Teacher Uteah: “The above quote would make a great pitch for the many perks of true religion? Religion is inspirational; it fosters courage and breeds joy. It is all these, patient and passionate, insightful and zealous; sympathetic and powerful; idealistic and a driving force. 
 
“Some of you may be skeptical, as it is a far cry from the nature of your religious experience. Rather than questioning the accuracy of this statement, question the relevance of your belief system if it resorts to the unpleasant motivators of fear, guilt, and shame. If it does not yield into your life the juicy fruits of Spirit, isn’t it time to look for a better version? 
 
“Jesus must have found the golden egg of spiritual living, as He came to be known as a cheerful man who bravely plowed ahead to disseminate His groundbreaking teachings about the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man. He never rushed, as He well knew that present mindfulness is necessary to not overlook any opportunity. He campaigned passionately for the enduring values of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness; yet, He was wisely and patiently waiting for His hour to come. He generously shared His enlightenment with all. He spoke with authority in the Father’s Name but was compassionate toward His brothers in the flesh. He was proactively pursuing His God-given mandate to establish the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. He was a passionate idealist. 
 
“Being idealistic does not necessarily imply that you are out-of-touch with reality. Realistic idealists use their energetic quota to mold their reality by taking appropriate actions. Each affirmative action has a positive impact. Period. It is so because of the inalterable universal Law of Cause and Effect. 
 
“By embracing the religion of Jesus, you will thrive spiritually, no longer acting out of a mere sense of duty. You will joyfully act out of Love — putting your Love for God in action for the sake of your planetary siblings. This driving force is clean, renewable, and feel-good energy.”

“Prayer is not a technique of escape from conflict but rather a stimulus to growth in the very face of conflict.” [UB 1002:05] 

Thought Adjuster: “What is effective prayer? It is indeed ‘a stimulus to growth’ if you use it as a ‘resource’ to help you cope with challenging and demanding situations while keeping the overall highest good in mind and heart. 

“Jesus went as far as to say ‘Pray for your enemies.’ What a shocking and thought-provoking statement it was for those who had been raised to believe that the retaliating practice of ‘an eye for an eye’ was justified when subjected to someone’s wrongdoing. To further bring His point home, Jesus added: ‘If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.’ 

“How do you pray for your enemies? Prayer should not be ‘weaponized,’ intent at twisting God’s arm to favor one party over another — lobbying for personal blessings while petitioning for misfortunes to befall your adversaries and ‘badmouthing’ them to God. 

“Effective prayer serves the highest good. By praying for your adversaries, you keep your heart open and act as a pro bono intercessor, rather than a detractor and prosecutor. Not only does it trigger a mighty change of heart within you, but it also generates the positive and disarming energies of goodwill toward those who demonstrated ill-will toward you. Thus doing, you are turning the tables — leaving no room for conflict escalation, but shifting the situation toward a peaceful resolution. 

“While nailed onto a wooden cross, Jesus’s prayers were for His tormentors. Such is the living and shining example He set while dying in agony on the cross. Before taking His last human breath, He harvested a few more souls for the Kingdom. How many souls could you win over by living by His example? 

“Prayer also provides a beneficial timeout where you consult with the Father and receive His feedback as to how to respond in any given situation. It allows you to cool your heels and your head rather than overreacting under the spell of destructive anger. Prayer keeps you grounded in the present moment and gives you unrestricted access to the peace that passes all understanding.”

Thought Adjuster: “All of you have been equipped by On High to be Transmitters/Receivers (T/Rs). You may shake your head in disbelief, but how could you be sure that it is not so if you do not investigate this claim? Wouldn’t it constitute an incredible blessing if it were so? Wouldn’t it make perfect sense that the Creator, whose objective is All-Inclusive Oneness, has encircuited all His creatures in His vast network, outfitting them with individual state-of-the-art servers? 

“Some of you have experienced your T/R abilities at some level without identifying them as such. Telepathy might seem to be the aptitude of just a few but it is in fact, an undeveloped potential in all. Moreover, it does not apply only to human consciousness. 

“Consciousness IS consciousness. It is the common denominator of God’s sentient creatures on both sides of what is depicted as a veil. How else would your angels pick up on your thoughts and prayers? 

“The digital age did not occur by chance. It is part of the Great Plan to provide you with more detailed information about the ins and outs of the mental processes. Modern technology enables almost instant long-distance communications. You trade e-mails; you text messages; you Skype. 

“Aren’t you intrigued by your dormant abilities? They are part of your God-given personality kit. Don’t you wish to activate them? Such wishful thinking has to be followed by actions to enter the realm of manifestation. 

“Your prayerful outreach should not consist of one-way monologues with Spirit. How else could you receive the solicited guidance? The Stillness Practice set the stage for your receptivity. The feedback may not necessarily be wordy; it could be ‘felt’ through the emergence of peaceful and soothing emotions in your being. 

“Take time daily to hone your T/R skills. They will surely improve over time, just as babies slowly acquire basic language skills over the first years of their existence. The spoken words greatly enhance their rudimentary body language. Babies fuss when uncomfortable or hungry. They cry when they want to be held; they smile and coo when content. Their caretakers naturally pick up on these non-verbal clues. Doesn’t it tell you that you have it in you to engage in an expanded and rewarding dialogue with the universe?”

Thought Adjuster: “Today is the commemoration of Jesus’ resurrection from the dead — those whose physical life came to an end. However, more importantly, it is the celebration of His glorious spiritual ascension. 

“On your world, many of you live a purely materialistic life and hardly if ever give a thought to the manifestation of their spiritual endowments, thus wasting their allotted time in pursuing shortsighted endeavors that fail to foster the development of a weighty soul. Distraction from the real purpose of human life was one of the disempowering subterfuges of the Luciferian rebellion. 

“A life devoid of meanings does not amount to much. It is forgettable. On the other hand, a life such as the one Jesus lived on Earth leaves a lasting positive imprint and is memorable. It yields valuable spiritual dividends — the only type of currency transferrable to the hereafter. 

“Jesus lived a full life, focused on manifesting eternal meanings. It outlasted His last breath on the cross and went on in Higher Realms. 

“What about you? Are you resurrection material? What will remain of you when your body returns to dust? Have you developed a strong spiritual backbone? It is what immortalized Jesus. His undying love for humanity, coupled with His unwavering faith in His Father’s leadings propelled Him all the way up the ascension ladder. Not only was He a way shower on the earthly plane, but at the crossroad between life and death, He blazed a trail toward Higher Realms. What a fearless leader He turned out to be! What He had in mind when He admonished “Follow Me!” was “Follow Me all the way — here and beyond, now and in the hereafter! 

“Such fearlessness and determination are what you need to emulate, knowing that Jesus is leading the way and the Father is walking by your side if your sincere prayer is “My will is to do your Will.” It could not be otherwise.”

Teacher Uteah: “Jesus consistently refused to meddle with politics. "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." How ironic it is that politics played such a tragic role in His life, ending it with a political execution. The Kingdom He proclaimed was spiritual, and He had a tough time debunking the Jewish beliefs that the long-awaited Savior had to be a political figure. 
 
“At that time, the Roman imperial authorities dominated most of the Mediterranean world and even beyond. They demanded total allegiance from their subjects and dealt harshly with those who were not subservient. To them, the greatest among them was the Emperor that they revered as a God, and the lowliest were the indentured servants. 
 
“From that perspective, Jesus' teachings were revolutionary. Sadly, they were misinterpreted by His detractors as instigating a social role reversal. They failed to understand that Jesus was illustrating what He meant when He went down on His knees to wash the feet of His disciples who were lobbying for seats of honor. 
 
“By humbling Himself, Jesus demonstrated the diametrically opposite philosophy of the spiritual Kingdom — the Kingdom of the Heart, where the Ruler is no respecter of persons. He loves all equally, never abiding by the social pecking order. 
 
“Rather than lording yourself over others, look at them from a parental perspective. Parents are divinely appointed as the spiritual leaders of their family unit while being at its service 24/7. The perks of such a selfless service are manifold.”

Thought Adjuster: “Your planet is a soul nursery. In each normal-minded human being the Father plants a spiritual seed of tremendous potentials, thus distinguishing them from the animal kingdom. 
 
“However, this soul seed has to be tended to for it to germinate and reach full bloom. There are a few essential prerequisites for a successful process of soul maturation. 
 
“The first one is the quality of the natal soil. The second one is an appropriate climate. The third one is attentive monitoring. As Jesus explained in one of His parables, some seeds fall on rocky grounds that make it impossible for them to develop a root system. What is then necessary is either to painstakingly remove the stones that make the terrain ‘uncultivable’ or to hope that winds or winged creatures will airlift the seeds and relocate them to more fertile soils. 
 
“A seed will forever remain a seed if held captive in the dark vault of frozen ground. It will hibernate until warm sunrays defrost the soil, liberating them from their comatose state. The benevolent influences that contribute to the defrosting of your soul and its ‘animation’ are the substance of Light and Life and their fertilizing agents of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. 
 
“Truth acts as the growing light of your soul, boosting its metamorphosis into a thriving seedling and keeping it evolving according to its matrix of perfection. 
 
“Do not neglect to expose your soul to the light of truth it craves. It is what makes it grow fuller and weightier — ever more beautiful and replete. You are the landscaper of the Holy Ground of your soul. As well, through sharing your gardening tips, you can help remedy to the stunted growth of other late-bloomers.”

“Whet the appetites of your associates for truth; give advice only when it is asked for.” [UB 556:16]

Thought Adjuster: “Let us revisit this concise and very pertinent statement by looking at it from My perspective. I sense it perks your attention. 

“Truth is associated with Light. The name Lucifer meant ‘bearer of light’ and refers to his former splendor. Truth acts as the backbone for any sustainable creative endeavor. However, the light of Its Eternal Flame has been much obscured by the adverse effects of the Lucifer rebellion. Lucifer initiated spiritual dark ages by knowingly assembling a dense cloud cover of deception and ignorance, aimed at subjecting your world to a total ‘solar eclipse’ — a brazen attempt at ousting the Light. 

“Be assured that it is a lost battle. Darkness may hide the sun, but it cannot make it extinct. As well, in His Whole-Wisdom, the Father ignited His Pilot Light of Truth right within you, giving you unhindered access to it no matter what. 

“Moreover, Jesus revealed the access code to the vault of Truth: ‘Ask, and you shall receive!’ It is as simple as that. A sincere question is all it takes to magnetically attract its corresponding answer, acting as bait at the end of your fishing pole. 

“You may feel as if you were fishing in muddied waters. Nevertheless, your question acts as the most effective bait to ‘fish for answers.’ Think back on your life and identify those moments in time when you got a hit on the solicited answer. Such an occurrence is always paired with a deep feeling of joy and gratitude because it did not strip you of your God-given free will prerogative. 

“As a Divine Fragment of the Creator, I will never breach that fundamental agreement. I will remain in a mode of standby until you ‘activate’ Me by soliciting My Input. By initiating such a process, you demonstrate that you have evolved to the point where such a question is relevant to you. 

“The same goes for interhuman relationships. Questions arise on the foundation of previous answers. What is currently relevant to you may not be to others at their current developmental stage. Therefore, it is unproductive to force feed them your morsels of enlightenment, as it would not please their taste buds — landing way over their head or far below the radar of their interests. Such unsolicited input would amount to trespassing on their free will, generating resentment on their part instead of hoped-for gratitude. 

“Yours is to articulate your desire to be of service to others. Such a voluntary enlistment will be duly noted On High and, whenever an adequate situation arises, you will be prompted to speak words of truth that will hit the bull's eye of some question your brothers may have raised in the silence of their heart. Indeed, the network of the Thought Adjusters is silent but highly effective.”

“You cannot perceive spiritual truth until you feelingly experience it, and many truths are not really felt except in adversity.” [UB 557:02] 
 
Thought Adjuster: “A few things caught your attention as you read the above quote: To be ‘perceived,’ spiritual truth has to be ‘feelingly’ ‘experienced,’ and adversity acts as a catalyst for such ‘feelings.’ 
 
“Let us expand on that topic. First of all, your feelings are the ‘this-feels-right, but this-doesn’t’ sounding boards for your thoughts. Just as high- or low-pressure systems dictate the weather, thoughts yield kindred emotions. 
 
“To be integrated, spiritual truth has to be felt at the very core of your being through personal experience. Living through a situation is a far better teacher than just envisioning it, as actions are needed to manifest new realities. Moreover, a telltale sign of spiritual Truth is that it is ‘actionable’ and ‘sustainable.’ 
 
“Think back on your life to pinpoint those experiential moments when you acquired spiritual insights. You will find out that these epiphanies entered your mind on the testing grounds of adversity, as they were crucial for your forward spiritual evolution. There is no better place to detect light than from the bottom of a pit. 
 
“Whenever darkness closes in on you, you squint to detect any beam of light. As it enters your field of vision, you perceive it as a ‘saving light,’ as it liberates you from your darkness-induced claustrophobia and sense of utter helplessness. 
 
“Amidst adversity, search for the spiritual guiding light that will undoubtedly show up. Handle it as the spiritual torchlight it represents to dispel anything that is not of Spirit. Retrospectively, your hardest challenges will turn out to be the ‘nativity scenes’ of the spiritual realizations you needed to transcend your imperfections and ascend toward your Higher and Wiser Self.”

The story of Lot's wife begins in Genesis 19 after two angels arrived in Sodom at eventide and were invited to spend the night at Lot's home. The Men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked. As dawn was breaking, Lot's visiting angels urged him to get his family and flee, so as to avoid being caught in the impending disaster for the iniquity of the city. The command was given, "Flee for your life! Do not look behind you, nor stop anywhere in the Plain; flee to the hills, lest you be swept away." While fleeing, Lot's wife turned to look back, and was turned into a pillar of salt.[1]:466


Thought Adjuster: “One records the cessation of physical life when the heart and the physical system shuts down. Yet, there is so much more to Life which has not registered with many of you for lack of thoughtful consideration. 

“What about your emotional life? Your mental life? Your spiritual life? How do you sustain them? Does your lifestyle support their vitality or acts as a suppressant? Those are crucial questions to ponder. 

“To be FULLY alive, beware of any ‘hardening.’ Your joints painfully stiffen when you live a sedentary life, which causes you to lose your flexibility, thus taking a big chunk out of your quality of life. 

“What about the wheels of your mind? Are you keeping them well-oiled by ingesting thought-provoking data? Or did you put them out to pasture by spoon-feeding them with generic, ‘canned thoughts’? A complacent thinker foolishly surrenders his mental power to others. 

“Jesus often warned about blindly espousing dogmas — "principles laid down by an authority as incontrovertibly true." Truth is alive in all its forms, which requires freedom of movement and expression. The fact that your politicians are so polarized that they chronically refute any ‘common-sensical’ hint of truth if voiced from the other side of the aisle rather than welcoming them as common grounds is what renders your government ineffective — at a never-ending stubborn stalemate. 

“By becoming a champion for Truth, make sure that you are also campaigning for Beauty and Goodness. Those who foolishly turn their back to Truth are at high risk to be ‘caught into the impending disaster of iniquity’ and, like Lot’s wife, to be turned into unmoving pillars of salt — far from fleeing for their life, they are orchestrating their spiritual demise.”

Thought Adjuster: “After undergoing some grueling emotional crisis, RELAX! Crises generate emotional and physical tensions in your being, as they place you in a state of fight or flight. Why is that so? 

“Is it because of the fear of being hurt? Is it because of the dreaded ‘Deja-vu’ of painful interactions? Is it because you do not see how to address crises differently? It could certainly be all of the above. 

“A problem will remain ‘problematic’ until it is solved. Once you figure out the liberating solution, it ‘dis-solves’ and you lightheartedly move on to other things. One thing is for sure, each problem has its solution — at times even more than just one. 

“Some of your baffling life’s riddles overwhelm you at first, as you are not their only enigmatic component. Other unknown factors are the individual(s) or circumstance(s) associated with their formulation. 

“How then do you solve them? By getting to know the ‘unknown’ through constructive interaction. It needs to take place in a safe zone — just as international peace negotiations occur on neutral territory so that nobody has the unfair advantage of their home turf. 

“I am your Divine Indweller — an unconditionally loving Ambassador of the Omniscient Father. Wouldn’t I then be the best Go-To Mediator whenever you are puzzled by what life throws at you from your blind corner? You may not have seen it coming, yet it is not manifesting from nowhere.

“What is at the origin? How can you uproot what causes you grief and anxiety so that you can operate from a place of inner peace? Isn’t that what you are shooting for? 

“Self-Mastery is earned by YOUR efforts. Nobody can ‘make you’ a master of yourself, as no one — Myself included — has the right to stake a claim on your free will prerogatives. Look at these life crises as gateways to self-mastery. They are prompting you to think outside the box of habitual response patterns. Indeed, no problem can be solved by following the very models that created it. 

“Ask, and you shall receive! Keep asking until the answer dawns on you, and you can easily implement your ‘ah-ha moment’ — the newfound clarity that once and for all allows you to solve the frustrating and mind-boggling riddle. It may well take two or more persons to ask for it to do so.”

Teacher Uteah: “You worry that you may put words in my mouth. Let go of such concerns. Anyone of us could transmit the words of truth that you receive through your mental process. Indeed, all beings of light are ‘truthful’ and would approve of the gist of the loving guidance provided to the children of time and space. 

“Indeed, teamwork has been conceived as the modus operandi of the spiritual realms — yours included. What do I mean by that? Human beings also live on a spiritual plane, even though it is unbeknownst or neglected by many. During your human infancy, much focus is placed on your physical reality, as you need to ‘activate’ your carnal vehicle to find your bearings in this material reality. Even your Master Jesus had to undergo such a formation stage. 

“Your body is meant to be the instrument fostering the development of your soul. Jesus quickly came to this understanding, and this was the access door to His amazing spiritual evolution — blending His humanity with His divinity, thus setting the tone for each one of you. 

“What are you waiting for to follow His lead? Stop procrastinating and coming up with weak excuses for delaying your spiritual activation. By doing so, you are working against yourself. As well, rather than entertaining doubts as to your spiritual nature, why don’t you investigate it? Do you think that Jesus misled you? Then, why not stand 100% behind His words and live according to them? Why refuse yourself the joy of yielding the rewarding fruits of the Spirit during your human incarnation? 

“By turning over the many stones paving your material reality, you will come to discover the spiritual treasures buried under them. Your spiritual antennas will get deployed and start picking up on the other dimensions of your existence, bringing you ever closer to God. Soon, this at first intangible and mysterious Being will start revealing Himself in a very personal and intimate way. You will then get ‘hooked’ to your spiritual nature and never again shall you rudely turn your back to your Inner Beloved.”

I know My way through eternity, as it is wherefrom I hail. I know My way through infinity as well, as I am a Fragment of the Infinite Being — the First Source and Center. 
 
“I enthusiastically elected to be your Inner Guide. This was not a spur-of-the-moment decision, but an informed one, taken after being thoroughly briefed about your lineage, your personality, and anything and everything pertaining to your persona. Can you fathom the extent of such a preparation? This is one of the reasons why you should know that you were loved even before you were conceived as a human being. I fell in love with your ‘immaculate concept’ — the vision of ultimate perfection the Creator holds for each one of the creatures of His vast universe. 
 
“The Divine gifted each one of you with a lovingly customized personality and the necessary resources to manifest your potentials toward the unfoldment of your glorious destiny. Doesn’t it tell you that you were ‘chosen’? 
 
“It is now time for the ‘chosen ones’ to make their own free-will choice to foster their relationship with the One and Only, thus ‘sealing the deal.’ I will never trespass in your inner world, but I would be delighted if you wholeheartedly acknowledged my anonymous Presence by granting Me a Permanent Resident Status. By doing so, you will ‘eternalize’ our vows of mutual devotion and loyal service. No telling what we can achieve together!”

Thought Adjuster: “Let us talk about Tithing. I am not talking here about monetary contributions, but about time allotments. What about dedicating some of your time ‘re-sources’ to foster your relationship with their Source — the resources’ Provider? 

“Let’s do some math: There are 8,760 hours to a year — a rich trust fund of time. At the onset of this brand-new year, wouldn’t it be the smartest and best resolution ever to plan how you will manage your time? Shouldn’t your tithing have everything to do with making wise ‘investments’ of your time to generate some long-term spiritual ‘dividends’? 

“It would amount to tithing 876 hours yearly to God, i.e., 2.4 hours per day. Just as you should budget your limited finances to prioritize your sustainability by setting aside what is ‘needed’ to pay your household bills before making some allowances for your recreation, so should you carefully scrutinize how you ‘spend’ your allotted 1440 daily minutes. How many of those do you dedicate to higher service and how many do you squander in dead-ended self-gratification? 

“To plan for a productive spiritual ‘fiscal year’, you need to come up with a workable ‘budget plan.’ It should be a forethought — never an afterthought. The Father dedicates His entire time and attention to His creatures. What about returning to Him some of the favor? 

“Dear ones, any moment in time is perfect for a new beginning. The threshold of a new year is a wonderful opportunity for a ‘closing of the books’ of the completed year, which includes taking an objective year-end inventory to determine your profits and losses accurately. Why not hold a ‘Board Meeting’ with your Celestial Spiritual Advisors? They know the Mission Statement of the Cosmic Organization and will help you make the best-informed decisions for your life. 

“Do not just give it a try. Give it your all! Aren’t you eager to witness how it will propel you to unprecedented heights of spiritual achievements and inner fulfillment? You’ve got adequate ‘seed-money' to yield the fruits of the Spirit.”

Thought Adjuster: “Let us use the practice of gratitude as a personal reference point to outline the process mentioned above. 

“Having heard that gratitude is a powerful vibratory booster, you decided to validate it for yourself. Intuiting the reality of the transmutation potential of the practice of gratitude, you put it to the test by exploring that ‘theory,’ applying it to your life’s circumstances, to see for yourself what type of spiritual fruits it may yield unto your life. 

“Through its consistent application, gratitude has become a more systematic and spontaneous response to your life’s predicaments. You can testify that it keeps you at arms’ length from the ‘victim mentality’ that is so prevalent on your planet. You also trained yourself to detect the silver lining of any given situation. You came to KNOW beyond any doubt that Gratitude exerts a positive spiritual influence of great magnitude. It became one of your ‘enlightened’ moral convictions. 

“Just as a thorough scientist dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s in his research experiments, you conducted the same process at a spiritual level — a level that is just as real as your material reality, but that requires you to use your spiritual research ‘equipment’ — your spiritual senses of intuition, determination, and more. 

“By following through with such a process, you get to draw ‘informed’ conclusions from the initial formulation of a hypothesis. In turn, they provide you with new leads for your ever-ongoing spiritual research project. 

“Dear ones, take the time to go within and ponder which personal experiences contributed to your enlightenment. Nobody will be able to talk you out of the wisdom you extracted in the process. Certainly, your detractors will not have done their homework.”
