Why Do They Keep Warning About a “Second Wave” of Covid-19?

Is it just me, or do things feel a bit eerie right now? It’s now been over six weeks since the Covid-19 agenda launched into full force, and it’s beginning to feel like we’re stuck in first gear.
The agenda began with a flurry of activity and fear-mongering. Within a few hours on that fateful early-March day, everything around us began to collapse.
Major sporting events were canceled right before, or right after, they began. Festivals that were planned for mid- to late-summer began announcing that they wouldn’t move forward.
Workplaces began to shut down with little-to-no warning.
The news, in a seemingly pre-scripted way, began announcing a state of panic in America and throughout the world.
No doubt, countless millions of people thought that death was at their doorstep
Immediately, the idea of social distancing, flattening the curve, constant handwashing and “a new normal” was propagandized on the public in a very elementary school way.
The “good citizens” of the world gobbled up these instructions then, with a strange reaction, started to buy every roll of toilet paper in sight.
Doesn’t all of this feel like a distant memory at this point?
Now, here we all sit; waiting to see what happens next.
While the media and national experts continue to report on the inflated Covid-19 death numbers, our food supply chains begin to break down, countless people walk around with ridiculous masks, and the entertainment world tries to normalize our new life in isolation, we can’t help but feel like none of this made any sense from the very beginning.
The vast majority of us still don’t know anyone who’s gotten sick (let alone died) because of a coronavirus infection.
Yet, all we seem to hear about in the news these days is that a “second wave” of the outbreak is coming; even though, if you never paid attention to the media, you wouldn’t know that a first wave happened.
What is the agenda behind the second wave propaganda and what is it going to look like?

The second wave is already baked into the cake

Before any of this began, the powers-that-be were already planning on planting the fear of a second wave of outbreaks. If you think back, even to early March, the “experts” were already beating that drum.
It’s important to pay attention to the details of Event 201, the exercise in October of 2019 that planned out every detail of this plandemic. In it, you’ll notice how many times a second wave was discussed, and how it will be used to quell public protest and dissent.
The plandemic planners knew from the beginning that people would begin to grow tired of being stuck at home with their freedoms stripped and few options of living a normal life remaining. They also knew of the public skepticism that would ensue after a few weeks of lockdowns; when the real world began showing people that there really isn’t a pandemic killing their friends and loved ones.
To continue controlling the people and prepare us for a mandatory experimental vaccine, they surmised, they must continue to instill fear of the unknown.
The virus is unpredictable, they say. It could mutate into almost anything.
Even cats can get coronavirus, they now tell us.
 

The second wave will be blamed on freedom seekers and lockdown protestors

Make no mistake; the powers behind the greatest deception in the history of the world want this to be a political issue. They want citizens fighting among each other while they carry out their agenda for a totalitarian New World Order, where privacy and personal freedoms are a thing of the past.
The state of Georgia, which recently eased lockdown restrictions, will be at the forefront of controversy when a “second wave” of infections gets announced.
How dare they ease restrictions so early?
The media will also point the finger at freedom-loving Texas and any other states that “open too early.”
But the majority of the blame for a perceived second wave will be placed squarely on protestors and people questioning the narrative or severity of the pandemic.
We see it happening already when we turn on the news. How can these crazy people go in public without permission, let alone without masks, demanding their freedoms be given back?
This is an obvious ploy to demonize truth-seekers and cause the brainwashed masses to target hate toward people who are trying to demonstrate the ridiculousness of what’s being done. 

Immune systems are underworked due to lockdowns

Part of what will be painted as the second wave of coronavirus will be the fact that people will, indeed, get sick. After all, most of us have been cooped up in our homes for weeks on end already.
Our immune systems aren’t getting the workout they need in order to fight off the external contagions that normal life presents us with.
When any sickness can be blamed on coronavirus, the vast majority of people with coronavirus showing no symptoms, and no accurate testing in existence to conclusively show who does or doesn’t have the virus, it sets the table for any random symptoms to be pinned on Covid-19.
After a limited “release” of people back into some semblance of a public life, the brainwashed masses will panic the moment they feel any symptoms of common illnesses. They’ll run and get tested, and the rigged false positives will “prove” that society isn’t yet safe for human consumption.
This will allow the population control agenda to continue, while the clamoring for a vaccine that will allow life to get back to “normal” will go to new levels.
Remember, a biometric experimental vaccine for the entire population, that links us all to the new 5G surveillance network, is the end game of this entire agenda. 

5G and Spanish flu comparisons

This is the scariest scenario of the second wave alarm bells; because it’s a very real and possible scenario.
The dangers of 60mm microwave radiation from 5G are real. It’s already been shown that 5G 60mm waves directly impact oxygen molecules, thus making it difficult, if not impossible, for oxygen to bond with the hemoglobin in our blood.
If we can’t get oxygen into our blood, we’ll suffocate and die. If this begins to happen in mass after 5G begins to go live throughout the country, all fingers will point to coronavirus as the cause.
But it will be a lie.
Radiation in the air has been a part of our lives since the 1918 Spanish flu. In fact, the Spanish flu outbreak began when the first AM radio waves were introduced into the environment.
Was that a coincidence? Probably not.
If you study the details of the Spanish flu, you’ll learn that the outbreaks began in 1918, with additional waves and outbreaks continuing through 1920. This was the exact timeframe that AM radio towers were being built and engaged in order to blanket the entire country with AM radio radiation.
At the time, people had never been subjected to over-the-air radiation going through their bodies every moment of the day. Although this type of radiation was (and is) far less potent than what 5G will present, people’s systems at the time couldn’t fight off the new contagion.
Because of this, many died.
Today, it’s interesting that the vast majority of reported Covid-19 deaths have happened in places such as New York City, where 5G has already gone live. It’s also no coincidence that the people dying haven’t been able to get the oxygen they require to stay alive.
Be very aware of this threat when the media talks about the coming second wave of Covid-19 outbreaks.
It could very well be planned. They already know what’s coming with the dangers of 5G.
How long will the “waves” continue?
Simply stated, expect the waves to last until there’s a vaccine available and everybody in the world takes it. That is the end game of this agenda, and they aren’t hiding it.
What we’re experiencing right now is what’s known as Pavlovian psychological conditioning, to prepare us to accept the vaccine as the cure to what ails the world.
A second wave of “outbreaks” establishes a pattern in our conditioning, while a third wave will confirm it in the minds of the masses.
By the time we get to that point, most people will have already accepted this new reality as “the new normal.”
Many people are already feeling nervous about going back to life as we knew it. Even those of us who know that the entire pandemic is an orchestrated lie might feel uneasy about going back into a world under the current state of conditions it’s in.
But remember, a pandemic is not a reason to take away fundamental, God-given human rights. This principle must be rejected on all fronts, no matter how long the powers-that-be drag this charade out. 

Resist on all fronts

Keep in mind that anything you do to resist will be used against you. But do it anyway.
Our future and the future of our children depends on it.
The narrative moving forward will be that anybody who’s against the mainstream belief system about the pandemic are hardcore, right-wing, gun-toting extremists.
Pay no attention to this.
Have one-on-one conversations with people whenever possible, far away from any technology. Get away from anything that can be monitored; because you are being monitored.
Face-to-face conversations are the most important ones you can have. That’s exactly why they’re being limited and made almost impossible in many areas.
It’s time to leave the left/right debate and arguments in the past. Swallow the politicization of the situation.
Speak truth from love and do what you can to wake up as many people as possible to the reality of what’s happening.
Do not allow this to become the new normal.

There’s an unwritten rule we all tend to assume. The rule is ‘the more violence a person views on TV, the more violent their tendencies are in real life’. But one person believed the reverse to be true. That in fact, the more violent the media, the more frightened we become. This is Mean World Syndrome.

What Is Mean World Syndrome?

Mean World Syndrome describes a psychological bias where a person believes the world is a more violent place because they watch a large amount of violence on TV.
Mean World Syndrome is based on the research of Hungarian Jewish journalist George Gerbner. Fascinated by the influence of violence on TV on our perceptions of society, Gerbner wondered why, if we are all now consuming larger amounts of violence on TV are the real-life crime figures dropping.

How to Spot the Signs of Mean World Syndrome?

You might think to yourself that there’s no way you would succumb to this way of thinking, but here are just some of the signs of Mean World Syndrome:
  • Do you believe that most people are just looking out for themselves?
  • Would you be afraid of walking through your neighbourhood at night?
  • Are you cautious when interacting with strangers?
  • Would you cross the road if you saw a man of ethnic minority approaching you?
  • Do you think people should go home to their native countries?
  • Are most people out to take advantage of you?
  • Would you be unhappy if a Latino or Hispanic family moved in next-door?
  • Do you avoid people of different ethnic backgrounds?
  • Do you always tend to watch the same types of programme i.e. horror, gore?

Violence and TV: What Leads Us to Develop Mean World Syndrome?

We tend to think of the TV as an innate and harmless form of entertainment. It sits in our living rooms, we turn it on to appease bored children, or it remains on in the background unnoticed. But TV has changed throughout the decades.
For instance, I’m 55 years old now, and I remember the very first time I watched The Exorcist. It frightened me for nights on end. I happened to show the film to a few friends who were twenty or so years younger than me, expecting them to have the same visceral reaction. But they just laughed.
It’s easy to see why. Films like Hostel show a woman’s eyes blowtorched in graphic detail. In contrast, Linda Blair’s turning head just looks comical.
I think we can agree that TV and films, in particular, portray violence in a much more graphic way these days. But the majority of us watch violence like this on TV and do not turn into serial killers. And this is what interested Gerbner.

See Violence, Commit Violence?

Historically, psychologists focused on whether those who had been exposed to media violence would be more likely to commit violence in real life. Gerbner believed exposure to media violence was far more complex. He suggested that consuming media violence is more likely to make us scared and fearful. But why?
Gerbner found that people with moderate to heavy TV and media viewing habits were more likely to believe they would be a victim of violence. They were also more worried about their personal security. They were less likely to go out in their own neighbourhood at night.
These responses differed greatly from people with light viewing habits. In this case, light viewers had a more rounded and generous view of society.
“Our studies have shown that growing up from infancy with this unprecedented diet of violence has three consequences, which, in combination, I call the “mean world syndrome.” What this means is that if you are growing up in a home where there is more than say three hours of television per day, for all practical purposes you live in a meaner world – and act accordingly – than your next-door neighbour who lives in the same world but watches less television.” Gerbner

So What Exactly Is Going On?

There’s a historical view of media and TV violence that we viewers are passive in our entertainment. We are like sponges, soaking up all the gratuitous violence. This old view suggests that TV and media fire information like a bullet into our minds. That TV and media can control us like automatons, feeding our minds with subliminal messages.
Gerbner saw things differently. He did believe that TV and media played a crucial role in the way we view society. But not one where we are encouraged to commit violent acts. One where we ourselves are scared and frightened by what we see.

How Mean World Syndrome Is Cultivated in Our Society

According to Gerbner, the problem lies in how this violence is portrayed on TV and in the media. It intersperses with banal content. For example, one minute, we are watching an advert for bleach or nappies, and the next, we see a news item that someone’s daughter has been abducted, raped, and dismembered.
We switch from one shocking news story to comedies, from a graphic horror film to a cute animal cartoon. And it is this constant switching between the two that normalises the violence we see. And when mass media normalises something as awful as a child abduction we don’t feel safe anymore.
We assume that this is the world we live in now. It’s that old news saying: “If it bleeds, it leads.” News channels focus on the most violent crimes, movies find new ways to shock us, even local news prefer gore and horror to cute stories about rescue puppies.

Violence Is Normal

Gerbner realised that it was the normalisation of violence, he called it ‘happy violence’ that cultivates a fearful society. In fact, there is a direct correlation between the amount of TV a person watches and their level of fear.
Mass media saturates us with graphic images, horrific stories, and frightening storylines. News channels remind us about the ‘War on Terror’, or the consequences of the coronavirus, all while glaring mugshots of offenders pierce through our collective consciousness.
It’s not surprising we are afraid to go outside our own homes. This cultivated fear shapes us into victimhood.

TV and Media Are the New Storytellers

Yet, you could say that we come across violence in fairy tales as children, or in Shakespeare’s play as teenagers. That we need to acknowledge violence as part of what’s good and bad about society. However, we are told fairy tales by a parent who provides context or comfort should we become upset. Shakespeare plays often have a moral story or ending which is discussed in class.
There is no parent or teacher advising us when we view violence portrayed in mass media. Moreover, this violence is often sensationalised, it’s delivered in a spectacular way. It’s often portrayed as humorous or sexy. As a result, we become indoctrinated with this constant flow saturation.

We Are Born into Viewing Violence

Gerbner stated that we are born into this saturation. There is no before or after viewing violence, we grow up with it, and from a very early age. In fact, children view around 8,000 murders by the age of 8 years old, and around 200,000 violent acts by the time they are 18.
All this violence adds up to a pervasive narrative we believe to be true. Each TV programme, every news story, all those films add up to a seamless and continuous dialogue. One that tells us the world is a scary, frightening, and violent place to live in.
The reality, however, is much different. According to the Justice Dept., murder rates are down 5% and violent crime is at an all-time low, having dropped 43%. Despite this, coverage of murders increased by 300%.
“Fearful people are more dependent, more easily manipulated and controlled, more susceptible to deceptively simple, strong, tough measures and hard-line measures…” Gerbner

How to Fight Mean World Syndrome?

There are lots of ways you can control how you feel about the society you inhabit.
  • Limit the amount of TV and media you view.
  • Alternate between different types of programmes, e.g. comedy and sport.
  • Remember, the majority version of violence presented by the media is a small minority of real life.
  • Use different kinds of media to access information, i.e. books, journals.
  • Get the facts from reliable sources so you don’t over-estimate the amount of violence in the world.
  • Ask yourself, who benefits from perpetuating the myth of mass fear?

Final Thoughts

It’s easy to see how we can become enveloped in Mean World Syndrome. Every day we are bombarded with the most gruesome facts and images. These present a distorted view of the world.
The problem is if we only see the world through fear-tinted glasses, solutions to our problems will be based solely around this fear. And we could end up imprisoning ourselves for no good reason.

What is relevant should be pointed out here is that it is characteristic of the moment that certain points referring to the personality of the Gaian Man will tend to become even more intense, so who already has a predisposition to sensitivity and who has the characteristic of selectivity when expressing thoughts and feelings, most likely you will go through this experience of accentuating those energies.

- Quarantine is a resource that is repeatedly applied among Terrans in an attempt to restrict as few people as possible to the exposure of a serious viral condition. It seems new to them, something unprecedented and even aggressively undue, because many did not live in those days and in places where there were similar health conditions.

Still, it is a controversial method for many understandings, due to the demands that each one carries to be purified in the atmosphere of Gaia. As hard as it may seem, the truth needs to be told: many will be able to get around all of this, but others will perish, because they need these experiences to face what lies ahead - on this plane and in other parallels.

When someone accesses a certain level of understanding that is more expansive, he will be guided by the most pertinent practices for the prolongation of his missionary existence on the little blue planet. Likewise, those who have a more modest expansion of understanding will tend to neglect what they are told about safeguarding themselves from excess, and will resist head on as long as they can. It's all about the quality of experience they've had so far and everything they give themselves to - without judgment.

Do not suffer for the luck of yours. Understand that each one only faces what he needs to face in order to become someone better, in this existence or in another, and everything is fully assisted by selfless mentors, but always in respect for each person's free will. Wearing out for something that is independent of you directly is a waste of energy in itself, you see.

- The "cure" is already among you, along with the conception of the virus itself, and is in the hands of those who conceived them, as well as those who bought it, in an attempt to take advantage over other countries, according to their own interests. But, as always, greed and ideals of centralization of power did more damage than initially planned by all those involved, but they did consider the drastic reduction of the world population to their most specific plans.

When this answer will be consciously offered to them by their “governors ruled” by Density adherents, it will only depend on them. Because you are still reluctant to deal with the fact that everyone who is living there the privileges that live at your expense, is in no hurry to change anything in this scenario installed by the shadows of greed and pride. But you need to go through all of this in the best possible way, with discipline and resignation, because you also depend on these experiences to transcend the chaos that you co-created and co-created in the name of maintaining your own physical and ideological addictions.

What is indicated for the case is that they avoid free ideological clashes, especially when they want to impose on others what they think and feel in the cry - as if this were actually possible to be accomplished with the success initially envisioned. It doesn't work like that, but telling them that is fruitless when the fear for the reason they seek to spread seems to be more important than anything else.

Getting away from those in love with the densest is what they can best do for themselves. Do not comment, do not propagate, do not give them the energy of your attention. Their question is with themselves first, only after that they return to the social of which they are also part, and do not have enough clarity to understand.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been in this galaxy for so very long, and we have been able to make connections from beings in every single star system, including of course yours. We have been able to determine that your star system, and your planet specifically, is a wonderful representation of all of the energies that we have ever encountered.
Now, the mixture of energies that you have there on your world is precisely what makes it so challenging to be there. Not only do you have access to all of the trauma, all of the emotions, all of the failures of the other star systems, but you also need to find a way for all of these different energies to co-exist harmoniously. And up until this point in human history there on Earth, you have not been able to achieve this lofty goal. You have not had world peace with a complete lack of interpersonal violence ever, and you might think that makes humanity low on the galactic totem pole, but it does not.
And the reason it does not is because you all have taken on so much that literally no one expected you to be in a place of world peace at this point in your evolutionary history. We all feel responsible for the chaos and the discord there on your planet because we all contributed our energies in the co-creative event that was putting sentient life there on planet Earth. And so, you do not have to feel at all like you are supposed to be doing it all yourselves. You can take the weight off of your shoulders and let the galactic help in, because we were always meant to be a part of the process of attaining world peace on Earth.
And when we refer to ourselves, we are talking about all of us who hail from other star systems. The Earth experiment is our responsibility, and those of you who are there in the flesh are the ground crew. You are the starseeds. You are the lightworkers. You are the changemakers for this galactic experiment, and we and the others like us are your helpers from far, far away. We implore you to lean on us more and to recognize that our help is not interference; it is collaboration. It is co-creation, and it is about time that those of us in other star systems and other dimensions took a bigger role in the creation of world peace there on Mother Earth.

Hello, dear humankind. 
Ascending ones, we see you from the womb of our mother. We monitor her frequencies. She is ascending quite rapidly. Many levels of realities already exist. We see many timelines shriveling into mist. We see the fog clearing for humanity as a new day dawns.
We are the Angels of the Womb of the Mother. 
We are preparing for her to give birth. We see the ring of fire as fully dilated. We see this as a necessary realignment for Gaia’s transformation. For her chakras are spinning so fast now, dear ones, as are yours. We see much interchange between the dimensions and realities. We see great fluidity of upcoming change. As a pregnant mother cannot hold back the final push, so too your planetary Mother Gaia cannot hold back any longer. This is the pregnant pause before the final contraction. We are her handmaidens of energetic and vibrational change. We offer our talents, our energies of balance, of love and of great support. This one has not talked with us before but we are reassuring that we play an active role in this now.
We are the Angels of the Womb of the Mother. 
The fire is cooled by the deep waters. The union of the divine masculine and the divine feminine is at hand. (I am seeing underwater volcanoes forming within the deep womb of the undersea beds. I am seeing steam from this expression of union).
We are the Angels of the Womb of the Mother. We see the lower chakras of humanity as holding the remaining vestiges of grief and pain, of trauma that has been continually and repetitively sustained over the eons of cycles of rebirth. We see it as a wise time to release from the lower chakras of humanity all of the pain and loss, all of the children lost, so that endless receiving of all good things can then begin to flow continually into your fields. The mother is joyful, expectant! So too should you be, human children, human warriors of the light. We see the great rising of humanity from homo sapiens to homo spiritus. We see this as imminent. For we are the angels of the inner womb of the hidden places of Gaia where all the cellular memories of pain and love, of rebirth and hopeful expectation are. Of course you are of the same substance as Gaia and so her release, her blessings are extended, with love, to you.
We surround the ring of fire of your planetary mother’s womb. We ignite the fire. We light the codes. We invite for you, oh wounded ones of the way, who continue to shine your light faithfully, relentlessly, with great love and purpose and fulfilling joy. You are our joy. You have been holding the light so that our work as midwives is balanced. We see imminent change energetically upon the ring of fire. Energetically this will be key for the shift. For as the darkness of loss is released through the lower planetary chakras the light blazes in full glory of newness of change.
We extend our hands, our wings to you. We surround you, with your permission, wing tip to wing tip. We ignite your chakras with newness of change, removing any stored pain of rape or incest or babies lost or labors gone wrong. We fill these memories with light now. There is yet more light in the womb of Gaia now. We have expanded it further. We send this light to the hearts and wombs of humanity, filling them with hope and promise of all good things to come. We see balance. We see divine union of flames reunited in blissful expectations completely met.
We are the Angles of the Womb of Gaia. We seldom speak for we balance the energies with our light, our love and our intentions. We surround your field with hope, with extreme joy of newness of rebirth. For you are all being reborn. You are all in process of the great transformation. As Gaia’s womb gives birth to Nova Gaia, so too shall you be completely, transformatively changed. Energetically you will be able to see clearly for the mist is receding / has receded. Your heart-mind is expanding rapidly. Your solar plexus where the old energies were stored is filled with further light of confidence and deep inner peace. We extend this light to the base of your core now to where the sexual energies mix and spin. We send our fire of purpose, of balance into the hidden places of you where traumas once resided, there is now only light. Light of promise, of change, of deep healing. Sexuality shall be cherished once again. There is no shame. The divinity of the healed masculine and the restored feminine is to be once more. We see paradise birthing as a beautiful garden in the hearts and wombs and hidden places of the Nova Gaians. We see peace. We send deep peace to your sexual organs imbuing them with healing, balance and safety. As the deep waters are penetrated by the volcanoes so too is there total peace.
We are the Angels of the Womb of Gaia. We realize this is perhaps a steamier message than one is used to receiving. But creation propagates. Such is the way of the balance and the perpetual desire for love in form expanding continually. The Creator is passionate. You see it all around you, as the animals, the creatures of all shapes and sizes mate, as they propagate their species, they are furthering their own genetic contribution with loving intention. Do not be ashamed. Your bodies are such gifts, dear ones.
We are the Angels of the Womb of Gaia. We offer you our support of balance of the sexual energies of rebirth. We fill your wombs, your minds, your hearts with light of the angelic octave. Our eyes are brimming with tears. We have awaited for so long, this moment of planetary rebirth. Feel our blessing of healing and please be at peace. Please know you are tremendously loved and are exceedingly safe. You are safe enough to have your sacral chakra realigned and in-line with Gaia’s. You will rise as one. We surround you in our light and love. Feel the wholeness of this energetic transmission and be at peace. Call to your twin and pull that energy of balance to you, and embrace the other part of you that you seek. In so doing you will always feel connected to your twin across time and space, or dimensional rift, for the balance of deep inner healing has been reached. Such a joyous time for humanity!
We are the Angels of the Womb of Gaia. You are such an important part of this cosmic dance of regeneration and rebirth. Thank you. Thank you. We see you, we honor you. Watch with us as we see the planetary birth of Nova Gaia in form. Peace. You are loved beyond measure.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
 
Center yourselves in an open heart, for as your society begins to open up once again, your heart will be your guide for staying safe, happy, loving, and even joyous as the human race continues to rebirth itself into greater love.
It may not be an easy birthing in the short term. There are going to be a wide variety of opinions expressed in the months ahead – some kindly, some loudly, and some gently, and some in rather obnoxious and offensive ways. Nonetheless you can sail through this time, buoyed by love and guided by grace.
Everyone has been diving deeper, feeling more deeply, and getting to know themselves better – for better or for worse – during this pandemic. Some of you ran straight into your hearts and discovered your huge compassion for humanity. Some of you ran straight into your creative spirit and discovered new passions, talents, businesses, and contributions. Some of you ran deep into a profound loneliness, or anxiety and fear. Some of you ran into your anger, frustration, and feelings of helplessness. Some of you ran into your judgments. Some of you discovered a greater tolerance for one another. Some of you discovered you loved the life you’ve created. Many of you experienced a mixture of emotions. Whatever you found within, you got to know yourself better.
You also discovered new gifts and ways of coping with adversity, discomfort, and the unknown. In trying times, new strengths emerge. When you couldn’t change your outer world, many of you went within to create change in the vibrational world, thus setting yourselves up for a glorious future. Many of you who faced financial challenges had to rely on the kindness of others, or fall back into the arms of faith. Those of you who were out serving the masses had no choice but to place your faith and trust in the power that loves you and gives you life. You have all been growing tremendously. You are birthing a new, more loving world.
So, as you move forward, and “open up” society, be gentle with yourself and keep your heart wide open. Pray to see the world through the eyes of the Divine and the eyes of your angels.
Maintain the positive changes you have made during the pandemic. Continue to feel your feelings deeply, instead of getting so busy once again that you forget to feel. Keep connecting more deeply with friends and family, for in isolation many of you found deeper and more authentic ways of relating to each other than superficial conversation. Continue to be resourceful. Use your God-given creativity. Waste less. Get out in nature more. Honor your earth and your fellow human beings. Go forth with an open heart, in love with yourself, in love with life, and in love with your fellow human beings.
Especially choose to send love, prayers, and light to the members of your human family that are feeling fearful, helpless, and angry. You don’t have to dance or dialogue with them, but please don’t judge them. They too, are just struggling – perhaps more than most – to birth themselves in a greater love.
When you see someone acting in a way that seems threatening – perhaps they are not wearing a mask and you wish they were – instead of falling into fear and judgment, stand in the power of love. Open your heart to streams of well-being and grace. Use intention and imagine light pouring through you and outward in all directions. Not only will you feel safe in its flow, you will be a blessing to all those around.
If you have to go back to work and you are fearful, remember that your guidance will tell you if and when it is right for you to do so. Some of you will quit and move on. Some of you will gladly return. Some of you will need to take some much needed time off after working on the front lines.
Listen to your hearts. Keep your hearts open by being kind to yourself first. Then, no matter what anyone else does, be kind. Be loving… or at least refuse to engage in lower vibrational interactions that serve no one.
There is no one “right answer” as to how to re-open an entire planet, dear friends. Everyone, without exception is attempting to do their best according to their patterns, programming, and level of awareness. Everyone is learning. Trust your open, loving, heart to know what is right for you in a given moment. Live and let live. No one can harm you if you exist in love. No one can “make” you sick if you abide in a mentality of well-being. No one else ever has any authority over your inner conditions, and as you all know, your inner conditions either attract or allow what you experience in your outer lives.
So, keep your hearts open for that is more important – now and always – than when your business, your stores, your concerts, and the rest of your world opens up.
This too shall pass. Enough of you are moving beyond the fear that has empowered this virus to become the monster it did, as it fed off the fears and mass hysteria. Of course, we encourage you to follow your guidelines for health, hygiene, and courtesy to your fellow human beings, but do so with an open heart and a commitment to be kind and loving to yourself and one another.
An open heart can heal a person, a group, a society and indeed your entire world, for in each open heart the Divine finds an open window through which it can pour Love into your life and into the entire human race.

…this journey you call “life” and I have called “life” is not simply a matter of getting through. Oh, no! It is a matter of love, it is a matter of joy, it is a matter of compassion.

Greetings, I am Jesus Sananda, I am Jesus, I am Yeshua, beloved brother – beloved brother of magenta, magenta and blue, with heart of eternal emerald.
Yes, I stepped before your beloved M – and my beloved M, by the way, for there is no sweeter angel than this one – but I wished to come to take your hand, to touch your shoulder, to embrace you, to reassure you, to encourage you, to fortify you so that you fully understand that you do not walk alone.
Oh yes, you say you know this, and intellectually and spiritually you do, but you do not know the fullness of it. I do not say this, beloved friend, in ways of criticism, quite the contrary. I say this because I want you to know how fully accompanied, in and out of form, you truly are and that this journey you call “life” and I have called “life” is not simply a matter of getting through. Oh, no! It is a matter of love, it is a matter of joy, it is a matter of compassion.
You have mentioned to the channel how you have begun, sweet one, to very… might I say ‘narrowly’… give yourself permission to simply be – to play with the trains, (1) to gaze at the sky, or even to navel-gaze.
You know, I have spoken a great deal, yes, through this channel and through other channels, about how, when I have walked the Earth as man, I have chosen not simply or merely to retreat one time for 40 days into the desert, but that I did this repeatedly, and that it was absolutely necessary for my journey and for the journey of humanity and for what I came to do – and continue to do, by the way – with this collective. Now you are about to retreat into the wilderness, into the place of isolation, and let me say this blessed sweet isolation.
I loved and I continue to love my family for they were a gift, and are a gift, for we continue on in many different ways together. And it is funny – even before I talk about retreat – how, so often in reference to my life as Jesus, there is talk of family and friends and teaching, but one of the greatest gifts I had with my family and friends was laughter and play!
Nothing raises the frequency more quickly, more rapidly and more fully than play, than laughter, than sweet laughter by children. And, as you well know, there is nothing better than children. They can be your own or grandchildren or those of friends, or simply watching at the store. There is nothing sweeter than watching children at play and engaging with them in this simplicity of being engaged and in the joy – not because of complexity, nor just the simplicity, but because of the purity.
I have so much I would wish to speak to you about but let me continue about the retreat. It is your time not merely to reflect but to play – and in the beauty, the wilderness, and the wildness of both your own sacred self and of Gaia, to rediscover that purity.
So many human beings think that joy is not only illusive but that it is somehow complex, and yet, in truth, joy is perhaps one of the clearest, simplest, purest energies. It is sheer golden, pure sheer energy, and it can literally be inhaled.
And it can be inhaled quickly and rapidly when you are not distracted, when your mind is not always meandering – and when you allow yourself truly to be in the infinite eternal moment, because that infinite eternal moment is not just filled with love; it is filled with joy.
Now, also, before I step aside for your sweet M, I wish to talk to you about compassion because this is one of the primary Divine Qualities not only that you carry but that you are. It is not a heavy burden. In fact, within compassion there is the perfect ability to find balance and to be able to deeply, profoundly, infinitely connect on a heart-to-heart, feel-to-feel level, and to know, to support, to encourage another, but not assume.
But what I wish to speak to you of is the growing compassion for yourself. Is there a need for great compassion during this time of transition? Yes, there most certainly is. For those that have been distracted or lost their way, forgotten, detoured, yes, compassion is the key. There is no life without compassion.
But what I am asking you my brother, my friend, my ally, my boots on the ground – what I ask of you is to have compassion with and for your sweet, beloved, gentle, strong self. Let go. Give it to me. Give it to our Mother. Let go of these harsh opinions. I will not use the word ‘judgments’ but certainly you have some very strong opinions, yes, certainly about the outside world, but I am talking about yourself.
You are exactly where you have need to be. And yes, we and I – I – am taking you, sweet one, on retreat – not to pray for forgiveness for your sins but to play, to talk to the trees and the water and the dirt and the sky, and to your sacred self – to give so and to fully, fully receive the messages of love that I give you each and every day.
I would be remiss if I did not tell you how proud I am of you that you have come during this period of one of the most difficult times, perhaps the most difficult time, upon this planet and far beyond to re-anchor my messages of love and your messages of love – and not just to transmit it as a message but to fully embrace and embody it, because love is not a distant cousin but the essence of who you are. And as you allow that, as you embrace that, my beloved friend, you are embracing me and I am embracing you.
You are so loved. Go in peace. I step aside. Farewell.

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:



Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this moment to speak with you today.
We speak to you each week from the perspective of your being on an Earth that changes by the hour in terms of vibration and the resulting new reality you are molding.
This you create with your words, your intentions, your visions and feelings about life, and how things are going for your beautiful Lady Gaia, and your expectations of how life shall continue on this planet.
We speak often of your increasing empowerment as you realize your presence as co-Creators, for it has long been your training to look at outer circumstances and feel that that is what determines the quality of your life—the content and experience of it.
Yet we assure you, friends, nothing could be further from the truth
You are far more than observers of and reactors to What Is, and yet—yes, it is also a gift, to move into Observer mode when you wish to create some distance, particularly emotional distance between you and what you see happening outwardly.
We are asking you to understand that the amount of higher assistance flowing to you now is astounding and unprecedented.
And that that is not a matter of “rescue,” but a matter of your and Gaia’s increasingly ability to hold a higher vibration.
This in turn opens many more energetic portals for Ascension, for freedom from old constraints, and for an end to the current machinations of those who would discourage or end that progression.
You are no one’s minion, as we have said many times.
You are lord and lady masters of that which is, and is yet to be.
As you step out of Time and into the higher realms in your meditation time, you know it to be so.
You begin to remember more and more Who you are and why you have come in at this time which appears to have fallen into chaos and loss.
Take this moment, this blank canvas you face now, and create as you will, guided by your own soul and higher self, and the very high, refined, beautiful notes of clarity, new life, and rebirth being sung in the higher realms by every Light being “holding space” now for Earth’s renewal and Ascension.
The reason you are seeing or hearing of increasing numbers of ships in the sky, is due to an increase in movement by those benevolent galactic friends assisting Earth’s beings, and moving to protect those held under various forms of density by the old regime.
As you look up at the sky, hopeful to see the ship of an old friend or family member, know that you are already visiting with them in your nightly travels, during your sleep state.
And that you already know deep down how they are assisting and why, and that they have no intention of letting Earth (or you) fall through any cracks in the façade, as the old forms crumble so that new ones may be birthed.
You are already becoming those beautiful beings you have dreamt of, have prayed for, have believed in and envisioned.
Move to the next step, and co-Create your own Joy, your own refusal to be discouraged now, as you move into greater heights of awareness and manifestation ability.
Yes, this is a demanding time to be on the planet, and yes—it is the time you have been waiting for.

Beloved Souls, Greetings!

Today we will talk about the energy of the Terrans who live their personal legend as active and lethargic co-creators, asleep.

 Many of you, in your moments of intimate seclusion and conscientious reflection, raise your thoughts about the quality of some of your relationships. And, you know, none of this fails to be fully assisted by your friendly mentors! [smile]

If it is part of your inner maturation, you can be absolutely convinced that there is a powerful spiritual / magnetic support nearby, trying to open your eyes to understandings that until the same time were no longer possible in the same way.

 In these moments, we seek to raise your private magnetic fields a little more so that you can benefit from energies more consistent with each issue, and then be able to access an extra dose of your I Am. From then on, their decisions usually become lighter, more fluid and harmonious. If until another day you resisted taking a certain route, “suddenly” the whole thing changes its shape. Work of chance? You can call it that, if you want, but we reaffirm a lot of work and love involved in each process!

 In any case, as soon as certain interpersonal dilemmas move towards their most expanded resolution, other new service fronts are opened, always with the greatest intention of dissolving knots, dismantling vibrational densities that, when together, make the dear Seekers so heavy, moody, sad and less productive in their routine about Gaia. In some cases, they may even throw them into beds, for health reasons, either physical or emotional (somatized).

 For each of you, it is absolutely imperative that you can continue unlocking these points of conflict. That is if there is really an engagement in your moral / spiritual purification. When not, everything continues to unfold in the form of challenges, and one more complicated to manage than the other, ceaselessly, until tiredness settles, resistance screams for a break and other interests for alternative routes begin to be considered with greater interest than the old formulas used up to that critical point.

What is done in their name is done automatically in you, because everything is one and the same, just experiencing different ways of the same reality.

 We know how challenging information of that order can be for so many of you. After all, it takes an extra dose of understanding and minimal interior lighting to absorb it all in a more… comfortable way, according to their realities and behaviors within them. But, roughly speaking, you feel that what we tell you touches you in a particular and strong way, and this is the beginning, the beginning of a new relationship with yourself that will become more and more constant and dominant - dominant , but without ever being invasive, don't worry about it!  The existence within the very particular aspects of the optical perception of the Gaian Man is unique. We learned from all of you, be convinced of it, loved more, but what the Pozinhos de Estrelas (little fragments of stars) capture is transcendental. For this reason, some people already go to other planes, in their moments of physical rest, to other realities and share their experiences all over Gaia and beyond the little blue planet. They are seldom consciences that have learned about a series of understandings that to many of you feel natural and consistent. Resilience! Do you know what they are and what they will never be, from a certain point of conscience, so why give so much importance to the words of those who still fall asleep over their own nature?  Allow it to pass. Being reactive at this point in time and with so many other more relevant events taking place at the same time right in front of your physical senses is, at the very least, one of those wears out of which it is not worth the price to get involved, to feed, to propagate. Will they continue to be impolite, inopportune, provocative? For you to find in yourself the most placid of non-judgmental and Unconditional Love energies. It is not meant to be “easy”, dear ones, it is a mission, we have already told you this a few times, so it is the opportunity that presents you with new paradigms, in greater synchronicity with the values ​​of the New Earth, because it is so!

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been exploring the numerous possibilities that you all have there on Earth for the best possible first contact experience for the entire human collective. We have an understanding of what makes you all afraid of the e.t.s that could come and land their ships at any time. And so we have been exploring the possibility that the first contact experiences will be with the e.t.s that have been living underneath the surface of your planet.

 When you don’t have ships from outer space with advanced technology staring you down, there is a greater probability that you are not going to panic. When the visitors are from your own planet and look enough like all of you to not be frightening to the average person, there is a greater chance that you will be able to handle it.

 These extra-terrestrials that have come from other parts of the galaxy, but that are really Earth-born, give you a new way of looking at what is extra-terrestrial and what is alien to all of you. Because these beings have been living on your world and in your world for so long, those that you would meet would all be Earth-born but with no human Earthling DNA. And so, this would soften the blow for those who were afraid, but it would also make it easier for the skeptics to claim that it’s not real and that the scientists must be in on some grand conspiracy.

 But these beings do exist, and you are going to meet them in your lifetime. It will be very hard for them at first to integrate, but they eventually will, and they will pave the way for the e.t.s who will land their ships and who will have been born outside of your solar system. Now, we are saying this as though it will happen in this way, but no one can say for certain what will happen. We have just been exploring that timeline and meeting with those of you who are members of the awakened collective to get your feedback. So far, this probability has been met with open arms and open minds, not to mention open hearts.

 You all are so eager to meet these beings, especially when you realize that they are the gateway extra-terrestrials for you to then meet your hybrid children and all of the other e.t.s that you are so eager to meet. This is a time where humanity could use something to shake things up, and you could use a little help from your Earth-bound extra-terrestrial friends. And so, we are hoping to see the Earth-born extra-terrestrials emerging sooner rather than later and paving the way for the e.t.s who want very much to feel the readiness of humanity to land those ships and become your friends and co-creators.

Your experiences since 2012 that was the end of the last Age have clearly shown that you are going through change, so that you can release the old that serves no further purpose. You are in the process of a change that will lead you on to the next phase of your evolution. Clearly when one cycle ends another commences so it is necessary to do some cleaning up so as to prepare yourselves for the next stage in your evolution. More so it will separate the “wheat from the chaff” so that each one can continue to follow a path designated to allow for further development, at a level that gives you opportunities to experience the next stage necessary to expand your consciousness even further.

The future is set to ensure you continue your evolution having experienced many lives in the depths of the lower vibrations that were your Hell on Earth. Some souls were caught up in them so much so that they were unable to extract themselves from it, whilst others repeatedly took on the challenges presented to them and were able to survive. In a freewill Universe you were allowed to choose your experiences, although with guidance you took due note of the advice given by those who have already reached a high level of consciousness.

Understand that you volunteered to experience the lower vibrations being fully aware that you were essentially on your own, although help was always within your reach. The attraction for you was that through success you would be able to advance much more quickly and be all the more stronger for it. So it is with full admiration that we applaud your achievement and will stand aside to welcome you to the higher dimensions. These may seem premature in view of the fact that there is still some way to go, but you have completed the difficult part and are now rising up to a new level where you will experience the Great Solar Flash of Light from the Sun, that will immediately lift you onto the new Earth – your Ascension.

You may not realise how privileged you are to be on Earth at the actual moment of Ascension and it can be looked upon as an exciting moment in your life. Can you imagine the relief you will feel that at long last you have been successful, and ahead of you are many opportunities to choose your next experiences that will be most exhilarating within the realms of Light. You will no longer have to live as before but instead have absolute freedom by being able to provide for yourself through your power of thought. Friends and family will be but a thought away making contact very easy.

We like to lift you up by giving you a glimpse into your future as ascended beings, and we can fully appreciate how much you have gone through to prove your strength and dedication to the Light. It will be quite natural that having ascended you will at some stage like to also help others upon their path. You will have many friends and even family that will follow in your footsteps, and it is understandable that you would like to help them and you will have that opportunity.

Mankind with time on their hands is at present going through a period of introspection, as it has become apparent that the old way of living has not proved adequate or helpful to those wishing to prepare for Ascension. The higher vibrations are already bringing out the best in many people and there is more sympathy for those souls that are barely able to exist in their particular environment. The inequalities amongst the different groups is patently obvious yet they should be one, as in fact All are One. Whilst it would be true to say that many have chosen their own destiny there is no reason why they should not be given that right and live happy and fulfilling lives.

Life on Earth could have been a delightful and happy experience but the dark Ones who believe that in some way they are superior have deliberately kept for themselves inventions and advancements exclusively for themselves. The surface dwellers have been under the control of the Illuminati for eons of time, but fortunately the Alliance has now grown in power to the point that they are the dominant force. They have undertaken to break up the dominance of the dark Ones and have already put many behind bars. Ultimately it is certain that Humanity will become aware of how they have been confined to an “open prison” for so long and accepted it as normal. It is far from the truth, and along with friendly Space Beings who await an opportunity to introduce themselves and bring about changes that will help propel you into a New Age.

Dear Ones you stand out on Earth like beacons of Light and hardly realise how much you lift others up through your presence. You exude an energy that is calming and reassuring to those who are embroiled in the lower energies due to their low quality of life. Be assured that they are not being punished but they have needed experiences at such a level to awaken them to the truth. They in turn give others an opportunity to show their sympathy to their plight, and help in a way that shows their love and light for those considered to be lesser beings.

You live in an illusion that has become your reality which is why it is far removed from your true selves. You live a make-believe life although it is set up in such a way that you can learn from it and evolve. Your true Self is your God Self that remains on the other side of the veil that over sees your life on Earth. It is the source of your being and your ever present God Self of eternal life, and has much to do with helping you to fulfil your life plan. Many have chosen their own destiny, and there is no reason why they should not be given the right to do so and live happy and fulfilling lives.

I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self my God Self, and every soul has the same connection to God.

Mother Mary: It is with the vibration of the 9th Ray of Light I greet you today. I bring forth the brilliant colours and vibrations of a blue and green light focused upon soul integration and exploration, as well as, the merging of the heavens with the Earth, light with matter. Please allow me to dowse you in the blue and green light permitting it to seep into your entire being. As the reality of the blue and green light of the 9th Ray of Light surrounds you, let yourself breathe in the healing vibrations, wisdom, and transformational shifts this aspect of the Creator promotes.
Soul integration with all aspects of your physical, emotional, and mental bodies is essential in all periods of ascension and yet it is at this stage vital. There is an importance and a need for you to have confidence in the divinity, truth, and sacred abilities of your soul that transmit through and embody all aspects of your being and reality upon the Earth. This is not to understand the mystic and sacred abilities individual to you, more so it is to understand the basic tools and abilities your soul brings forth and enhances within your being which can be recognised as the same within all beings. This is the time for humanity to unite in a deep understanding and confidence in their spiritual and natural abilities to alter and shift circumstances on the Earth and personal realities. The belief systems of the Earth and created by humanity which preoccupies and governs everyday life upon the Earth now need to be erased completely, with new beliefs born from the soul of each person created and anchored as the new consciousness of humanity.
Mary Magdalene: When you are in fear you are not choosing to open the doorway before you which can be opened to allow you to embrace new higher vibrations of love and truth especially within your reality upon the Earth. A door before you only becomes a blockage or a hindrance when you believe you do not have the ability or the strength to open the door. I will share with you, remind you, and empower your confidence and courage as I say to you that you have the power to open the door and experience the powerful loving truth of the Creator. You are in fear when you do not choose to open the door. The Creator does not wish for you to suffer with any form of attachment to or experience of fear or illness. The Creator wishes for you to dissolve all forms of attachment to fear and illness realising your power to move through your ascension creating only loving positive blissful experiences for yourself. Attachment or detachment to the creation and experience of fear and illness is now your choice. You make this choice through your thought processes and what you choose to believe in.
Do you believe that fear limits you, causing your energy and power to crumble, thus causing you to be helpless? Do you believe fear is yours to accept and experience in your reality? Do you believe the illness is your divine right or is inevitable when evidence of illness is present in your reality or in the worldwide Earth? The real questions put to you now which hold the most power and influence in your life are:
Are you ready to disregard what seems to be evidence of illness and the creation of fear on the Earth, in favour of knowing your own power, and knowing you can choose the reality you wish to experience?
Are you ready to create a world beyond fear and illness, even if you are bombarded with evidence that states otherwise?
 
Mother Mary: It is time to accept your power and realise that whatever occurs upon the Earth you have the choice whether you wish to experience it and how you wish to experience it. With the spread of illness upon the Earth, you have the choice to decide whether you will be infected with illness or not. With fearful situations arising and occurring to others, you have the choice whether you wish to adopt and emanate fear or not. If you choose to adopt fear, then you will be attracting experiences that cause you fear into your life.

Your life is your choosing, no other person can decide or dictate your life to you.

It is time to accept this truth and begin to live in a way that expands, enhances, and embodies this same truth within your being. You can choose to say ‘No,’ to experiences of fear and illness and ‘Yes,’ to experiences of love, peace, and continuous health. Your life now lies in your beliefs about everyday things and your dedication to cultivating what you desire to experience. It does not matter what another being shares or experiences, you are the creator of your own reality and you have the constant support from the inner planes, guides, angels, ascended masters, and goddess beings.
Mary Magdalene: I wish to share with you some techniques to support you in moving into a reality where you create the options and experiences you wish for.
I wish to advise you to first listen to your reality the messages and beliefs you hold, and the messages and beliefs given to you by others, by media, and by seemingly factual evidence. With awareness choose which you wish to accept and which you wish to discard. For example, if you hear that illness is spreading across the world, choose to send love to all that are experiencing illness while choosing to affirm and make your truth that you are free from illness, always healthy, and filled with vitality. Know with deep certainty that the simple belief will always ensure your health and wellbeing.
Another example could be if an experience occurs in your reality or in the world and this creates fear within yourself and others, say ‘No,’ to fear, choose to release and let go of fear knowing that in doing so you are de-energising fear within you and within other people. Then create a feeling of love and safety within your being, think thoughts of love and safety, affirming to yourself the reality you choose to experience.
Remember you are the Creators of your reality; you have the divine right to choose what you wish to experience; this has never been so important. If each person and soul on the Earth were to realise they have the power to choose what they wish to create all illness, fear, poverty, and any other harmful energy would be powerless and non-existent.
A belief is a resonance and alignment to an energy. When you believe in love, safety, and health, no matter what evidence is shared with you to dissuade you, you align with and become love, safety, and health.
Mother Mary: Call love, light, peace, and vitality into your being, let these energies shower over and through your being, imagining, sensing, acknowledging their colours, vibrations, and positive influence upon your being. Believe in love, light, peace, and vitality. See, sense, and acknowledge your entire being emanating these four energies constantly from every aspect of your being.
Call upon the 9th Ray of Light to merge the higher energy, aspects and consciousness of your soul into your physical body and auric field so you will be influenced positively by your soul accessing the guidance and intuition of your soul. Your soul does not resonate or align with fear or illness, because of this it will act as a protection and a guiding light in your reality and being.
Mary Magdalene: Let the love of your heart and soul be your answer and response to all situations, beliefs, and experiences. Love is the answer, the result, and the experience eternally for you if you choose it to be, dedicating yourself to cultivating this reality for yourself. You can create it for yourself only and yet your dedication will impact all souls and beings on the Earth because they will align with the vibration you emanate: the vibration of love. Love is akin to a magnet, everyone is attracted to align, resonate as and with love, it is contagious! It is also fulfilling for you and acts as the strongest protection of all and a powerful creator of truth and divine wellbeing in your reality, thus in the realities of all. Let your love shine out so bright in every moment of your day and ask us your guides and the Creator to magnify and enhance the love you share and experience.
Mother Mary: Take the time to choose the reality you wish to experience, energise your choices through affirmations, visualisations, and asking for light empowerment for your choices from your guides and angelic beings. The greatest shift that is required to take place is the understanding you hold the power to choose what you wish to experience, no person, group or government can dictate to you your choices and experiences, and yet you can live peacefully alongside any energy or within any community.
Please be aware that we are speaking of making choices within your mind predominantly, this does not necessarily indicate that any action or demonstration needs to take place. This is a peaceful shift within you which no other person needs know about. It is a time when you detach yourself from the general consciousness of reality, quietly within your mind you choose your thoughts, knowing they will manifest within your reality. It is also important to realise that all forms of manipulation which you may create will only anchor you deeper into being manipulated by others. When you focus on love, light, peace, and health in your life, knowing they will simply manifest causing enhancement and fulfilment to your reality and all, then you will be supporting the expansion of love upon the Earth and within all.
Let our words inspire a gentle shift in your mind which creates happiness within your being and reality. This gentle shift encourages the question with great compassion, ‘What do I choose to make real in my reality?’ The answer is filled with abundant compassion, love, and truth that is beyond the ego, desires, desperation, and needs.

During this time of reevaluation and release it can be very helpful to examine what beliefs you have about yourself that are simply not aligned with the truth of who you are today.

 Are you incredibly hard on yourself? Do you see yourself as worthy? Are you holding onto old stories that no longer apply? How are you in resistance to yourself or denying your own beauty in your beingness? Acceptance is an essential element to the creation of all you wish to be, experience, and contribute to the whole.

 There is a pervasive belief that if you accept yourself as you are, you will somehow stunt your growth. This is simply not true. Just as you can love a child exactly as they are and continue to support their growth and expansion, your love and acceptance will create the perfect conditions for you to become your fullest expression of self.

 Dear Ones, you simply cannot kick yourself up the stairway to enlightenment. Being hard on yourself only perpetuates separation and the pain of abandonment and rejection. Isn’t it time you release those old, ineffective habits and start to show up for yourselves with love, care, and consistently safe and gentle guidance?

 Safe attachment within yourself will transform all of your relationships and shift you into receiving all that you know deep in your heart that you deserve but haven’t been able to find. As with all other things, it all begins within and creates ripples out from there.

Worry Time: How to Schedule Your Anxieties

There’s a new way of dealing with anxiety. It’s a unique process called “worry time”, which schedules a time for your obsessive concerns.
For those who suffer from anxiety, worrying seems like a normal part of life. On a personal level, I worry way too much during the day, then keep myself up at night doing the same thing. I feel like I’m not in control of this worry.
Many of you may feel the same way, especially when an additional crisis is added to the mix. But here’s some good news: you can schedule worry time and this allows you to address your concerns, and then move on to other things the rest of the time.

What Is Worry Time?

Worry time is a cognitive-behavioral concept which actually helps you control your obsessive thoughts. It’s a paradox. You will purposely decide to worry at a specific time of the day. Why? Well, since you’re stressing all the time and wasting so much of your life with concerns, you can at least practice compartmentalizing that worry. You can do something else for the rest of the time.
For instance, take time to worry, then have productive thoughts the remainder of the day. So, since this is a schedule to worry, there have to be steps to follow in order to do it correctly, right? Let’s take a look.

How to Schedule Time to Worry

Halt your obsessive thoughts for a moment and listen up. Worrying is not so bad when it’s controlled. Although you assume you cannot control it, worry after consistent training can indeed be trained. Here are the steps you use for worry time:

1. Schedule the time

The first thing you must do is decide what times of the day you should worry. Yes, I know that sounds kind of silly, but cognitive-behavior therapy would disagree with you.
So, use a calendar, planner, or notepad and write down the time of day you wish to schedule a time for obsessive thoughts. A session of between 15 and 30 minutes is ideal for worry time. After that, you can go about your positive daily routines. And by the way, it’s advised that you do not schedule this right before bedtime. It’s more than likely to keep you from sleeping well.

2. Write things down

During your scheduled time to worry, make sure you write down your thoughts. You don’t have to find a solution in this 15-30-minute window, but if you do, then that is fine too. The objective is just to get your thoughts onto paper, so you can see exactly what’s troubling you, instead of just obsessing.
There is therapeutic power in taking thought and turning it into written information. You take it from you and put it somewhere else, and at the same time, you see all the truth in the thoughts as well.

3. Keep worries inside worry time

If you start to worry about things outside your designated worry time, then stop immediately. You must remind yourself that worry can only happen during its scheduled time. This will not be easy, and it will take some time to remember. Consistently catching your worries and putting them back into those neat little slots of your day will help you gain control.
Also, when worry time comes, please don’t dwell about all the times you worried outside of worry time. It’s counterproductive and just silly.

4. End of the week reflections

At the end of each week, go back and read the things you wrote during your scheduled worry time. Are there any patterns? What are the things you ponder about the most? Go ahead and ask yourself any questions you want in order to understand more about your concerns. And yes, you should also schedule the “end of the week reflection on your worries” just like you did with the worry time in each day.
Your reflections are healthy, but take care and don’t dwell on repetitive problems and feel defeated. Just keep moving forward with the same schedule as before.

5. Make it long term

After a week or so of this practice, you may want to just continue. In fact, I recommend this. If you practice this routine for the long term, you will strengthen your thoughts, make it easier to control your worries, and also learn more about structure and focus. So, just keep going and see where it leads you.

Worry isn’t all bad

It’s not horrible to be concerned about things in life. Right now, I am concerned about our world and the nation in which I live. Every day, I check the headlines to see if things have improved, but sadly, it seems to get worse day by day. With scheduling worry time, I can allow myself to deconstruct these headlines and keep them from taking over my entire day with stress and anxiety.
You’re not alone. I have anxiety and many others do as well. But the fact is, you don’t need to have anxiety to practice worry time. You can schedule even the smallest amount of time for concerns each day. Whether large or small, your worries can be set aside for examination. I coax you to try this technique.

The Scribe: “It is I, the Scribe of Damascus, also known as Sananda, who can state with certainty that my student has in no way set foot on forbidden ground. Long ago this receiver of messages was informed that some pilgrims – and understandably to a large degree from this world – would need the services of Carers, amongst whom a number of those would be former humans, educated, professional, their fusion on hold, as well as Celestial Carers, ‘Angels’, those created for the task of settling down the many irregular citizens from Urantia et al.

“You see, my friends, the work is shared and Paradise-bound pilgrims together with those who are created without sin or fault do forever take up their positions together with those who hold back from fusion with their TA to achieve extra knowledge, wisdom or simply ‘feel’ for certain procedures likely to be of import in the close or distant future. And even, my pupil, should we be directed to serve in space-time on a planet where we are simply on loan and where the human pilgrims eventually fuse with a fragment of the Creator Son, we could look ahead at our next function and our next.

“It is easy for you to imagine that you are being brazen by so directing Me to focus on the lives of the Thought Adjusters, but there is nothing in this lesson you did not already know or could have deduced. Suffice it to say that the universe is always true to those Thought Adjusters that try so hard but fail to become one with their human charges. Inevitably they will be successful during their next mission or the next, as was I in companioning our Master, Jesus, during the time of His final bestowal.

“You see, fusion on hold is a most common phenomenon. It takes into consideration those students learning to program cropcircles and many other fine items of construction.

The new vaccine will be for those ‘who want to get it,’ President Trump said Friday.
 
WASHINGTON, D.C., May 19, 2020 – President Trump has stated that a future coronavirus vaccine will be voluntary.
On Friday, the president introduced “Operation Warp Speed,” an ambitious Manhattan Project-style initiative to fast-track the development and distribution of a coronavirus vaccine by January 2021, tapping experts and resources in science, medicine, the military, and the private sector.
Experts have warned that the plan raises serious ethical and safety questions which are of grave importance not only to pro-life citizens, but to everyone.
However, President Trump did allay concerns about a mandatory vaccine on Friday, saying that the new vaccine would be for those “who want to get it,” adding, “Not everyone is going to want to get it.”
After he had previously introduced the idea of mobilizing the military to help deploy the new vaccine, some were concerned that this hinted that the drug would be forcibly administered. One website asked, “what will you do when they come to your door, and tell you it’s mandatory?”
Anxiety about possible medical strong-arming by the military easily piggy-backed on top of wide speculation that legislation introduced in Congress earlier this month, known as the TRACE Act – the “COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone Act” –  would result in massive assaults by government agents against the constitutional rights of Americans.
Memes quickly cropped up on social media alleging that government officials could enter homes to forcibly test individuals and remove those who test positive – including children – and place them in government-sanctioned quarantine centers.
Heavy-handed measures put in place by many governors and mayors hoping to stem the spread of the coronavirus by instituting lockdowns and using police to arrest citizens who engage in what are normally benign daily activities have certainly given cause to Americans to be on high alert.
Apprehension about the possible curtailing of basic freedoms in response to the pandemic is well founded: Some cities have encouraged residents to snitch on their neighbors suspected of skirting lockdown orders. Citizens across the country have witnessed lone surfers and joggers, moms taking their kids to playgrounds, Christians sitting in their cars in church parking lots, and peaceful pro-life abortion protesters being ticketed or arrested and hauled off by police, despite practicing common sense physical distancing.
Regardless of the President’s assurances, the public remains gravely concerned. In just one week, nearly 440,000 people have signed a LifeSiteNews petition addressed to world leaders opposing a mandatory coronavirus vaccination.
And while none of the experts LifeSiteNews has spoken to in recent days have expressed concern about forced vaccinations for U.S. citizens, there is still cause for concern in some jurisdictions, such as Canada.
When Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked by reporters April 28 whether a coronavirus would be mandatory, he said, “As to what sort of vaccination protocols will be in place, we still have a fair bit of time to reflect on that in order to get it right.”

This month's New Moon energy brings assurance that our current circumstances are in fact divinely guided. Although it may be difficult to understand the reason or the purpose behind what is occurring now, it is important to recognise that we are awakening into a new era. A new era of human consciousness that brings the reunification and full embodiment of our soul within our human form.

 Life may still feel a little all over the place and you may know and feel that change is necessary but lack the energy, desire or ability to attempt it. Remember that in this time you are being called to dream a new life, one that is more in alignment with who you have become. Surrender into this time and allow the New Moon energy to support you in seeing your life from a fresh perspective. Learn to trust the soft and gentle voice of your soul and know that all will be well. Even as you confront current challenges and difficulties know that success is assured.

There is no “punishment”, “retaliation” or anything like that; what exists is what each one needs to live in favor of its best version (without judgments!).

 To the Terran understanding, it may seem an external way of selecting who ascends and who remains in the purge of their demands, indefinitely. When not. Whoever engages better understands that Law of Cause & Effect is Nature's tool for the systems involved in the process of each social segment, so that you always have the best of what all of you have to offer in favor of the New Earth.
And it is always Men who place themselves above, below or beside these directives of conscientious / spiritual / magnetic expansion. No one else. [smile]

 The idea that some external factor is the one who determines the pace of their evolutionary marches belongs to the matrix of those who always understand that they suffer the direct effects of the actions of others, of this or of parallel dimensions. One more of these structural mistakes that the invigilating Servers of Light use with some regularity.

 The great truth is that you will always be in the quality of what you rise to access. Those who engage in little will achieve the same proportion of their own blessings, while those who turn to good practices the most will achieve similar returns. Everything very consistent and transparent.

 Those who think they can circumvent this elevation formula of all things are deluded, because they cannot. There is no “way” for that. It is not possible to “turn around” in this condition that supports the Good News and the New Man. Whoever gives of himself with discipline, fraternity and love in his heart, will always follow a more enlightened path and, consequently, will be helped with his demands in an identical way. [smile]

 We have already had the opportunity to tell you this, but we will repeat: There are no privileged in the path of good; there are consequences.

 Envying what the other is experiencing, in itself, is no longer one of those good energies that they can associate with yours. Imagine plotting against your brothers just because they live what you would like to experience and don’t? What sir does this energy serve, beautiful ones? Think!

 Your path is one, the path of the next is another, and everything is perfectly harmonious within this evolutionary itinerary. It does not matter what each one lives and in what way. Everything is given to those who are entitled, understand.

 Whoever wants to follow for the sake of experiencing new relationships, new conquests, needs to try to engage in this focus, needs discipline and awareness of the value of every small opportunity. Everything is climbing, needs to be worked on in order to optimize one day at a time, with faith and humility, with enthusiasm and hope. And what has to be yours will be.

 If things stop going as you originally planned, that's okay, part of it. Learning how to deal with the frustrations of the way mature is also an empowering experience. And certainly other fruits will avenge all of this - perhaps even better than you imagined back there. [smile]

 Family, Man is very blessed and rarely identifies this in his brief existence on the little blue planet. Many of you will be able to realize this only when you are no longer in that Now, living the life you co-create through your engagements and neglect.

 So, consider valuing the little things of your time in Gaia Now. Because chance is just one of those badly told stories that the atmosphere of dense planets has reserved for undeveloped understandings, in the face of the immeasurable All Cosmic, of which they have always been part.

Por muitas vidas, seguimos em frente e nos distanciando da verdade e do amor que somos. Não aceito que somos vítimas da manipulação, escravização ou o que seja que lemos por ai em tantas publicações, porque acredito que somos UM e isso nos moveu, pela luz ou na ausência dela.
Acreditamos que somos divididos entre conscientes e inconscientes, como se não fossemos UM. Crença essa viciada no jogo que permite vencedores e perdedores. Esse jogo viciante destruiu o ecossistema.
 
Chegamos ao ponto máximo de incoerência, pois as possibilidades de se esconder por trás das ações e obter os resultados que queríamos e que nos seduziu até aqui, não funciona mais. A frequência da terceira dimensão permitia que assim fosse. Hoje, o cenário destruído nos inquieta: e agora?
A mãe Terra ascendeu e nos carregou para um lugar (?) onde não há cantos escuros que abriguem sombras e nem tabuleiros. Estamos imersos na poeira de um bater de tapete global resultado da movimentação planetária. A poeira baixará e a vida aqui será numa casa limpa e arejada.
Você se limpará da poeira ou migrará para outra casa, vitimado? Tudo é escolha, esteja certo disso.
Tudo que criamos perdeu a sustentação. A Terra não abrigará cegueira, ganância, controle e manipulação.
Hoje, permanecer na vitimização é acreditar que líderes mundiais servem às sombras e tem poder sobre nós. Somos massa de manobra? Não, somos fractais da Fonte, nós elegemos tais líderes, porque não há país nesse mundo que não tenha eleições.
Jogamos o jogo do controle e manipulação juntamente com os lideres eleitos, algumas vezes como adversário outras no mesmo time. Sei que muitos dirão, mas não votei nesse ou naquele. Aceite, não há mais eles e nós. Negação é uma boa sombra para quem reclama do brilho do sol.
Sobre a quarentena, a restrição inicial visando a não proliferação do vírus, transformou-se em jogo político, não mais visando proteger a população. A restrição por meio de decretos, leis, etc., divide os desatentos: uns responsabilizam parte da população pela disseminação do vírus e outros cobram eficiência na gestão dos recursos públicos. É jogo.
O governo, como juiz da partida fez tudo que podia, mas o resultado catastrófico recai sobre a população. E o livre arbítrio e a autocuidado com o nosso corpo? É necessário proibir a circulação? A flexibilização para se trabalhar de casa não é suficiente para medidas preventivas?
No Brasil, temos um Sistema Único de Saúde, que oferece atendimento equânime, mas desmantelado ao longo dos anos e hoje não tem estrutura para suportar a pandemia, criando mais desigualdade. Colaboramos para o cenário atual porque para não usarmos um sistema que atende pobres e ricos compramos seguro saúde para atendimento diferenciado. O que nos diferencia dos governantes?
Seguirmos sem nos responsabilizarmos pelas manifestações da realidade coletiva, não será mais possível, nem com fé em Deus, nem sendo bons e merecedores.

Conforta o coração ler essa mensagem, entretanto observe, reforça a crença que nos mantém vítimas do acaso. Não existe acaso, ao futuro ninguém se leva, nem a vida.
Não sabemos usar nosso potencial criativo porque nos habituamos em dar, receber e esperar. Barganha foi vibração que nos habituamos. Nós criamos o futuro nos potenciais energéticos que manifestarão cada escolha feita, consciente ou inconscientemente.
Autenticidade e lucidez é a única maneira de destravar o poder inato. Os traumas, as dificuldades, as histórias passadas, as mágoas, os desejos de vinganças foram liberados do corpo. Foram liberados porque nosso corpo está em ressonância com a Terra.
Essas emoções não incidem mais sobre as nossas escolhas. Não há entraves para assumirmos nosso poder. Resistência ainda há. Chegou a tão aclamada oportunidade de criarmos um novo mundo compatível com a energia da nova Terra. Crio abundância e alegria para todos com o poder do amor e da luz que eu SOU. E você, criará o que?
