Monica and Sue's Conversation of 1-16-19
 
Sue:
Hi Monica. What did you want to talk about today? 
 
Monika:
I think it is very interesting to always look into what we are feeling and slowly going through us, through the different phases, through seasons, months, weeks and days and through the times of the day. Just like the Earth has seasons, we also have seasons. We never stay the same. Sometimes we become more sensitive and feel more of everything around us.
 
So I wonder what this is like for you? What do you feel and what changes do you feel happening or coming?
 
Sue:
What changes I feel are coming or how I am feeling right now or both?
 
Monika:
In the now or in the very recent time.
 
Sue:
I am going to call in the Arcturians now. 
 
Sue/ The Arcturians:
We are the Arcturians, and what we would like to share is that Gaia is changing. Now some of Gaia’s changes are adaptations to the mass of destruction that humanity has done to Her over ages of time. 
 
However, some of the changes that are occurring with Gaia is that SHE is raising HER vibration. Gaia, the Planet, is indeed a living being that can think and feel. Gaia doesn’t think in the same way as humans think, just as a horse doesn’t think in the same way that a human thinks, but anyone who rides a horse knows that horses actually think, all the time.
 
So what we, the Arcturians, would like is for you, the humans to allow yourselves to begin to understand how it is that Gaia thinks. How does the planet think? Because, if you can think like the planet, then you have aligned yourself with the One, that is the One of the planetary body and the One of all the beings that live on that planetary body.
 
It is not that you have to carry all that in your consciousness, because the 3rd dimensional person cannot do that, but just knowing that the combined consciousness exists, changes one’s outlook on life to encompass that everything is alive. 
 
Do you wish to comment on that or add to that?
 
Monika:
Thank you. I feel that this is very important, and I would like to share an experience I had in my spiritual awakening and evolution. It was at a time when I connected with the spirit of Lady Gaia and when I felt her Love. It was then that it became so naturally obvious that Gaia is a part of us and we are a part of her.  
 
It was that natural connection which led me to discover that Gaia is a living Being. Not only is she a living organism, but also, she has this tremendous love for everything which lives on her body. Now, more humans have come around to acknowledge how her body has been mistreated. 
 
Therefore, we are connected to the different aspects of Gaia, the elementals and the fact that your body is built up from all those elements that live on Gaia. So whatever you consume comes from Gaia. 
 
This connection with Gaia, this awareness is something that greatly expands us and enriches us, because we all live on this planet. And, we cannot ignore this anymore. It is this connection that brings in a very, very deep sense of Peace and Balance. 
 
This is the message that many sensitives, empaths, healers or anyone discovering themselves, are feeling. They are feeling the call from Gaia to reconnect with Her.
 
Sue/ The Arcturians:
Yes, it’s easy for people to get so caught up in their personal life, their personal needs and their personal goals, that they forget that there’s a bigger picture that everything that happens to us personally is an offshoot of something that’s happening on a bigger level. You know, from the weather, within the politics, within the leaders, or within the family. 
 
Humanity has become too addicted to that concept of individuality because the only thing that is individual is that clay form that they are wearing. But you are not your clay form. That clay form is something that was created by your mother for you to enter into to have your life. 
 
Then when that clay form no longer works, you leave that clay form and go back to wherever you wish to go back to. Then, when you go into higher levels of meditation, your consciousness expands. It is then that the lines that separate you, separate you from the table, separate you from the computer, even separate you even though they are all close to you, they are NOT you. 
 
But right there in front of me in your computer, but actually, you’re far away in a completely different country that I have to get on a plane and fly for 8 hours for. So the internet is something showing us that "time and space" is really quite a bit of an illusion, isn’t it?
 
Monika:
Yes, very much so, and because Gaia is the biggest organism, we are in the direct physical contact with Her. I feel she has so much to give to us and so much to offer to us and especially if we’re looking to expand our knowing and feeling of Love. 
 
The Universe’s base exists within the frequency of Love and here we have the body of Gaia, who’s already here and she IS love, she has loved so when we connect with 
her and with her Love, and love for her, then we are really connecting with the biggest love field we can have on Earth because we are on Earth. 
 
When we connect with each other, we unify our intentions. Then we collectively raise these intentions and allow them and perceive them as ripples of magnified energy fields that affect our personal wellbeing. I feel if we want to truly advance our existence on Earth that these elements of our life must be very fundamental.
 
Sue/ The Arcturians:
Yes, and one of the things that we have been really seeing in California is how much Gaia communicates. And that interaction between people and the planet, because there have been many issues like fires and then of course after you’ve had fires, then the land isn’t strong enough so then you have some floods. 
 
It is true that if the people are in alignment with the planet, then they know what to do and what not to do. They know what Gaia needs and what Gaia doesn’t need. 
 
Monika:
Yes, absolutely and when we reach this awareness, when we connect with this energy every day, living becomes shifted because we shift our existence so that it becomes bigger and bigger. And our purpose to help Gaia greatly expands. This perception expands into something that takes us out of the everyday drama because we understand that there is something very important and very big. 
 
This is how we shift our awareness and our consciousness into being more loving, more caring and understanding that any emotion we have during the day, we are giving to Gaia, and at the same time, we may feel what SHE is going through. Then, if she’s troubled we can feel it just as if we were feeling a child, and we can talk to that child with love and examine what is going on.
 
We tell her how to ease it and to bring softness, raise joy and bring more balance. We have this power, as human beings, we have so much power to generate love, to generate balance, to generate what we seek: which is really happiness.
 
But if we want that happiness, then we have some responsibility to make sure that the planet within us is happy too. Because if she’s not happy, then no matter what we do, how can we know happiness if her body is not happy? We are living on this planet! We ARE members of this living, planetary body. This is a very big collective responsibility.
 
And, of course, we have the different actions and the different layers of that aspect of how we treat the planet, but the most basic and fundamental aspect is that we have power in every moment to make Gaia feel good. 
 
And, by doing so we make ourselves feel good. And when we make ourselves feel good, we make Gaia feel good. Then we build up and build up and build up our commitment to Gaia. Then if we exercise this “building up of Gaia” for some time, personally, in groups, in gatherings, in meditations, then it really becomes a stronger feeling with a higher volume. Then WE have this capacity to increase this volume.
 
Sue/ The Arcturians:
Gaia has been saying there’s something coming up that you need to pay attention to. You, my human protectors need to pay attention to the needs of your Mother Gaia. We need to do that in our daily life because when we go into Nature when we’re speaking with Gaia, we are in a situation where lying isn’t even a concept. Gaia does not know how to lie, animals don’t know how to lie.  Only humans can lie. 
 
And so, when you are with nature, with a tree or with a dog or with a cat, or a deer comes up, OK, this is the truth. 
 
What these beings are is a truth. I remember when one time I was camping, I saw a flower circle which is very rare, it was a circle of little yellow flowers and they were in a circle. 
 
And I thought OK I’m going to set, it was a fairy circle. So I stepped into the fairy circle, and when I stepped into the fairy circle I got this flash, this total download of this whole book which was about my life in fairy. I got so much information, things I hadn’t even heard of before.
 
And so, as we commune with Gaia, then we ground ourselves and when we ground ourselves then we are the planet.
 
Monika:
Yes, yes that’s it, indeed. I can also share that the times when I spend in nature, the extensive times in Egypt and recently in India, where this nature is so pure, so vast, that just spending time in nature is magical. What I discovered was that even just 2 or 3 days are just so, so healing, transformational and rejuvenating, and re-charging. 
 
And then so many ideas come to write down, some feelings also especially during the full moons. I think the most, most outstanding insight is that whenever I’m in those places, and whenever I go to a new place, I’m like ‘oh my gosh, this planet is so extraordinarily beautiful!’ 
 
Why isn’t everyone just doing that, looking at her and admiring her? The nature we have on planet Earth with different countries and continents is just such beauty.
 
Sue/Arcturians:
Gaia is a very diverse planet. There are very few planets that have the diversity that Gaia has. Gaia has big cities, she has huge areas where there is no one, she has tall mountains and deep waters. If you can think of it, Gaia has it. And WE, the members of humanity have been appointed to be the “Guardians for Gaia.” 
 
When, we the Arcturians, first came to Sue, the first thing that we talked about was that humanity needed to take better care of planet Earth. And that was in the eighties, early nineteen-eighties, so that was a long time ago. 
 
There have been times when humans did take care of the planet, and then there were times when they did great damage to Gaia. 
 
Before you took your current earth vessel, you went before your own Higher Dimensional SELF to affirm the Mission that you were ready to accept. Because the higher beings that you addressed could see beyond time, they knew what challenges dear Gaia would need to face. 
 
Therefore, they called on fifth-dimensional beings to take a third-dimensional earth vessel, so that they could live on Gaia and assist Her with Her Planetary Ascension. However, few higher dimensional beings could imagine how difficult life on Earth could be. So when they stood before the Interdimensional Panel, they had great expectations of how they could assist Gaia. 
 
These “recruits to Earth” planned to do wonderful things, but when they got down to Earth, many of them got distracted from their mission. When they came to Earth, they got distracted by the “fear” which they did NOT experience in the fifth dimension and beyond.
 
Gaia is afraid right now, she’s a frightened planet. There have been a lot of negative things that have been done to Her planetary body. Therefore, what the “recruits to Gaia” soon learned was to send Unconditional Love into the pockets of fear. This gift to Gaia assists Her. Some areas of Gaia could accept the love because the humans could accept the love.
 
But some areas of Gaia were so wounded that they needed to be healed before they could fully accept that Interdimensional Love. Interdimensional Love flows down from the fifth dimension and into Gaia’s fourth dimensional expression of self. It is up to the humans to assist Gaia to integrate that love into Her planetary body. But it is only when humans love their Planet that they can share that love with Gaia.
 
Monika:
So, it really depends on the time and where we are. When we speak, for example, about the inner situation in Egypt, where I spent several months in recent years, I found that the situation there has been much better than the media portrayed.
 
Therefore I have found lots of love on the land of Egypt, as well as from lots of the people of Egypt. The Egyptian society in general, from all people, children, adults, youth, is a very high level of integrity because it’s a very religious country where the practice of the prayer is cultivated. 
 
So, as I attended some of the prayers during the time of Ramadan there, which was a very deep touching experience. The energies created during the Ramadan fasting for the holy month was extraordinary. It was like a blanket of very, very special energies were created. 
 
You really feel it there because people really switch off from life at least to a big degree. Although life goes on in many areas, as usual, people really treat that time as a process to go inside and to pray. And prayer is something very natural to those in any religion and even without religion. It is our natural ability to enter into a state of communion with our soul, the forces of the Universe and higher powers which some see as God. 
 
Many choose that life as a path. Therefore, I’ve found lots of love, lots of love coming to Gaia, through this love I remember my very, very first experience in Egypt. It was just after Ramadan in July, when Cairo which is usually a very vast place, sometimes a chaotic city, was like a capital of Peace. 
 
The Peace in the air and on Earth was like a temple, it was absolutely incredible that this big city was turning into a big blanket of Love, Peace deep, deep Peace. And I have found the same with the numerous prayers in the mosque’s, especially in Alexandria. 
 
It’s that really whenever people give up their daily activities, schedules and just gather together to commune with God, with the force of the Universe and at the same time Earth, then really beautiful things happen within themselves. And that was a very special and beautiful experience. 
 
I felt that was a big, big gift for Gaia.

The Full Moon in Leo (January 21st) reflected a state of deep transformation on both a collective and individual level. Allowing us the time it takes to grow and nurture meaningful change, the energies of this recent lunar cycle have helped us to align wholeheartedly with a life that is authentic and meaningful to us — and now, that reality is starting to come into fruition in the most tangible of ways.
As the alignments accompanying today’s New Moon in Aquarius take shape, we are seeing the flowers of our last few years’ of soul-searching finally coming into bloom. Consciousness is becoming more available to our perception, manifesting in forms our eyes can see, and our most authentic inner nature is welling up inside us, through us, and from us, into manifest creation. We are transcending our fears and limits, and beginning to occupy emotional spaces we had forgotten existed within us, and neglected to see and feel and acknowledge — until now.

Reaction and Response

Chiron in Pisces square Venus in Capricorn, Mars in Aries square Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn
The energy of the New Moon comes with a set of intense evolutionary alignments. Venus enters Capricorn for the New Moon and begins to form a tension angle to Chiron. Venus just finished a cycle in expansive Sagittarius where it also made a conjunction to Jupiter. This energy fueled our passionate desire to explore new horizons and pursue new vistas of opportunities — which we can now begin to ground into a solid foundation thanks to the planetary activity in Capricorn, where Venus will be until early march 2019.
The square alignment to Chiron in Pisces points to emotional wounding around our inner sense of self, and with Mars squaring Pluto, an intense upward push of repressed or unresolved feelings may come to the surface at this time. We may also find ourselves instinctually reacting from our place of woundedness. Ultimately, these alignments are reflecting to us an opportunity to become aware of displaced or suppressed emotions that remain unprocessed or unreleased.
During this cycle, try to view any emotional outbursts or deep surfacing emotions as an opportunity to explore and identify the pattern of woundedness. From this place our ability to respond, not react, to situations is greater, because we can hold more emotional space within ourselves. In the bigger picture, this perspective helps us cultivate a deeper and more nourishing connection to life and the experiences we are offered on our journey of awakening.

Inner Sight

New Moon in Aquarius, Mars and Uranus in Aries square the Nodes of the Moon (in Cancer/Capricorn)
The New Moon in Aquarius offers a great opportunity for liberation and healing. The energy of Aquarius helps to liberate and change ingrained patterns so that new opportunities and possibilities can arise. At a deeper level, the Aquarius energy reflects the life path of fellowship, unity and diversity. It helps us find our path of individuated creative expression through the exploration of our deeper sense of self. The energy helps us find what is unique about ourselves within the definition of a group or society.
Within the context of this New Moon, the Aquarius energy of the Sun and Moon at 15 degrees, is being perfectly supported by Neptune in Pisces and Saturn in Capricorn which are all also at 15 degrees. During this transition, deep inner sight is made possible due to the objectivity Aquarius is bringing to the experiences arising from deep within our emotional body. Uranus squaring the Lunar Nodes continues to awaken subconscious memories of repressed or unresolved emotional debris that weighs us down. Meanwhile, the energy of Mars approaching Uranus brings into focus long-term evolution cycles, and we will find ourselves finally releasing deep ingrained subconscious memories and patterns and — finally — beginning to experience the deepest layers of our true selves and not just the avatar we created to adapt to our earlier life circumstances.
This is a time of profound insight. When we clear away outdated aspects of ourselves, we open ourselves to the inner sight of our actual nature. We see the truth of who we are and what our essence really holds for us.

Changing the Narrative

Supporting the evolutionary potential of this New Moon are the trines of Venus, Mars and Jupiter. These personal planetary bodies reflect to us the ways in which our beliefs (Jupiter) and our inner relationship to ourselves (Venus) are being instinctually redefined (Mars). The awareness that is arising out of the Square aspects mentioned in the earlier paragraphs helps us identify areas of focus, transformation and integration in our healing journey. And, with Uranus (a transpersonal planet) also trining Mars and Venus, the energetic push to liberate ourselves from the old narrative of our lives and accelerate toward our new vision is clearly being felt during this New Moon.
To change the old narrative, however, we must learn to objectify our emotional layers as they come to the surface, break down the defensive barrier that we unconsciously hold in place to protect our emotional wounds, and explore the underlying dynamics that surround each emotion without being affected or overwhelmed by them. When we change our internal narrative we are better able to respond not react, to know and nurture our inner truth, and to foster a deeper communion with our own integrated self, and those we are in relation to.

The New Moon’s Message: Beyond the Threshold of Fear

We create invisible boxes around ourselves — boxes moulded by our fears, wounds and judgements. And as long as we stay within our box we usually don’t even notice it is there, and we live a life oblivious to the limitations imposed by the invisible walls around us.
Every now and then however, something, either from within ourselves or prompted by our external circumstances, pushes us outside of our box, and suddenly we become painfully aware of its presence. Suddenly we are faced with the very fears, pains and judgements that created it to begin with. We feel vulnerable and exposed when we are outside of our box. We believe that others or life are going to reflect the things we feel about ourselves, the things we came to believe about ourselves, the things that put us in the box to begin with.
But what if there is a life waiting for us just beyond the threshold of our fears? What if we are closing ourselves off from love, from healing the wounds that hurt within us? What if we could know ourselves differently — if we were to step outside of our protective box?
We are currently being confronted to become aware of our self-imposed limitations and the beliefs that put them there. We are being offered the gift of self-awareness, by being pushed beyond our threshold of fear. We are being gifted the support we need to dissolve the core beliefs that keep us from fully experiencing ourselves, and life.
It may not be comfortable to face our own darkness and to stay present with it, to form a new relationship to those rejected parts of ourselves. But we need to allow room for our fears in our awareness so that we can live beyond them; so that we can grow. We are being invited to become the empathetic witness of the feelings that restrict and limit us, rather than allowing them to consume and control and define us.
We tend to project all of the things we fear onto the unknown as a way of pushing them away from ourselves, and when we do this, we live in repeated cycles of the known. Once we step into the unknown, those fears become present with us and we are able to see them revealed for what they are… false evidence appearing real. We can then expand ourselves into the flow of life. We can see the true beauty of our uniqueness as it interweaves with the greater story. We can feel the depth of our being present with us in each moment.
It is time for you to know yourself more deeply than before; to become aware of who you really are beyond any self imposed limitations. Feel what needs to be felt and see what needs to be seen. Allow it to be held within you rather that you within it. Give your fear a home in your heart — then go beyond its threshold, into the infinite unknown.

Dear Ascending Ones,
 
Today, we wish to remind you not to allow anything, or anyone to diminish you or make you feel less about your self!
 
Please remember that each person has their own issues which frighten them. Therefore, one could become angry when frightened by messages that they do NOT yet—feel ready to address. 
 
One who is not ready to face the truth about what is happening in their daily life and/or in their wider reality may feel frightened by the challenges before them, and may “take out their fear” on another person.  The issues of financial security are very large within your NOW. 
 
When a leader does NOT send out unconditional love and the confidence of their higher dimensional self, it is more difficult for others to follow that leader. Leaders who send confidence, kindness and hope to those whom they lead are sometimes replaced by leaders who “take out their own insecurity and "hidden fear” on the ones who they are supposed to be leading.
 
However assured a “selfish and unfair” leader my appear, the truth is that they know how they feel and live in constant fear that others will realize how worried they are that their fear will be revealed. 
 
Therefore, these types of leaders rule others via the very fear that lives within their own heart and mind. However, these “lost leaders,” as we the Arcturians call them, will eventually have to face their own fear, as well as the great damage that fearful leadership has created.
 
Unfortunately, leaders who lead via their own fear, poor self-esteem and lack of confidence, usually “ACT” as if they are not afraid, love themselves in a very narcissistic manner, and constantly find fault in those whom they should be guiding and protecting.
 
Therefore,these leaders must keep their “open door to fear” closed to the vision of others, while they bravely face that fear via their own higher dimensional self.  A “lost leader” often does not have the strength and wisdom that a good leader lovingly and consistently offers. Therefore, this lost leader often chooses to insult, degrade or frighten those whom they should be leading with strength, courage and loving confidence. 
 
One can only give to others what one has within one's self. Therefore, in order to send love, confidence, dignity and hope to those whom they lead, the leader must first have those attributes within themselves and FOR themselves.  
 
It takes a great deal of courage to lead others by speaking the truth in a positive and courageous manner. Therefore, a leader must be positive within their own thinking and, most important, remember that in order to be positive within their self, they need to have love and respect FOR them self.
 
Being a good leader is not a gift. Being a good leader is something that that person thought about from their youth on and have taken responsibility for “being a good leader” even in their youth.
 
A good leader, must always remember that FIRST, they must lead themselves. They also must remember to be conscious of their own thoughts and emotions because, “What you THINK  about, you BRING about. 
 
Please remember that anger hides just below fear and anxiety. However, if that fear and anxiety is unknown to the leader, they will unconsciously hide that secret from themselves with anger and judgment of others. 
 
It is in this manner that lost leaders attempt to deflect their own fear into the hearts and minds of those whom they are leading. This behavior is like a doctor that gives the patient that which will make them sicker, rather than giving their patient that which would heal them.
 
Unfortunately, those who have lived in the shadow of power over others, greed, and hidden insecurity for most of their lives, see their negative behavior as being positive because it gets them what they think they want.
 
ALL humans want LOVE. However, some leaders have become so lost in themselves, that they cannot see outside of themselves, or perceive themselves in the same manner that others perceive them. Fortunately for these lost ones, there are always other lost ones who are ready to also behave in a selfish, “me first” manner. 
 
However, this type of behavior seldom works, as those who live via “power within” instead of “power over,” are sending out the love and respect they have gained for themselves, instead of the fear of others realizing the deep secrets of their “power over” needs.
 
A lost one’s fear can interact within any moment that that person feels threatened, which is very often. Therefore, when others need their assistance, the lost ones cannot take the time to understand why others come to them to gain that which they cannot even give to themselves. 
 
Since these fearful leaders cannot be honest with themselves, or with their reactions to challenges, they get angry that they are being called on to leave their safe, protected illusions in order to be “bothered” by thinking and caring for others.
 
Of course these lost ones are unable to notice that they are the source of their own fear, as facing their fear is something that they will do anything to avoid. If their fear harms others, they don’t care, because they ONLY care about their own unsolvable problem of chronic UNHAPPYNESS.
 
However, if they can find a way to make others “unhappy,” then they can pretend to be the hero and rescue them from the very problem that their “rescuer” created.
 
A lost leader tries to lie to themself that they are really trying to be a good person and do the right thing. While on the other hand, they constantly wonder how come they feel so frightened, angry and alone. Yes, yes, it is the fault of others that they feel this way. Therefore, they never need to look at themselves and can always blame their “problems” on others. 
 
One of the biggest problems for this Power Over Others person is that those who live via Love, Power Within, Caring for Others and Constantly Consulting their own Higher SELF, seem to somehow be happy, are in love, have good friends and a sense of Inner Peace and SELF Confidence.
 
“HAH,” say the lost leaders. “Who needs love and friends and confidence and inner peace, when they can have MONEY AND POWER OVER OTHERS?”
 
When these lost ones “stand before their maker” or “lie on their death bed” perhaps they will get the answer to that question, but then, it will be too late to change. 
 
Those who are able to go inside their Higher SELF and display the higher, inner message with others are experiencing more and more sensations from the fifth dimensional frequency of reality. Many of these sensations come while sleeping, dreaming and/or meditating. 
Some of these higher dimensional feelings are almost too intense for one’s physical body to maintain. These emotional feelings, physical sensations and/or moments of “tuning in” often come in waves, which allow one to experience and gradually adapt to each wave of this energy.
An energy-wave of these sensations is much like dipping your body into very cold, or very hot, water. You want to go into that “water,” but you need to allow yourself time to get used to something which, at first, feels very shocking.
However, as you become accustomed to it, that “new sensation” becomes more and more natural. When you experience these new sensations, you are gradually adapting to your fifth dimensional Lightbody.
Thus, these sensations occur because you are entering the resonance of the fifth dimension. Therefore, all of your physical body's messages, such as from thefunctioning of your heart, lungs, visual, auditory, tactile, all of the components of your awareness, are suddenly becoming calibrated to a higher frequency of resonance.
What is meant by “higher frequency of resonance” is that you are contacting a frequency of reality which you have seldom experienced since you first took an Earth vessel. Your innate fifth dimensional self, who volunteered to take an earth vessel to assist Gaia, was your fifth dimensional  Lightbody.
Your fifth dimensional “Light-body Self” has been maintaining a connection with your third/fourth dimensional “Earth-body” self. Thus, whenever your 3D/4D physical self is consciously interconnected with your 5D Lightbody SELF, you can receive and understand your higher dimensional perceptions and experiences.
Your fifth dimensional lightbody is much like a huge house with many passageways, tunnels, stairways and windows, which are actually portals. YOU have been activating these portals by the combination of your Unconditional Love and Multidimensional Thinking.
Your full willingness, dedication and sense of duty to share the energy fields flowing through these portals of your earth vessel is actively transmuting the third/fourth dimensional Time and Space energy fields into fifth dimensional energy fields of HERE and NOW.

As the changes The Universe has given you begin to integrate, you may be feeling and/or expressing the loss of ‘what you were'.
  
Moving from the old you into the ‘what you are now’ may be challenging.  

 When you get caught up in the anticipation and excitement of what is coming, you will often forget to allow a grieving time for what has passed.  

 It may feel odd to mourn the loss of drama or chaos but, remember darling, it served you well…it kept you protected…you felt safe.  

 As you release it, express gratitude and love.  Without them, you would not be where you are now; living a beautiful life, embracing each new experience in a knowing way and loving yourself the way The Universe loves you!

We are ALL.  That is: all sentient life is one Consciousness that is infinitely aware and all-knowing in every moment.  However, since the apparent separation occurred, those in human form have lost this awareness of the one Consciousness which is who they truly are in every moment of their existence.  This is what separation is about – loss of knowing who you are.  Every sentient being is permanently and inseparably connected to and one with Source, and no other state is remotely possible!
All can access this knowing by allowing it into their awareness.  Nothing else is required.  However, part of experiencing the unreal state of separation involves focusing solely on your human form which carries a label, the name given to you by your parents when you were born, and believing this to be your true identity.  This is not who you are!  But, because you have been addressed by this label or name for as long as you can remember, it appears to be your true identity, and when people use it to address you, you have been conditioned to respond to it automatically.
By going within to meditate, relax, contemplate, or reflect – and, as you well know if you have been following these messages regularly, I keep on reminding you that you do need to do this daily – you quieten the endless flow of thoughts through your mind sufficiently to enable you to become aware of the space between thoughts, and therefore, aware that you are not your thoughts but that you are the awareness that is aware of those thoughts, and of your body, and of all the physical sensory perceptions with which your body provides you.
When that awareness arises into your consciousness, as the distractions of the input with which your bodies constantly supply youare quietened, or even completely silenced, the vastness of who you truly are becomes strikingly apparent.  When that first occurs it can be stunning!  Or it may come about gently over a period of time, as you learn ever more effectively to release or not cling to the identity that your name – attached as a label to your human form – provides, in the misleading belief that it is the totality of who you are.  Nothing could be further from the truth!
Who you are contains all that exists, from the smallest particles to the multiverse.  That obviously sounds impossible, but that is only because your perception of who you are is enormously limited.  There is only One, Source, Mother/Father/God, and You are that!  Source is creating from Itself, with Itself, like unto Itself, eternally.  Creation is ongoing, unceasing, and, therefore, so are you.  There is no separation, there is only the One.  You all get intimations of this from time to time when you sense or intuit something that there is no way you could have known from the information available to you through your physical human form.  That is Oneness at work, as It always is, with you having temporary awareness of It.  You truly are far, far greater than anything of which you, as a human, severely limited by your human form, could possible conceive.
Your awakening, the collective awakening of humanity, is nothing but your return to full awareness of who you are, and, as such, it will be a mind-blowing experience that will dissolve all your doubts, fears, and suffering in an instant.  Over the eons a few have enjoyed this experience and have reported on it to those who would listen, consequently there is a large amount of significantly pertinent information available to those who wish to know more, especially since modern communications technology has made so much information on myriad subjects easily accessible to all who choose to seek it out.
But of course reading about the experiences of others, while helpful and interesting, is rather like having the flavor of ice-cream described, because it is basically meaningless until you taste it for yourselves.  You have to experience awakening for yourselves, individually.  And that is a paradox because, as One, you are All.  Nevertheless, the awakening will be experienced by each individual with each also being aware of and knowing the experience of All.  Thus all will be in joy because all will know that all are awake.
At present you can have no idea of what to expect, apart from having been told that it will absolutely blow your minds.  Therefore, let go of all expectations, because none of them will in anyway prepare you for the wonders that are about to envelop you.  Fully conscious awareness of who you truly are will bring you infinite and eternal joy.  That is the divine Will for you, it always has been, and it is also your will, therefore it is inevitable.
This awakening has been divinely planned since the moment that the thought of separation occurred, placing humanity into an unreal or dream-like state that has left it confused and fear-filled ever since.  What you think of or consider your history is but a selection of memories of your ongoing dreams and nightmares which have convinced you of the reality of the state of separation that you are seemingly experiencing.  This conviction or belief strongly encourages you to focus on it because, through your human bodies, you do experience physical sensations that can be pleasurable or painful, and because your human bodies are so vulnerable to illness and damage, you live with almost constant anxiety about adequately maintaining them due to their need for regular food and shelter.  They are both a responsibility and a gift, and they demand inordinate amounts of your energy and attention to keep them operating smoothly and efficiently.
Since the industrial revolution more and more humans have been given the opportunity to live with their basic survival needs easily available, giving them the time and the opportunity to contemplate the meaning of life.  Not too many initially used this opportunity to their advantage, choosing instead to spend their lives seeking pleasure and satisfaction outside themselves, from others and from material things.  This was unfortunate because you already had everything you needed within the energy field, the life force, the field of Love that ensures your eternal existence.
However, within the last few decades, more and more people have finally chosen to engage in contemplation about the meaning of life, and have communicated on the subject with other like-minded individuals.  This started your awakening process, or rather, more powerfully strengthened your collective motivation and intent to awaken.  The tipping point has been reached, and there are now enough people holding that intent, and holding the intent to be loving whatever arises, to ensure that your awakening process will rapidly come to completion, just as divinely planned.  So, as you have been told a number of times already: CELEBRATE!
Celebrating intensifies your energy fields by flooding them with enthusiasm for life, and when you are filled with that enthusiasm it becomes increasingly difficult to remain asleep, unconscious, lost in the unreal world of dreams.  Truly, humanity is awakening.

People with INTJ personality traits are quite rare and can be confusing.

The way people with INTJ personality traits interact with the world can be very strange to those around them. If you aren’t used to what is going on, you may find yourself lost in a sea of misunderstandings.
This article contains some of the ways in which INTJ personalities can be different from others and some explanations of this.

1. They need to be by themselves.

One of the most common INTJ personality traits is that they like their own company. The world is divided into extroverts and introverts, with extroverts being the majority. What many people find strange about INTJ people is that they like their own company.
Now that we have more reliance on digital devices, more people are on their own, of course. The stigma is still there though – INTJ personality traits are odd.
Everyone needs to have some alone time, nobody disputes that. It is when people start saying that they are happy to be alone. This is when the problems start. INTJ personality traits aren’t bad in and of themselves. But they can be taken as bad when other people don’t understand them.

2. They often don’t find romance until later in life.

While dating starts in the teenage years for most people, this isn’t true for everyone. The people who are alone are normally INTJ personalities. This is one of the INTJ personality traits that many people find confusing. They themselves like to be with someone in a special way; why not everyone else?
This is not a bad thing, in and of itself. Most people like this are happy. They want other people to be happy too. It is odd to them that someone can be happy without another person in their life.
Many people are happy on their own (including many people with INTJ personality traits). Many people need someone else in their lives to make them happy. INTJ can be anywhere in between. What is certain is that they are less likely to start as soon as other personality types.

3. They are easily annoyed.

People with INTJ personality traits are often easily annoyed. Quite a lot of people can get annoyed with certain events and people. INTJ personalities often have a whole series of events where everything can annoy them.
This is strange to many people because they don’t react the same way. Everyone has their own problems, but an INTJ personality seems to take everything absolutely personally. Some people might actually find this offensive if they assume that they are the cause of it.
INTJ personality traits can be strange and annoying to people who aren’t used to them. They can be strange and annoying to an INTJ too, who may not understand what is going on.

4. They can have sensory difficulties.

People with INTJ personality traits can have sensory difficulties. Most people do not have these issues. It can be very difficult to understand sensory difficulties when you don’t have them yourself.
People can be impatient when they face something they don’t understand. People with INTJ personality traits can be quite difficult to keep up. Sensory issues only make that more complicated. Normally people just have to work around being different personalities. Sensory issues add another dimension to the problem.

5. They can be hurtful

People who have INTJ personality traits can be very single-minded in pursuit of their goals. They can be so single-minded, in fact, that they can steamroller over everyone in their path.
This can lead to people feeling like an INTJ has deliberately targeted them. Hurt feelings make it a lot harder for people to listen to each other. This just exacerbates the problem and means that everyone ends up feeling hurt and left out.
INTJ personality traits aren’t for everyone. If you are going to be friends with an INTJ, then you need to be aware of the potential for this.

6. They cook differently.

People who are INTJ can sometimes see the world differently. The way they interact with the world is also different, and this can extend to cooking.
Many people cook in specific ways every time. Watching someone with INTJ personality traits cooking can be an education! They do things completely differently from other people, and sometimes from each other.
Cooking with an INTJ can be an experience for people who are only used to their own method and style. Try it sometime, if you have an INTJ friend! You could both learn something from how the other cooks.

7. They can leave suddenly.

When you are working on group work, or in a group activity, some INTJ people can get up and leave. This seems strange, but don’t worry. It has nothing to do with you, and everything to do with the person themselves. INTJ personality traits can sometimes mean that people are changeable in what they want.
Some people can change their minds about what they want to do. Some people won’t change their minds but find that they need a change of pace. Going off on their own for a while can help them keep their energy up. A small time to themselves, and they will return ready for more group time!

One Way to Balance Within is to Allow Yourself to Love and be Loved.


 


In the midst of strong and powerful currents of energy we are all experiencing, Balance has become one of my more sought-after experiences.
 
This card is reminding me that allowing myself to receive Love is just as important as giving it. How often do I shy away from a sincere compliment? What about those times when, for varying reasons, my receiving channels are closed to those who want to support me?
 
Often I find it so much easier to give love to others than allow myself to receive it. But this card makes me question that practice. If I am more focused on giving, doesn't that block the flow of receiving? And when I start to think of all the other places that I might be shut down to receiving, like to the flow of finances or creativity, it becomes a much bigger deal than turning aside a compliment that was well-meant. None of us can afford to put a block in the flow of supportive energy toward us.
 
Receiving graciously the support that is being offered is an important way to demonstrate gratitude to the bounty in the Universal flow of Good toward me. When I am willing to receive, my heart is opened to new opportunities to receive more Love and Support on every level.
 
The biggest discovery for me is finding that just loving myself turns out to be the most empowering and fastest way to bring me back into Balance. It does not feel good when I am closed down to receiving. I don't have the energy I need to do what I love and would most uplift me. One of my favorite long-time affirmations is:
 

I Now Allow Myself to be Loved and Supported on all Levels.

 
In times of resistance to the flow, it is often difficult to remember, but the power of opening my heart to myself is the key to coming home to Balance within me.
 
An Alignment to my most Divine Self is the magical momentum that opens the channels. As I keep my intention for vertical access to God through prayer and meditation, it brings me back into the depth of Alignment that I long for.
 
It is also important to allow this Light to be active within my physical body. I am here to embody my Divinity, bringing Heaven to Earth by allowing the Light of God to work in and through me. It is essential for my happiness and necessary for my Soul's purpose to be aligned to Divine Light through the core of my being. I need to be conscious enough to allow this flow of Source energy to work in my life. When I do, it brings Vitality, Well-Being, Beauty, Creativity, Abundance and of course Balance to every area of my life.
 
Everything I do has this intention for Alignment at its base. Deep within I know that Love is my guiding force and living from my heart is the key for Balance. When I come from this place, the energy I feel inside helps me to remember that I am connected to my Soul and doing the work I came on Earth to do at this time.
 
Divine Presence,
 
Thank you for opening my heart and mind to receiving all the Love and Support available to me on every level. Let me be a clear receiver of that which I need and be very grateful for these gifts offered so generously to me. I AM being cared for eternally and all my needs are being met with Grace and Ease. My heart is overflowing in Gratitude for these and all my blessings.
 
As I generously receive I am also able to give from my overflowing cup of Divine Energy. Thank you for giving me all the guidance and Love required to be a clear channel of Peace. May I be as generous with others as God is with me. May all of Humanity be blessed and receive the Loving Support available to them.
 
Most importantly as I become a more powerful receiver of Divine Grace, I AM anchoring the Divine Feminine Energy through me on to the Earth. Thank you God for these and all the blessings in my life. And so it is.

One way to Balance Within is to Allow Yourself

to Love and be Loved.


 



Dear One,
    
When you allow yourself to love another person, it opens channels within your being to receive Divine Love from God, the Infinite Source. There is an inexhaustible supply of this love. When you begin to freely give this Love, you are blessed with more, so you can continue to give. In this way you will never be starving for Love because you feel you have given too much. You cannot give too much Love, because the inexhaustible resource of God's Love is equal to every demand.
    
There are many ways to give Love. At times the most loving thing you can do is to leave people alone to follow their own path in life. Even then, you are not shutting them out of your heart, although you may never see them again. Giving Love freely means loving yourself enough to only be in those situations which serve your highest good at all times, and which allow you to be treated in a respectful manner.
    
Receiving Love is sometimes more difficult than giving it, but your willingness to receive is also necessary for perfect balance to exist in your life. When you receive Love from others, you are allowing them to give. This completes the circuit of God's Love. Allowing yourself to be loved opens the door to receiving Infinite Abundance from the Universe, and creates channels for you to receive in wondrous ways from other people. This means receiving support for your life, which is important because you were never meant to struggle alone. You are a child of the Divine Source, and so are given infinite ways to receive Love. Allow yourself to receive and be grateful for all the demonstrations of Love, large and small, which are given to you every day.
    
When you open your heart to another person, it creates an energy of Love within you which in turn brings Balance to all the systems of the physical body. When your body is in balance, it creates healing currents within itself. This is one reason that Love is such a powerful healing force. To have health in your body, you cannot allow yourself to shut down your heart to Love.
    
When the quality of balance is active in your life, all things will seem to fall into perfect order. There will be Balance in your finances, in your health, in your household, and in your spiritual life. When you give and receive in a balanced way, you are open to the flow of Divine energy which gives Depth, Beauty and Meaning to your life. You will feel abundantly blessed in every way.

It is important to have the energy of Allowing actively influencing your life. When you allow things to happen for you, there is no feeling of pushing the river of life. You take one step and the way is open for the next, and so it goes without effort. When you push to make things happen, stress is created in your body and mind. This leads to an imbalance which may cause disease. So practice acting in Balance and Harmony with all life. Allow others to love and support you. It will then become easier to have a more joy-filled, meaningful existence as this sense of Allowing will help create the openness necessary for miracles to occur.
    
Step into the flow of a miraculous lifestyle. Give yourself the opportunity to be loved and supported by God and by those who love you. Let yourself give love freely, and know that it will be returned in miraculous ways. Allow yourself to receive and give love so you will create Balance in body, mind and emotions. Know that circumstances work for your highest good when you are in Balance with all of life.

The Shift to the New Reality is real, and it has been gathering steam since the 1960s.
 
In "The Cultural Creatives," Paul Ray and Sherry Anderson detail a comprehensive study of more than 100,000 adults in the United States. They found that, since the 1960s, a huge 26 percent of these adults have made a comprehensive shift in their culture - their worldview, values and way of life. A 1997 survey conducted in fifteen European countries shows that the figures are highly similar in Europe. The following is a summary of the typical values of this new culture.
 
Cultural Creatives love nature, respect the Earth and are deeply concerned about the environment. They like to develop close relationships with each other, and to help and encourage other people to develop their abilities. They care about personal and spiritual development, and want more equality for women and all cultural groups.
 
Cultural Creatives would like to develop a new way of life. They are cynical of media-fed information, and want to find a new political philosophy that works in today's reality. They are not materialistically driven, and typically have their finances and spending under control. They like traveling to other countries to get to know new cultures and they want to develop a sense of community where they live. Authenticity is important to Cultural Creatives; that their actions are consistent with their words and inner beliefs.
 
In the early 1960s, there were too few Cultural Creatives to measure in surveys. At that time, American culture was split evenly between two cultural groups - the Moderns and the Traditionals. Moderns reflect an ethic which actually goes back as far as the Renaissance, when European Protestantism freed the population to pursue a self-empowered work ethic rather than continue to give their power, freedom and sense of initiative away to authority figures.
 
The ethic of Modernism is that newer, bigger and faster are all better. Time is money, they believe, and people with more knowledge and wealth are perceived as having higher status. Almost half of American adults today are Moderns. Their self-empowered principles over the centuries have brought progress to civil freedoms, democracy, justice and equality. Moderns tend to believe that theirs is the only way and reject the values of other groups as being incorrect.
 
The positive contributions of Moderns can be appreciated when you consider the quality of life which existed before the Renaissance. At birth, in those days, your fate was sealed. You were born into a certain social, ethnic and racial group at a certain location. You would likely never travel more than 50 miles from your birthplace during your life. What work you could perform, and whom you would marry, were predetermined. You would be compelled to believe certain doctrines, as dictated by rulers, priests and elders.
 
Traditionals are the ones who historically react against the changes brought about by Moderns. They wish for a return to an older, simpler time, and they oppose modern trends such as equality for women. They believe that patriarchs should again dominate family life, that men should be proud to serve in the military, and that their moral values should be forced upon others. In post-World War II America, Traditionals formed half of the adult population. Today they number less than one-fourth of the adult population. Many have passed away, while some have converted into becoming Moderns or Cultural Creatives.
 
Within the Cultural Creatives are two distinct sub-groups. Almost half of the Cultural Creatives form a Core Group of more intense, leading-edge thinkers. The others are the Green Cultural Creatives, whose focus is directed externally, towards ecology and environmental issues, rather than towards inner personal development.
 
The trend-setting Core Group is typically into alternative health care, often as health care practitioners, and most of them want to develop more inner self-awareness. They shun the materialism of the Moderns and the intolerance of the Traditionals toward other peoples.
 
Cultural Creatives cross all types of demographic groupings. They can be of any adult age category, they can live anywhere, and have any spiritual or religious affiliation. Less than ten percent of them identify themselves as New Age. Interestingly, there are just as many New Agers within the ranks of the Moderns as there are within the Cultural Creatives. The ratio of women to men is fairly equal in the Greens Group, while the Core Group contains 67 percent women. Many of the New Age Moderns are men who are still chasing the boys' toys of modern technology and haven't yet settled down to finding a deeper meaning within themselves.
 
Compared to other groups, Cultural Creatives read more books and magazines. Half of them are regular book buyers. They watch less television and are particularly unhappy with the quality of television news. They support, and become involved in, the arts. They like well-made, durable products, natural food, personal growth and alternative health care. They have a holistic attitude; that body, mind and spirit should work together. Their homes may well be buffered for privacy by old-growth trees and large shrubs. Inside, these homes are typically decorated by craft pieces, books and original art pieces which have special meaning to them.
 
Their culture is one of silent trailblazing. Most of them have no idea that there are countless millions of people just like them with the same values and lifestyle. When they discover that 25 percent of the adult population are just like them, they are truly shocked and surprised.
 
Cultural Creatives, it could be said, are the silent revolution. Imagine how much more transformative their effect on society will be when they evolve into networking, voicing their values and forming representative movements.
 
Cultural Creatives are a newly emerging type of humanity. They hold the seeds of a new, sustainable culture, a culture where "quality of life" replaces "standard of living."

Hello children, this is your Father God speaking. Mother’s message was so marvellous the other day that I too was basking in it, in her love as I have seen that many of you are doing of late. Please continue with this practice of love immersion, light basking, love encasing. It is so soothing, such a delight to be in her presence. I admit it’s my favourite place to be as well.
And so children, although it is a tough act to follow, I invite you to sit on my knee, on my lap and listen to to the story of Earth, of you. You are all the apple of my eye, the twinkle in my eye, however you wish to say it. We have known you for eons and we have worked together closely for so long. It gives me great pleasure to say that you are mine and I am yours, that we have a deep spiritual connection because we do. And it warms my heart when you see this and admit it. I, Father God, am more often the silent type really. Mother is stupendous in her love-showing of honey love, of bliss. I tend to be more practical, more problem solving, and yes, more masculine, as is the way of true balance.
I would like to reassure you all that I am always strong, understanding, and protecting, not able to be hurt or die, eternal in my love and support of you and your experiences. So many of you don’t seek me for comfort although I wish that you would, for I’m an excellent listener and am always happy to be involved in your life as much as you will allow. This process of allowance, of allowing, is new to you. For you have been told that there is a fierce god, a judging god, a scary god, and this perception distances you from me, subconsciously, culturally. Enough with the blood sacrifices! That is not of the light. It is not. It must stop. It must end. And friends, it ends with the new world that is currently being built, constructed on lightwaves of love and crystalline intention. It is a mighty, beautiful world and you all are mighty beautiful, wondrous creators and we, your mother and I, can’t wait to see what Nova Gaia will be once you put your special touch on it.
This is a playground for creators now. It always has been but the creators didn’t know it. And so you / they created based on lack, of fear. And now we all will create with love, with light, with abundance, with joy. See, it is really quite simple. Love and light lead the way. Intentions cement and when infused with light, hope and love intention become reality. And so please be careful, be conscious with your thoughts, with your wishes, with your intentions for they will come to fruition so much more easily now in this new gooey world of raw possibility. I say gooey for it got your attention. The energies are so thick right now that when you have a thought it is like a baseball being shot into the air and there is so much thick “goo” in the air of pure potential it grabs onto the ball, and the ball gets big very fast, manifesting very quickly. And so to you baseball lovers out there, I’m sorry, this doesn’t do justice to the sport of it. My point is, my intention is, that you are in a new ballpark now, with new rules, with higher energies and higher stakes. You are warming up. You are getting stronger with these new energies. Every day you grow further, pitch farther, catch cleaner. I’m extremely proud of my ballplayers here on energy New Earth. You light workers are really lighting up the night with your intentions, your prayers, your loves that you share to the others. Oh, they may be prickly at first and so if you feel that then love from a distance, but still love. Always maintain your perimeter of protection, of guard, for it isn’t quite smooth sailing just yet and we are not calling you home yet because you are building it here. Do you see? It is an extreme honor, advantage, pleasure to be here in this sacred Now of creative expansion. And so children, friends, expand into it.
Expand into you. Expand into me. Sit on my knee awhile and let us watch the universes spin and dance their own unique tune of creation. Can you hear creation hum? Oh yes you may be feeling all of the “humming” the ringing in your blessed ears as they are acclimating to these high energies and be assured that is normal. Normal. Let it go. When you hear them think of the nebulas spinning and rejoice that you are a part of the grand cosmic dance of creation. For you are. And may I ask if you are dancing or slogging through? Time to dance! Time to create and time to love most deeply. I am your Father God. Thank you for talking with me today, it has been my greatest pleasure to speak with Team Earth. I love you. If you hear a crazy fan totally losing it with cheering in the stands, that’s me. Now go hit a home run!

The door is open wide to those who seek more information, and it is being given in a way that allows for a greater understanding. It is all in preparation for your advancement into the higher vibrations and eventual Ascension. Hitherto we have only given out that which has been sufficient to answer your questions, but now your understanding is such that you are able to expand it. It is time for you to take a great step forward, and there is no limit to the gains you will be able to make. Between now and Ascension you have much to learn, but by the time you are ready for it you will have become Masters in your own rights. At last there is nothing to hold you back and your Guides are ready to help you and able to satisfy your needs.
The period immediately ahead will be fast track to enable advancements to be brought into existence that have been deliberately held back largely by the Illuminati. The fact that they already exist means that although you are more than fifty years or more behind the times, their introduction will be quite quick and your quality of life will be lifted up. What you will notice, is that the large conglomerates will be forced to down size as “large” is no longer beautiful or necessary. Independent units will abound and you will find yourselves part of small communities that are largely self-serving. Naturally, these changes cannot happen overnight but you can be prepared for such far reaching changes. The old ways will no longer adequately serve their original purpose, and changes will come of necessity..
Your achievements are such that they have gained universal acknowledgment and praise, as when you volunteered to experience separation from your God you had no idea how hard the challenge would be. Knowing that help would never be far away you confidently went ahead and quickly become without memory of your true selves. In fact in the course of time you have had so many lives, you touched the depths of low vibrations and experienced the most traumatic times, yet still retained your innermost feeling of belonging to the Light. Your experiences have made you stronger and more able to stand up to those Beings of the lower vibrations. I do not wish to sound too dramatic, but some souls have been strengthened in the Fires of Hell. Truly Hell as such does not exist, but experiences in the lowest of the low vibrations are no doubt responsible for such a description. Be assured that no such experiences await you now as you follow your path to Ascension, as you are already in the realms of Light that continue to lift up as you make your way within the Photon Belt.
There is something of a battle going on between the Light and dark, as the Light is now the dominant force for good, and the dark Ones will not let up while they mistakenly believe they still have a chance of turning the tide. Their days are numbered yet they carry on playing their games even if it is obvious they are losing ground and power. Those of you who have lifted up your vibrations need have no fear from them as they cannot touch you whilst you remain strong in the higher vibrations. Their fate is sealed but freewill still allows them to act out their desires. Very soon more of the dark Ones will be arrested as part of the cleansing that will clear the way for beneficial changes to take place. They are certainly poised to commence, but as we have often told you things must be exactly right for major changes to take place.
The higher energies unsettle those who are of the lower vibrations leading some of them to become so unsettled they act irrationally and lose control of themselves. It is when they are at their most dangerous, and as you have already experienced just one person can cause so much mayhem, damage and loss of life. Such happenings result in more extensive safety precautions, and eventually they will stop such happenings before they can get started. Such acts do however allow karma to be cleared and will be set up with that in mind. Understand that sometimes all parties involved in negative acts are learning lessons that they need to be able to move forward into the Light.
Looking on the brighter side of life more and more souls are awakening, and realising that what you may well call the normal way of life is lacking in many ways, and they are seeking a new and more acceptable approach to life on Earth. The younger generations in particular are absolutely against the idea of wars between nations, and see it as a certain way of destroying your civilisation. They want peace for everyone, and have their own ideas as to how it can be best achieved. It will come and much sooner than you may anticipate, so think positively and contribute to the rising vibrations, and world peace will come all the quicker.
There are times coming in the not too distant future when your thoughts will be able to manifest things instantly. In a similar way in your present time, what you wish for will most likely come into being and depends on your individual power to focus on what it is. It means that you will have to learn to control your thoughts inasmuch that simply “thinking” about something, is vastly different to giving it the necessary energy to create form. We have already mentioned this previously because you need to start now in thought control, being aware of your potential power. Those of you who have been or still are healers, know what is meant by it, as for example when the energy is of a negative nature you may lose control of it because of your temper and send out such powerful energies they are harmful. Be aware that when directed to someone who is protected they will “bounce” back to you with a result that you have brought upon yourself.
In time it will also be possible to self-heal through the power of thought or the spoken word. So to say you are in charge and when you command your body to heal it will respond as you are the boss. Some of you no doubt are no doubt already in touch with your Higher Self and working together you can achieve so much more. Speak regularly with your Higher Self so that it becomes a perfectly natural thing to do, and extend it to your Innate that is always waiting for contact with you, and with success speak with your DNA. It may sound odd to some of you, but it is the natural thing to communicate with parts of “yourself” and beneficial to you.
The changes are being brought forward and as the dark Ones are brought more and more under control, so their influence and ability to interfere with your work will cease. I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self, my God Self, and every soul has the same connection to the God inside.

With the deepest and purest love, I, Lord Maitreya, greet you. I invite you to focus within your own being and take a moment to breathe deeply. I wish to encourage you to recognise the stillness and purity that is akin to a pillar or laser beam of light actively present within the centre of your being and body. This energy of purity and stillness may be new or familiar to you. Imagine the energy of purity and stillness opening up as if absorbing you into its core. Let yourself be fully submerged in the presence of your inner purity and stillness so that you become the presence of purity and stillness. Take time to experience this simple practice as you realise you are accessing the truth of your being. A truth that is present within the Creator, all souls and you.
 

I, Maitreya, wished to guide you quickly into your inner core of purity and stillness as it is from this state that you will be able to more readily accept all that I am and wish to share with you. Your inner purity and stillness have much to share and enlighten you with, it is your direct link to your divinity and the possibilities you can create in your reality from the truth of your being. The more you anchor yourself into your inner purity and stillness the more you will recognise the return of your divine power. The return of divine power upon the Earth is something that I, Lord Maitreya and many Ascended Masters are working to instigate for all to experience as an ascension shift.

What is Purity?
The energy and presence of purity born from your essence, truth and the Creator is the recognition of yourself as beyond illusions. If you could wash away all sense of illusion, fear, and distrust from yourself and your reality completely, how would you experience yourself? Maybe you would experience yourself as profound love, enlightenment, sublime light or something else. It doesn’t matter how you recognise yourself beyond illusion, it is simply your gateway to your essence, your greater self and the expression of the Creator you embody as a soul. Recognising your inner purity is not the same as trying to be perfect or untainted, it is acceptance of yourself and existing solely in the presence of all you manifest as now. Your inner purity instantly demonstrates to you your divine power, allowing you to access, embody and express your divine power with ease.
What is Stillness?
The word stillness can be misleading as it indicates existing without sound or noise. Instead, stillness is used to describe your expansive energy of contentment, harmony, and acceptance of the divine flow. Stillness can be an inner peace, an ability to accept, forgive and love fiercely as well as a sense of tranquillity or deep relaxation. Stillness can often be experienced rather than explained. It can be immensely healing as it supports complete alignment with the Creator and an experience of the Creator upon the Earth. Stillness is the space in which you allow the Creator and your divine power to enter and inhabit.
What is Your Divine Power?
 
Divine power is often something humanity fears and yet it is the natural existence of your being and essence. Divine power is your ability to recognise the presence of the Creator within you and around you. To acknowledge that your recognition and acceptance of the Creator, shifts your being and perceptions allowing you to positively and lovingly impact your being, reality, and creations. The powerful energetic charge of the Creator moves through you, awakening you to the potential and ability you possess and the role of creation you were born on the Earth to embody. Can you imagine that you have a role of creation? That you were born on the Earth to create and manifest the Creator through your being? Can you imagine that your divine power is your fuel to support the manifestation of anything and everything you choose to create? Your divine power is your direct link to the Creator, your acceptance of the Creator and expression of the Creator. When you allow yourself to be in the presence of your divine power you allow yourself to not only glimpse the treasure within you, also the treasure within the core of the Creator. You glimpse the unknown, unexplainable and limitless while recognising the same as familiar, deeply meaningful, powerfully centring and completely inspirational.
 

Divine Power: A glimpse into the potential of your soul and the Creator on all levels of being and reality.

My Current Mission: The Return of Divine Power
 
Many Ascended Masters and light enthused beings speak of accessing and using your inner power as well as the need to awaken your inner power. My current mission to assist the ascension of the Earth is to instigate the return of divine power. Therefore, my focus is to assist you and all upon the Earth in glimpsing within the core of your being and the core of the Creator the potential and possibilities of creation and experience for yourself and all beings on all levels of existence. When you glimpse the core of your being and the Creator you are able to expand your mind, perceptions, and creations, experiencing that creations of any form are possible and that you have the ability and fuel to manifest them in your reality for yourself and others. Can you imagine your reality with you being divinely inspired by liberating possibilities coupled with the deep intense knowingness that if you choose to you can bring these liberating possibilities into manifestation and experience upon the Earth for you and all? Imagine for a moment what you could bring into manifestation for the world, to support world peace, love, harmony, and freedom. Contemplate what would be visible to you as you glimpse the core of your being and the Creator. Even through contemplation of what this experience could be like you are engaging with and instigating your presence with and acceptance of your divine power.
 

As I, Lord Maitreya, with support of numerous Ascended Masters assist the return of divine power to the Earth, we are inviting you to expand your mind, thoughts and perception of yourself, the world and the Creator. In doing so you see everything in a new way, therefore you embody, act, react and create in a new way, that is expansive, liberating and life changing. This means you recognise your closeness and oneness with the Creator. Most importantly you empower your entire existence on the Earth and the influence you can make for yourself and others. I, Lord Maitreya, am speaking of you as a pioneer of new creations upon the Earth aligned with the truth, essence, purity, stillness, and love of the Creator. This is your truth and there is so much for you to bring forth into grounding, anchoring and manifestation upon the Earth in service of yourself and all. Allow yourself to take time to let my words and the truth I share with you settle into your being and awareness. You may notice as you allow it to settle that you awaken an inner knowingness within you, igniting your interest.

How to Ignite and Accept the Return of Divine Power
 
I, Lord Maitreya, wish to share that it is through the acknowledgment of your inner purity and stillness that you glimpse your divine power. There is a need to focus upon the presence of purity and stillness within you as a pillar or laser beam of light at the centre of your being. As you allow yourself to be absorbed by your inner pillar or beam of purity and stillness you become completely submerged and embraced in its presence. Existing in the presence of your purity and stillness you can then ask to glimpse the divine power of your being. Allow yourself to accept any sensations, insights or awakening that occur. Existing in the presence of your divine power may need to be experienced often in order to truly grasp that which is available for you to receive. When you are ready you can request to glimpse the divine power of the Creator. Again, allow yourself to accept any sensations, insights or awakening that occur. Existing in the presence of your divine power may need to be experienced often in order to truly grasp that which is available for you to receive. This is a process of exploration, expanding your awareness and recognising the possibilities you can create in co-creation with the Creator.
 

I, Lord Maitreya, am personally supporting any soul who wishes to be a pioneer of new creations upon the Earth, you may call me forth to work personally with you whenever you wish to.

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
The universe loves you dear ones. The Divine loves you in so many diverse forms. You are loved when the sun shines upon you. You are loved by the grass beneath your feet. You are loved by the sound of the birds singing their prayers morning and evening, and you are loved by the food on your table. You are loved without condition, without measure. Can you fathom this?
In this, the month that so many of you celebrate love, try to go about your days, thinking to yourself with great satisfaction. “The creator of universes adores me! I am loved in so many forms! The greatest love of my life can never leave me because this love lives in all things in all beings. In every moment of every day, I am loved!”
If a wave dissolves into the ocean, you do not feel as if the ocean has disappeared. You simply see it rising again in a different form. So too with Divine love.
Begin to acknowledge this love as often as you can. Taste your food and see if you can perceive its flavor as love. Feel the warmth of the sun upon your skin and see if you can perceive its life giving energy as love. Look around the home that protects you from the elements and imagine you can feel its love. Feel the love in the water in your morning showers. Imagine it in the plants and essences that scent your lotions. Acknowledge it the workings of your car, for it loves you too, when you sit upon the seat and start its motor each morning.
See this love in the people that are wonderful to you, and even beneath those who are not, for in truth they just push you away from themselves and closer to you.
Can you imagine? The entire universe is a living, breathing consciousness, animated by love itself! All that you see around you has a form of life and energy and light within it. If you seek to acknowledge that love you will feel it far more often. The greatest romance upon your earth is available at all times, for you are both the lover and the beloved. You are Divine Love in human form trying to love yourself in all forms.
We live in love dear ones. We see the light that gives us life in all things and all beings. We see your perfection even when you see your perceived flaws. We see your wholeness even when you feel broken. We see your vitality hiding behind the illusions of ill health.
When you begin to look for and acknowledge the love in all things, you too will notice the underlying perfection and love in all of life. This is your reason for being on earth – to remember and experience the Divine in all its glorious forms and… to look in the mirror to and see nothing less in your own.

5 Causes of Guilt and Shame You May Have Never Considered and How to Cope.

It’s quite normal to feel guilt and shame if you’ve done something wrong. But what other reasons are there to cause these emotional reactions?

Guilt and shame are natural reactions to a feeling of wrongdoing, but they are slightly different. Guilt is how we feel when we have done something wrong. It is all about our actions, what we do or say. Guilt is ‘I did something bad’.
Whereas shame is how we feel about ourselves, the feeling of being wrong. Shame is ‘I am someone bad’. So what are the kinds of things that make us feel guilt or shame?
There are lots of things that can cause a person to feel guilt. You can lie, cheat, steal or even harm another person. Guilt is an extremely common emotion.
In fact, a recent study concluded that 96% of women suffer from guilt at least once a day. Not only that but this feeling of guilt and shame is having a destructive effect on our mental health.

So what are the unlikely causes of guilt and shame you may never have considered?

 

5 Causes of Guilt and Shame

 

1.Saying no

Who would have thought that simply saying no to a person would cause us so much grief? But it is right up there in what makes us feel guilty. But why does it affect us in this way so much?
Well, first of all, it affects women more than men and this is because women are taught from an early age to be polite and accommodating to others. So when we go against this ingrained imprinting it feels incredibly alien to us. And it is this that causes us to feel guilt and shame.
But obviously, people cannot agree to every request or favour put their way, so how can you say no without appearing to be the Wicked Witch from the West?
The answer is to buy yourself some time and not be pushed to say yes or no on the spot. Say something like ‘I’m not sure whether I can that day/afternoon/evening but let me get back to you.’ Then if you can’t or don’t want to do it, say no. After all, you are not Superwoman.

2.Not spending enough time with your parents/children

We all wish we had more time to spend with loved ones, but in today’s busy society, sometimes this just isn’t possible. But if it is causing you to feel heartfelt anxiety and problems, you need to be able to deal with your situation. Many parents worry about not spending enough time with their own parents and their children.
So how do you get the balance right? Unfortunately, we have to work to pay the bills, but if you are at work, worrying about your kids, your work is not getting the best out of you. In the same way, if you are at home worrying about work then you are not present for your kids.
Make sure when you are with your children you are 100% with them and not thinking about work. Likewise, when you’re at work give it your full attention. As for your parents, remember that they were also parents and will understand you have a busy schedule. It’s likely they understand more than you give them credit for.

3.Not being perfect all the time

Some people strive for perfection. Whether it is in their careers, their relationships, their homes or their educations. But I have it on good authority that there is no such thing as perfection. In fact, the celebrated writer on common sense, GK Chesterton said:
“If a thing is worth doing, it is worth doing badly.” GK Chesterton
And I always follow his advice. The thing is, you can get so caught up in the details of getting a thing perfect that you miss out on the fun of it altogether. And remember, your perception of perfection is likely to be different from everyone else.
So while you are killing yourself to achieve this impossible goal, everyone around you might not even think you’ve achieved it by their ideals and standards. So what really is the point?
Just relax and enjoy yourself. There are no gravestones that say ‘Her house was really clean all the time’ on them. They all read ‘She was loved and will be greatly missed.’ And at the end of the day, that is what’s important to be remembered for.

4.Not losing enough weight

There’s a lot of body-shaming going around these days. Sly remarks about a person on social media. Photographs with cruel taunts about a person’s shape. Anyone over a certain dress size that is trying to lose weight will already know how hard it is to get the pounds off.
But being the subject of name-calling is enough to cause feelings of shame where the person doesn’t think that they are good enough in the first place.
Life is hard enough for people over a certain weight anyway. They face stares of disapproval whenever they go out. They can’t find chairs large enough on public transport and clothes shopping is a constant nightmare. This feeling of guilt and shame that they are not doing enough to get the weight off follows them around all the time.
But obesity is not about a person being lazy or eating too much. There are mental issues involved such as addiction to food or using food as a comfort. But this is about making a decision. If you want to change, you have to get help because this is too difficult for you to do on your own.

5.Always being late

Finally, I have to admit that this is something I struggle with all the time. I am always late.Actually, that’s not true. I’m never late for my birthday. Which goes to show what a selfish person I am. Because for every other date or appointment – I am always late. And it kills me every time.
But I don’t change my habits. I don’t leave earlier to beat the traffic. And I certainly don’t suss out the car parking situation so I know where I need to go. I am always rushing at the last minute and I always arrive flushed, panicking, out of breath and feeling guilty.
So why don’t I change? Is it because I don’t value other people’s time as important enough for me to make an effort? Or is it because I have plenty of time I simply assume other people do as well? Or am I just lazy? Sadly, I suspect it’s the latter.

As one who’s never studied the Bible or gone to church, I’m curious about the word, ‘sin.’
With that said, I’ve come to see that the guilt I feel for the unexpressed or expressed hatred for my own physical mother or the feminine, and physical father or the masculine, can be ‘sin.’
Mostly all of us experience trauma due to our physical mother, feminine energy and/or our father, masculine energy.
When we forgive this trauma we’re forgiving ourselves for expressing and/or not expressing our sorrow, shame, anger, and fear and the hatred, limitation, anxiety, control, and guilt. . .
There are the old feelings and then there is the guilt we feel — ‘sin’ — for feeling this way.
Experiencing and expressing sorrow, shame, anger, and fear, allowing tears to flow with understanding of the hatred, limitation, anxiety, control, and guilt. . . ‘the guilt of sin’. . . and then forgiving ourselves for feeling this way, we heal.
I forgive myself for not experiencing 
and expressing myself as Divine.
 

Love, trust, and forgiveness is

expressing and experiencing 
the self
as Divine, feeling Divine,
feeling connected
within and without.

Hello there! I would like to address a particular matter if you don’t mind, so we will get straight to it.
Welcome, Blossom and to all our Dearest Souls that we consider family friends.
How nice! Ditto.Ok. I watched a documentary the other night which depicted people so very, very worse off than me and the lives they had ‘chosen’. I KNOW and appreciate and give Gratitude daily for the Blessed place and life I have ‘chosen’. Can you explain why this world of ours is like living in two different ones? The comparison/standard of living/life is enormous and just doesn’t seem right, just or indeed, fair. Thank you.
Blossom, there is much in your world that you would not consider fair. Yet, it is not about fairness. That does not come into it. This again is a varied topic depending on many perspectives and we shall try our best to assist in giving an appropriate /satisfactory answer.
Placement of souls geographically upon your Planet is, as you correctly say … of choice. Indeed, you may not be able to grasp why one would choose to live in utter poverty and another in the lap of luxury. One’s choices depend on that which is to suit the soul in any given lifetime. It is not that when ‘counselled’ regarding placement for a following lifetime, that one would be sent to a war-torn or famined or low energy area as punishment for action taken in a previous existence. Not at all. It is the decision of any particular soul to do so. They may feel they ‘deserve it’ … to suffer in such a way due to misgivings of actions upon another previously. They may feel they are strong enough to be of great service in a particular ‘depressive’ situation. They may feel the need to ‘be there’ to accelerate their soul’s growth through experiencing such tough times in one fell swoop, as you would say.
It is easier I guess, to mention the documentary I watched, which was Michael Moore’s ‘Fahrenheit 11/9’. Those of lesser Light deliberately poisoned an entire town through changing the water supply from a beautifully clear one to a river of filth. Whereupon, people became so sick due to lead poisoning etc. When the ‘unclear of what Light is’ souls realized the water was eroding the cars in their factory … they changed the water back over, yet only to the car factory and THEN, they used the now almost derelict town, without warning, for war zone practice. PLEASE, PLEASE help us to come from the right place in order to THANK these lower energy souls as suggested in the last communication!
Again, Blossom … ALL IS NOT AS IT SEEMS.
Then what is it? I know you are going to say A GAME. Yet, with the greatest of respect, you are not one of the players down here. Such injustices that ‘appear’ to be spreading like wildfire … HAVE TO STOP … NOW! (Speaking of which … the weather is so controlled, it’s out of control!) We are not prepared to take it anymore. You say by Being Love and shining our Light is the only way through. Well, those of us that are aware of this are doing our best. Yet, from our position here on the ground … it ‘aint working!
Yes, it is.
Show me the evidence?
Look around you.
I AM! Around ME is beautiful … yet, swimming around in my clear watered goldfish bowl doesn’t take away the fact that life isn’t like this for everyone … and … it should be!
Blossom, each and every one are playing their role as planned.
Well, with the greatest of respect … The Game stinks!
Yet, created by consciousness itself … and you … each one .. are part of that creation.
And now we want out … OR … at least some help! So many times I hear souls asking why YOUR lot, or those of your kind, can’t jump in and assist us? We all know the experiment has gone drastically wrong … and if we leave it too late, it will be … too late! What are the laws that say you can’t come in and lend a helping hand?
The laws are very much in place in order for The Divine Plan to run smoothly.
Whoever put them in place … should perhaps be told it ain’t working! I know you know I am just trying to ‘get somewhere’ as opposed to being outright rude to you. I love you dearly.
Blossom and all … Take heed. PLANS ARE IN PLACE! For the Highest Good of all, for the Highest possible outcome …
Yet, do you not see? Do you not understand, that for us down here, these ‘Knowings’ that we are told year after year, seem to leave us dangling upside down by our ankles and the rope is becoming threadbare under the strain? We hang on and we hang on and we hang on and for many, there is no proof that anything is changing at all. Next thing is, we are going to be bombarded with 5G radiation! I mean really … why don’t they just drop a bomb and get it over and done with? Our world went insane a long time ago … and we’ve lost our happy pills! Clearly, my soul is in need of an offload.
THE CHANGE IS COMING.
So you’ve said.
THE BIG CHANGE … THEE CHANGE IS COMING.
So you’ve said.
And we will keep reiterating so. Because we speak TRUTH.
I know this. I TRULY do. Otherwise, I would be ceasing the friendship yet, can you not see how out of hand it is? THE CHANGE NEEDS TO COME NOW. Surely, Divine timing would be best to come NOW!
Your frustration is evident, dearest Blossom. We ask you to look deep within. To REMEMBER that you signed up for this, as did so many. YOU KNEW … and this is not new information to you … that it was not going to be an easy ride … yet, you still all ran to the front of the line to volunteer. To come down to Earth … to be in the STRONGEST POSITION … IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS CHANGE HAPPEN. And yes, from this position it can appear to be an ugly scene. You are in the intensity of it. It is affecting your soul … IF YOU GIVE IN!
YOU KNOW / KNEW your strength whilst not of Earth. You KNOW / KNEW it would not FEEL the same when upon it.
REMEMBER, REMEMBER, REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE AND WHY YOU WANTED TO COME.
YOU … EACH ONE WERE CHOSEN. YOU WERE OF SUCH GRATITUDE THAT YOU WERE GIVEN THE HONOUR.
HOLD ON. HOLD ON. HOLD ON JUST A LITTLE WHILE LONGER.
REGAIN YOUR STRENGTH.
CALL UPON THE MIGHTY FORCES OF LIGHT THAT ARE JUST A BREATH / THOUGHT AWAY. BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS OF LIGHT ENERGY SOURCES / FORCES ARE RIDING RIGHT ALONGSIDE YOU.
They want you to FEEL THEM. They want you to KNOW they are there with you. Draw from the strength and renewed Light Force they are offering.
YOU ARE ONE LIGHT.
YOU ARE A MIGHTY POWER.
YOU ARE LOVE AND ALL THAT IS.
Do not give in /give up now. We are here to tell you, to remind you to muster up the YOU within you and prepare yourselves for the last lap.
A runner of a long, long, long race feels they cannot go on and then renewed strength fills their Being as the finishing line comes into view.
I know I have said this before, yet, the finishing line was presented to us in 2012. We were told we were almost there.
Time … no time … that is where the confusion lies.
YOU ARE ALMOST THERE. FEEL THESE HEIGHTENED ENERGIES FILLING YOUR BEING. THEY COULD NOT COME INTO YOUR PLANET BEFORE. IT WASN’T READY AND IT WASN’T TIME.
NOW IT IS READY … NOW IT IS TIME.
Even though there is no time! Chaps, chapesses, I am aware of my rant today, which I have brought forth from within me and on the behalf of many. It needs to be said … we are struggling in the understanding of just how far this game has to go!
We accept your disposition and indeed, we thank you for it.

We’ll carry on, gaining strength from unseen Light Forces. Allowing ourselves to unite and feel that which is offered in order to see this thing through. We came in with such courage. May we regain it and march forward. THANK YOU. An indulgence on my part today … That’s how it went.

Nothing is more powerful than your thoughts and feelings. As you learn to master these, you will find you become a master creator. A positive attitude goes a long way. Should you find yourself having anything less than a bright outlook for yourself and your life, immediately look for ways to change that attitude.
This does not mean that life will be without challenges. It means that you will know that you can tackle whatever those challenges are because you know there are always options or alternatives; you just need to look deeper sometimes. Spirit is always there to light up your path.
 
 
 
Thought for today: The Universe is supporting you to Be your own light at the end of the tunnel.
 
And so it is.

 
You are dearly loved and supported always, the angels.

What is a normal life?

 
 
QUESTION: Masters it has been many years and I’m still stuck. I wondered why people are able to go through the normal way of life. Find a guy get married and start a family? I can’t imagine nor accept this way of life. While I’d like to lead a different life by throwing the towels going somewhere on my own, I realize I have no courage. If so, I should follow the crowd in the way of life. What good am I? ~Happy, Singapore.
 
ANSWER: What is normal? Since every soul chooses their own path, how can there be a normal? The term is used by judgmental society to rate and grade citizens and encourage them to comply with what society thinks is the way things should be. On the spiritual journey, there is no right or wrong and there is no normal.
 
A soul may wish to experience a life where they are only concerned with learning who they are and what powers and abilities they possess as a piece of Source. That doesn’t require that they even acknowledge anyone else sharing the planet with them, and they may never need to interact with others.
 
Families are the way society propagates. People are taught that reproducing themselves is normal because society would cease to exist if no one had children. But if everyone participated in that model, then no soul could learn about homosexuality, transgender love, or abandonment and loneliness. These are all valid life lessons and are outside what society would say is normal.
 
Following the crowd is saying that they know more about why you came to Earth than you do. How is that possible? Did they plan your soul’s journey for you? I don’t think so. Do what feels like something you can learn from. Explore the possibilities. You can do anything if you have faith that you can.
 
Stop being so negative. Decide what you would really like to accomplish. Spend some time figuring out the way to do it, and then take one step at a time toward the goal. Everything is a choice, so if you think you can’t do something, you never will be able to do it. Allow yourself to love yourself enough to bring your dreams to fruition.
 
 

Why all the negative people?

 
 
QUESTION: Masters I want to know why I am finding living in this world very difficult? I can’t come across positive people – every single person in the family and outside the family is rejecting me and most of them are bullying me and I am finding it hard to live. Why is this happening to me even though I have done no wrong to them? ~Humaira, UK.
 
ANSWER: Another person cannot hurt you unless you allow them to do so. What people say to you cannot affect you unless you give credence to their words. You must accept that they know what they are talking about for it to have an impact. To be bullied, you must believe others are better, more knowledgable, or stronger than you. All souls come from the same Source and are made of the same material; some have just chosen to test that fact in differing ways.
 
Negativity attracts negativity, so examine your own feelings. You thrive in a negative environment because that is what you believe you deserve. You don’t see yourself as loveable and don’t return love to others. That creates a negative atmosphere, which draws more negativity into it. Right now you don’t accept that there are positive, loving people anywhere near you.
 
Start meditating and placing yourself into a safe space where no one else can enter without your permission. Within that space, invite your guides and ask them to help you protect yourself from any negative energy being directed toward you. Have them help you feel the unconditional loving energy of the universe. Then practice filling and surrounding the area with it and letting the positive love energy draw more positivity to you.
 
Start envisioning that same unconditional love being directed to the people with whom you come in contact. Supply the intention to them that they too might wish to live in positive love.
 
Do not engage in any arguments with others, because that is the way people pull your positive self away and replace it with negative hatred. Everyone creates their own reality. What do you want? Start shaping a world of positivity.
 
 

Finding peace

 
QUESTION: Masters I have tried my best to learn everyday good and be good. I have made mistakes. My parents have had their own journey and had a lot of negativity. Talking, discussing, is rare without anger. And asking for anything has not been something they are ok with at all. I had started standing up for myself but that only made things worse. Recently I did not and accepted whatever was said quietly. I attempted this because someone said they would ensure things did not get out of hand if I kept quiet and listened. They did not really take care or could not and I feel terrible and hurt. Not only upset with my parents but very let down by the person who I trusted but who just accepted horrible things being said to me. How do I change / what do I do, to find peace? ~Lr, India
 
ANSWER: To find peace you have to work on the life lessons that are causing all this: finding self-confidence and self-love, releasing guilt, and having faith in yourself and your decisions. Your parents are fearful that you will recognize that they are lost and not in control of their lives. They need to feel powerful, and they accomplish that by manipulating you and putting you down so they can feel superior.
 
Your would-be “savior” is also fearful of life and wanted to curry favor with your parents by offering you up as a sacrificial lamb, thinking everyone would learn from the experience. They truly believed in communication as the way to straighten out difficulties but had no idea how really horrible your situation had become.
 
Now the next step for you is to analyze why the things said to you had such an impact. Do you believe what was said was factual? You know in your heart that it was not, so why did it affect you so strongly? That had to do with your belief that you are causing some of the problems by your prior actions, that you have not been “good.”
 
This is ridiculous. You are believing that the demands of your parents are what make a good child. Rubbish. A lot of what they want has nothing to do with fulfilling your obligation as a good child. You frequently know exactly what makes sense in any situation, but when your parents say no, you acquiesce to their way of thinking. It’s time to start having confidence in your feelings.
 
Know what resonates with your soul. Develop more self-love for all the hard work you have put in during this life. Congratulate yourself for choosing such difficult lessons and moving through them. Don’t let anyone tell you what you should think or do. Have faith in the way you think things should be handled, and then carry them out.

 


 

Reincarnation Guide


 
Rita from Portugal asks the Masters: I finished my law degree and now I started to practice law as a trainee lawyer. The problem is that I'm not happy with what I do. I really want to give up but at the same time I'm really scared because I don't know what to do next. Am I refusing what I am supposed to do, or this is a chance to choose another path?
 
Answer: There are no “supposed to dos” in anyone’s life. Everything that you do is to learn something about yourself. There are many things that can be done with your training; you have just chosen an employer that does not suit your personality. Look around for other possibilities within the field. You like to help people, and there are associations who specialize in that.


 
Sheila from the US asks the Masters: My sis in law has voices that sound like gruff men that she speaks with as she sleeps. There are also other voices. Are these earthbound entities? Are they harmful? How can they be released?
Answer: Your sister-in-law is traveling during her body’s rest cycle, which is normal. Most of those with whom she is in contact are from the spirit world. Occasionally a discarnate tries to intervene as she is just going into the spirit world or returning from it. She is in complete control and can tell them all to leave her alone if she desires. She can also limit contact to times when she wishes to interact with them. If she shuts it down completely, she may find it difficult to reinitiate it later. The only ones that are potentially harmful are the discarnates. She can ask her guides to keep them away before she goes to sleep.


 
GN from Brazil asks the Masters: Please help me to understand my difficult feelings with my family, why is it so hard for me to be with them? They treat me well, I don't blame them, but I can't love more and I never want to be with them. Family meetings are so hard, always feels like duty. How can I make this easier?
 
Answer: Ask yourself why you feel the way you do. Sit in meditation and see what the answer is. You do not feel worthy of their love because you do not love yourself. They don’t expect anything from you but your presence. If that is too uncomfortable, remove yourself for a while and see what does make you happy. You choose how you feel about things, so take the time to examine your desires.
 
Roger from the US asks the Masters: In high school I saw this girl for the first time in my life and immediately felt like I was in love with her or felt a connection with her, I was never able to talk to her throughout the 4 years of high school because of my terrible anxiety but even after being done with high school 2 years later I can’t seem to stop thinking about her and being in love with her. She is always on my mind and it’s dreadfully painful because she now has a boyfriend and I can’t do anything about it. Could she be one of my soulmates and will I at some point in my life meet her again to engage in a loving relationship? Melody is her name.
Answer: You created a fantasy world around this woman. She is a soul mate of yours and you have had several lives together. She is in this life for you to see if you can develop your self-confidence and self-worth issues to the point of approaching her for friendship. If it goes any further than that, it is up to the two of you.




Beth from Portugal asks the Masters: It has come to my attention that there are still some deep questions within my subconscious mind (and heart) about my mother that I should heal. Can you tell me what and how to release this burden? I feel the time is now.
 
Answer: Just telling you will not help you heal. To settle this energy, you must go back to the contacts and work through the anger and hurt. You can do this through bringing up your childhood in meditation and watching it replay. Feel each incident and find out why you still feel so strongly about the way you handled the situation. Remember you were a child and didn’t think you had a choice. Now you know you do have a choice about how to deal with this. Let go of the guilt and shame and claim the beautiful person inside as your identity. Love yourself for all that you went through.
 
 




 
Tammy from the US asks the Masters: My Mom Nina died at the age of 59 from Heart Attack. I had not seen her in years. She suffered schizophrenia in this life. Is her spirit at a higher level for choosing to live such a life? Is she with my Grandmother or did she reincarnate?
 
Answer: Neither has reincarnated yet. Your mother chose difficult lessons for her life because she wanted to see if she could work her way through them. At the end she understood that she did not really need to experience mental illness, and that was why she left when she did. Lessons are lessons, and the accomplishment of trying them doesn’t have varying levels of achievement. All lessons are just lessons. Your mother is sharing time with some souls whom she knew in this current lifetime, your grandmother included.
 
 
Ana from Brazil asks the Masters: I've been in a relationship for 4 years with a man who sometimes looks like the man of my dreams and sometimes it seems abusive to me. I wonder if I should persist in this relationship? Am I the problem of the relationship?
 
Answer: This man has a personality difficulty. If things are going his way he is a model of decorum, but if they aren’t he is a tyrant trying to control the world. This is a lesson for you in how far you wish to go to get what you want. There are no right or wrong decisions. Ask what you truly want and don’t let him, or anyone else, make your mind up for you. There are plenty more men out there for you to meet.
 
 
Nari from India asks the Masters: My brother is going thru very tough time in India. His wife cheated on him and even tried to plan to kill him. But law is still her side. She is winning everywhere. I am trying to help my brother but don't see any ray of hope. He doesn't want to live in India anymore. You think my brother and his kids will have a successful life in the near future without his wife?
Answer: Your brother is not telling you the whole story about what has been happening. He has to decide what he sees his future being. Each party here has brought the actions into their life for the purpose of learning. The kids are very connected to their mother and would have some difficulty being cut completely off from her. Your brother needs to get rid of his anger to defuse the situation. The parties are not communicating and that is the only way to work things out.
 
 
Erin from the US asks the Masters: What is my purpose on Earth?
 
Answer: The same as all other souls – to understand who you are as a soul and to figure out what wisdom can be obtained through the lessons you chose to experience in this lifetime. Work on seeing what lies behind your fears and doubts.

 
 
 
Neet from Canada asks the Masters: I am waiting for the miracle to happen. Is it coming? Will my prayers be answered before the end of 2018?
 
Answer: You already know that answer. Why do you expect that you will deserve a miracle? Have you been working to produce one? Do you have the faith in yourself to create one within your reality? Every soul creates their own reality, so better reinforce your desires.
 
 
 

 
Kristy from Australia asks the Masters: What do you see me doing or working as in the future, where do I start?
 
Answer: We see you doing whatever it is that you decide to do. Things are not pre-ordained. Things happen in your life because of the choices you make – not because someone else set up a schedule for you. It’s like wanting to be a triathlete but never learning to ride a bike, jog, or swim. You have to prepare for a future.
 
 
 
Nancy from the US asks the Masters: What lesson was I, and are others, to glean from the death of a child. My daughter was called a suicide but I have doubts and am stuck in a loop trying to solve the mystery while soldiering on in a life less joy filled.
 
Answer: There is no one specific lesson from this horrendous occurrence. The departure can be a lesson for the soul alone or a group lesson for those who remain. Suicide is a way for some overwhelmed souls, those who have chosen to experience more than their human bodies could endure, to return Home and start all over again. Regardless of the cause, your human daughter is no longer on the same plane as you. Make a connection, through the ether, with her so she might comfort you and help you feel the love she has for you.
