You keep seeing the same repeated numbers, colors, words, or images all the time. What’s happening?

Are you going crazy?

Thankfully, the answer is no. You’re not going crazy. You’re actually experiencing a phenomenon called synchronicity.

What is Synchronicity?

Synchronicity is a term originally coined by psychologist Carl Jung that refers to the meaningful (or even miraculous) coincidences that occur in your life. When you experience synchronicity you’ll have experiences that seem far too significant to be mere day-to-day serendipitous encounters.
Synchronicity can manifest in an endless number of forms; popular types including names, numbers, words, symbols, and events.

What is the Purpose of Synchronicity?

A growing number of people believe that synchronicity is like a powerful ‘wink’ from the Universe telling us that yes, we’re on the right track. Synchronicity is also believed to be a form of guidance from the Higher Self; a way of showing you where to go and what to do next in your life.

Common Forms of Synchronicity

Synchronicity is different for everyone – it’s as unique as people’s needs and desires.
But there does seem to be a few common ‘categories’ of synchronicity out there. I’ll touch on them below:
  • Seeing repeated numbers (such as 11 11)
  • Thinking about something, then having it happen
  • Being in the right place at the right time
  • Dreaming about people/animals/places, then seeing them repeatedly in real life
  • Seeing repeated symbols (such as the infinity sign, the triangle, the tree of life, etc.)

Difference Between Serendipity and Synchronicity

Serendipity is when something good accidentally happens. For instance, we may need cash to pay for unexpected vet bills and find some in our jacket pocket that we’ve just put on. Synchronicity, on the other hand, is not just a single experience of good fortune. Synchronicity is a string of events that seem to be highly symbolic and meaningful in nature. If serendipity is like the bread crumb, synchronicity is the trail that leads us toward a new destination. Many people see synchronicity as a lesson, affirmation, or message from Life. One example of synchronicity is hearing the same name over and over again (in books, on TV, on number plates, in dreams) and later discovering that the name is suburb where you finally find your dream home.

Synchronicity Examples

Here are some examples of synchronicity:
  • Overhearing a couple of strangers talk about something that is of great significance to your own life
  • Watching episodes of your favorite TV shows that all somehow have the same underlying storyline/focus
  • Getting the exact message you need the most at the exact right time (e.g. if you’re going through a divorce, depression, betrayal, major life change, etc.)
  • Meeting the exact right person at the exact right time (e.g. a partner, friend, teacher, etc.)
  • Seeing the same symbols or images repeated everywhere (e.g. in magazines, on commercials, on buildings, on tattoos)
  • Glancing at the clock the exact same time of the day for many days on end (and seeing 11:11, 14:14, 23:23, 2:22, etc.)
  • Reoccuring signs that seem to lead you somewhere special (e.g. your ideal job, home, relationship)
  • Hearing the same song repeated many times in unusual circumstances
  • Strange alignments of birth dates between friends, partners, etc.
How many of these experiences can you relate to?

Theories About Synchronicity (From Skeptics to Believers)

What exactly is synchronicity? Let’s examine some popular world views:
  1. Hindus believe synchronicity is a manifestation of Brahman or the fundamental connection of all living things within the universe
  2. Behavioral Economists would classify synchronicity as a form of confirmation bias. For example, if you’re told to look for yellow cars, you’ll start seeing a lot more of them than you initially thought existed
  3. Quantum physicists attribute synchronicity to the “non-local” mind (or universal consciousness)
  4. Skeptics call synchronicity Apophenia or the practice of seeing connections and patterns in random and/or meaningless data
  5. Everyday spiritual folks believe synchronicity is a sign from their Higher Self or Soul
  6. Psychologists (particularly those who follow Jungian theories) believe synchronicity comes from the unconscious mind and collective unconscious
Whatever causes it, synchronicity is far too common and too intriguing an experience to overlook or quickly dismiss and forget about. As the author of You Are Not So Smart, David McRaney concludes:
Just remember that meaning comes only from within.
The only person who can understand why a synchronous experience occurs and what it means is you.

What Creates Synchronicity?

Common explanations for the origins of synchronicity include the following:
  • The unconscious mind. We get warning messages in our dreams, so why can’t we get them in waking life as well? Our unconscious mind influences a lot of our behavior, and at the same time, can also communicate with us. Signs and omens (or instances of synchronicity) are the unconscious mind’s way of guiding us.
  • Harmony of energy. As everything consists of tiny vibrating atoms (aka. energy), synchronicity could also be a manifestation of global/environmental harmony, where the frequencies and vibrations of the moment sync together in perfect equilibrium (or Oneness) producing such uncanny experiences.
  • Law of attraction. This theory states that good and bad events in life are caused by your thoughts and feelings. Thus “like attracts like,” which possibly explains why synchronicity occurs.
  • Psychic abilities. Synchronicity is also thought to be a manifestation of psychic abilities where, for example, we intuit that a certain person will call us or significant event will befall us, and it does.

Personal Experience

Here is an illustration from my own life of synchronicity:
For some reason, the number 9 has been extremely significant in my life. When I need confirmation of anything, paying attention to number 9 is one of the most obvious places to look for me. I was born on the 19th, my partner was born on the 9th, my mother was born on the 29th, my uncle was born on the 29th, my brother is born in the 9th month of the year, and both myself and my partner share number 9 as our favorite number. What are the chances?!

Have you ever thought that perhaps the synchronicity in your life right now is a message in disguise?
Whether you’re a skeptic or not, I encourage you to take action and see where you’re led.
Welcoming synchronicity into your life is simple. Here are some basic practices and mindset shifts to adopt:
  1. Be mindful and aware. Practice alertness and pay attention to the present moment.
  2. Be open and receptive. Maintain an open-minded outlook towards synchronicity. This will enhance your receptibility towards such experience.
  3. Be humble. Sometimes what you desire or think is best for yourself is not. Learn to have a very loose hold on your desires. In this way, you won’t be imposing yourself on Life, but you will allow Life to impose itself on you (in the form of synchronicity).
  4. Be trusting. Trust that synchronicity will appear in your life and when it does, trust your intuition and follow the paths presented ahead of you. When you learn to trust yourself, you also learn to trust Life.
  5. Follow your instincts. Listen to what your gut instinct is telling you – your unconscious mind is vast, limitless, and extremely wise. Doors are being opened for us all the time, and when we listen to our instincts, we can actively see them.
Other spiritual tools/practices you might like to use to increase the synchronicity in your life include:
  • 6. Prayer – mentally or verbally express your desire to receive synchronicity (you don’t have to be religious to pray – you can pray to whatever you believe in).
  • 7. Sigils – sigils are intention-infused symbols that are used to communicate to your unconscious mind – they can be used to increase the synchronicity in your life.

How to Interpret Synchronicity

So you’ve had an increase in synchronicity lately. You might be wondering what it means and how you can correctly interpret it.
By learning how to correctly interpret the signs and omens that appear in your life, you’ll be able to know when you’re on the right path, when you’re making the wisest choices, and when you’re living aligned with your deepest needs and values. 
Sometimes synchronicity heralds new doors (or opportunities) that may open in your life. Other times, synchronicity is simply trying to teach you a lesson, for instance, to stop pursuing the relationship/job that you’ve set your heart on because it won’t work out.
Here are some of the most accurate ways to interpret synchronicity:
  1. Meditate and go inwards. Ask yourself, “what does this synchronicity mean?” Wait for images, feeling or words to enter your mind. If you still feel doubtful, repeat the same practice three times and see what answer you get.
  2. Tune into your body. Your body is a repository of wisdom and will tell you the truth no matter what your mind tries to make you believe. When you think you know what the synchronicity means, tune into your body. Do you get any goosebumps, shivers, or feelings of expansion as though an inner lightbulb has gone off? If this is the case, you’ve likely found the right explanation. If, on the other hand, your body doesn’t experience any notable changes, you probably haven’t found the right answer.
  3. Use a pendulum. Pendulum dowsing is a powerful way of getting a direct answer from your unconscious mind. Simply get a pendulum (or a make-shift one) and ask it a question that demands a “yes/no” answer. For example, you may like to ask, “does this synchronicity mean that this relationship is right for me?” Read more about pendulum dowsing.
  4. Find patterns. One easy way to interpret the synchronicity in your life is to find patterns in your behavior. What issues or questions have been emerging a lot in your life at the moment? What has been the biggest source of anxiety/frustration you’ve been dealing with? Synchronicity often arises when we need answers and solutions. Find the patterns and relate them back to your synchronicity.
  5. Explore the symbolism. Often, synchronicity is symbolic in nature (e.g. the black dog you keep seeing in your dreams and waking life that symbolizes negativity/bad choices, the repetitive number “1” which symbolizes “being number one”). Is there any symbolic aspect present in your synchronicity? If so, what does it mean to you? Yes, you can consult a symbol dictionary or look up the meanings online. But remember, the most important meaning is the one you create and believe in.
  6. Use oracle and tarot cards. Renown psychologist Carl Jung once commented on the Chinese divination method of I Ching: “For more than thirty years I have interested myself in this oracle technique, or method of exploring the unconscious, for it has seemed to me of uncommon significance.” Thanks to the I Ching, Jung developed his theory which he coined ‘synchronicity.’ I’m sure if Jung was alive today he would believe the same about oracle and tarot cards – which, in my opinion – are much more accessible. One of the easiest ways of interpreting synchronicity is to consult an oracle or tarot deck. You can read intuitively (which is largely what I do) and pay attention to what feelings emerge within you. You can pick up affordable decks online such as the Vintage Wisdom Oracle. Before pulling cards it’s always best to ground and center yourself, preferably through a meditation. Then, shuffle the cards and stop when you intuitively feel the need to pause. Pull the card from the top of the deck and turn it over. Pay attention to the feelings you get from the image – is it positive and welcoming or unfriendly and negative? Depending on what type of card you receive you’ll have your answer. You can also use tarot and oracle cards for far more than simple “yes/no” answers – they can help to reveal the very core meaning of the synchronicity you’re experiencing.
  7. Listen to your dreams. Your dreams reveal a lot about the synchronicity occurring in your life – they are the language of the unconscious mind. You can either try to passively analyze your dreams or actively trying to “incubate” (or create) dreams that help to answer your question. To practice dream incubation, think about the synchronicity that has been happening in your life lately about half an hour before bed. Write down your question or draw a picture that symbolizes your synchronicity and put it under your pillow. This will help to prime your unconscious and prepare it to give you answers during your dreams. Upon first waking in the morning, record your dreams in a journal. Do this for one week and see what patterns emerge.
Try one of the above techniques that you’re drawn to – if you try too many you may get overwhelmed. So it’s best to keep it simple.
Synchronicities are the mysterious and beautiful occurrences that spontaneously happen in life. They can help to guide you and open your eyes to new potentials you didn’t know existed.

How to Practice Modern Stoicism and Why It Will Make You Happier.

Just one glance at the internet and you’ll be deluged with posts promising to reveal the secrets of everlasting happiness. But actually, there is no mystery to being happy, and modern stoicism can show you why.
The word stoic suggests a longsuffering, patient, tolerant person that bears their burden without complaint. However, to imply that this is the route to happiness would be completely wrong. The theory behind modern stoicism is simple.

What Is Modern Stoicism?

In life, we cannot control everything so we should focus on the things we can and accept what we cannot change.
Modern stoicism originates from the Stoics who were ancient philosophers living in Greece. These wise men argued that in order to live happier lives we should decide what things we can change and what we cannot.
Once we have distinguished between the two, we can work at changing what is within our power to do so. Then it is easier to accept what we cannot change as part of life. This might sound like airy-fairy nonsense, but it does make a lot of sense when you consider what is actually under our control.
What can’t we control?
  • What people think of us.
  • Our own bodies.
  • The environment
  • What people do.
What can we control?
  • How we think about all of the above.
  • What judgments we make about those thoughts.

There are two basic principles:

We can’t control everything in life. All we can control is how we think about what happens and the judgments we make, based on these thoughts. And this is where it gets interesting. The ancient Greeks believed that it is not actual things that cause us unhappiness but how we think about them.
When something happens, we make a judgment about it. If we think the thing is bad, we feel upset or angry or grief. It all depends on what the thing is, on how we have perceived and judged it. However, this same thing might not upset another person, indeed, it might even be a joyous event for someone else.
For example, take a World Cup final. The winning team’s fans will be rejoicing. The losers will feel real pain and grief. If you’re not interested in football, you won’t be affected at all.
So, the important thing to remember is that whatever judgment we add to our thoughts gives the thing value. Moreover, it is this value that produces our emotion. The good thing is that we have control over these judgments. Whatever happens, whether it is good or bad, we can decide what value we assign to them. That value will then affect our emotions.
Likewise, this emotion can be happiness or sadness or anything we choose to feel. So while we may have no control over what happens to us, we do have complete control over how we feel about what happens to us. Consequently, we are in control of our happiness.

So how does stoicism work in the modern world?

 

Figure out what’s really important

 
Many people lust after wealth, fame, power, status, but the reality is that few of us are going to attain these things. As a result, a lot of us are going to end up miserable because we haven’t achieved these goals. So why do we value these things? At the end of the day, most of us just want to be comfortable, healthy, have good friends and no stresses or worries.
Consider why you want these meaningless trappings? Is it to impress other people? Perhaps the media tells you that in order to be happy, you have to have the fastest car, the nicest watch, the latest designer dress. Do what makes you happy, not what others tell you.

It’s not about self-belief or positive thinking

 
Consider this scenario; you’ve decided to scale Mount Everest. You’re setting off with no strategy, equipment, guides and you’re unfit. Now, no amount of self-belief or positive thinking is going to get you to the top of that mountain. Modern stoicism is about setting realistic goals that are right for you and that are achievable.
You hear a lot of stories of successful business people where determination and positive thinking was the key to their success. They never gave up and it was their dogged self-belief that spurred them on. But when you consider that 9 out of 10 start-ups fail, it’s obviously not about believing in yourself. It’s about getting the right idea in the first place.

Distinguish whether the situation is under your control or not

 
If something is starting to bother you, try and distinguish whether it is one of those things that’s under your control or not. Think about this as a line that divides the actions of anything that’s out of your control on one side, and your thoughts about those actions on the other side. Then whatever is bothering you, place it either side of the line. Now, you’ve distinguished which one it is, is there anything you can do about it?
For example, a shop assistant is rude to you in the store. You immediately feel angry, but you can’t control the assistant’s actions. Perhaps they are busy and under stress? What you can dois complain about their behaviour to their manager, or you can ask them to explain their rude behaviour.
By dividing what you can control and can’t takes the pressure off you. It removes emotion from situations. It’s actually very freeing. It’s not about letting people off the hook for being rude or aggressive, it’s more about living your life without the pressure of feeling responsible for everything that happens in the world.
My final point is that if you want to start practising modern stoicism, every morning, think about the day ahead, the possible traps you might encounter. Just be ready for them and remember that you can’t control everything, but you can control how you feel about things.

Teacher Uteah: In this third and final message in this series, we shall explore the most important factor in using the Light Field — to bring alignment with your will and vision with that of the Operator of the Light Field — your Indwelling Presence of the Father. The strongest potentials for success happen when your vision is aligned in some way with the Great Plan — to see that your vision promotes the progress of universe destiny in a way that will manifest in the form of a “collective growth.” Using your heart, you want to “feel” a collective vision — what is truly needed, and be understood, is that by wanting this vision to unfold for yourself, you are leveraging humanity’s collective desire to see its benefits are shared with all others. This is a “pooling of potentials,” but with a more focused approach. 

An example of this would be finding a cure to a disease that plagues many people. A doctor might leverage the potentials in the Light Field by “feeling” the collective need of a multitude of people suffering from this disease. With a focused intention to serve humanity (collective growth), this doctor could begin the process of co-creating a cure, with his Indwelling Spirit, and pool the potentials in the collective consciousness to strengthen the vision in the Light Field. This vision would manifest in a series of opportunities and events that lead to the development and procurement of the cure. By developing this cure, the collective benefit is served and there is growth — Universe destiny moves ever closer to the reality of the Universal Father’s Great Plan. 

The focused approach is the important part to understand. This requires that you understand you have a relationship with your Indwelling Spirit — your Thought Adjuster. Like working together with a great teammate, you collaborate your work by understanding that your ability to feel and visualize an idea comes to you from the co-creative endeavor between you and the Adjuster. Many people like to fantasize that if they wish for something, it will come. This is a fatal flaw in their thinking. The Thought Adjuster is a powerful partner, but only a partner and it is your responsibility to work with this Adjuster to “see your vision” and to work out the problems and understand how the relationship works between you and the Adjuster. You cannot just read about it — you must experience the synergy of the process and try different approaches until you get that “ah-ha” moment where everything aligns. When this occurs, you nearly sense that all the steps before you are already worked out and waiting for the opportunities to present themselves. This is a “solidified” Light Field potential. 

Your imagination is the engine that drives the manifestation of any idea. The Adjuster provides the mechanics to project your vision in the Light Field, and it is your co-creative partnership (Spirit, mind, and energy together) that brings the vision to life, first in the Light Field, then in the theater (reality). You must understand that you live in a reality that is not the same as it is for a light being — light on your world is slowed down to a more solid form and you vibrate at a much lower frequency than do your angels. 

It is required that you transmute light into the reality that you live in, and this describes the relationship and partnership of Light and Solid (the Adjuster and you). Prayer, working with your guides, and your Adjuster provides the light potentials, but you are to work co-creatively in the imagination and then in the actions needed to step into the manifesting opportunities that lead to the outcome. Please meditate on these words and understand them, for it is vital to using these tools in building a better world for you and your grandchildren.

Religion in the United States is worth $1.2tn a year, making it equivalent to the 15th largest national economy in the world, according to a study.
The faith economy has a higher value than the combined revenues of the top 10 technology companies in the US, including Apple, Amazon and Google, says the analysis from Georgetown University in Washington DC.
The Socioeconomic Contributions of Religion to American Society: An Empirical Analysis calculated the $1.2tn figure by estimating the value of religious institutions, including healthcare facilities, schools, daycare and charities; media; businesses with faith backgrounds; the kosher and halal food markets; social and philanthropic programmes; and staff and overheads for congregations.
Co-author Brian Grim said it was a conservative estimate. More than 344,000 congregations across the US collectively employ hundreds of thousands of staff and buy billions of dollars worth of goods and services.
More than 150 million Americans, almost half the population, are members of faith congregations, according to the report. Although numbers are declining, the sums spent by religious organisations on social programmes have tripled in the past 15 years, to $9bn.
Twenty of the top 50 charities in the US are faith-based, with a combined operating revenue of $45.3bn.
The report points to analysis by the Pew Research Centre which shows that two-thirds of highly religious adults had donated money, time or goods to the poor in the previous week, compared with 41% of adults who said they were not highly religious.
Grim and his co-author Melissa Grim of the Newseum Institute in Washington came up with three estimates of the worth of US religion. The lowest, at $378bn, took into account only the revenues of faith-based organisations. The middle estimate, $1.2tn, included an estimate of the market value of goods and services provided by religious organisations and the contributions of businesses with religious roots.
The top estimate was based on the household incomes of religiously affiliated Americans, and placed the value of faith to US society at $4.8tn annually.
The analysis did not take account of the value of financial or physical assets held by religious groups. Neither did it account for “the negative impacts that occur in some religious communities, including … such things as the abuse of children by some clergy, cases of fraud, and the possibility of being recruitment sites for violent extremism”.

How to Free Yourself from Codependency and Abuse.

First of all, abuse is not only the obvious. YOU are abusing you, and any time you are falling for any form of control or patterns of codependency it is abusive to your free soul expression and creativity. I will teach you a simple exercise that can help you change how you live and free you from the negative attachments to other people.
First of all, why would you want to cut cords? Well, think about it. Without even knowing it we hold on, cling, are emotionally attached to people and look to them for approval. And THAT might be on the positive side.


Manipulation, narcissism, obvious abuse, are so common today. Sadly, so “Normal”. You see, this world is the home of so many people who hurt, and hurt people do hurtful things. Abuse has become more and more common, as if we lost our way completely and forgot how to live compassionately and free, honoring each other fully. Well, YOU can do better, by simply changing YOU.
You see the good news is, you can free yourself from the invisible prison it is to live from the perspective that you need to please fit in, feel superior or simply confused and lost. Through cutting the cords that energetically keep you emotionally connected to another human being, you will be set free. Not “loose them, not separate from them, only break the spell of dependency and abuse.
I want to introduce you to a simple exercise that will allow you to free yourself from old patterns and connections to others without involving them. Only you.
Forgiving everything, absolutely, freeing yourself. The bottom line is this: Everything is about you. It is all on you. How you want to be treated, how you cling or let go.
Everything you perceive as your truth is on you.
Everything you see from your eyes, it’s always going to be subjective and it’s always going to be created from where you are at the moment.

Why is cutting the cords so important?

Our lives can be confusing, simply because we no longer know what-is-what. What is me and what is them. What do I really want and what do I do out of expectations from others. Or simply from the fear of losing something. Anything.
Maybe you already changed your diet.
You might have even started to change some of the things in your life that aren’t working.
Maybe you realized some of your relationships weren’t working.
Maybe your job wasn’t right for you.
Maybe you weren’t living in the perfect space for you.
Still, you feel held back by something that has an invisible hold on you. Something hard to define. Something the mind cannot resolve.
More good news is this: You don’t have to know the specifics to start the process of amazing changefor yourself.
Cutting the cords is simply about walking away from letting another soul control how you feel about your life. If anyone triggers you, this is a good sign that they’re one of those sorts of people. By that I mean, if anyone can get under your skin, there are energetic emotional cords. Let them lose.

Where to start:

  1.  Sit down and make the slit. Find your journal and let it pour. Writing by hand can be so powerful, so that is what I recommend.
  2. List all the people that you feel have wronged you. List the people who still get under your skin. Maybe you have a feeling of being dependent on them. It doesn’t need to be negative per se.
  3. You will do the exercise thinking of one person and one person alone until you feel all those cords are cut before you move on to the next person. It may take more than one session.
I assure you, your life will change. What happens around you will change. It´s almost spooky how things will unfold different. THIS is how powerful we are. Just by being US: Your relationships will change, just by you doing this. The power of intent and visualization is amazing, and this is a great skill to add into your healing toolbox.
 Spend 10 minutes per day for a week and do the following: 
Now that you have your list, pick a name. the one you feel most towards. Most of us knows exactly who needs to go first. Then, find a nice, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and find peace and stillness. Focus on your heart and find love. Breathe from your heart.
  • In front of you, visualize a small stage, the kind that you did school plays on. You see this person in question walking out on the stage and then you see yourself walking out onto the same stage; you’re standing there opposite each other, looking at each other about three, four or five feet apart, then moving closer. In peace.
  • You’ll be able to see that there are cords connecting you and this other person. The cords may go from forehead to forehead, from throat to throat, heart to heart; the connection is going to be unique for the two of you. Sometimes the cords may even be entangled, like you’re bound together with a lot of rope.
  • In your mind’s eye, begin to cut them, starting at the top. Use whatever tool you need. It could be a knife. It could be a pair of scissors. Maybe even an ax. Anything. As you cut them, say, “I forgive you for everything” and hear the person say it back, “I forgive you for everything”.
  • You might find some cords are very hard to cut. Spend time. You might even have to come back later, but don’t worry. Feel the love in your heart and allow that person to just float up into the light.
And again, sometimes the cords are really hard to cut. Sometimes it might seem impossible to do it. I had one person in my life where I tried everything until I literally had to pull that cord out roots and all. When I finally removed that cord, I can honestly say though that something shifted deep within me. I released years of narcissistic abuse.
Know that you cannot lose a relationship by doing this. If someone walks away, it will serve you. It can only get better for YOU.  We tend to want to hold on, even though it’s not healthy for us. Why? The fear of being alone. Suck a killer of joy and bliss. We would rather live with crap than with what we believe is nothing.
Remember, one space can only be filled with one thing, so every time you let something go you are inviting in something new. Make sure it is something better.
By cutting the cords, you are no longer standing in the way of your magnificence, standing in the way of you shining.
Be empowered to let go and stand free.

E depois de examinar a informação transmitida pelo jornal, você o descarta. 

Ele se torna um desperdício tolo. 

Assim, você deveria também viver apenas uma vez. 

Viva de tal forma como se você nascesse somente uma vez. 

Não se apaixone tanto pelo mundo, a ponto de sua fascinação pelo irreal o levar, repetidamente, a esse amálgama ilusório de alegria e tristeza. 

A menos que você se afaste do emaranhamento do mundo – sabendo que tudo é uma peça, cujo diretor é Deus – você correrá o risco de estar muito envolvido. 

Use o mundo como um campo de treinamento para o sacrifício, serviço, expansão do coração e limpeza das emoções. 

Esse é o único valor que tem.

A Agência Espacial Italiana divulgou em julho uma das mais importantes descobertas sobre Marte nos últimos anos: pesquisadores detectaram a presença de abundante quantidade de água líquida localizada abaixo de uma camada de gelo no polo sul do planeta vermelho. Até então, os astrônomos nunca haviam encontrado um habitat semelhante em Marte. De acordo com especialistas, esse seria o primeiro local onde microrganismos como os que existem na Terra poderiam sobreviver.

 
 
Cientistas encontram lago gigantesco em Marte que poderia abrigar vida. Essa é a “primeira vez” que pesquisadores encontram água em grande quantidade no planeta vermelho: o vasto reservatório está localizado próximo ao polo sul de Marte  A característica do local seria semelhante a dos lagos subglaciais que existem na Terra, o que dá esperanças aos cientistas de investigarem a “possibilidade” da existência de vida.

Até então, os astrônomos nunca encontraram um habitat semelhante em Marte. De acordo com especialistas, esse seria o primeiro local onde microrganismos como os que existem na Terra poderiam sobreviver. Ao investigarem uma região de Marte conhecida como Planum Australe, os cientistas localizaram uma reserva de água líquida com 20 quilômetros de extensão, localizada a 1,5 quilômetro da superfície. Ainda não foi possível verificar a profundidade do lago, mas ele teria mais de 10 centímetros de profundidade. 


A descoberta foi possível graças ao radar MARSIS, que está a bordo da sonda Mars Express — lançada em 2003 pela Agência Espacial Europa (ESA) e pela Agência Espacial Italiana. O instrumento é capaz de enviar ondas eletromagnéticas para abaixo da superfície marciana, recebendo informações sobre a densidade de determinada região: ao analisarem os dados recebidos na região de Planum Australe, os cientistas notaram que os pulsos eram semelhantes aos que existem nas porções de água que ficam abaixo das camadas de gelo da Antártida ou da Groenlândia, aqui na Terra.
Agora, os pesquisadores dedicarão seu trabalho a conhecer as características do lago e investigar se essa ocorrência é única ou há outras porções de água líquida ao longo do subsolo marciano. Em relação à possibilidade da formação de vida extraterrestre, os especialistas afirmam que é necessário realizar análises mais cuidadosas da região.
Inicialmente, sabe-se que há uma composição química especial para a água manter-se líquida (como a concentração de elementos como magnésio, cálcio e sódio). 
Há cerca de 4  bilhões de anos, Marte tinha um campo magnético forte, como o da Terra, que o protegia da radiação emitida pelo Sol. Além disso, acredita-se que água corria livremente por Marte. Estas duas condições já são um passo gigantesco para que um planeta seja habitável.

    Temos o hábito de dizer que torcemos pra tudo dar certo em nossa vida. Mas, "dar certo" na nossa visão humana é ter tudo favorável ao que desejmos e gostamos. É dinheiro fluindo bem, relacionamentos duradouros e bons, saúde ótima e etc. Não discordo da ideia de que tais coisas são boas. Porém, quando realmente queremos abraçar a crença do "dar certo" é necessário ter um olhar menos superficial da vida.
 
    Porque numa visão espiritual da vida, tudo sempre dá certo. Mesmo as coisas que não vão bem estão dando certo. Um relacionamento pra dar certo não precisa durar muito tempo. 
 
 
Engraçado como temos essa ideia distorcida! Entramos numa relação torcendo para que ela dê certo. E esse "dar certo" para a maioria das pessoas é "durar muito tempo, se possível a vida toda". Mas não é. Dar certo pra vida é gerar fruto bom. Tudo sempre dá certo se olhamos assim. Mesmo nas piores situações, sempre colhemos um fruto nobre, de aprendizado, de crescimento.
 
    Muitas vezes, é a mente mimada que não nos permite enxergar desta forma. No entanto, todas as coisas sempre cooperam para o nosso Bem, porque nos evoluem, nos ensinam. Cada circunstância que vivemos gera um ganho de alguma forma. Então, o "dar certo" já não é mais um desejo, um ideal de vida, mas uma realidade para quem sabe perceber as coisas a partir de um olhar espiritual. Comece a perceber o quanto a vida tem te ajudado em cada momento, nos bons e nos maus. Bênçãos não são apenas manifestações de sonhos e desejos, elas também vêm em forma de aprendizado e crescimento. Tudo sempre dá certo pra todos nós.

QUESTION: Masters. I realize that Superhero movies are making a lot of success these days. Bringing this idea of ​​“saviors”. There is also a lot of extraterrestrial invasion in these films. Can this be related to the Blue Beam project? Could this occult government actually be preparing a possible “war or invasion” through holography to cause fear and panic so they would offer a “solution” controlling us even more? Is this a conspiracy theory, or is it grounded? For I have studied and perceived that our history, principally as told by Christianity in the bible, may have been a great holography, a copy of ancient mythological stories of ancient gods. ANSWER: Movies are created as a form of entertainment, to make people feel good about something and to be able to visualize themselves as the hero of the film. With the instantaneous and constant communication abilities on the planet it is dangerous to vilify an actual nation or people, so the media has intensified its usage of aliens as the enemy.

Project Blue Beam was an invention from the fertile minds of two individuals who employed conspiracy theories to placate their own paranoia and to make them money through book and other sales based on the fears of a portion of the populace. It does not exist as a solid thing but remains active in the realities of those who want to believe it.

Souls are composed of energy and energy is everything. Nothing becomes solidified unless it is accepted in that state by someone within the duality of an Earthly existence. There is no negativity – therefore no evil, conspiring creatures – outside the workings of those on planet Earth.

It is possible to create anything one wishes if their belief is that powerful. Some people believe in the “wizarding world of Harry Potter” with all its magic and non- human creatures – whether they have seen it with their own eyes or not. They will contend that the muggles just don’t get it because they have not experienced anything magical.

Organized religious doctrines and beliefs can be based on imagination as well as documented facts. Novels are written daily about non-existent facts, abilities, and worlds whether based on actual or on fabricated instances – just because they can be.

There is no group of individuals on Earth who have banded together, through the use of holography, or any other means, to control the entire world. There are no conspiracies existent on a global scale.

But if you wish to follow and accept these conspiracy theories, for some reason, you have the freedom of choice to do just that and hold on to all those fears they engender.



Life lessons and belief systems


QUESTION: Masters I was raised in a cult that taught that Armageddon would come in my lifetime and be followed by a paradise. I left the cult but have been drawn to the subject of ‘the shift’ and ‘the event’ My question is- Did I choose the cult to prepare me for ‘the event’ or am I repackaging a concept I am familiar with? ~Dawn, US.

ANSWER: Each soul who is having a physical, human experience finds their way through life, and their chosen lessons, utilizing the belief systems they accept as the basis for their daily illusion. Once someone has accepted the belief system of another, it remains with them unless or until they choose to replace it with something else.

Most of the time you are not even aware you still adhere to the beliefs of another until it comes crashing into you one day when you have a reaction to a situation to which you have no reason to respond. In your case, similar-appearing beliefs Armageddon and the event, paradise and the shift, have brought back your earlier life and what you were taught to believe. You are repackaging concepts.

“The event” has many different definitions in the modern world and isn’t something that has anything to do with the soul’s spiritual journey. “The shift” is generally used to refer to removing oneself from the negativity of the third dimension and entering into the blissful unconditionally loving energy of Source in the arena of Home – a nonphysical state.

The shift is a solo condition brought on when a soul gets rid of their need for ego judgment and becomes a being who never judges but merely evaluates what they are observing. It is a spiritual process along the road to completing your chosen life lessons. Its tool is using one’s freedom of choice to reject negativity.

Everything you have experienced is all a part of this journey you are on. Without having a multitude of experiences, one cannot make informed decisions to progress along their path.



Growing up and apart


QUESTION: Masters, I have a friend who was very close to me for many years and considered her like a sister. Something changed and we no longer talk or see each other. We have never fought or had bad feelings towards one another so I can’t understand what happened? Am I missing something? Now I feel a great distance from her and a sadness at the loss of the friendship, but something inside me tells me to let it go. Maybe something is not right with her? Am I overthinking this or are some relationships meant to play out like this? ~Angie, Canada.

ANSWER: Each soul is on their own path throughout their human life. Sometimes it parallels that of another individual, but most often paths just come together for brief periods of shared experiences. When two people have the same intentions for their existence, they become very close since they share goals and possible ways of reaching them.

You and your friend had the same ideas about living at the time of your closeness. Once you began to have varying interests and destinations, the journeys diverged. Most of your old companionship cycled around commonly shared purposes and figuring them out. If you still had things you could talk about, you would. Nothing caused this separation but each of you living a different life. It is time to move on to someone who can share where you are today.

If you live next door to someone or attend a class with another, you are drawn together by the activities those things encompass. When one person moves, you no longer have the neighborhood activity to discuss. When you finish your class, you each go on to something else in which the other has no interest. This is life.

You are overthinking this situation. You would like the happy times to always be there. But just like your first bike with its training wheels: you have outgrown it and must find a more convenient mode of transportation.

Answer: You are bringing the adage “the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence” into existence. You do not believe that you deserve to be happy, so you create situations where you see others, after you have left, rejoicing in your absence. This is all in your mind. Things going wrong around you are the result of your negative thinking – again because that is what you feel you deserve. Start seeing things as positive and bright. Understand that you are a magnificent piece of Source energy and deserve happiness. Push away any negative or bad thoughts that arise, and replace them with positive love energy.

Answer: This is all the fantasy world you have built around the idea of this man. He is unaware of your invented relationship. He is a safe dream to have because he will never deny your thoughts – because you will never talk to him about them. You have created an imaginary scenario and now have to decide if you want to continue to live in it or bring something permanent, and physical, into your life.
 
 
Marisa from Brazil asks the Masters: I've always had relationship problems with boyfriends and I always decided to break up even though I knew they liked me. In this way I always blamed myself for being very demanding until I met the man I've been with for 16 years and I thought it was a relationship sent by God. But I realize that he does not assume his responsibilities with the life in common and seems to always want to "get rid" of eventual daily problems. I once again think that I am very demanding, but I do not feel that he cares. What am I seeing wrong in this relationship?

Answer: In all relationships you see only your perspective. You do not communicate, or share, with your partner. In that respect you are completely demanding because you will tolerate only what you think is right. This man has ignored your demands and that has made it seem like a good relationship. It is not; it is totally one-sided. He is finally speaking up about the inequities of the pairing and giving you his thoughts of how things should go. You can listen and talk them out or move on to another who will let you control everything.
 
 
Bonny from the US asks the Masters: Will I finally find affordable housing, so I can move out, away from my negative minded husband? Also, will my husband survive from his injuries?

Answer: Inquire about housing through various groups in your area; the answer is out there. Your husband’s future is all in his control. Right now, he is enjoying being a victim and getting the attention of others. He must decide to work toward recovery and taking responsibility for his life. But all that is part of his life lessons and there is nothing you can do to assist.
 
 
Reynaldo from Brazil asks the Masters: I would like to ask for your help to understand my present situation. I was living in a big and good city that I liked, where I had my own apartment, my plants, my furniture’s, my liberty. I'm almost 30. Because of some reasons and choices of mine, I had to sell my things, give back my apartment and move to my mother's house again, in a small and not so good city. In my perception, it seems that I failed coming back to my mother's house and not being able to support myself, and sometimes I'm not having good feelings about It. What is the purpose behind all of It? What is my purpose? Has my new job been drawn to me out of fear or is it really aligned with my soul purpose?

Answer: A soul is always exactly where they need to be at any one time to learn the things they crave. This situation has made you examine all the aspects of your life that you didn’t feel were important before. This is a test to see if you can analyze the parts of your life over which you have control and those in which you have ceded power to others. Ask yourself: Why are you there? What have you learned and understood by this trip back in time? What do you see the future becoming? Are you ready to step back out again and assume responsibility for everything in your life? Until you can answer these questions, things will remain confusing to you.
 
 
LG from Portugal asks the Masters: I feel guilty for not helping my father, I also feel that he do not want my help and sometimes I want him to stay far away. Recently I dream that he committed suicide and feel bad. what did I come to learn in this relationship?

Answer: From a spiritual perspective, you have absolutely no responsibility for assisting your father or anyone else. He has made his own decisions and part of that is wanting to make those decisions without the interference of others, including you. He has contemplated suicide, but it is his choice if he carries through with it. Your relationship with him is one of being an observer, someone who stands on the sidelines and witnesses the choices he is making, and then evaluating if you would have made the same choices if you were in his situation.
 
 
S from Singapore asks the Masters: I have never been in a relationship and lately have been feeling desperate for physical intimacy. This desperate feeling comes to me all the time and it’s been clouding my judgement and keeping me up. What can I do to let all these feelings go? Where are all these feelings coming from?

Answer: All souls having a human experience crave acceptance and love. That can come from another human in a relationship, from a close friend who is always there to talk to, or from a pet who clings to you for the love they desire. You have these feelings because you sense that people around you in society, those that are couples, are having a happier, more contented life than you. This is true but also not completely. Open up to all the energy around you and seek to have a human companion come into your life. But be careful to continue to be yourself. Don’t do anything just because you think it will get the person to stay with you.
 
 
Isabel from Brazil asks the Masters: After all these years of marriage, it seems to me that my husband and I don't know each other anymore. I feel uncomfortable being at your side, no energy tune, no attraction at all. My story with him Is over?

Answer: You were at the same vibration and had the same yearnings for the future when you met and married. Both of you have grown, but in different ways and with differing desires. You are like strangers trying to make something out of lives that do not match. Talk it over and see how he feels and then decide what to do. Nothing is right or wrong.

Answer: You are not twin flames, or you would not have been able to leave each other. You are delusional if you think this was anything other than a chance meeting for the purpose of observing the potential of a relationship with someone you haven’t met yet. Be open to others you meet, wherever that may occur.
 
 
Pedro from Brazil asks the Masters: I've been living with my parents for over a year now and feeling that they attract many beings of lower vibrations with them. Besides that, my younger brother is dealing with a bipolar disorder and I have to deal with aggressive words on a daily basis. I feel I should move out, because every time I present a solution of higher vibrations, I am not welcome. However, I feel the urge to help them somehow. Please, share some light on that matter!

Answer: You are in this life for your own education, and part of that is deciding how to use your time. Do you donate efforts to healing others at the loss of time to understand yourself? Or do you realize that you can’t help any of the others unless they are willing to change? Right now none of your family is ready to change. You have spent a lot of time working on yourself, and remaining in this environment is jeopardizing that growth. The choice is yours.
 
 
Luna from Brazil asks the Masters: I feel that I was free of a person who I stayed linked to many years. But I feel in my heart that this person came back to my Life some moment. Is this real? Do we have anything to live in this Life? I feel can be, but my Life took other roads and it may be impossible. I still dream with this person when he seems want talk with me and it confuses myself. Answer: You have freedom of choice to do whatever feels right for you. You have created a place in your life for this person that is more fantasy than reality. When he is not there, you remember only the good things or the things you wished had occurred. It is your mind that is always bringing him up. He no longer has feelings for you. You are the only one clinging to these memories. It is all right to dream but that is all you are doing. If you want space for a new man, then you must clear out all the memories you have allotted to him.
 
 
Sandra from Brazil asks the Masters: I do not know what is my purpose in this life. My work no longer makes sense. I want to change but I don't know exactly what to do or where to start? My personal life is not as I imagined. I didn't get married and I don't have children. When I like a person, this person does not like me and vice versa. I feel frustrated in this regard. What is wrong with me? Where did I go wrong?

Answer: You are too intense in your relationships. You always decide how you want it to go without considering the other person’s feelings. You have learned everything you can from your current employment. You have two choices: remain there and use your time to explore other things such as relationships, or look outward and see what appeals to you. Although some men seek out anti-aging clinics and testosterone therapy, there’s actually an array of strategies — from exercise and diet to vitamins, minerals, and hormone-boosting herbs — that can support healthy testosterone levels naturally. You can even eat certain foods that increase testosterone as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Here, we’ll describe and compare some of the lifestyle-oriented initiatives that men can take to encourage a healthy balance of this important hormone.

What Does Testosterone Do?

An anabolic steroid, testosterone is the primary male hormone. Though testosterone levels are substantially higher in men, women produce a small amount of the hormone as well.
In men, the testes produce most of your testosterone. In women, the ovaries produce testosterone. The adrenal gland produces some testosterone in both sexes.
In addition to enhancing sex drive in both men and women, testosterone plays a key role in the growth and repair of reproductive tissues.
In men, the hormone also promotes masculine or male characteristics during puberty and throughout life, such as a deep voice, body and facial hair growth, increased muscle growth, and greater bone mass.
Testosterone also helps the body produce red blood cells and sperm and plays a supporting role in the overall health of your body. Last but not least, low levels of testosterone may contribute to belly fat.

Natural Ways to Increase Testosterone

Using pharmaceuticals to enhance testosterone, such as injections, patches, and topical gels, may bring dangerous side effects.
It also is not necessary, since many natural methods — including exercise, diet modification, stress reduction, and supplements to increase testosterone — work quite well! Below are some of the best tried-and-true natural solutions to increasing testosterone, no matter your age.

Go to the Gym

Getting regular physical activity is a great way to boost your testosterone. Studies show that men who are physically active produce more testosterone than men who aren’t — perhaps because exercise sends your body the message that it needs stronger muscles and bones.[1]
The best workouts for increasing testosterone are weight lifting and high-intensity interval training — sometimes called HIIT.
Resistance training with weights is an excellent way to increase testosterone, as is high-intensity interval training (HIIT).[2] Leg workouts may even be particularly effective at testosterone-boosting.
Being overweight leads to lower testosterone levels, but even obese individuals can offset the hormone’s loss with increased physical activity.[3]

Get Quality Sleep

Science shows that lack of sleep impacts testosterone production.
Be sure to get enough shut-eye, because sleep deprivation can affect your testosterone levels. Several studies found that insufficient sleep correlates with lower testosterone in the blood.[4, 5]

Lose Weight

A higher weight usually means lower testosterone levels.
It’s a fact that being obese or overweight corresponds with low-T levels. Not only do obese men tend to have lower testosterone, but low testosterone affects metabolism and may hinder fat loss.[6, 7]
In other words, it’s a two-way street. If you are overweight with low-T levels, come up with a weight loss and calorie plan.
Try adopting a vegetarian or vegan plant-based diet while maintaining good nutrition and healthy levels of protein and fat. You can even incorporate weight loss supplements into your diet.

Eat Testosterone-Boosting Foods

Eating plenty of whole-food macronutrients — protein, carbohydrates, and fats — can help you maintain healthy testosterone levels.
In one study, hospital patients with depleted protein and fat reserves had lower total testosterone.[8]Another study found that, while testosterone levels rise during exercise, eating carbohydrates helps to maintain high levels during rest periods as well.[9]
Make sure you eat healthy carbs, like those in organic fruit and vegetables, and plant-based proteins, like legumes, nuts, and gluten-free protein-rich grains like quinoa, rather than processed, sugar-heavy foods.
Did you know that red meat can lower your sex hormones and sperm count?
Avoid meat! One study reported that men who ate processed red meat had a lower sperm count than men who did not eat processed red meat.[10]
Also, be sure to add healthy fats to your diet. Avocados, nuts, and seeds are all great sources. Swapping out saturated fats (such as butter) for monounsaturated healthy fats such as olive oil can support testosterone production.[11] Exceptions exist, such as coconut oil, which has different effects on metabolism than other saturated fats.[12]

Take Herbs, Vitamins, and Minerals

A deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals could be a culprit in low testosterone. Be sure that you get enough vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium in particular. Also, try herbs such as fenugreek and ashwagandha, which may act as natural testosterone boosters.

Vitamin D3

Studies associate vitamin D deficiency with low-T and suggest that supplementation can support normal testosterone levels.[13]
The exact relationship of vitamin D levels and testosterone is complex as vitamin D is believed to be involved with the synthesis of the testosterone hormone, not the direct production. Other ways to raise vitamin D levels include getting enough sunshine and eating foods rich in vitamin D.

Zinc

An essential dietary mineral, zinc also affects testosterone levels. Zinc deficiency can lead to low-T and zinc supplementation can support normal levels of the hormone. In one study, a supplement of 30 mg of zinc per day helped raise testosterone in zinc-deficient men.[14]

Magnesium

It turns out that low magnesium levels also correlate with low-T in men. As a result, taking magnesium appears to boost testosterone.[15]
Both athletes and sedentary men who supplemented with 10 mg of magnesium per kilogram of body weight (e.g., 680 mg daily for a man weighing 68 kg, or 150 pounds) increased their testosterone levels — although the effect was greater for the men who also exercised.[16]
Be sure to eat plenty of avocados, bananas, spinach, legumes, nuts, and seeds — all good sources of dietary magnesium.

Fenugreek

A medicinal herb in traditional Asian medicine, fenugreek may help to boost testosterone levels. In one study, a daily supplement of 500 mg of fenugreek boosted testosterone in men who also engaged in resistance training.[17] Another study found that men who took 600 mg of fenugreek daily reported a boost in libido and sexual function.[18] You can find fenugreek in the spice aisle, or take it as a supplement.

Ashwagandha

Healthcare providers who are trained in the traditional Indian medicine known as Ayurveda may recommend the herb ashwagandha for male sexual dysfunction and infertility.
In one review of the science, men using ashwagandha root extract had a 17 percent increase in testosterone levels after 90 days, compared with the placebo group.[19]

Tribulus

Another herb that’s popular in traditional Asian medicine, Tribulus terrestris enjoys a reputation as a natural aphrodisiac that can support healthy sex drive and optimal testosterone levels.
Tribulus supplementation showed a 16 percent increase in testosterone levels. One study found an improvement in sexual health symptoms after 60 days of taking tribulus, including a jump in testosterone levels.[20]

DHEA

A hormone produced in the adrenal glands, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is also available as a supplement made from wild yam. DHEA plays a role in the formation of both testosterone and estrogen, functioning as a precursor to both hormones in the body.
Some men take DHEA to boost T levels and improve sexual function and athletic performance.[21, 22]

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 fatty acids may support healthy blood levels of testosterone. Omega-3s also led to higher serum testosterone.[23]
The researchers found that EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) — an omega-3 fatty acid — played an important role in testosterone metabolism. The healthiest option is a plant-based omega-3 supplement made from microalgae oil.

D-Aspartic Acid

A natural amino acid that is available in supplement form, D-aspartic acid plays a role in the production and release of testosterone in the body.
In one small study, men given a daily dose of D-aspartic acid for 12 days had increased testosterone production.[24]

Reduce Your Stress Levels

Stress has harmful effects on every aspect of your health, including reproductive health. Released during stress, the “stress hormone” cortisol can impede testosterone, blocking its effect in the body.[25]
Even in women, stress can effectively lower testosterone levels, as evidenced in a study of female students anticipating an important exam.[26]

Cut Out Alcohol

Several studies link higher alcohol consumption with lower testosterone levels.[27] Even moderate alcohol, consumed regularly, can impact your production of the hormone.
Beer contains hops, a phytoestrogen (a plant form of estrogen). It’s also packaged in aluminum cans with plastic liners, both of which can affect hormone levels.[28] In one study, blood testosterone decreased by 6.8 percent in men who drank beer with dinner during two successive periods of three weeks.[29] If you’re concerned about low-T it may be time to give up beer, and other alcohol as well.

Avoid Endocrine-Disrupting Hormones

It’s no secret that human-created chemicals permeate the world, from the BPA in canned food to pesticide residue on your produce. Some of these chemicals are xenoestrogens — compounds that mimic estrogen — which can impede the production of testosterone in the body.
One study linked prenatal and childhood exposure to BPA and phthalates with lower testosterone levels in adolescence.[30] To avoid these chemicals, eat organic and read the labels on your household and cosmetic products.

Signs and Causes of Low Testosterone

When testosterone drops below the normal range, you may notice changes including:
  • Low sex drive
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Low energy
  • Increased body fat
  • Reduced muscle mass
  • Reduced bone mass
  • Mood changes such as depression or irritability
  • Reduced body or facial hair
In addition to normal aging, causes of low testosterone can range from hormonal disorders and infection to chronic illness and obesity. Injury to the testicles, as well as testicular cancer, can also impact testosterone levels. In some instances, the reason for low-T is a mystery.

Normal Testosterone Levels

Although opinions differ about what constitutes low testosterone, the diagnosis usually accompanies a blood testosterone level of less than 300 ng/dL in men.
Those aiming to restore optimal testosterone levels should aim to bring the hormone to the range of 425 to 1,000 ng/dL.[31] Women usually have a range much lower, averaging 21 ng/dl.[32]
