.We are in the midst of more solar activity which always enhances the shifts and challenges we are facing. The magnetic energy of all solar activity stirs the collective consciousness increase the need for change and transformation. The incoming energy is acting as a catalyst to release the residue of what we have been awakening to all month. It is offering us an expanded viewpoint and the opportunity stretch beyond our known reality and into the new.
This can be rather uncomfortable as the energy moves powerfully through your body triggering and revealing blockages which need to be cleared now. Be aware of how your physical body is reacting to this energy. Notice when you are feeling out of balance and make time to rest, meditate and get out into nature. Your body needs support as it adjusts and integrates the increasing in energy.
