.Many of you have been experiencing a type of ‘dark night of the soul’ experience in some form or another, especially those who have been hanging on to the old a bit too long.
Release those fears of letting go for there is so much more for you to experience in grander ways on the other side of this adventure.
Let the old go so that this amazing new energy can come in.
For some of you this requires cocooning like the butterfly and you have this amazing down time to process through all of these thoughts and feelings.
Do that work right now...there is no better time to do it.
For others you are like the dragonfly and your transformation must take place on the fly.
In other words, you don’t get that downtime. You are processing through this with your feet moving at all times.
For you, just remember to breathe when you need to. You’ve got this!
Thought for today:
Use this time wisely.
The shift is on, take action and be creative as you work with this powerful opportunity for transformation!
