.Sometimes the information or the words you need to hear the most are the most difficult digest.
Right now it is important to be ever vigilant with words, situations, and people who trigger an unwanted feeling or reaction deep within you, or even if it is a more immediate, surface response.
This is your opportunity to heal that part of you that needs healing. Don’t take these things personal.
Instead, look at what it is showing you and what it is you need to let go of and let it go so you can move on unencumbered by the past. You are ready for this, or it wouldn’t be here in your now.
Thought for today:
The universe always gives you exactly what you need, so pay attention and move through this energy even quicker and more easily than ever before!
