware that your Love is always with me, guiding me and protecting me, even when I am not paying attention. With every step I take may I, and all beings, know truly within the heart that we are not alone and that Love always exists for us. And so it is.

You are always receiving Divine Love whether you "tune in" or not.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

God’s love is the energy that permeates the universe. It is the essence in which you live, move and have your being. There is no time when you are separate from Divine Love, whether or not you are aware of this fact. Divine Love is always there for you.
 
If you do choose to be aware that you are basking in the Light of the Universe in every moment, your life can change for the better. When you remember that you are always receiving God’s blessings, you know that you are supremely loved. No matter what you have done, or not done, you are loved. No matter how imperfect you feel, you are loved. You are the beloved child of a benevolent God who wants you to be happy, free, wealthy, and filled with love. This is what you deserve because you are you.
 
You have come to this place and time to hear this message. You need to remember how much your life is worth to the Creator of all that is. Bask in this possibility for a moment. Breathe in the Divine Light and know, really know, how much you are loved.
 
There is no one else in the world with the gifts, talents and abilities that you have. When you realize this, you can give thanks, knowing the way is now open for you to use your God-given talents and abilities to expand and enrich your life. For this you came to earth.
 
You also came to earth to learn the lessons your Soul has chosen to learn. These lessons may feel difficult. You may see no way to accomplish your dreams. You may not even feel as though it is okay to have your dreams. Yet within you there is a spark of light that knows that you are always receiving Divine love.
 
This love, which you are continuously receiving, holds the energy that can carry your dreams into the world. This love can heal all that causes you pain. This love brings hope and carries the seed of truth within its light-filled energy. It’s here for you now. Breathe in Divine Love.
 
The Angels are messengers of God. They carry Divine Love to those who will listen and receive all that is available to them from the Universal Presence. So ask to receive this love. You are worthy to have the love of God in every area of your life.
 
Remember as you go through this day, no matter what you are doing or where you are:

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Gently and With Love, Honor Yourself.


 

 

When I received this message from Archangel Gabriel in the early 1990s, I had no idea what honoring myself meant.
 
I was raised in a military family, and that patriarchal system had no room for honoring of the feminine. They had many strict rules that I rebelled against when I was there. Ironically, when I was no longer in that system, I found that I had adopted those same rules as my inner voice! I became a hard taskmaster, requiring perfection for myself. I was merciless when I failed to achieve that status...which was always. This caused me to continuously feel I was not good enough.
 
It was becoming painfully obvious by the time I was 50 that being hard on myself was not helping. After all, if I had not whipped myself into enlightenment by that time, it was clearly not going to work. It was only after a collapse of all the structures of my life in the tumultuous year of 1999 that I began to discover the power of having compassion for myself.
 
The Angels said to me, "Allow yourself to be enfolded in Wings of Pure Love." It was so sweet sounding, and I had a very great need by that time to open my heart and be blessed. When I surrendered to the Higher Power working through me, I found to my surprise that allowing myself to receive the Light of Divine Love was the most nourishing thing I had ever done.
 
I was always one to give others kindness and compassion. Giving myself what I would give to others turned into a new experience for me. I found that Compassion is a Force of very high-frequency energy that could empower me on new levels.
 
In fact, Compassion led me to actually loving myself in a true and honest way. I have heard that the love we give ourselves is healing our connection to Nature. This seems so important to me. We are meant to be a true blended being, bridging Heaven and Earth by bringing our most expansive connection to the Divine Source into our physical bodies to blend with our most human selves. In this way, everyone will live in harmony within themselves and with all life on the planet. This idea so inspires me and answers many questions about how to bring about a peaceful and thriving co-existence on Earth.
 
This honoring of myself expanded my field of consciousness and created a greater connection to my Higher Self. It enabled me to hear the true, sweet and authentic voice of my inner guidance showing me new ways to live that honored who I am as well as the deepest Truth of my Soul. And from this place I can, gently and with love, honor myself as well as all of life.
 
Divine Presence:
 
Thank you for helping me to remember how important it is to love and honor myself. May I bring more Compassion and Respect into every interaction within me. Encourage my heart to soften and be loving to myself first, so I may bring this open heart into every situation with others.
 
Thank you for showing me how Nature is responding to my new ability to love myself more in every moment. As I use Nature to demonstrate true nourishment and flow of Divine Light, help me to expand these connections in greater ways within me.
 
I ask to be a blended being, bridging Heaven to Earth through embodiment of my Divinity. Allow me to receive more Love, more Wisdom, more Communion with Divine Light throughout my physical, mental and emotional bodies at all times.
 
In all that I do, may I serve to be a greater presence of Love on this planet so that all may know this truth within themselves. And so it is.

Gently and With Love, Honor Yourself


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

You are sometimes kinder to total strangers than you are to yourself. You are a magnificent being of light. Honor and remember this, for it is not easy to be in an earth body. There are many demands on you. You can be so involved with day-to-day struggles that you do not feel you have time to remember your spirit. And yet it is the focus on your spirit that will make your earth-walk easier.
    
Honor yourself with gentleness and love. You are not alone. The Infinite Presence has not placed you onto the earth plane without a way of receiving assistance when you most need it. That is why there are Angels. Angels are messengers from God who are here to assist in making your earthly life more effortless, to bring light into the darkness, and to remind you that you are incredibly loved.
    
We know of your struggle, and we know that you are making a valiant effort. We bless you and honor you for all that you have done and are doing. But more than that, we honor you for who you are deep inside. We honor that part of you that holds the essence of your soul. We see within you a spark of incredible goodness and love. This we bless and honor and we urge you to do the same. The more you bless and honor this Divine Light within you, the more it grows. The more this light grows, the more Love you feel and the more energy you have. The more Love you feel within you, the more you want to give to others. In this way the world is served and more Light is brought to your beautiful planet, which is in need of great blessings at this time.
    
We ask you to be gentle with yourself, to be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Without love and encouragement a little child cannot grow to be a healthy adult. Yet you never outgrow your need for love — and remember, it is important to give yourself this love first, before you can fully give it to others.
 
Practice
 
How does one love oneself? You can start with the small things. Place your hand on your heart and breathe in Love and Gratitude. Say, "I love you" to yourself whenever you look into a mirror. Remember to give yourself daily acknowledgment for how hard you work, for how much effort you give to another, for how caring you are to your children. For whatever you can think of, acknowledge yourself. If you cannot think of anything, simply acknowledge yourself for getting through another day on earth and doing the best you can do. As simple as this may seem, it is very powerful.
 
The most important way you can love and honor yourself is by remembering who you are deep inside — a radiant Spirit of Light growing stronger and more whole every day. This is the truth of you. You can love yourself by eating in healthy ways and doing all that you know serves your body, but true loving and honoring begins with your feelings about yourself. You are here on earth to express the Infinite in form and to learn to be loving, joyful and peaceful. It does no good to berate yourself because you are not yet perfectly expressing these qualities. You were not given a manual for life on earth, so the only way you can learn is through trial and error, and by often painful experiences which encourage you to grow through the choices you make. Everything you choose and who you are makes a difference on the Earth. Please honor this.
    
There are many ways you can gently love and honor yourself. We ask you to give yourself kindness and compassion, to do the best you can with all aspects of your life, and to call on a Higher Power to assist you at all times, no matter how mundane the situation.
 
The Angels are Divine messengers here to help you, bless you and most of all, love you. Receive this love and remember to:

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

All that you have learned and all that has happened to you brought you to where you are now. Be grateful.


 

 

Sometimes it is just simply enough for us to be grateful for where we are at this moment in time. We seem so driven to be looking ahead, striving for the next door to open that will allow us to accomplish our future goals.

There is a part of us that really wants to know what our next step is, especially when we are in the spacious time in between what we have accomplished and our forward movement into the future.

It is often difficult to appreciate this spacious time when we don’t feel productive. However, it is exactly this space that allows us to nourish ourselves and fill our inner cups with more fun, more time in Nature, and more celebration with friends and family. We need to have this space so we can reconnect to our inner source to rejuvenate and open to inner guidance. This inner spaciousness helps us integrate what we have learned, and is a true blessing, no matter how much we wish it were different.

Archangel Gabriel has suggested that our worrying, wanting and wishing slows down our ability to receive. There is always inspiration available from the Divine flow of Wellbeing, Wonder and Wholeness but we only have access to these gifts when we allow ourselves to receive. In this time of spaciousness, there is a creative flow that can connect us to the deep wellspring of Abundant Life within us at all times.

This level of Abundant flow is so expansive and inspiring that it can help me to remember that anything is possible. Inspiration opens my mind and heart. It also raises my vibrational frequencies so I have an expanded perspective on my life and feel much lighter. I can listen more deeply to my Higher Self, and allow the spark of creativity to open my consciousness. When I take this sacred time regularly, honoring the spaciousness, there is clarity about when to take action in all areas of my life.

Being grateful for where I am now and opening to receive is such a powerful teaching for living in 5D life. This process brings in a beautiful element of the Sacred Feminine when I wait for guidance to be received before I bring action to life. My Soul's voice within my Higher Self communicates through my heart. When I pay attention to this voice, my heart's intelligence speaks with greater authority, and I am able to hear its wisdom with more clarity. I allow myself the space to receive in order to experience the Divine Timing inherent in this process of letting my heart inspire me into action.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for opening my heart to the support and love that is available to me at all times. Please help me to integrate all that I have learned within my being so I can use these lessons to empower my life. I know that even when I am not actively paying attention, you are working with me, guiding my way, and I AM Grateful.

I willingly commit to listening to my Soul's voice with greater dedication. I ask my Higher Self to inspire me to pay attention to the guidance that is being offered from Source. Help me to remember that I need to slow down and breathe to receive the wisdom within me.

I AM now creating space within me to receive in a greater way ~ receiving inner guidance, receiving more love, and receiving the support that is available to me in all areas of my life. I recognize clearly that I AM never alone. I ask to be more aware and accept the presence of my support system on Earth as it is in Heaven.

For my life, for all I have received and all that I have learned, I AM grateful. And so it is.

All that you have learned and all that has happened to you brought you to where you are now. Be grateful.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

You have come to a time when acknowledgment of yourself is necessary. There needs to be a truce between the warring factions of your mind. One part of you is diligently watching to make sure that you never make a mistake. When you inevitably do, it leaps to chastise and remind you about all the ways you are wrong. This judgmental mind is never happy with your progress. Nothing you do could ever be good enough. It is relentless in its pursuit of your wrongness. It is time to tell this part of your mind to take a vacation. It needs to lose itself in the beauty of nature, and leave the rest of you alone.

You are on this earth plane to learn. Making mistakes is one way that people learn lessons. It is impossible to do things right and perfectly every time. The Divine Presence does not expect this of you. What is necessary is that you follow your heart and your inner guidance. There is much wisdom within you. But it is often like a small voice calling in the wilderness, drowned out by critical and judgmental thoughts. Yet it is listening to this quieter voice that would most serve you in your life. This voice is telling you that you are a child of a loving God, and that there is nothing you can do which could stop the flow of Infinite Love.

There is also society's voice that demands you live up to certain expectations. When you are in alignment with your Higher Self, there is a flow of love-filled energy that allows you to step into a way of being which is totally connected to the Divine Power within and around you. This energy is inviting you to BE rather than do. You are being asked to let go of the confining armor of society's expectations and of your judgmental mind that has been conditioned by it. You are being asked to look with compassion upon yourself, and to notice the many things you are learning at this time. It is a powerful time on Earth when, although there is great suffering and fear, there are also incredible opportunities to break through into great love and peace.

Practice

What you see in the world is colored by how you perceive yourself. Can you see that, in the past, you took the steps that seemed appropriate for you at the time? Do you notice that there were times when your heart told you to make a certain choice, but for various reasons, you did not follow your intuition?

All these experiences have assisted you in learning lessons necessary for your growth. It is time to totally forgive yourself for behaving in ways you judge as wrong or bad. You would have made different choices had you known better, but you acted from your awareness at that time. Forgive yourself and get on with your life. Do not waste any more precious time in self-criticism. You are making choices in this moment to create your future. All that you have is the power of this moment. Let the past go, and do not fear the future. Know that you are exactly where you need to be for your perfect lessons in life. It is up to you to lift the mantle of judgment and allow yourself to grow into who you would most like to be.  

Imagine acting in ways that bring you joy. Imagine your world surrounded in love. Know that you are a good, honest and caring person and give yourself the loving kindness and respect you deserve. Your imagination can set a powerful intention for your life when you use it to visualize a new and more harmonious way to be. When you set an intention, all the forces of the universe align themselves to manifest that which you visualize. It is wise to be careful how you use this powerful tool. You do receive whatever you focus on, if your focus and desire are strong enough. It is a Universal Law.

Remember to be grateful for your life. It is an incredible gift to be in a physical body. With this body you can do so many things to enjoy this world of beauty. Be grateful for all that you are learning now, even if, at times, it feels uncomfortable. Be grateful for all that you have, even if it does not seem to be enough. Gratitude awakens your mind to the greater truth within all things, and lifts your spirit into Alignment and Joy.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Take time to bless that which you have and ask for what you want.


 

 

To bless means to confer energy upon a person or situation that has your focus. It is a wonderful way to bring Divinity into your daily life, and this practice honors the Oneness within us at all times.

 It is important to bless all that is manifesting. Without that space of honoring what we already experience in life and being grateful for what it is, we are not in a place of magnetism for what we want to experience instead.

 For many years I seemed to be waiting for something else to change before I could be happy. This led me to living in the future, out of balance and out of touch with my present life. It was not a resourceful state to be in. When the life I was leading went through a very radical change, I was not prepared to lose everything I thought was important to me. It could be called involuntary simplification, because now I know the Universe will use anything it can to get my attention.

 Sitting in that place of emptiness, I had to examine my core values, becoming more clear about what was truly important to me. I continued to bless my situation and found a new level of compassion and love for who I was at the core of my being. Then everything changed.

 When we bless what we want to experience, we are honoring the Divine Presence and letting the Universe know what we need. It creates an opening to the River of All Creation; that sacred flow of Divinity that is always available for us. When we can match the vibration of our desires, we become a magnet for their manifestation by the Law of Attraction.

 Giving thanks in advance allows us to strengthen and raise our vibrational frequency. This helps us to radiate the beautiful energy of loving gratitude into our world. The benevolence of God responds to this beauty and will flow to us what we are asking for if we can continue to sustain our and strengthen the power of our attention.

 The focus of our attention is the attracting force for the flow of the Divine. If we continue to complain about what we don't have, it creates a powerful concentration on what is not working. The result is we will receive more of what we don't want from the same Benevolent Force that provides what we are focused on at all times. That is why the energy of blessing is so powerful. Even if we really don't know what lesson we are receiving from a less than happy situation, we can still offer our blessings so it can provide a catalyst for the change we do want.

 Through this concentration on the spiritual base of our reality, we become very resilient and open to new levels of support from the Universal Presence who cares for us eternally. All that we need is then provided with more Grace and Ease, and we know to the core of our being that we are truly loved.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for the life I have been given and for the lessons I am learning on all levels. Please bless all my relationships and all the situations in my life with Love and Divine Order. May all beings be blessed to receive more Grace and Love in their lives.

 May my consciousness be blessed with Divine Light and brought to a frequency that is in harmony with that which I truly desire to receive in my life. I am open to receive the Grace that is here for me now. Thank you, God. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #55


Take time to bless that which you have and ask for what you want.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

You may be finding yourself in a time of questioning and dissatisfaction with your life. However, this is also a time of great opportunity. Every moment of your conscious awareness creates the qualities of your future moments. You can ask for those qualities you feel are missing from your life now, and they will come to you from your sincere prayer.

It is not about asking for material things. Instead, ask for those qualities of consciousness you believe you would have if you had the things you want. For example, if you want a new job, what qualities would this job give you? Abundant income? Harmonious atmosphere with co-workers? Fulfillment and joy doing that which you love? Perhaps ease in transportation?

When you know the qualities you want, this allows the Universe to provide these qualities in a work situation that may be even better than the type of work you were looking for. When you ask for a narrowly defined work environment, you may get exactly what you ask for but the qualities that would make you happy may not be present.

Practice:

It’s important not to limit the response of the Universe to the confines of your present awareness. But if you do choose to be precise, also say, “this or something better, God” and then let go. You can also give thanks in advance for answered prayers by saying, “Thank you, Divine Presence, for meeting my needs in ways better than I can imagine. Thank you for Divine Order in this situation.”

Blessing situations also brings more good to you. Even if your world appears to be falling apart around you, you can bless the changes occurring and know there is Divine Order beneath the illusion of disharmony.
   
Though it may not appear that you have much you can bless, you can bless the gift of another day of life. You can bless the learning experiences you are now receiving, knowing they are bringing you to a greater good. You can bless the people in your life. Know that they are your perfect teachers for what you need to learn at this time.
   
Remember to give more attention to what you want than to what you don’t have. It seems a small distinction, but power is given to whatever you focus your energy upon. If what you are experiencing is not what you want, bless it anyway. But do not dwell there. Shift your focus to ask for whatever good you want — greater happiness, joy-filled relationships, abundant income, satisfying work. Then say, “Thank you, God” and release your prayers to the Universe to be fulfilled. Whenever you think of it, bless your life, say thank you for what you have and want, then let Divine Will take over.

You deserve to be happy and have miracles in your life. A prayerful attitude of blessing and gratitude can bring to you all the good life has to offer. You are worthy to receive the grace of God. All who ask sincerely are answered in kind.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

Make choices for greater Life, Peace and Joy, and all the forces of the Universe align themselves behind you.


 

 

From the beginning of my association with Archangel Gabriel in 1990, he spoke to me in CAPITALS. While writing the messages that I received, I noticed that these capitalized words contained high frequencies of energy and deeper meanings.
Words such as Life, Peace and Joy would all be written with capital letters to give them stronger emphasis. It became clear that these words represented Qualities of Consciousness. The capitalized words acted as Spiritual Principles that carried a deep, resonant frequency. When I played with these words in my meditations, they had the power to change my consciousness.

 Archangel Gabriel suggested that I sit in the frequencies of an empowered word as if I were in a bath of Divine Light. This became a focal point for my meditations. I was coached to imagine immersing myself in Peace or Joy for a few minutes. I was told, "Let the Light frequencies in one of these words fill every fiber of your being and flow into your heart. After you feel this energy strongly in your heart, let the Light fall through your base chakra to anchor into the earth." When I followed these instructions, I was surprised by my illuminated ability to sense the Divine Intelligence inherent in the qualities of Light these words represented.

 As the energy frequencies on the planet have increased, so has the power of certain words to change our vibrations and affect our lives through their magnetic resonance. Each of these powerful words acts as a Spiritual Principle that we can bring into our lives. It is our focus of attention that helps to attract these qualities into our energy fields, where they can empower us to new ways of being.

 When I meditated with these words, I could feel that my energy would be uplifted by their power. It felt like these capitalized words were acting as living frequencies of Light that became available to me in a new way. I could make these words into my intentions for the day or direct them into different areas of my life, and I would feel the impact that focus would have as the frequencies were increased.

 Archangel Gabriel has stated that there is a clear requirement for us to anchor these higher energy frequencies on the Earth so the consciousness of all people can be uplifted. When we sit in the field of Divine Light frequencies carried in certain words of power, we create a bridge from Heaven to Earth. As simple as it seems, this exercise has the capacity to create beautiful change on the planet as well as in our own lives.

 Sometimes these words of empowerment would come in groups of three with the same first letter. When this happens, I feel a bit of Angelic play afoot. Once when I was nervous about a trip to visit family, the words I received for my intentions were Harmony, Happiness and Humor. Keeping these key words and the magnetic energy that filled them in the forefront of my attention changed the trip in a wonderful way and resulted in a very positive outcome.

 Creating new life begins with our intentions for what we want to experience. We have a choice, moment to moment, where we place our attention. These choices open us to amazing support from the Universal beings that believe in our Soul Purpose and are committed to our expanding consciousness. This level of alignment to Source energy assists our ability to be more conscious in life. As we immerse ourselves in the power of living words of Light, we allow the Divine Presence to work within us, inspiring the heart-centered action we need to fulfill our Soul's Destiny on Earth.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for helping me to open into new expansive awareness of the fields of Living Light available to humanity right now. I ask to be more clear about what I need to feel fulfilled, happy and more successful in every area of my life.

 As I center myself in the holy words of this empowered language of Divine Light, I ask that I be a clear channel to anchor these frequencies on the Earth in more grace-filled ways. As I stay in alignment with the living fields of Light now available, may I and all of humanity become more aware of the depth of spiritual connection available to all of us at this time.

 May all be empowered by the pure potential and Grace being offered for our awakening consciousness on the Earth. Thank you God and so it is.

Make choices for greater Life, Peace and Joy, and all the forces of the Universe align themselves behind you.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

Joy, This is a universe of free will. The Angels will not step in to assist without being asked. “Ask and you shall receive” was the statement of master Jesus. So it is important to ask for this support in all the choices you make in your life, from moment to moment.

 When you make a choice to think in a positive, instead of negative way; when you make a choice to accept, rather than judge, the decisions made by another; when you agree to give instead of waiting to receive; all these choices are examples of opening your heart and mind to receiving your highest good. When you choose the highest good for all, you signal the available energy in the universe to come to your aid. Miracles will occur naturally all around you, by your willingness to receive them. People will suddenly begin to give to you in a different way. Synchronous events will transpire in ways you never thought possible. This is the natural flow of God’s grace available to all who are willing to work in harmony with Divine Energy and have the forces of the universe align behind them.

 There is a Universal Flow of energy awaiting your command. You live in the pure potential of All That Is, a River of All Creation. When you are aligned with what you want to create, and open to receive, that powerful river of creative energy will flow in the direction of your intentions. It is the natural order of life, yet it will feel like a miracle.

 These results also come from willingness on your part to have your life be good, and to allow others to love and support you. It has to do with knowing what you want and asking for it directly, as well as having faith to know that there is a greater order and good available to all who believe.

 So accept that what is occurring around you in your life is a reflection of what is occurring within you. Begin to make small choices to experience love instead of fear, to forgive the person who has wronged you, even when the action seems unforgivable, to give thanks for what you have instead of complaining about what you don’t have, and to believe that miracles can occur in your life, when you are willing to receive them.

 These shifts in attitude bring a return of greater Love, Joy and Fulfillment in your life. It all begins with you and with your sincere willingness to allow the Angels and the Universal Presence to come to your assistance.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

One Way to Balance Within is to Allow Yourself to Love and be Loved.


 

 

In the midst of strong and powerful currents of energy we are all experiencing, Balance has become one of my more sought-after experiences.

 This card is reminding me that allowing myself to receive Love is just as important as giving it. How often do I shy away from a sincere compliment? What about those times when, for varying reasons, my receiving channels are closed to those who want to support me?

 Often I find it so much easier to give love to others than allow myself to receive it. But this card makes me question that practice. If I am more focused on giving, doesn't that block the flow of receiving? And when I start to think of all the other places that I might be shut down to receiving, like to the flow of finances or creativity, it becomes a much bigger deal than turning aside a compliment that was well-meant. None of us can afford to put a block in the flow of supportive energy toward us.

 Receiving graciously the support that is being offered is an important way to demonstrate gratitude to the bounty in the Universal flow of Good toward me. When I am willing to receive, my heart is opened to new opportunities to receive more Love and Support on every level.

 The biggest discovery for me is finding that just loving myself turns out to be the most empowering and fastest way to bring me back into Balance. It does not feel good when I am closed down to receiving. I don't have the energy I need to do what I love and would most uplift me. One of my favorite long-time affirmations is:

I Now Allow Myself to be Loved and Supported on all Levels.

 In times of resistance to the flow, it is often difficult to remember, but the power of opening my heart to myself is the key to coming home to Balance within me.

 An Alignment to my most Divine Self is the magical momentum that opens the channels. As I keep my intention for vertical access to God through prayer and meditation, it brings me back into the depth of Alignment that I long for.

 It is also important to allow this Light to be active within my physical body. I am here to embody my Divinity, bringing Heaven to Earth by allowing the Light of God to work in and through me. It is essential for my happiness and necessary for my Soul's purpose to be aligned to Divine Light through the core of my being. I need to be conscious enough to allow this flow of Source energy to work in my life. When I do, it brings Vitality, Well-Being, Beauty, Creativity, Abundance and of course Balance to every area of my life.

 Everything I do has this intention for Alignment at its base. Deep within I know that Love is my guiding force and living from my heart is the key for Balance. When I come from this place, the energy I feel inside helps me to remember that I am connected to my Soul and doing the work I came on Earth to do at this time.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for opening my heart and mind to receiving all the Love and Support available to me on every level. May I be a clear receiver of that which I need and be very grateful for these gifts offered so generously to me. I AM being cared for eternally and all my needs are being met with Grace and Ease. My heart is overflowing in Gratitude for these and all my blessings.

 As I generously receive, I am also able to give from my overflowing cup of Divine Energy. Thank you for giving me all the Guidance and Love required to be a clear channel of Peace. May I be as generous with others as God is with me. May all of Humanity be blessed and receive the Loving Support available to them.

 Most importantly as I become a more powerful receiver of Divine Grace, I AM anchoring the Divine Feminine Energy through me on to the Earth. Thank you God for these and all the blessings in my life. And so it is.

One way to Balance Within is to Allow Yourself to Love and be Loved.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

When you allow yourself to love another person, it opens channels within your being to receive Divine Love from God, the Infinite Source. There is an inexhaustible supply of this love. When you begin to freely give this Love, you are blessed with more, so you can continue to give. In this way you will never be starving for Love because you feel you have given too much. You cannot give too much Love, because the inexhaustible resource of God's Love is equal to every demand.
    
There are many ways to give Love. At times the most loving thing you can do is to leave people alone to follow their own path in life. Even then, you are not shutting them out of your heart, although you may never see them again. Giving Love freely means loving yourself enough to only be in those situations which serve your highest good at all times, and which allow you to be treated in a respectful manner.
    
Receiving Love is sometimes more difficult than giving it, but your willingness to receive is also necessary for perfect balance to exist in your life. When you receive Love from others, you are allowing them to give. This completes the circuit of God's Love. Allowing yourself to be loved opens the door to receiving Infinite Abundance from the Universe, and creates channels for you to receive in wondrous ways from other people. This means receiving support for your life, which is important because you were never meant to struggle alone. You are a child of the Divine Source, and so are given infinite ways to receive Love. Allow yourself to receive and be grateful for all the demonstrations of Love, large and small, which are given to you every day.
    
When you open your heart to another person, it creates an energy of Love within you which in turn brings Balance to all the systems of the physical body. When your body is in balance, it creates healing currents within itself. This is one reason that Love is such a powerful healing force. To have health in your body, you cannot allow yourself to shut down your heart to Love.
    
When the quality of balance is active in your life, all things will seem to fall into perfect order. There will be Balance in your finances, in your health, in your household, and in your spiritual life. When you give and receive in a balanced way, you are open to the flow of Divine energy which gives Depth, Beauty and Meaning to your life. You will feel abundantly blessed in every way.    

 Practice:
    
It is important to have the energy of Allowing actively influencing your life. When you allow things to happen for you, there is no feeling of pushing the river of life. You take one step and the way is open for the next, and so it goes without effort. When you push to make things happen, stress is created in your body and mind. This leads to an imbalance which may cause disease. So practice acting in Balance and Harmony with all life. Allow others to love and support you. It will then become easier to have a more joy-filled, meaningful existence as this sense of Allowing will help create the openness necessary for miracles to occur.
    
Step into the flow of a miraculous lifestyle. Give yourself the opportunity to be loved and supported by God and by those who love you. Let yourself give love freely, and know that it will be returned in miraculous ways. Allow yourself to receive and give love so you will create Balance in body, mind and emotions. Know that circumstances work for your highest good when you are in Balance with all of life.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

You Would Not have the Desire Without the Means to Fulfill it.


 

 

It has been said that inherent in every problem is its solution. It is the same with your desires. Some part of you believes that it is possible or you would not even have the desire.

 Your Soul knows that certain desires are necessary for you to fulfill in order to accomplish your learning in this lifetime on Earth. These are not the desires that are stimulated by mass marketing. These desires are the ones that are often buried deep in the heart and are so precious that you may have to give yourself permission to even think about them.

 Sometimes it is necessary to expand and stretch into the idea that all things are possible. It's important that we not to allow ourselves to rule anything out when first a creative thought pops into our awareness. That may be only the beginning of a dream or a desire that we truly need to entertain for our life to have meaning and purpose. The dreams that keep coming into my awareness are the ones that I now know I need to pay attention to because my Soul keeps prompting me and the desire won't go away.

 We live in a world of pure potential where we create changes and new life abounds through the focus of our attention. As spirituality and quantum physics come together, the power of this truth has been proven through years of scientific experiments.

 In this new and powerful time of awakening, it feels important that we bring the dreams of our hearts into reality by focusing our intentions on what will most empower us, what gives us passion and brings delight and meaning into our lives. Is it a risk? Always, but to me it is more of a risk to not follow the intelligence of my heart and the desires of my Soul.

 Divine Presence,

 Thank you for the inspiration from my Soul coming in the form of the potent desires of my heart. May I have the discernment to know when a desire is important to focus on and in alignment with my Soul’s highest reality.

 May I have the Faith to follow through when I am being inspired by my Highest Self and Focus my attention on the desire that seems to not go away. May I have the Fortitude necessary to persevere in respecting the deepest dreams of my heart.

 May I remember to give thanks in advance for the Creative Solutions arising that allow me to accomplish my dreams in beautiful ways. And may I learn to receive in a whole new way that allows me to be a clear channel for the Benevolent Outcomes available to me from the Divine Source. Thank you God, and so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #52


You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

All things in life are a part of the Universal Consciousness. This includes the desires of your heart. You have within you all that it takes to fulfill these desires and create the life you want to have. Know that each time you feel a deep longing, the seed of fulfillment is inherent within it.
    
There is a deep re-awakening within you, showing you a potential for all that you desire. This re-awakening results from your connection to God and the remembrance of the Angels who are guiding you always. As you commune more and more with this energy, your life will begin to take on the magical qualities you desire.
    
It begins with letting go. When you know in your heart that all your needs will be abundantly met, you can release the part of you that wants acquisition. You will now be free to discover the true desires in your heart. True desires have qualities that are fulfilled when the desires have been manifested. If the desire is for money, there is a quality that your heart seeks to have fulfilled — a sense of safety, an abundant lifestyle, or perhaps, simply freedom from worry.
    
Becoming aware of these qualities allows you to take action to gain these first, which will then allow the material form to manifest in a form which is in your highest good. The first step after discovering the qualities you seek, is always to ask for what you want, making sure you clearly state the qualities you are seeking to have. The Angelic Dimensions stand ready to assist you in the process of gaining all you desire in your life. Clarity is key.

 Practice:
    
It is truly God's Plan to have all beings live in a state of abundant joy and freedom from fears: people living with peace, harmony and love in the world as well as within their families.  These qualities are not too much to ask for in your prayers because they are the natural state of balance in God's world.  Your prayers you offer in order to attain them opens your mind and heart to fulfillment in your personal life.
    
It is also vital to be in the company of like-minded souls who believe that miracles are not only possible, they are also willing to have them manifest in their own lives. It is clear that in some situations in the world, only a miracle of divine proportions can create a solution. With enough people believing miracles are possible, there is no doubt that creative solutions, which are beyond the mind's ability to understand at this time, will occur.
    
Begin now to allow miracles to manifest in your world. Be the first one to ask for Divine Intervention, and to share your belief with others, so that all may live in a new level of conscious awareness and abundant joy.
    
Those desires in your heart are there to remind you that miracles happen, and God provides you the ways to have all the good you desire in your life. Know that you are blessed and profoundly loved.

 Call on the Divine Presence and the Angels, then allow the desires of your heart to be fulfilled. Remember,

 You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week

The Teachers You Seek are Love and Wisdom. They are Within You.


 

 

There have been times when I received this card and wanted to shout, That's easy for you to say, I'm asking for help here!

Most days, I can take a breath and remember that this card is really expressing my highest Truth and I need to make the effort to take time to connect more deeply with my heart. After I feel more balanced, I can usually find that still place within that enables me to ask the right questions, which is often one of the reasons I don't have the answers I am seeking.

Over the years I have appreciated working with many different teachers on the physical level. I needed them to show me a new way of perceiving at important times in my life. All the great teachers I have known have made themselves obsolete by giving me the tools of consciousness that I needed to become more resourceful. However, much of the time I just wanted them to tell me what I needed to know and help me live my life. Giving away my power was common.

Just to be clear, I need inspiration on a daily basis. And sometimes I receive this spiritual food from teachers who are in a physical body. I find taking classes very nourishing and stimulating at times, and they can jump-start my spirit just when I most need it. I only seem to get into trouble when I lose my sovereignty by believing everything another person says, or thinking they have THE answers for my life.

Most of those teachers who have acted as guides and way-showers for me demonstrated what it looked like to live consciously and shared the tools and techniques that helped them reach that state. Some of these tools were helpful and some were not. It was important for me to learn to feel my inner resonance when the teachings applied to me.

When I met my guru in 1977, I was sure that I had met someone who would finally take over the responsibility for my life. It was true that life was very structured in the ashram and I did not have time to think about the world. But even my guru, a very enlightened being, told us not to be attached to his body because he was only there to give us practices and to raise our consciousness. He said that even though he was providing spiritual food, it was more important that he teach us how to connect directly to God. That way we would be able to take our spiritual practice into the world and help others. He was very clear that service was one of the most powerful things that we could do in life and would lead to our own Self-realization. I do my best to carry on this tradition.

When I started working with Archangel Gabriel in 1990, it was a new experience to receive my own guidance. It took a long time for me to learn to trust myself. Archangel Gabriel was very clear that my Higher Self was the most important connection I could create. He taught me that this more enlightened part of myself was aware of my Soul's purpose; that it acted as a gatekeeper to my consciousness, filtering information and guidance so that I was receiving from those sources that were in my highest good.

This new link to my Higher Self was the transformative tool I had been looking for. It took time, however, to create a connection I could trust.  Asking for what I needed was part of the key to receiving, as it turned out, and learning to listen.

We all need outside teachers along the way, and I know that my inner guidance has brought me into contact with just the right people at the right time. And there are other ways that we are awakened. After I ask for assistance, I often have blessed moments when something bubbles up inside me and I feel inspired to inner Wisdom, especially when I am in Nature. There are times when a book will fall open to the answer I was looking for. Sometimes a conversation with a friend will point me in the right direction, or I will listen to a teleconference that really inspires me. Synchronicity is one of my best teachers right now, and it lets me know I am not alone and my guidance system is working very well.

We are blessed to have so many beautiful way-showers, teachers and healers on the Earth to point the way for us. We are also learning to be very discerning and aware of the inner guidance resonating in our own hearts to let us know what is appropriate for our Soul's experience at this time.

Within us is a voice that knows what is Truth for us, and the more we trust ourselves, the more powerful this inner voice becomes. It is like a muscle that becomes stronger the more we use it. With the empowered Light frequencies available on the Earth now, we have an even greater connection to our Soul and the guidance it is offering. There is Truth and Wisdom within us and we are becoming the teachers, leaders and way-showers demonstrating wisdom and love in our world.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for your ever-present guidance within my life, and for opening the channels to my Highest Self so I can receive wisdom more gracefully. I am so grateful that I am not alone, and your inspiration is there for me, when I take time to listen to my heart.

Thank you for the discernment to know what is appropriate for me at all times, and the resonance I feel within when the guidance is right for me to follow. May I be a clear channel for Love and Wisdom within my being, and radiate that to the world, now and always. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #49


The teachers you seek are Love and Wisdom.

They are within you.


 

 

 

Dear One,

 

You have within you all the love and wisdom you need to be whole and live in a holy way in the world. Each time you seek outside yourself for these qualities, you find a little more of your confidence and self-esteem slipping away.  
    
This is not to say that you should not seek advice from others. But when this advice is received, there must be a time of reflection before you act on it. When advice is appropriate for you to act on, there will be a sense of resonance within you, a little feeling of rightness, if not a wholehearted Yes! 

Sensitivity to this resonance can be developed. Pray to know what is in your highest good beyond a shadow of a doubt, and be willing to act when this knowing is clear. This is taking responsibility for your life, and will pay off in large future dividends as you begin to know the truth within yourself, and act accordingly.  
    
Looking to others for your truth throws your whole body out of balance. Energy moves into the head as you strain to listen only with the mind and not the heart or your gut. The old sayings about gut-level knowing is extremely valuable. This way of knowing goes beyond common sense, to an uncommon sense of what is right for you. No one else can tell you what is right for you. Pray to know your own Truth.

This is a time of change on the planet. Many are finding that the old ways no longer work. Businesses are struggling; so are families, relationships, and governments. It seems the challenges are so large that the answers are unclear. We can know that if we were enlightened enough in any situation, we would see that there is always an inspired and creative solution. We can affirm and pray for this in the world, as well as within our own lives.
    
All that goes on in our outer world is often a reflection of our inner world. So when we begin trusting our own answers within, these small steps will lead to leaping bounds in our lives. We have spoken of the resonance available within when others speak to you of what they believe is correct action for you to take. This same inner knowing is the mechanism to be used when you look to your own inner guidance.
    
Take the time to stop and breathe, before acting. The breath holds the connection to Divine Guidance. Experience this feeling now, as your energy field expands along with your body when you breathe deeply. Feel your feet connecting to the earth and notice the Pillar of Golden Light bringing energy from above your head to below your feet. As you do this, you become a Bridge from Heaven to Earth.
    
Now you are ready to listen to the loving Truth and Wisdom within you, and remember your message from Archangel Gabriel for today:
