Dear ones,  with love and Light we speak about the shifting energies of evolution now awakening many to a deeper reality.  Silently and secretly continue  holding fast to your highest level of awareness, allowing it to guide your actions and open you to more.
 
Each day as more souls awaken to the truth about themselves and others, more high vibrational Light is being added to the collective consciousness which in turn is beginning to manifest in the world as the desire in mankind for higher and  better forms of government, health, and spirituality.  People are beginning to see and accept that there are indeed better ways of doing almost everything.
 
The chaos you are witnessing is not the ending of anything real, but rather reflects the labor pain necessary for birthing a new world consciousness.
 
Lifetimes lived in energies of duality and separation have resulted in a universal consciousness that is ingrained with illusory concepts,  believes that materiality is all there is,  and that unless something can be seen or touched, it isn’t real.  Actually, many of your scientists are already well aware that what is perceived through the senses as material is in reality, energy.
 
There is much to come that we cannot yet share with you because our job and that of other  higher dimensional beings is guide you in your free will choices, rather than make them for you.  Stay in the now moment as best you can, living your highest awareness in every activity of the day.  In reality, you only can live in the now moment because nothing else exists.  Many are discovering  that life becomes much easier when lived this way.
 
You are the actual substance of everything real, the very essence of Divine Consciousness individualized, appearing as form.   Therefore you are now and always have been the very substance of wholeness, completeness,  abundance, joy, peace, harmony etc etc. — IT is what you are made of.   You are not a physical body with a little spiritual light bulb inside, but are the fullness of Divine Light manifesting on earth through the density required for living in three dimensional energy.
 
The only thing that separates a person from experiencing their already present wholeness is the belief that they are separate from it–creators perfectly creating lack and limitation in all its forms.  There is no judgement about this because mankind has been subjected to the denser energies for eons of time during which  it became necessary to create a system that would enable them to survive.  This outdated system is what mankind is now struggling to evolve beyond.
 
Because you are creators no longer ignorant of the deeper truths, you must live your awareness rather than continuing to cling to what has worked in the past otherwise, you will simply continue creating and experiencing the same old three dimensional  problems and wonder why. The ever increasing frequencies of Light at this time are allowing creations to manifest ever more quickly.
 
At a certain point it is no longer necessary to keep looking for old programming and faults to clear because when you begin to live as Light and truth, those higher frequencies automatically dissolve the lower resonating energies within and without.  This realization removes the need for “protective work” as is taught in metaphysics because your consciousness of Light is your protection.
 
Lower resonating energy cannot enter into the Higher as there is no alignment but this truth must be realized, rather than seen as just another tool for protecting from something outside of self.
 
Free will is a universal spiritual law allowing every individual  to make whatever choices they wish.   No one is coming to save anybody or to do the work for  you.  There is no old man in the sky watching and waiting for a person to be good enough.
 
“Saviors” represent the grand illusion created over time by the suffering of the unaware–hope born from a belief in separation.  No guru, priest, holy man, technique, or teaching is ever or can ever save you from your own free will choices. These things can be powerful tools alerting you to your personal belief system, but only you can make the changes.
 
Living spiritually does not mean throwing your hands in the air at every negative appearance  while shouting; “God is all” and then doing nothing.  Declaring absolute truth before attaining the consciousness of it is to  pretend a state of consciousness not yet attained–very three dimensional activity.
 
This often happens with serious spiritual students, teachers, and channelers etc. who falsely believe they must never let others see them as having  “human” issues or problems in the false belief that it would make their work invalid.  Never pretend a state of consciousness not yet attained.  If you have a cold, accept it for what it is.  If you have a problem, simply look deeper, but don’t deny it.  Non-resistance is a core facet of spiritual living.
 
Living spiritually means going about the normal activities of each day, making decisions and performing tasks, but in a way that reflects an inner awareness of the Divine nature of every individual and the truth that underlies appearances.   Go within often, recognizing the reality of everything–nature, business, people, government.  Eventually the truths you practice become your attained state of consciousness and you automatically live them without conscious effort.  They become you.
 
An example of this is honesty.  At this point in your journey, you are simply never tempted to steal.  Honesty has become your attained state of consciousness and no effort is needed to be honest.  Another person may be tempted, but holds back because he has  intellectual knowledge regarding the rightness of honesty even if it is fear of the law.  There are those who will take every advantage to steal with no remorse because their state of consciousness holds only concepts of separation.
 
One of the biggest issues troubling the third dimensional collective is lack–lack of money, resources, information etc.  Praying for these things only creates them because you create your belief system and if your state of consciousness is one of lack and limitation, this is what you will create.  Continually telling yourself; “I don’t have.” allows you to perfectly create experiences of  “don’t have”.
 
When you attempt to change something from a place of resistance or solve problems on the level of the problem, you empower them.  Conditions of rich and poor equally represent duality, neither  having anything but the  belief in them to hold them in place which means they are subject to changing very quickly.
 
Spiritual abundance is held infinitely in place by Divine Law and flows from the realization of “I have because I am”.   This is the higher way of understanding abundance.   A state of consciousness that  realizes money to be the  material form of self sustained/self maintained completeness will manifest it outwardly and often through unexpected avenues, but knows it is never from them.
 
Pay  your bills in the realization that because of oneness, you are simply moving forms of infinite energy from your right hand to your left.  Let objects, money, goods, flow freely through you in the realization that they are flowing from an Infinite Source within and not from you personally where you can be depleted.  Lack is like a person having a large bank account somewhere that they do not know about and so continue living life as a pauper while their money lies waiting.
 
Know that you are the very substance from which dollar bills are formed.  Abundance is not just money, it is  wholeness and completeness in all its forms, and you can never be separate from it no matter how hard you may try.   Know that wherever your personal financial abundance seems to come from (job, family, husband or wife, inheritance) it really does not come from these things, but rather through them as your own state of consciousness in expression.
 
Those living fully in the third dimensional belief system do believe that abundance comes from outside of themselves and  think that they are perfectly within their rights to fight, steal, or use any other means to keep it coming and increasing. This is still the mentality of many three dimensional corporations and businesses.  You however, are ready to shift into the truth of abundance.
 
Abundance as with all truth, cannot suddenly manifest in its fullness without the substance of it–consciousness.  Knowing a truth intellectually is only the first step toward attaining the consciousness of it but this never means doing nothing.  First you know the truth and then take whatever human footsteps you are guided to take.  Frequently a person needs to just take a job, any job, in order to get the flow of moving.
 
Sitting back awaiting others to appreciate and reward you for your education or experience in the exact form you desire or believe you deserve, more often than not simply creates exactly that–waiting.
 
Everyone is creating through their state of consciousness, but the majority is not yet aware that they are doing it.  However, never judge, for many during these times of planetary evolution are not creating experiences from a place of un-awakened consciousness but rather are completing  a life plan chosen pre-birth  as being necessary to their spiritually evolution
 
Once a person begins to meditate, read, and seriously study truth, they automatically indicate to their Higher Self that they are ready for more and the “spiritual train” leaves the station.  Some believe that from then on everything will be roses and light, but nothing could be further from the truth as most of you have discovered.
 
What happens is that the seeker has opened  doors and allowed light to shine on everything hiding there. Old and dense energies still alive and well in cellular memory and manifesting as their present belief system begin to to be seen with more awakened eyes.   For most, this is a time during which the “Sh..  begins to hit the spiritual fan” so to speak, leaving the awakening spiritual student to believe that he/she is doing something wrong.
 
No dear ones, this experience indicates that you are doing it right.  In order to open to and integrate the higher frequencies of truth,  every soul must first clear out the old and obsolete.  This is the meaning behind the bible statement about not putting new wine into old wine skins.
 
This stage of evolution has been called the “dark night of the soul”, and comes to every person at some point along their way.  It is a time of feeling lost, alone, and even in doubt as to whether or not there really is a God.  The person’s former comfortable belief system no longer works and they cannot even explain it to those who have always been closest to them.
 
Choose not to resist this experience but rather understand the “Dark Night of the Soul” as being an important and necessary part of the evolutionary journey.  It may feel negative, but is a time filled with living vital energy  leading the person to a more evolved  state of consciousness.  If you need to, allow yourself to cry, be alone, and mourn the loss of what is quickly becoming the past without guilt.  Just remember to move on, for this is just a parenthesis in the process.
 
You are spiritually ready for your good to flow from a conscious realization of your oneness with all that Source  is.  Spiritual good knows no opposite, does not fluctuate, and can be depended upon as ever present.  Continuing to seek human good and remove human bad must no longer be your consciousness if you seriously seek to move beyond duality and separation.
 
Know that you are always being guided.  Listen to and trust the silent voice of your intuition.  Stop trying to to plan every detail of your lives  according to concepts of how things must be in order to be right.
 
You are ready dear ones, you are more than ready.

It’s so easy to be sidetracked in life and miss the bigger picture, to look at what others have achieved and wonder, “What have I done this whole time?” But all feelings of inadequacy you experience are caused by losing yourself in the minutia of human life: the race be more productive, more successful, to get ahead.
Sure, those things are important, but only to a point. If you concentrate on them too much, you risk ignoring the forest for the trees. You’ll feel guilty for not being as successful as you dreamed to be, envious of people who are, or bitter if you put in the work and sweat, but things don’t seem to click.
If that happens, stop a minute. Zoom out, and look at the bigger picture:
Your own life is a miracle. At the moment, we do not know for sure if complex lifeforms (meaning bacteria and above) exist on other planets. As far as intelligent life goes, the odds can be as low as 1 in 100,000,000 planets (maybe even lower).
Viewed on a cosmic scale, the existence of a single human, you, is wondrous.
But what makes this even better, is that you are not a single wonder. As you are reading this, 7 billion other souls are breathing the same air as you, to say nothing of all the other living beings on our planet.
Why does this matter? Because you do not exist to be alone. No human exists independent of humankind, even hermits.
If you see humankind as a whole, and track it’s evolution and progress in history, you’ll notice that (almost) everybody participated to push our species further, to learn more, to better ourselves. And they did so simply by existing, and trying to make a better life for themselves and people they hold dear.
Some estimate that the total sum of humans that have ever existed is over 100 billion. Out of these, only a few thousands are celebrated and mentioned. A vastly higher number are not, even though they certainly deserve it.
But all humans have played a part in taking us from sticks and stones, to rockets and the Internet. Past generations didn’t build them directly, but they made the stepping stones that later generations needed to climb on.
And the result of this work and toil is nothing short of amazing. To put it into perspective, the average American of 2018 has a far superior quality of life compared to the wealthiest king in the 1850’s.
Once you view mankind as a whole, you realise that no human can live without affecting another. It doesn’t matter if they live 2000 years apart, or 2000 km apart.
A well lived normal life will ripple across time and space to impact the lives of countless others. You will likely never know how many lives your actions will improve, and nor will the people who benefit know how much you helped them.
 
And that’s ok. It is estimated that the total number of humans who have ever lived exceeds 100 billion. It’s impossible to remember them all, so we celebrate just a few thousand “great people” at most.
But even these celebrated few are periodically forgotten and replaced by newcomers.
In fact, chances are that the most famous and successful people alive today will be entirely forgotten in 500 or 600 years from now, except for a few passionate history buffs.
This might sound deeply depressing if you thought you were somehow special. But there’s another way to look at things:
Nobody is pressuring you to be the greatest, except yourself.
Getting to terms with both the rare wonder that is your existence, but also it’s fleetingness and insignificance, will ease the stress you place on yourself, and allow you to connect to the only real thing: the Now.
Viewing your life from a cosmic perspective is both a choice, and a journey of self discovery, that is unique to you. Still, here are a few places to start:
1) Don’t work to earn things, but work to become a better you
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that the more goods you own, the happier you will be.
To a point, that’s true. You can’t be happy if you have to constantly worry about surviving until the end of the month.
But what really brings enjoyment to life and contentment is becoming a better person, either through learning about the world, or acquiring new skills.
The people who most enjoy life do things that challenge them to learn, to grow. Often times, this brings material rewards as well, often times more than if they had simply worked for these from the start.
2) Learn how the world works
Socrates famously said “The unexamined life is not worth living.” He uttered this phrase after he was sentenced to death by the Athenians, for questioning the nature and existence of the gods, and corrupting the youth.
In another great philosophical work, Plato claims in Phaedo (through the voice of Socrates), that philosophy is nothing but a preparation for death.
When it comes down to it, all of the material goods we will ever own simply make our lives more comfortable, but not more meaningful.
There is nothing shameful in wanting a better material life, indeed it is desirable. But our lives are short, and we owe to ourselves to learn, as much as it is possible, where we have come from, and where we are going.
3) Enjoy the people in your life
On a more worldly note, countless studies have shown that what truly brings us happiness is doing good for others, and nurturing our relationships with other people in our life.
Biologically, we’re built to be sociable. Our entire evolutionary history has us living in packs, ranging in size from a few dozens to millions. Embrace this side of you, keep in touch with friends, distant family. Be the first to call, even if they don’t. It might seem like you’re doing it for them, but in reality, everyone benefits.

Heart disease is not just the leading cause of death in the USA, but also in the whole world. It’s not just the leading cause of death for men, but also for women. Heart disease is not just one disease. It’s a whole group of diseases which affect the circulatory system and include cardiovascular disease and conditions like high/low blood pressure. So what really causes it – and what can you do about it?

What You May Hear From Western Doctors on Heart Disease

What does Western Medicine have to say about heart disease? That it can’t be cured, of course, just like they say all major diseases like cancer can’t be cured. What else? Often, it’s just advice like this, which is a half-truth or limited hangout: they’ll tell you that you can eat anything – anything! – you want, just as long as you stop smoking and take statins. Big Pharma and all those who serve it have nothing to gain from you being educated about health and the body.
All Roads Lead to the Heart
The heart is your central organ and is closely involved in the workings of your circulatory system. The arteries that take oxygen-rich blood from your heart to your muscles and extremities, and the veins that take oxygen-depleted blood back, are all part of this system, as is your blood itself. So, ailments such as clogged arteries and high blood pressure are all related to heart disease. For instance, when your arteries are clogged, your heart has to work harder to push the blood around your body, which can cause it to strain. High blood pressure is indicative of blood that is too thick or sludgy and does not flow around the arteries/veins easily, again leading to heart strain. In many ways, all roads lead to the heart.

Heart Disease: The Saturated Fat and Cholesterol Myth

So, do people just get clogged arteries and high blood pressure for no reason? No, of course not. There is a cause, just as there is a cure. However, Western Medicine is too focused on pushing pills and stopping symptoms rather than educating patients and addressing the underlying cause. For decades, health officials and medical professionals have told us that heart disease is caused by saturated fat and cholesterol. This sprung from the skewed research of Dr. Ancel Keys as I detailed in the article Plastic Oils vs. Saturated Fats: Busting the Propaganda. Keys demonized these essential nutrients, despite the fact that your brain is mostly composed of saturated fat and that cholesterol is a crucial structural component of your cells. Cholesterol helps with respiratory and gastrointestinal problems, creates vitamin D and is part of the healing mechanism of your body. The misinformation about saturated fat and cholesterol was seized upon by the American Heart Association (AHA) (funded by Procter & Gamble, makers of the hydrogenated oil Crisco, and of which Keys was a board member). They went on TV to falsely claim that a diet with large amounts of butter, lard, eggs and beef would lead to coronary heart disease.

The Cholesterol Myth Continues – Dangerous Statins

Sadly, the “saturated fat and cholesterol are bad for you” myth continues today, with some esteemed doctors commenting that the testing and treating of cholesterol is the biggest medical fraud around! It underpins the propaganda that Big Pharma uses to push one its favorite drugs of choice: statins. In 2017, the CDC found that about 28% of American men and women over age 40 take a statin. Statins are very dangerous: they block cholesterol production but an international study found that 39% of men and 34% of women who have had heart disease have high triglycerides or fat levels, so what’s the point? Exercise makes the heart grow stronger, but statins block the adaptation of the heart to get stronger and the body to produce more mitochondria/energy. Be Brain Fit explains that statins decrease the production of CoQ10, a nutrient that protects both the heart and the brain. Memory loss is a documented side effect of statin drugs; they are also implicated in dementia and Alzheimer’s. The FDA requires that warning labels state that statins can cause memory loss as well as mental confusion, liver problems and type 2 diabetes. Statins can lead to diabetes at an alarming rate; research has found that nearly half of women who take them eventually develop diabetes, and to come full circle, diabetes is a disease which greatly increases your risk of dementia.

The Real Causes of Heart Disease: 

Oxidation, Inflammation, Deficiency and Stress

The causes of heart disease are not to be found by obsessing over saturated fat and cholesterol, but rather looking at oxidation, inflammation, deficiency/depletion (lack of essential nutrients) and – the biggest one – stress. This includes both physical and mental stress. These causes often reinforce each other. While we need to feel stress occasionally to be motivated to change something, chronic or long-term stress taxes our heart. Stress takes us out of our parasympathetic nervous system (relaxed state) and puts us into our sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight state). It burns up the crucial nutrients we need for growth and our immune system. Stress produces the cortisol and adrenaline hormones; cortisol lowers our immunity and adrenaline increases our blood pressure.

Stressed Out

Some people are so chronically stressed that they skip high quality foods and start eating large amounts of junk food, consuming more processed sugar, smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol (oxidation). These kind of lifestyle choices further tax our heart by depriving the body of essential nutrients (deficiency) and in the particular case of cigarettes activate the sympathetic nervous system again. Processed food is especially problematic, because it is almost always way high in sodium and missing any fresh fruit or vegetables which are high in potassium. Science has shown that a potassium-sodium imbalance caused by missing potassium is the cause of high blood pressure, the main cause of stroke and contributes to heart disease.

Chronic Inflammation

Too much stress and poor lifestyle choices unfailingly lead to chronic inflammation. Acute or short-term inflammation is the body’s healthy response to a wound, but chronic inflammation is a big problem. It’s the basis for many illnesses including a lot of autoimmune diseases and diabetes, obesity, depression, cancer and, naturally, heart disease. It is especially noteworthy to realize that the foods that promote the most inflammation are hydrogenated, trans or “plastic” oils, refined grains and processed sugar – some of which are promoted by the AHA! We live in an upside-down world where white is black and black is white, so it’s very important to think for yourself and not just blindly follow a package label (“Healthy Heart”) or an institution with a nice-sounding name.

Natural Cures, Remedies and Solutions for Heart Disease

So, now that you understand that real causes of heart disease, what are the natural solutions? To begin with, reduce oxidation and aging by introducing more antioxidants into your diet, including C60, berries, nuts, potatoes, cacao and the Indian and Italian spices. Tackle inflammation by making your diet more anti-inflammatory. Here are tips on how to defeat chronic inflammation.
Counter deficiency by eating nutrient-rich food. Some people take mineral supplements due to their belief that the soil is depleted and that their food doesn’t contain the levels of nutrients it used to (even if it is organic). Try supplementing with nascent iodine, magnesium oil and colloidal copper. One of the best natural heart medicines is HB Extract (a wildcrafted and organic formula of 11 natural herbs) which has helped people get off their petrochemical Big Pharma meds for good.
Ditch your statins. This 2012 study found that just 20 minutes of daily meditation was 5 to 11 times more beneficial than statins in reducing heart disease! Take up other stress-reducing exercises, such as yoga, tai chi, listening to music, hanging out with friends and family, spending more time in nature and spending less time on a screen.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, don’t look at saturated fat and cholesterol like Western Medicine tells you. Look at oxidation, inflammation, deficiency and stress. Remember that everything has a cause and effect. You don’t just magically get heart disease for no reason. You have a lot of control over it. Decide carefully what you put into your body. Make wise lifestyle choices. Don’t buy into AHA propaganda that all saturated fat and cholesterol are the bad guys. Likewise, don’t buy into similar Big Pharma propaganda that statins will relieve you of heart disease, since they actually rob you of your vitality.

The mainstream media have been avoiding issues of real significance, while attempting to draw your attention towards distractions which are intended to confuse and divide you so that you live in anxiety and fear.  Politics is a game played by influential people who are blinded by their own self-importance and driven by their desire for power over others, and who are supported by the mainstream media, while both are controlled and manipulated by a tiny but very powerful elite who have unlimited financial resources, and who have personal information about those influential ones which ensures that they can brought down in a moment, if they refuse to obey their masters, by releasing scandalous information about them.  Thus many politicians and news organizations are “owned” and used by a few very wealthy people with self-serving, secret, personal agendas that have been kept hidden from the public view.
Many people are now aware, or are becoming aware of the immense corruption that has been ongoing for a long time worldwide in large organizations, organizations that until recently were thought to be honest and trustworthy – operating in politics, business, education, healthcare, charities, religion, and the media – and a worldwide grassroots movement seeking enormous changes in their management and operations is growing rapidly as more and more shocking but, until now, hidden secret scandals are revealed and brought into the light of the public arena.
If humanity is to avoid self-destruction this powerful and power-hungry elite will have to be totally separated from their financial resources, and from the organizations through which they exercise that power and control.  Then the incredibly damaging activities in which the military-industrial complex has been engaged for decades must be terminated, following from that,quick and positive steps must be taken to start repairing the damage done to the planetary ecosystem.
As many of you already know, the damage done to the planet over the last two hundred years, and which has been occurring at an increasingly exponential rate since the end of World War II, has resulted in unconscionable amounts of pollution being arrogantly dumped into the oceans, lakes, and rivers, into the forests and prairies, and into the atmosphere, with militant disregard for the damage that was bound to ensue.  If steps are not taken swiftly to reverse and correct the damage that the planet has already sustained, then, in the very near future, its environment will cease to provide the basic essentials of clean air and clean water needed for humanity’s survival.
That so much damage has not only been allowed but encouraged clearly demonstrates the insanity of globalization.  It has stripped away any sense of responsibilityfrom the owners and managers of these enormous corporations for their decisions and for the subsequent activities that their organizations have engaged in,despite the enormous consequential ecological injury done to the planetary environment, and to the non human life forms the planet supports, because of their activities.
Although modern physics has recently shown that absolutely everything is connected to absolutely everything else, the responsibilities that an understanding of this lays on humanity has so far not been taken nearly seriously enough.  Well before modern science revealed this vast ordering of the entire universe, people had become aware of it on a smaller scale as the ecological interconnectedness between plants, insects, and animals (including humans).  And although ecologists gave warnings about the damage occurring, those with power and authority to limit and restrain damaging activities chose to ignore them, while encouraging globalization, whose supporters, promoters, and backers were interested solely in short-term financial reward.
Now, finally, awareness of the overwhelming need for change in humanity’s attitudes and behaviors is growing, and leading to a move toward major alterations in industrial processes, so that the most damaging activities are eitherseverely curtailed and restricted, or completely terminated.  You already have the technologies necessary to replace the most damaging industrial processes which you deem essential, they have just not been brought into use because they are not in alignment with the financial goals of the large globalized multinational corporations.  This is going to change!  New technologies – new in that information about them has not yet been released into the public domain – can and will be put into operation very quickly once those who have been preventing their introduction have been removed from power.
Truly there is a bright future ahead for humanity once the essential changes in attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors come into effect within you all.  This will allow and most positively encourage the setting and maintaining of the intent to establish a caring and responsible stewardship of Planet Earth, a stewardship that will ensure the well-being of the planet, while at the same time guaranteeing satisfying and uplifting living conditions for all of humanity without any exceptions.  At present, as you observe so much senseless and totally unnecessary conflict and suffering planet-wide, it is almost impossible for you to imagine a change of sufficient magnitude to resolve these seemingly overwhelming issues and problems.  Issues and problems that have been discussed in countless forums for decades without there being any meaningful signs of progress.
As all the channeled messages have been telling you, as alsohave many aware and trustworthy individuals presently incarnate, L O V E is the answer, the only answer to any problem or disagreement that arises between any of God’s divine children.  And each and every one of you, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, skin color, religious or political persuasion, or none, is a divine child of God.  Without even one of you God is incomplete, and God cannotbe incomplete.  As the Tsunami of Love continues to intensify – and YES, It is most certainly intensifying mightily – more and more of you are beginning to rub your eyes and open to the awareness that truly all that matters is L O V E!
All is divinely taken care of, there will be no winners and losers, no conquerors and vanquished, because all will succeed and delight in the success of all, as Love’s all-inclusive embrace envelops all.  When you engage with love, peace ensues because they are one, inseparable, as each of you are inseparably one with each other, and with God.
So, spend time alone with yourself at your holy inner sanctuary daily.  Yes, gather in groups to do so physically, or via phones or social media (the perfect use for them), and then go deep, and, as the distractions of your daily lives fade away for a time, feel the Oneness that is ever-present within each one of you, and from which you are and never can be separated.  The wonder and the all-fulfilling energy field that you then experience will empower you and give you the strength to hold the vision of a future of peace and abundance for all of humanity.  You are creating and bringing that vision into being.  Let go of your doubts, and know that it is so.

At times, we can all tell a small white lie, but compulsive lying is a completely different animal.

People who have the habit of compulsive lying tell lies about the most random things. If you ask them what they did over the weekend, they might say, “I went fishing with some friends“. In fact, they sat at home and watched television. These people just cannot control their lies.
A person who has a habit of compulsive lying will give wrong answers to any question. The worst thing is that they do it for no good reason. They have no ulterior motives; people like this also have no special purpose to be realized by their falseness.
It’s very difficult to listen to a person who speaks to you and find out if he or she is a compulsive liar or not. This is simply because the lies which the compulsive liars tell are credible and absolutely probable.
Is it possible to identify a compulsive or a pathological liar? According to a study conducted by B.H. King and C.V. Ford of the Department of Psychiatry, the Hospital of UCLA, compulsive lying has a few indicators.

3 Signs of Compulsive Lying

 

1. The Stories Do Not Match

The most obvious sign of a compulsive liar is that their stories never match. They are always confused about their made up facts. A person who is prone to compulsive lying will often add detail to their lies, so the new lie is different from the one they started.
An intentional liar has a hidden aim and will, therefore, they will pay particular attention to remembering the very lies they have actually told earlier. A compulsive liar, however, is going to tell self-defeating lies.

2. No Limits

Compulsive liars are incessant. They will lie at every opportunity, even if it is absolutely unnecessary. Most of the times, their lies are harmless. But is it hard to believe a compulsive liar if they can tell the truth?
The main reason for this tendency to lie about all sorts of things is the fact that compulsive liars often do not realize they are lying. Sometimes they just cannot stop, even though they know they are lying.

3. Guilty As Accused

Compulsive liars often admit that they lie when they are confronted with enough facts. This is different from a deliberate liar who can still try to actually defend themselves. It truly proves that this kind of liar is quite fearless, with no regard for the consequences of their actions.
This often leads to the person confronting a stunned obsessive comptroller, since the confrontation also shows the absence of an ulterior motive. You cannot understand why the compulsive liar lied at all! The sad part is that even the compulsive liar has no answer to this question.

What Are the Causes of Compulsive Lying?

Certain central nervous system problems, such as epilepsy, infection and other issues, have been associated with the causes of this disorder. There is no precise pattern regarding gender – men and women are equally affected.
In fact, compulsive lying is a very miserable state because as soon as the liar has been truly exposed, almost everyone who knows you excludes you. However, if you ever see a compulsive liar in someone you know and care for, don’t be angry. Try and help them out of this instead.

How Can You Stop This Habit?

To admit that you have a problem is the first courageous step towards overcoming your compulsive lying problem. Asking for help is the second.
Psychotherapy, counseling or hypnosis therapy could help you to identify and address the causes of your lying addiction, and to stop lying in a short time.
As you begin to overcome the causes and habits of compulsive lies, you may notice an improvement in your relationships and a significant increase in your self-confidence. The truth is that people who have the habit of compulsive lying have very low self-esteem.
Equally important is good psychotherapy. Besides finding the ways for you to stop lying, a psychotherapist will also help you discover the cause of your compulsive lying issue so you can lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.
On your first visit, you can discuss your compulsive lying problem confidentially, ask questions, and decide if your psychotherapist is right for you. This first session will give the psychotherapist a good idea of the problems and help them understand what you want to achieve.
After the first session, they will tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs. It’s possible that the psychotherapist can control your patterns through hypnotherapy by altering your very habitual thoughts and reactions. In general, however, long-term treatment is not only recommended but also required.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy is an extremely intense, perceptive treatment that requires honest commitment from you to address the issues, but it is very effective in solving the causes of compulsive lying.

Conclusion

People who repeatedly lie are not very easy to deal with, but they should not be labeled as evil or manipulative. Their lies can become compulsive for lots of reasons, often which are deeply rooted in problematic childhoods.
Compulsive lying issues can affect the lives of persons who tell the lies as well as those around them, thus the tips above are a way to deal with it effectively.

Patients Are Dumping Benzodiazepines in Favor of Cannabis to Treat Anxiety.

Along with the opioid epidemic, we are in the midst of a benzodiazepine epidemic. This class of prescription drugs, which includes the extremely popular drug xanax, is primarily prescribed for anxiety, but is exceptionally prone to abuse, addiction, and were involved in almost 12,000 deaths a year.
“These are highly addictive and potentially lethal drugs, and many people don’t know that,” lead author Dr. Anna Lembke of the Stanford University School of Medicine said. “Sadly, most physicians are also unaware of this and blithely prescribe them without educating their patients about the risk of addiction.” [Source]
The public is waking up to the fact that pharmaceutical remedies are often very dangerous and can have serious side effects, while at the same to also waking up to the fact that cannabis is an exceptionally powerful healing medicine with nearly no harmful side effects whatsoever.
In the last couple of years as cannabis has become more mainstream and is further legalized, an exodus from pharmaceuticals has begun, and many people who need pain medication are dumping the opioids and pain pills in favor of cannabis.
Now, a couple of Canadian research studies indicate that people are also beginning to dump benzodiazepines and instead use cannabis and cannabis-derived medicines to alleviate anxiety.
As noted by Paul Armentano of NORML:
In the first study, Canadian researchers assessed the relationship between cannabis and benzodiazepines in a cohort of 146 patients enrolled in the nation’s medical marijuana access program. They reported that 30 percent of participants discontinued their use of anti-anxiety medications within two-months of initiating cannabis therapy, and that 45 percent did so by six-months. “Patients initiated on medical cannabis therapy showed significant benzodiazepine discontinuation rates after their first follow-up visit to their medical cannabis prescriber, and continued to show significant discontinuation rates thereafter,” authors concluded.
In the second study, investigators at the University of Michigan surveyed over 1,300 state-registered medical cannabis patients with regard to their use of opioids and benzodiazepines. They reported that 53 percent of respondents acknowledged substituting marijuana for opioids, and 22 percent did so for benzodiazepines.
 
This definitely follows the greater trend of patients seeking medical marijuana as a safe, natural, effective, and enjoyable alternative to pills, which is alarming to the pharmaceutical industry. Already, companies in the agribusiness sector are developing patents for cannabis related products, and it is feared that Monsanto, a la Bayer, is interested in being the future of this emerging market.
A report issued in 2018 quantified the potential losses to the pharmaceutical industry should they be unable to capitalize and seize a significant portion of market share of medical cannabis.
“It seems the pharmaceutical trade has more than enough reasons to fear the legalization of marijuana, as an analysis conducted by the folks at New Frontier Data predicts the legal use of cannabis products for ailments ranging from chronic pain to seizures could cost marketers of modern medicine somewhere around $4 billion per year.” [Source]
Patents related to cannabis and cannabis products are increasingly being filed with the U.S. Patent Office, both large companies and smaller ventures. In a recent article on this topic, Forbes magazine answered the question of whether or not cannabis can be patented:
“Yes, this is presently a small area of activity, but may also represent opportunity. Plants can be patented in two ways, by way of “utility patents” (like 95% of all patents) or by way of a separate “plant patent” category. Utility patents are much stronger; plant patents are narrowly focused on a single “parent” plant and its direct descendants. By my count, there are currently only 5 US plant patent cases (4 pending applications, 1 issued patent), and 11 utility plant-directed patent cases (8 pending applications, 3 issued patents). Two companies are currently the main players in plants: the plant-focused Biotechnology Institute (Los Angeles CA) has 3 issued patents as well as 2 pending applications, and GW Pharmaceuticals (UK) has two plant-focused applications. GW is notable for having the largest cannabis-directed portfolio (80+ US cases) of all companies in the space, and is particularly focused on methods of treating diseases.” [Source]

Monjonronson: “It is I, or as you call me, your Avonal Son of God, answering your concerns. One thing that many still do not realize is that I will not appear ‘in glory and power’. I will appear as a ‘male of your realm’ and in this condition during my mission to Urantia I will serve for about 1000 years. My Avonal identity will at first be known by comparatively few. The ministry of a Magisterial Son on a world such as yours is gradual and progressive. A Son of God coming to a world reveals Himself to those who believe. Even when Christ Michael returns to your world in power and glory, as He promised, many still will not believe it, but faith is never optional or unnecessary. The divine plan for your world will be fulfilled according to the will of the Father and as executed by Michael. However, it counts and depends on faith reception from the majority of its inhabitants, but not all. 

“When soon I fully manifest, it will be more on the fashion of when Machiventa Melchizedek bestowed himself upon your world in Abraham’s days. His was a short mission to not let the truth about the true God ‘wither’ beyond recognition. Mine is an extensive project to continue the proclamation of the real Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth, restating it to another day and generation, mostly to strengthen the now embryonic Fraternity of Man and Women on Urantia, and to finally reverse the social and political effects of Lucifer Rebellion which installed such a detrimental and dangerous nationalism in the governmental system of your world. 

“From the three-part aspects of my mission, the brotherhood of man and woman, the establishment of a global government, and the global ‘diffusion’ of one language, none is easier. The spiritual aspect (brotherhood) is the most challengeable, due the evil remnants of Lucifer’s folly. The political aspect (one government) already has its starting point on the inter-nations markets recently created, and the social aspect (one language) also is promising since the best candidate for that, the English tongue, is not linked to just one nation as happened to global languages in the past. None of this will be successful if there won’t be a methodic, efficient way to reduce the genetic maladies now encrusted into the Urantian races, with individuals wholly incapacitated for the expression of noble and spiritual values that really improve human civilization and boost it towards the ideal of the Kingdom of God. 

“The fact that my ultimate presence here is already known and believed across the globe is, no doubt, an important help for when my full manifestation occurs. However, besides understanding the gradual and progressive aspect of my mission, it is important to know that, although my performance will be strictly according to the principles of a Magisterial Mission and to the mandate and wise directions of Michael, the diverse and even adverse reactions of people, institutions and religionists are not unexpected and certainly will generate problems for the course of my mission, especially in the beginning, while the brotherhood of man and women won’t assume major proportions and greater influence. One problematic assumption is to expect that I will be seen as the ‘Antichrist’ mentioned on your apocalyptic records. But do not worry, I have met similar difficulties in previous magisterial missions and the experience is, as you know, ‘the truth will liberate you’. As it was before with Jesus, it will be in my time too. Spiritual pressure, however, produces unexpected and progressive changes. 

“Very well my child, it is important to emphasize these aspects of my mission because there are many, even among my students, who still do not realize that I am really a Son of God, but my manifestation will be as a male of the realm, and I will not linger on all kinds of mysticism, but I will work on teaching, leadership and action. Remember, my mission has three aspects: spiritual, social and political. You should expect I will be influential in these three areas. 

“I am very happy for this renewed opportunity to interact with you. Again, I assure you that my full manifestation is ahead. I will start small and slow, but not unnoticed. Pay attention to the news.”

Channeled messages come via many channels and sources, for instance via Mike Quinsey (a channel for SaLuSa from Sirius), Sheldan Nidle, and other extraterrestrials from the Arcturian and Pleiadian star systems. 
It is necessary to have a certain knowledge regarding the reality they are speaking from, and which will be ours, for those who so wish. These extraterrestrials represent and are part of the Galactic Federation of Light. In addition channeled messages are forthcoming from our Ascended Masters, such as Sananda (Jesus) and Saint Germain, plus many Archangels. These Ascended Masters reside primarily on ships belonging to the Galactic Federation of Light.
We want to start by saying that the disclosure of the existence of loving and supportive extraterrestrials is very close in time. The exact date is not given and is dependent on developments.
Let us first put together the context from a broader perspective. Our solar system itself circulate around the Central Sun – Alcyone. Alcyone is the central sun in the Pleiadian Star system and our solar system could also be considered as part of the Pleiadian system. The time to orbit is about 25860 years, which is one cycle. Alcyone and all Suns circulating around Alcyone also circulate around the Milky Way Galaxy, with an orbit of around 220 million years.
During the passage around Alcyone our solar system goes through the photon belt during certain periods of the full 25860-year cycle. We have recently started our entry into the photon belt, which is one reason for the heightened energies of Love and Light that Earth is experiencing.
Officially, our latest cycle ended on December 21, 2012, and we are now in the new cycle. The new cycle is often referred to as the Golden Age. The date is confirmed by the Mayan Calendar, which ended at this date. The calendar has always said it was the end of a cycle and the start of a new, which some have misinterpreted as meaning the end of the world. The Hindu calendar, according to many scholars, also puts an end to the dark Kali Yuga cycle at this time and the entry into the Satya Yuga. Similarly many indigenous spiritual belief systems have 2012 as the end of an era and the official start of a new one.
The human species was seeded on Earth the last time about 800,000 years ago on the continent Lemuria, formerly located in the Pacific Ocean. Before this human root races had also been seeded on Earth, but were removed from Earth by other Galactic races. The Human race originally evolved in the Vega Star system from aquatic roots about 7 million years ago.
The human colony on Lemuria thrived for a long time, but went under about 26000 years ago, due to among other things unbalanced energies – with a surplus of feminine energies. Many of the inhabitants managed to escape the sinking continent to reach Inner Earth – Agartha – where they continued to evolve and have reached a higher level of consciousness (5th dimensional consciousness).
Part of the demise of Lemuria was also the conflict with the Atlantis continent, which suffered under an unbalanced surplus of male energies. In the latter years of this continent, which went under 13000 years ago, the Atlanteans pursued dark agendas, which included reducing our forefathers to a status of limited consciousness, which we have suffered under since then. This dark agenda also led to the very physical demise of the continent, which was located largely in what we today call the Bermuda triangle. The Atlantis society used very advanced crystal technologies. As the continent sank under the waves very large crystals ended up on the ocean floor. These crystals are today responsible for many unexplained disappearances of ships and airplanes, due to opening up of portals thanks to interaction between sunlight and the crystals.
The Inner Earth or Agartha might be a very surprising aspect for some. According to the description of reality in messages posted on this site Earth is hollow. The shell is proportionally as thick as the peel of an orange or about 800 miles. Other planets in this solar system, such as Mars and Venus, and other planets around other stars are also hollow. This is the norm in the Universe.
There are wide entrances to Inner Earth at both the South Pole and the North Pole. American Admiral Byrd describes his airplane flight via the North Pole into the Inner Earth and back in 1947. In addition there exist tunnel systems at other latitudes to Inner Earth, particularly in Tibet. The fables from Tibet of Shangri-La describe life in Inner Earth and the city Shambala that lies directly underneath the Himalayan mountain complex. Also, the city of Telos in Inner Earth is located underneath Mount Shasta in the United States and it is connected via systems of secret tunnels to Earth surface.
Gravity functions in such a way that it is reversed (180 degrees) in Inner Earth compared to the surface world. About four hundred miles down in the crust of Earth there is a neutral zone with zero gravity, before it reverses direction as you move yet deeper and reach Inner Earth. Inner Earth also has an Inner Sun, which on the shores of the Inner Earth appears roughly the same size as our Sun Sol, the latter is located at a much larger distance. The Inner Sun has a more diffuse light and is also sometimes referred to as the Core or Seed of the Earth.
Before the demise of Atlantis (and also Lemuria) mankind had a higher level of consciousness. The dark Atlanteans engineered a reduction in consciousness in the human race, to what we now call the third dimension or duality or just simply limited consciousness. The term living in the illusion also refers to this level. This traumatic experience of moving down to this lower level of consciousness still lingers in our sub-conscious minds, expressed as the fear of the end of the world. However, the end of this cycle will not coincide with a new catastrophic development, as did previous ends of cycles, – quite the revers.
Some people from Atlantis managed to escape the sinking of Atlantis in physical form. They fled to for instance Guatemala and these people come to be known as the Mayans. In fact, Maya was the name of the priesthood at Atlantis. The Hopi Indians are also direct descendants from the Mayas and Atlantis. Other people fled to Ireland and on to Egypt. This started the Egyptian civilization.
Pyramids are a central form from Atlantis, with a unique spiritual meaning. Pyramids also exist in Guatemala, Egypt, Bosnia and other parts of the world. The three large pyramids in Egypt, for instance the Cheops pyramid, and the Sphinx were however constructed by extraterrestrials about 40,000 years ago. They are located in line with the Sirius star system (The North Star) on a very important node or chakra in the Earth energy field.
The concepts of reincarnation and that the soul is immortal are central among these messages and a fact, in spite of the fact that many do not believe so. Many of us who are now incarnate on Earth were also incarnate during the times of Atlantis and Lemuria. Some other souls who now are here and incarnate came from other planets in other solar systems and they are called Starseeds. Regardless of the recent origin of the souls the common focus is now to lift the human consciousness level – Ascension. This time it will not be a failure, as at the end times of Atlantis and Lemuria. The male and female energies will be balanced. An uplifting of consciousness will take place that moves the consciousness level quickly through the fourth level to the fifth dimensional level, which is also referred to as full consciousness. Our spiritual and physical abilities will quickly and dramatically change. We will consciously start to remember previous lives and communicate more and more telepathically. Aging, which we now experience, will first slow down and then be reversed and the rejuvenation process will commence.
Ascension is optional and will not be forced on anybody. Those that chose the way towards Ascension will follow Mother Earth to a higher vibrational level in the fifth dimension. Those souls who prefer to continue their experiences in the third dimension (3D) will end this life and start new lives on other 3D planets very similar to Earth. One such planet is called Herculobus and is being prepared specially for souls from Earth. These souls will continue their development on these planets and will eventually be ready to Ascend to the fifth dimension. However, the next opportunity to Ascend in large numbers might take a long time.
The Ascension of large number of souls all at once and in their bodies, which is taking place on Earth is unique and many extraterrestrials in higher dimensions are here to witness the process and help. Normally souls attain a higher level of existence as part of their next life and do not take the body they are in with them. This, our Ascension process en masse and in our bodies, has not previously taken place in this Universe. The Ascension taking place here on Earth takes center stage in more than one way, and it is key to the Ascension that also is taking place in other solar systems in this galaxy.
The extraterrestrials that are here can generally not be seen. They use cloaking technologies for their ships, which make them invisible unless they turn it off and show themselves. This happens more and more often and is the reason for some of the UFO observations.
The extraterrestrials that are here are for the most part friendly and full of love. They belong to the Galactic Federation of Light and reside in the fifth dimension or higher. They also protect us from unfriendly introducers from dark civilizations. In the Galactic Federation of Light there are a majority of human extraterrestrials from Pleiadian star system, from Sirius A, Arcturians, Herculians, Andromedans, Alfa Centurians, Ummites, Procyons, Tau Centians, Lyrians and many more. Lyrians are especially interesting, since it has been said they represent the original human race that developed in the Vega system. The others represent later developed human colonies, which also we are. Members of the Galactic Federation of Light are mostly of human origin, but not completely.
There is also an extraterrestrial dark side, which was allowed by the Creator. The dark side was allowed to infiltrate and cause the destruction of the civilizations on both Lemuria and Atlantis. Many galactic wars were fought with the dark galactic federation called The Anchara Alliance. They had their central locations in the star systems of the belt of Orion.
Members of the Anchara Alliance have more often than not reptilian genetics. For instance the demons and gargoyles that adorn many churches in Europe from the Middle Ages – for instance Notre Dame in Paris – represent extraterrestrials with a reptilian genetic form. One of the most important races is Dracos. It is a powerful reptilian race, both physically and mentally. While most Dracos belong to the dark side there are exceptions.
The extraterrestrials that are most often depicted in our media, as small, grey and with large black cold eyes are not the main players. They are called the Greys or Zeta Reticulians. They do belong to the dark side and are subordinate to the Dracos’ empire. They have been allowed to visit Earth during the last 70 years and have formed agreements with governments during this time. Their goal has been to form a new hybrid race with a mix of their genetics and human genes. Their race has been threatened by extinction and this is their way to save their species. They are the ones who were responsible for fetus abductions, which then were used for creating the new hybrid race. They have also been allowed to have underground bases on Earth. In exchange they have shared aspects of their advance technology, which primarily the American military has had access to. In reality many UFO sightings are the result of ships made by the American military using technology obtained from the Greys. However, this technology does not come close to what the Galactic Federation of Light possesses. ‘
The true power in the dark alliance has a more pure reptilian background. This includes the Dracos and its royal race – the Ciakar. The latter are formidable reptilian individuals with wings. They can possibly correspond to our “myths” about dragons.
Galactic wars have taken place with the Anchara Alliance as the main actor during millions of years. This has, among other things, led to the destruction of the surfaces of Mars and Venus. Our solar system initially had four beautiful water planets, similar to Earth. The fourth planet Maldek was the largest, and was completely destroyed in these wars and all that remains is what we call the asteroid belt. In other words the asteroids are pieces of the former planet. All four planets will be restored to their pristine conditions, via a process called terra-forming, and be part of our new Solar system. The name of Maldek will then be changed to Pax.
For those interested in astronomy it can be mentioned that our current moon previously was a satellite or moon around Maldek and it is not natural. It has an inner construction made out of Titanium. When our current artificial moon was put into orbit around Earth a long time ago the two natural moons that then existed were removed. These two moons will be recreated via terra-forming and the current artificial moon will be removed.
Yet one more planet will be recreated. In it is the innermost planet, inside the orbit of Mercury, called Vulcan. It is small, but was observed from Earth around 1840-1850, but can currently not be seen.
Further, some sources state that Earth has a most unique position in this galaxy. A certain singularity source exists within Earth, from which the whole Milky Way Galaxy grew. This makes Earth a very special and sought after planet, over which many wars have been fought. It can possibly also explain why Earth was not destroyed to the extent that the other water plants were in this solar system. It has further been stated that our solar system will approach and move closer to that of the Sirius system and become a part of it, and its existing suns; Sirius A, B and C.
As we discuss astronomical or geo-physical changes it is also interesting to note that at the time before Atlantis went under Earth had two Firmaments surrounding it. They were two spherical layers of ice crystals in the atmosphere surrounding Earth, which were held in place via the earlier mentioned advanced crystal technologies that existed on Atlantis. The Firmaments served the function of providing a protected and temperate climate around all Earth. When Atlantis went under and the crystals disappeared to the bottom of the ocean the Firmaments could no longer be held in place and the ice crystals fell down to earth. This created the basis for what was retold in the Bible as the Deluge due to the Fall of Man and the anger of the Gods. Recall that as Atlantis went under Humanity fell from full consciousness to limited consciousness.
Atlantis and Lemuria will once again be raised to the surface once the transformation of the surface of Mother Earth starts in earnest. The Firmaments will then also be restored together with the two original moons. This will be part of creating a balanced and temperate climate on Earth.
Let us return again to the fall of Atlantis 13000 years ago, but from a different angle. The remaining and now in capacity reduced human race managed to establish a primitive existence on other continents. Shortly after the fall of Atlantis the Anunnaki extraterrestrial race entered the scene and approached Earth. Their home base is on the planet Nibiru, or sometimes called Planet X, or Planet of the Crossing. It is a planet that goes in an elliptical orbit between Sirius and our Sun. The Anunnaki are sometimes called the Nephilim and were very large in stature – giants. It was a hybrid race with human genetics from Sirius B and reptilian genes from the Orion system. The Anunnaki people worked together with their rulers the Dracos.
As the human race had digressed in development and moved backwards to limited consciousness with its lower vibrations it become easy for the Anunnaki people to land on Earth and set themselves up as gods in the eyes of humanity. The Anunnaki people were not only large in size they had special technologies and abilities as well. The Anunnaki did introduce certain technologies and knowledge, which led to flourishing cultures such as the Sumerians. They built step pyramids, Ziggurats, in Mesopotamia and elsewhere. They functioned as holy places where the Anunnaki showed themselves. Also it was a place for the male Anunnaki to sire offspring with female humans. The offspring was called half-gods. The half-gods had special abilities, such as long lives, stemming from the father’s lineage. These half-gods and their offspring in turn became the founders of the tradition of kingships, under the tutelage of the Anunnaki. During subsequent centuries and millennia Kings were selected from offspring of the original half-gods. They carry a certain special bloodline, which is sometimes referred to as blue blood in nobility and royal families. This has led to attempts to keep royal families marrying within themselves to preserve this bloodline. This same bloodline is also important for the Freemasons. In order to reach the top 33d level within the Freemasons today blood tests are performed and this particular bloodline is required.
The Light did not leave Humanity all together in the hands of the Anunnaki after the fall of Atlantis. Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mohammed came to spread the Light. However, the religions that were formed following the departure of such Masters were infiltrated by the dark led by the Anunnaki. The Christian religion went through a major directional change starting with gathering in Nicea in 325 a.d., under the Roman Emperor Konstantin. Before this date the Christian faith contained the concept of reincarnation, but not the concept of sin, and Jesus was seen as somebody who set an example that could be followed and not the Son of God, which nobody else could achieve. Around this time the concept of sin was introduced and a system of going to church to beg, pray for and buy the absolution of your sins. This made the Catholic Church very wealthy over the centuries.
After the time of Jesus Christ the control over mankind became less overt and was achieved by the Anunnaki and their minions through more subtle means. Many secret organizations were formed and some not so secret, such as the Freemasons. Much of the focus was on creating fear and suffering among the populations, which advanced the agenda of the Anunnaki and their overlords.
Lets move quickly forward to the time of the French revolution. Around this time various dark groups supported by secret organizations and the Anunnaki started to use the name Illuminati – the illuminated. However, they are not of the Light, but quite dark. Today the Illuminati consists of about 13 leading families, included here are the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and a range of European dark nobility families.
At around the time of the French revolution and the American Revolution Count Saint Germain was active and incarnated in France. This soul was also incarnated as Joseph, father of Jesus, at that time. He was also Christopher Columbus and Merlin at King Arthur’s court. He and Sananda (Jesus) work very closely today and will come back together. So, at around this time St Germain established what is called the Saint Germain World Trust. It is a fund that has been accruing in value since this time, thanks to his financial genius. Also, at this time Saint Germain was key to assisting the Founding Fathers with writing the American Constitution. As the Founding Fathers hesitated in signing the document they had created – fearing for their lives – he appeared in front of them, a stranger, and gave a speech that gave them courage to sign the document.
Since this period in history the dark, mainly the Illuminati, have dominated our world and since 1913 they have used the American Central Bank as a key instrument for this. The 13 Illuminati families own Federal Reserve Bank. The dark have had a very sinister agenda of depopulation on Earth via a range of catastrophes, while at the same time building underground bases to which they would retire and survive the catastrophes in.
As part of the depopulation program the dark designed a plan for three World Wars. The Third World War was intended to be a conflict between the Moslem world and the Western Christian civilizations. The Illuminati’s creation of Israel was part of this plan at the end of World War Two. The state of Israel was created in 1948 based on The Balfour Declaration from 1917, a letter from the then British prime minister to Lord Rothschild – a banker. Attempts are still made to create a Third World War, but it will not be successful.
Also, at the end of World War Two when the first nuclear bombs were detonated it attracted much attention among extraterrestrials. They realized that we were not a sufficiently mature society to handle such powerful weapons. The result became that large number of ships from a number of planetary systems came to our shores to observe and protect. In fact, many sources have stated on numerous occasions that they would interfere if a nuclear war were to develop, and make our nuclear devices non-operable.
While the Anunnaki dark minions, Illuminati and others, have sought to both depopulate Earth and to establish slave like control of the remaining population they have not been successful. Their luck has turned. Around 1995 the Anunnaki decided to abandon their old dark habits at the same time as the Anchara Alliance entered a Peace Treaty with the Galactic Federation of Light. The result became that the dark minions on Earth no longer had the support of the Anunnaki. However, they did not decide to follow the example of the Anunnaki, to join the Light, in spite of encouragement to do so.
However, the Creator and Heaven (non-physical spiritual beings in the seventh dimension or higher) have declared that Humanity on Earth will end its sojourn in the dark – a fact that the dark is trying to ignore. In fact, the Creator intended the dark period for Humanity after the fall of Atlantis to be a period of soul development and growth for Humanity, and from which Humanity would come back. It was never intended to be permanent. Souls volunteered to be part of this experience for their own benefit.
As we transition towards a new Reality of Love and Full Consciousness a battle of the souls and minds of humanity is taking place. It is a battle that the Light will win. It is made possible and fueled by the inner developments among Lightworkers, which makes outer changes and developments possible.
The Galactic Federation of Light will soon be formally introduced by certain Light oriented major governments to the people of Earth. This is where we currently are in the spring of 2015. As the Galactic Federation is introduced our Ascended Masters will also return. This will include Sananda, Saint Germain, Buddha, Mohammed, Hilarion, Mitreya and many more. Also at this time we will be introduced to our cousins in Inner Earth (Agartha).

Think back to when you were a teenager; just about everything felt odd, out of place, embarrassing and just plain uncomfortable.  
You would ask yourself, “Where is my confidence?!  I know it’s in here somewhere” and there were days when you just did not know how to feel or act.
 
As the next wave of the shift comes to your Earth plane, you may begin to feel something very similar.  
You and those around you are working to find your place, your niche as a new society develops and it may be challenging on many different levels.  
Stepping up and introducing yourself to this new energy can be awkward but, remember the well of determination within and know you are truly capable of this task!

3 Signs of Unhealthy Parental Pressure and How to Deal With It.

Everyone feels parental pressure from time to time, but there comes a point when it becomes toxic and detrimental.
Parents are the ones who love and care for us most, and a little parental pressure is natural. They want us to succeed and become the best version of ourselves.


Yet, there are times when parents can be more hurtful than supportive. Some parental pressure is important to help us succeed and instill a strong work ethic as we grow. This makes it quite difficult to quite understand when parental pressure goes from encouraging to damaging.


We assume all that our parents do for us is positive because they are our parents and they love us. This article explores when parental pressure becomes too unhealthy and how we can deal with it effectively. 

1. Lack of self-motivation


The irony of pushing children to succeed is that it creates a paradox where children associate hard work with parental pressure. They then don’t develop a work ethic of their own because they are not working for a goal of their own, they are working to please their parents. 

This is detrimental to children as they age when parents are not there to push them. They lack sustainable motivation through further education and into their careers, reducing the chances of future successes.

Children under excessive parental pressure also become much more complaisant to their parents’ wishes. This replaces autonomous thinking and judgment, affecting their problem-solving capabilities and need for self-reliance. 

Overall, too much parental pressure can remove the child’s ability to look inward to find strength and motivation. This will end up holding them back in their future endeavors. 

2. Failure feels like the end of the world


Children who face unrelenting parental pressure begin to associate their identity strongly with their grades or the sport they play. If this becomes too entrenched in their personality, failing in academics or sport can cause their personality to fail also. 

This leaves children who face too much pressure from parents twice as likely to suffer from mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. 

3. Too good to be true


The worst effect of too much parental pressure is those who appear to be completely happy and successful. These children are actually hiding behind a false front and a fake sense of self. Teens who are forced to succeed throughout school will fail to develop a real sense of who they are as a person.


This will lead to an identity crisis in the future when they have less parental pressure to maintain the façade. 

Without real acceptance of who children are as an individual, they will be hard pushed to accept themselves. As a result, this can lead to a variety of mental health issues and recklessness as young adults. 
How to deal with too much parental pressure

As a child


If you are currently dealing with too much parental pressure at home and want to take the problem head on, it’s time to talk to your parents. Try to remain calm and ask your parents to respect your views at the beginning of the conversation. Parents are much more likely to take on the opinions of their child when the conversation is approached maturely. 

Be clear on your points and know the clear points you want to make, but don’t forget parents need a little reassurance, too. If you need them to back off a little with regard to academics, reassure them you will not allow your grades to slip. If you have an alternative idea for a university course or wish to defer a year, research all of your options and present them with evidence of your alternatives. 

Showing that you are mature enough to understand your own decisions and accept their consequences will garner respect. Thus, you will find your parents will be much more accepting of your views.


Be willing to compromise a little. Allow them to monitor grades or take part in research with you. Ultimately, parents just want to be involved in ensuring the best path for their children. Allowing them to have input will help them feel as though they are helping you along your path. 

As an adult


If you suffered from too much parental pressure as a child and are suffering the effects as an adult, it’s important to understand where it is that you suffer. If your self-esteem has taken a hit, or you’re not entirely sure who you are as an individual, take some time to find things you enjoy. Create successes in finding new things and finding what you’re good at. 

Where your work ethic may be lacking, it is still possible to strengthen it. Practice working alongside rewards to build motivation and concentration. 

Child-parent relationships can be incredibly complicated. It is a careful balance between support and encouragement, both of which can easily slip into babying and pressure. 

Asserting yourself to a parent can seem scary, but it is all part of growing up. Parents are doing their best to raise their children. Sometimes they need a little input from their child to help them parent correctly.

4 Alchemical Tools for Spiritual Transmutation.

The ancient art of Transmutation has stretched and webbed itself to mean different things throughout various theologies and esoteric studies. In pure Alchemy, it is the act of turning lead into gold, whereas within the darker halls of the esoteric soul sciences, it is the act of bringing your shadows to light to become the greatest, most illuminated version of yourself. As gold is the goal within the chemical and physical processes; wisdom and joy are the goals when it comes to “spiritual” Alchemy.
In modern society, we are taught as very young children to feel “good” or “bad” about certain emotions and ultimately parts of ourselves we’ve already associated with these emotions. The raising of children lead to believe that anger is unacceptable or embarrassing, or that having individual wants and needs is selfish and shameful, sows the seeds for future adults who believe that money is God and aptly surrender their lives to participate in what is deemed appropriate by the masses.
I remember being SOOO damn confused as a child having adults around me tell me things like they had “wished” they had gone after their dreams, or if they could go back and do some things over they would. Seemingly putting out an underlying message or even a warning perhaps of what’s to come later in life.
These same adults preaching how important it is to learn and study, which is absolutely true; however it is WHAT we are taught to focus on that I have a problem with as a 40-year-old woman…and it’s one I’ve had since I was a 4-year-old girl…
Whether we have figured it out yet or not, we are raised in a world of confusion, conundrums, and hypocrisy. The parent living vicariously through their children; putting more effort into seeing how their pushes and pulls on their children towards or away from certain things, is somehow worth more than putting in the same effort to manifest these types of “successes” for themselves.
It never made sense to me as a child to see an adult be so talented as something, and then not do it for years because someone made a rude comment or told them they weren’t good enough at some point. Like the lack of pure, unadulterated (no pun intended) joy was worth giving up, just to keep our sad stories alive and well of why we “can’t do it” or “don’t have enough time to do it”. This isn’t and wasn’t the most confusing part for me growing up. It was rather the fact that while those around me were literally in jobs they hate, working to impress people they don’t even really like, voluntarily giving up the pursuit of their own dreams, yet somehow find the time to push us as children to “never give up” on our own.
How can a child learn to express their greatest potentials with the adults around them living lives where they are doing anything but?

While I don’t have children personally, I’ve come to understand throughout my own learning processes, that adults do not actually exist and we are ALL just children; some of us who’ve been here a bit longer than others. What I mean by this is that we don’t ever actually “grow up” but rather we grow “out of” or “into” different versions of ourselves. But ultimately, we never lose who we are as children and if we are wise, we learn to appreciate that rather than thinking it is something to be ashamed of, for it is our childlike wonder, enwrapped in our imaginations that are ultimately weaving our lives…stitch by stitch…thought by thought…
We can keep a firm grip on our inner child, while also allowing it to keep us grounded to our roots. This is something I think many people give up throughout their lives and once we have convinced ourselves that inner child has long since gone, it becomes so much easier to convince ourselves it’s too late to become our greatest selves, which cannot happen without the acceptance and embracing of all facets of your existence, and this includes facing our darkest shadows, to allow the brightest light from with to emerge.
Thus this brings us to the 4 Alchemical Tools for Spiritual Transmutation and they are as follows…
  1. Nigredo (Confession) – Connecting with your deepest and darkest desires, facing your shadows, proactively looking at parts of yourself without judgment.
  2. Albedo (Illumination) – Focusing on building a connection between the conscious and unconscious mind, interacting with and reading the world around you through symbols, dreams, and archetypes.
  3. Citrinitas (Education) – Transference and Countertransference work that focuses on our interactions with others and the world at large to get a better view of our place within it.
  4. Rubedo (Transformation) – Focusing on individuation and authentic personification; i.e. living your most true and highest potential self.
Now, I’ve purposely omitted including more information on these stages because my intention is not to point which way to go, but rather to plant a seed and just get you started in the right direction; whatever that is for you personally. I know for me, researching new topics with the sole intention of gaining new and wider perspectives, is the key that opens the door to the Universe. And once the Universe is invited and welcome into your life, it will gently but firmly point the way for you…
We all just need to look up and within as only then we will know we are never truly without. Happy transmuting!

Teacher Uteah: “You worry that you may put words in my mouth. Let go of such concerns. Anyone of us could transmit the words of truth that you receive through your mental process. Indeed, all beings of light are ‘truthful’ and would approve of the gist of the loving guidance provided to the children of time and space. 

“Indeed, teamwork has been conceived as the modus operandi of the spiritual realms — yours included. What do I mean by that? Human beings also live on a spiritual plane, even though it is unbeknownst or neglected by many. During your human infancy, much focus is placed on your physical reality, as you need to ‘activate’ your carnal vehicle to find your bearings in this material reality. Even your Master Jesus had to undergo such a formation stage. 

“Your body is meant to be the instrument fostering the development of your soul. Jesus quickly came to this understanding, and this was the access door to His amazing spiritual evolution — blending His humanity with His divinity, thus setting the tone for each one of you. 

“What are you waiting for to follow His lead? Stop procrastinating and coming up with weak excuses for delaying your spiritual activation. By doing so, you are working against yourself. As well, rather than entertaining doubts as to your spiritual nature, why don’t you investigate it? Do you think that Jesus misled you? Then, why not stand 100% behind His words and live according to them? Why refuse yourself the joy of yielding the rewarding fruits of the Spirit during your human incarnation? 

“By turning over the many stones paving your material reality, you will come to discover the spiritual treasures buried under them. Your spiritual antennas will get deployed and start picking up on the other dimensions of your existence, bringing you ever closer to God. Soon, this at first intangible and mysterious Being will start revealing Himself in a very personal and intimate way. You will then get ‘hooked’ to your spiritual nature and never again shall you rudely turn your back to your Inner Beloved.”

It is time to keep your eyes wide open.  There may be people and situations being designed specifically to move you into ‘fear mode’.  
Some may attempt to ‘sell you’ beliefs and ideas that do not resonate.  
Many have chosen to stay asleep in the comfort of the mass consciousness, ignoring the mounting energy engulfing your world and choosing to remain blissfully unaware that things are changing at break-neck speed.  
Free will dictates that you get to decide what works and does not work for you!
 
The Universe knows this may sound a bit disheartening and a little more than disappointing.  
But, in keeping your eyes open, you will be able to see those around you that are ready for change, to step into their light and rise above the status quo.  
This is where your bright light, radiating Unconditional Love and peace, comes into play.  
Be the luminous beacon that helps light the way out of the darkness.

Getting what you want


QUESTION: Masters I recently had my dream job pop up. I had experience in the field and did very well in the interview. I believed I would get it, even packed my bags to move but after everything I still didn’t get it, why? I used to believe that asking spirit, believing, and manifesting would work but now I’m just left completely devastated. ~Emma, Australia.

 ANSWER: You didn’t receive the job because someone more qualified was offered the position. You are not the only one in the universe and therefore cannot predict and demand for yourself alone when others are involved and there are multiple variables at play. It is like deciding you want to win the lottery and there are 100,000 other souls who all have the same desire and are working to create the energy to make them the winner.

 Manifestation is a very real power, but it only works if you have control over all the variables in the situation. Having a single expectation, or any expectation, concerning the outcome of an event is limiting and often disastrous, just like this job search.

 Say you think that you need a salary of 20,000 dollars and that is what you ask for. Then inflation hits, and you really need 30,000. All your expectations for 20,000, if they are fulfilled, would leave you wanting. It is always best to seek not what you think you absolutely cannot live without, but something better than your belief. Then the universe will provide for your needs.
Spirits and guides cannot make something happen. They are prevented from interfering with the living taking place on Earth. Their purpose is to assist with advice and possible alternatives to your single-minded direction.

 Pick yourself up out of your depression and start working on that “perfect” job. Define the minimum of what you want. Then send the energy out to the universe for that or something better. And, be open to all possibilities. If you are thinking only of a specific job, and a hybrid that has much more potential comes along, you will not give it a look. But if you look at everything that gives you an energetic twinge, you will make the right connection. Don’t give up on yourself.
 

Need to know specific cause


QUESTION: Masters, I would like to ask about dyslexia, in my case is it genetic or was it the result of a systemic loyalty? As an adult I was able to realize that my mother is dyslexic but never diagnosed. At first, I thought I had genetically inherited but a medium friend told me that it’s all about limiting beliefs. There are several causes of dyslexia and one of them is ‘Acquired’. Some very traumatic event happened in past lives or even in that one that makes me believe that I need to find out to make the connection and reprogram my cells, am I right? ~Maressa, Brazil.

 ANSWER: Everything a soul experiences during their time in a human body is by choice. It doesn’t really matter what specific cause is used by your body to subject it to the dyslexia, just that you wished to have the experience, so you brought it into your life.

 How you deal with the difficulty is the learning part of the lesson. Most of the time, the way a person works through their lessons is totally dependent upon the beliefs (usually called their belief systems) they have chosen to control the way they will interact with and react to their surroundings. This is known as creating your illusion or reality of life.

 If you accept that the disorder is insurmountable, then you will never be able to deal with it. If you see the condition as something that causes you to find new and different ways to accomplish what others can easily do, then you will conquer it.

 There is no need to reprogram your cells. All you have to do is know you can find alternative ways to deal with this situation – and it will be so. Your mother is dyslexic, as you have surmised, and your genes inherited from her brought the same scrambling of nerve endings into your body.

 While it is possible to create a blueprint for your nerves that would erase the dyslexia, that is much more complicated and time consuming than working with what you have. This is not your only chosen life lesson, and dealing with the physical correction would delay or prevent your finishing the rest of your lessons.

 But, as with all things during a physical incarnation, the choice of action is up to you. From a spiritual perspective, nothing is considered right or wrong.
 

Loveless marriage and dreams


QUESTION: Masters I got married at very young age. I never felt deep love for my husband because I was in love with someone before marriage. My hubby knew it before marriage but said he will make me forget all my pains. After marriage I realized that he was a big bully, short tempered and used to hit me all the time. Many times I decided to leave him but couldn’t because of kids. I started living my fantasy life by day dreaming of having other men in my life. that kept me alive. I did fell in love with someone, but nothing worked out. I am still with my husband. He has changed a lot but from time to time his bully nature comes back and I feel that I am back to square one. Will this situation ever end, will he change for good? ~Nana, Canada.

 ANSWER: Your husband worked to make you forget your deep love by replacing it with a fear of himself and his actions. You were very naïve and vulnerable at that young age. You let him convince you of what you truly wanted. Your desire to have a family blinded you to the situation and you accepted that he knew what was good for you better than you did. You gave him all your power.

 Your excuse of not leaving him because of the children is just a reason to not deal with something you didn’t think you could do. The living situation with his temper and actions has been more frightening for the children than getting a divorce and finding an alternative living arrangement. You are still allowing him to make all your decisions for you.

 It is time to step up and take responsibility for your own future. Spending all your time in dreams is being disrespectful to yourself and those around you. Where are the children while you are in your fantasy world? Do you think they are in any better position than you in standing up to their father and facing reality?

 Your brief contact with another potential partner was doomed to failure because you didn’t believe you deserved to have happiness since your power is still in the hands of your husband. Ask yourself: Who is important to you?

 Your husband’s future is up to him. He has always been a bully because it is the only way he feels he can be in control. He is basically a very fearful individual but is beginning to realize he doesn’t have to be disrespectful to others.

 What you must do is decide if you want to be completely responsible for yourself. If you do, you must learn to love yourself enough to do what resonates within you and not let others push you around. The choice is yours.

Madison from the US asks the Masters: Why do my parentals keep kicking me out of either of their residencies and then allow me to come back time and again? How much evil resides in either of those houses?
 
Answer: The negativity resides within you and the desire to manipulate the situation. Would you allow YOU into the house, if it were yours, considering the way you have been behaving? They keep letting you back in because they love you and hope that you will change, work with them, and appreciate what they are providing for you.
 

 Paulo from Brazil asks the Masters: I do not know what is happening more suddenly out of nowhere my eyes start to tear like I'm crying, and neither am I sad, what is happening?
 
Answer: You are suffering emotional flashbacks from prior lives. The crying is the release of the energy you could not release then, and it is now venting out of you. Just let it go. If you wish to find out what it concerns, ask your guides to give you a recap before you go to bed at night. They can then return you to the events during your sleep.
 
Divya from India asks the Masters: Will there ever be reconciliation between me and a friend who I had a major fall out with. Does she even miss me and our friendship like I do?
 
Answer: There are a number of variables involved, so it is impossible to say exactly what is going to happen. Examine what you feel this friendship was about. Why do you miss it so much? Why did you feel the way you did and say the things you did? Communication is the only way to bring you together again. Extend an olive branch and see if she will take hold.
 
SB from Singapore asks the Masters: 6 months back I didn't want to work because I was unaware of the feeling of being independent and was scared to work but I got the job then. And when I started learning to enjoy my work my contract was over. I desperately want to work. I want to know what went wrong here and am I going to get a good job again. I’m feeling so depressed and sad that even after trying and working hard they didn't renew my contract. Please help what should I do?
Answer: Your internal confusion was being felt by your employer and they were afraid you might swing back to not wanting to work. You are sabotaging yourself by your constant inner turmoil. Clear your mind completely. Visualize what you want to be doing. Project that vision, unequivocally, out into the universe and wait for the invitation. Then DO NOT keep vacillating.
 
Sagratasi from Brazil asks the Masters: I’ve been experiencing some profound changes in my Self and my perceptions. What does it mean? Is it influences from outside (like vampires)? Sometimes I feel like I’m completely disconnected from my Soul.
 
Answer: Every soul creates their own reality through adopting beliefs. These beliefs will change whenever the soul feels something is more appropriate to its world than what it had been accepting. Change is the way you learn and grow. There are no right or wrong ways to accomplish it. It is possible to change your beliefs because you allow someone else to influence your decisions – but you are still the one who makes the choices. Nothing from outside forces you to make any of these changes.
Sergio from Brazil asks the Masters: Would it be strange to live here on Earth and not have ambition? Like buying a car or apartment? Here in Brazil, and perhaps in the rest of the world, people are very cautious about having things, but I do not see myself with those ambitions. I do not know if it's a blockage on my part, fear or if I really do not care. I bought an apartment that is in the works phase, but I regretted it, I feel heavy with this obligation to pay the installment. Why does it happen?
 
Answer: You have made a choice and now want to do away with the responsibility. That is the reason some people have no ambition – because they don’t desire to be “burdened” with responsibility. There is absolutely nothing wrong with spending your life in that state. Do what feels like it resonates with your soul.
 

 

Nora from the US asks the Masters: I’ve never been happy, why?
Answer: You have to allow yourself to be happy, and you have never thought that you deserved to be. Start by learning to love yourself for all the difficult lessons you have taken on. You are a magnificent soul who has had many negative lives, and you keep clinging to that negativity. Chase it away and embrace the unconditional love of the universe, and you will be able to perceive happiness.

 
 
Sophia from the US asks the Masters: How many "twin flames" can we have?
 
Answer: You can have one, and only one, twin flame. When you broke off from Source energy, you split shortly after into two. Those two are twin flames. The soul didn’t divide any further.
 
 
Stephanie from Canada asks the Masters: Would you be willing to tell me about some of my past lives? I am curious about two different white marks on my body in particular. On my tongue and my back, what are they from? What relationships did I have with my children and partner in those lives?
Answer: This is the first time you have shared a life with your current family members. The mark on your tongue is a genetic, present-life occurrence. The mark on your back is from a spear wound obtained in battle when you got frightened and started to run away. You were only nine years old, and it was your older brother who threw the spear. You held on to the energetic mark out of a sense of guilt and disgrace. It will stop bothering you if you revisit that event and release the shame. You were only a child and not prepared for what happened. Your brother, who hated you because you were the favorite of your father, also encouraged you to run before he speared you.
 
 
Sa from India asks the Masters: Things in my life right now are changing rapidly. Although I'm very happy, I would like to know if things are going in the right direction. Is he the right man? Am I right in my decision to prioritize him over my career?
 
Answer: Each soul creates their own journey. You make choices in order to learn about life, negativity, and turning toward positivity. Nothing is right or wrong in the spiritual sense – just a learning experience. You should base your choices on what feels right to you at the time. There is no single possibility for life.
 
 
Maria from Brazil asks the Masters: I would like to know about certain blood donation, because some have doctrines that do not allow the member to donate blood, what happens when blood is donated?
 
Answer: Some doctrines forbid the donation of blood, the eating of some meats, the drinking of alcohol, or dancing. These are all belief systems that are imposed by religious organizations. None of these activities is harmful, per se. When someone has been in an accident and lost a great deal of their blood, since blood carries oxygen, they need to replace some blood in order to survive. Donating blood is an easy procedure and transfusing it is, as well. Nothing harmful or painful is required.
 
 
Liane from Portugal asks the Masters: I fell in love with my co-worker on my last job, I never told him anything, because I was not sure if it was reciprocated. Was he in love with me too? if yes why he did not show his feelings? Is there still any chance we'll be together or never see each other again? Does he belong to my soul group?
 
Answer: He is not a member of your soul group and he had no romantic feelings for you. Whether you see him again or not is up to you. He never paid that much attention to you. If you talk to him, he might “see” you and decide if he is interested.

Greetings friends, we are the Pleiadian Collective. 
We see Gaia in her many forms of beauty, currently in the midst of great change. We wish to welcome and send a special greeting to our many grounded ones, our precious ground team, that have been holding the light so steadfastly, so faithfully. Your work has not gone unnoticed. In fact, we cheer you on daily as you hold the light, the love frequencies amidst the tornadoes of emotions.
Perhaps you have seen us of late? Perhaps you will see more of us soon. For we are in the midst of the great intermingling and some of us are better at it than others. We see you by your energy signatures, we know you, precious ground team. You are well known and well loved. And so, we wish to alert you to our presences as we adjust in our human suits to these rocky energies. Although you are ascending, it is still a drop to experience your current energy, and it comes as a shock to many of us. For we feel the turmoil, the unrest and we too struggle a bit to hold the light. You are masters at this we see, and we hold you with high respect. We have much friendship, technology, information, love, to offer you and in return we wish to partner with you for the betterment of humanity, for Gaia’s healing. Much change is about to “get real”, as you say. It is true that we are the in the final push, that the dark is being vanquished, that the light has won and that you are just about to see all of this as you so wish.
Many of you are experiencing the intense energies with a variety of physical symptoms / ailments that we wish to address:
Sleeplessness: is a main one. Your circadian rhythms are jumping all over the place as you adjust to these higher frequencies, which we see. This makes it most interesting when you are meeting with us in your astral state and popping in and out of our reality as you go in and out of your dream state. It is quite funny and we always look forward to your visits. We know that on your end of it it, the physical part of you that is beyond exhausted, it may not seem funny, which we respect, and we thank you for your service and we assure you this is not a forever step.
Increased beauty: Such is a lovely side effect of time in the higher realms, it is true. Bathe in these higher frequencies and your bodies will respond glowingly. We Pleiadians do not age unless we choose that experience / appearance. And so we do not see it is a necessary experience. We enjoy our bodies, we enjoy feeling young and fit. We see humanity too will be enjoying this pleasant side effect in the near future.
Increased laughter: For many of you, increased joy levels, increased mirth, increased pleasure awareness, whether it be admiring the beauty of the sunset or feeling “slap happy” as you say – these lovely bubbly energies may make you feel fizzy, with glee. We do laugh a lot. It is not always so serious with us Pleiadians. But we have been in the midst of a pretty intense energy war for your planet for a very long time. We enjoy a good laugh and are pleased when we feel your laughter up in the ships. Laughing, we assure you, is a high vibe experience.
Love: Increased capacity to love is yet another lovely adventurous side effect from these incoming energy gamma waves from the great central sun. The crust around your hearts from eons of solitude, forgetfulness and programming is melting away. Enjoy feeling an expansion of love, and expansion of your true self. For remember Love is who you truly are. There is only love.
Wisdom: Many of you will feel more honed in, more tuned in to your inner knowing, your gut feeling and you will just know something is true without needing to back it up or substantiate it with hard facts from other source. Your innate knowing will be enough because you are becoming more confident with your abilities. This is showing us that you are ready for the higher dimensions as well.
Telepathy: This is coming online friends. We speak telepathically as well – as you know – and soon this will become the norm for you. You may hear us speaking to you in a crowded store or street, sending you love, appreciation for your presence on the ground.
There is much yet for you to learn and to discover. But these are nuggets that we hope you will find encouraging on your journey into the higher dimensions and as you abilities continue to develop, be sure that you nurture them and joyfully acknowledge them. See how far you have come and celebrate your many successes! We do!
We are the Pleiadian Collective, sending you much love on this joyous day of ascension. We embrace you with the white light of peace. Trust your inner knowing and “know” that all of this will turn out just right in the end. Remember you are the one writing your story, with your intentions. Intend, may we suggest lovingly, to ascend with the grace, ease and joy of masters who have done this many times before. And we assure you that you have done this many times before, but never en masse in the physical and never from a planet that sank so low, as dear sweet Gaia allowed herself to sink, vibrationally. And so you have much to rise up from, and we see you as dusting off the dirt and muck from your knees, your clothing and shining like the sun. And so enjoy -soak up! – these lovely high vibe energies from your sun portal and be transformed by them.

We have never had such a grand opportunity to be healthy, happy and free in our so-called civilised history, especially in the western world. Whilst ideological and debt enslavement are very real types of modern slavery, the information that we can access from the hand-sized library that exists in our pockets or bags can help to emancipate us from our suffering, if we so choose.
And given the marvellous innovation of the internet and the information it stores, the extreme levels of sickness, sadness and stress are a very disturbing reflection of our modern age.
Tribal cultures in many cases lived more wholesomely than the majority of people today. Granted, because they didn’t have access to modern surgery and other technologies the original people’s didn’t live as long, but more often than not they were philosophically and practically wise well beyond our current collective consciousness.
They had a quality of life that is completely unmatched by the current standard, even if they didn’t have the same quantity of life.
And who wants to live longer if they’re constantly suffering anyway. That suffering isn’t just limited to the many socioeconomic issues in less financially wealthy areas on our planet, but also the physical, psychological, emotional, philosophical and spiritual sicknesses in the more rich regions, especially the western world.
So make no mistake: we are collectively sick. We are divided and fighting each other. We are toxic in mind, body and spirit. We are plagued with disease. We are philosophically incoherent. We are sad and stressed. And we are lost little children forgetting to play in this magically, mad playground.
Sure, the design of the system does generate this. Corporate media creates an uniformed populace. Curriculums indoctrinate children into the status quo instead of teaching self-discovery and health and life skills. People in government allow corporations and the ultra-rich to control macro policy. Pharmaceutical monopolies suppress natural cures and tout toxic alternatives. Mainstream food and water supplies are poisonous. The profits of money creation by central and commercial banks go to private stakeholders instead of funding public infrastructure and social programs.
The list goes on.
It’s called structural sickness. With a system constructed like this, huge numbers of people are going to be dis-eased and in despair. Yet putting the blame on the politicians, the financial elite, the corporations or just the system itself is just another form of sickness because it’s We, the People, who allow it to be this way.
If we banded together to change it, it would. Instantly.
So until we do this, we need to take immense care of ourselves. It’s way more challenging than what it should be, but it has to be done to restore and protect our health. After all, every individual always has the ultimate responsibility and authority over themselves, even if they were born into an inherently ill society.
Now of course you might contract an illness outside of your control. It could be energetic, genetic, epigenetic or born from the pollutants in the air, earth, food or water. However, there is an empowered response you can have. For example, a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with advanced cancer. I called her to express my empathy and her response was:
“It was the wake up call I needed. I had let myself get too stressed, but it’s all good because I’ve fucking got this.”
She’s doing all types of treatments in response, including mainstream and alternative ones. She’s not letting the sick medical system dictate how she will treat herself, instead she’s intelligently responding with agency.
It’s a story that so many people could learn from.
Yet, regardless of whatever ways you’re personally struggling, there are actions you can take. For example:
  • Re-educate yourself: Indoctrination and propaganda are very real, and we’ve all fallen subject to it to varying degrees. Therefore, question all your beliefs. Research beyond the mainstream narratives and dogmas. Redesign your mind and heart in ways which are healthy for both you, and those around you.
  • Detoxify your body: Take specific minerals to cleanse yourself. Eat a toxin-free, plant-dominant diet. Eat free-range, organic meat (if you’re an omnivore). Stretch and exercise. Drink clean water.
  • If you don’t like your job, change it: Many people hate the work they do, but don’t do anything about it. You might not be able to change it overnight, but you can study to lead you on a new path. And in the meantime, take a less stressed approach to it. After all, stress kills, so your health will benefit and therefore thank you with a happier mind and body.
  • Spend money on your health: Healthy forms of recreation are a good way to balance out the stressors of the rat race, however you need to invest some of your money in your own health. Buy better food and eat less. Drink less alcohol and get out in nature more. Buy cheap minerals like Iodine to cleanse the toxins from your body. Invest your time and money in a service from a mental or physical health clinician, to invest in your wellbeing.
  • Redesign your body-brain: The neurology that runs through our entire body, including in the second brain (located in the digestive system), can be rewired in healthier and happier ways. Clinical research has conclusively proven that meditation and hypnotherapy (or other mindfulness practices) can quickly and easily break poor patterns and habits, cure mental and physical illness and create a new, more improved you. Think about it like eating, drinking and sleeping: it’s a necessary self-service. Do it.
Ultimately, health is much, much more than just physical and mental health. Subcategories you should consider when assessing and expanding your own levels of self-mastery include physical, psychological, emotional, intellectual, philosophical, sexual, spiritual, behavioural, creational, relational and recreational wellbeing.
So to reiterate, in the age of information we can cleanse our mind and body from the toxins we’ve accumulated and take a preventative approach for our future. That’s our choice. We can also live a life of suffering, if we choose too. Regardless of which choice you make, just remember that it is your choice.
And we all reap what we sow.

Recent events seem to show our world being turned upside down. With political, ecological, economical and religious stress everywhere, we’ve been experiencing one crisis after another, with no end in sight.
Can anything good come out of this?
Although there is currently a wave of change occurring at a global scale, the natural state of human beings is one of crisis.
We are the only living beings (that we know of) that are aware of our own existence, of the changes we go through internally and externally, and how we expect the world should be. We are constantly in the process of going from the known toward the unknown, the familiar towards the unexpected. It’s no surprise that we are constantly in crisis, the crisis of being alive. We feel this crisis in our perpetual states of existentialanxiety,tension, and anguish.

Why is Crisis Necessary?

Our basic spiritual desire to answer the questions “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?” are born from the crisis of being alive and not knowing what on earth to do with ourselves.
At a fundamental level, we’re wired to dislike change because it is something we (the ego) can’t control. But our resistance to growth keeps us stranded in a state of stagnation. As a result of this inner stagnation, many of us try to fill this void with all kinds of distractions: work, material consumption, travel, food, socializing, movies, video games, and much more.
The truth is that this abyss within us is always here. But many of us refuse to face this void until we’re forced to, usually through a crisis of sorts.
Every great change in history has occurred in a period of crisis. From Martin Luther King’s revolution and Gandhi’s movement to the French Revolution, the most effective changes have come from the most intense periods of dissatisfaction.
And we’re in such a period right now.
With political and social instability on the rise, we’re starting to see the wide-reaching impacts of chaos and the way it breaks apart our old patterns and paradigms.
Have you ever noticed that when everything is static, we as a collective feel socially indifferent to any particular view? As a result, not much change is possible. But when chaos arises, change is not only inevitable, it is destined.
This is why crisis is actually a necessary force. Without it, we would be stuck rotting away in our ingrained habits, beliefs, and structures.
Rethinking our system and structures is expensive, and there are a whole bunch of people who are invested in preserving the status quo. This system is protected by wealthy elites armed with the power of law, privately owned media, large multinational companies, propaganda, the police force, and the army.
The only way that we, as the other “99%” can make a real, soulful change, is through the force of crisis. Crisis is the only thing that can motivate us enough to change the way we think, feel, and behave.
We have come to a point where a new vision is needed. It has never been needed as much as it is now. Not only is our Earth in an ecological crisis due to our abuse of it, we’re also experiencing a severe political crisis with untold future repercussions.
For these old foundations to dissolve, we must lay new foundations. But for the new to be born, there must be some birth pains. That’s what the crisis we currently face really is.

Why Our Political Leaders Are Immature

The history of politics in Western civilization is full of stories featuring power grabbing or, at best, well-intentioned but psycho-spiritually immature leaders.
Genuinely wise, balanced, whole, and mature politicians are rare. Too many leadership choices are motivated by greed and fear and enabled by immaturity, paranoia, and lack of moral development.
Perhaps our political system is a reflection of our society and education systems that teach us to contribute to the “common good” through self-interest. In our society there is little consideration or exploration of what the “good of the whole” might mean or exploring the primordial questions: “How should I live?” and “How should we all live together?”
Yet when we trace back to the origins of politics we realize how divorced it is from its original Socratic intention as the search for the ideal “good life.”
The good life for Socrates had two primary aspects: what he called “the improvement of one’s soul,” and on the other hand, there is the improvement of one’s society. This sort of Socratic knowledge was what he called wisdom.
This pursuit of wisdom cannot be simply legislated or bureaucratically enforced. The government is only an institution, human-made, and cannot provide the wise society that we seek.
Instead at the center of such a cultural and consciousness revolution must be a spiritual, intellectual and moral rebirth of ourselves as individuals; what Socrates disciple Plato referred to as “Periagoge,” or “a turning around of the soul” toward truth, beauty and good.

Why We Desperately Need Mature Action Right Now

The Platonic ideal of finding wise mature leaders and state heads that are lovers of truth and righteousness rather than wealth and power can be exemplified in cultural leaders such as Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela.
These men were great not so much because they were “special” and unlike us, but precisely the opposite: they exemplified, in concentrated form, what is most human about us. They were aware that the highest form of personal self-actualization comes through serving the growth of the community.
These matured and whole individuals acted almost like crystals of light that were dropped into a toxically charged political system, causing everything to crystallize into a more ordered and harmonious state.
The politicians we have today are spiritually stunted and immature, yet despite this, they continue to get elected. In the end, our leaders are a reflection of us as a society, and as a planet at large. Therefore, our social and ecological health are entirely dependent on our capacity as voters to do some intense soulwork, and go through a genuine process of human maturation.
Only once we have more matured Souls on this planet will we realize that “self-interest” actually includes the concern for other people because we are all interconnected.
The current state of our world brings great despair and anguish to all of us, this is especially true for the old souls with mature hearts among us who feel the rape of society and torture of the earth more intensely.
Mature action involves preserving and protecting all that is left while simultaneously exploring our inner selves and reconnecting to our Souls.
Whether it be political or charitable action, mature action must come from an inner place of humbleness, rather than from a place of “needing to do good” which can easily be tainted with all kinds of needs, such as self-gratification, power, and control – as is the case with so many politicians today.

Intense negotiations are taking place now at the highest levels of world power both in secret and in public, multiple sources agree.  These could result in earth-changing announcements as early as March, they say.  The power struggle in Washington, D.C. is also heading for some sort of climax, as can be seen by U.S. President Donald Trump’s threat to declare a national emergency.
 
One big public move was the announcement of a one-world religion by the Pope, a senior Islamic representative, and representatives from many other religions.  This came after Pope Francis became the first pope in history to visit the Arabian Peninsula, the birthplace of Islam.  The text of the announcement can be seen here:


CIA sources in Southeast Asia say that moving the UN headquarters from New York to Laos will be a big theme of the February 27-28 summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean strongman Kim Jong Un.
Asian secret societies, the U.S. military-industrial complex, and European royals are working on creating a world future planning agency, according to sources involved in the negotiations.
Several official documents related to this have already been signed, say British royal family sources.
MI6, P2 Freemason, Pentagon, and Asian secret society sources also say there is also a strong push for some sort of world government to be announced.  This can now be done in a manner in which there are no losers, only winners, thanks to a rare and nearly perfectly equal balance of world power, they say.
 
The map at the link below shows the three power groups, with the Western alliance in blue, the Eurasian grouping in red, and the Southern alliance in grey.  Each is roughly equal in land mass and population.  Superficially, the map shows the groups’ views on the government of Venezuela, but in reality it is a division over control of the world.


 
The announcement of a unified passport for all African nations last week was one visible sign of the move toward a world government.


In any case, the battle for Venezuela can also be seen as a failed attempt by the neocons (Khazarian mafia) to regain control of the international financial system by seizing the world’s largest oil reserves.
Pentagon sources note that the “U.S. puppet in Venezuela was not recognized by supranational organizations like the European Union, the Organization of American States, the IMF, the World Bank, the African Union, or the UN.”
Also, the UN, the Vatican, and the Red Cross refused to deliver “humanitarian aid” to puppet opposition leader Juan Guaidó because it was a cover for arms shipments, the sources say.  As a result, “the Venezuela coup was an epic fail,” they said.
The failure to grab Venezuelan oil may also force Trump to declare a national emergency—or perhaps more accurately, a national bankruptcy, according to CIA sources.

Benjamin, until the following issue is seriously addressed and corrected within the U.S. military and USA leadership, nothing is going to significantly change.  The ongoing chaos and seemingly never-ending problems that are keeping the USA “stuck” as it is now are that Donald Trump and current key individuals within the U.S. government and military leadership are somehow being controlled by the Zionists/Mossad.  They have unwillingly sold out through blackmail.
I am sure most of them, given an opportunity, would want a way out and will turn around and fight to save America and join the fight to destroy the cancerous New World Order (NWO) who tricked them into such uncomfortable situations, but for now all they want is to save their own reputations and skins, and the only way they can do that as things are is by following the Zionist orders.
We need to turn around and change this to our benefit because of their positions of power and the intricate and deep knowledge they possess of the enemy.  We seriously need to help turn those who are now foes into friends instead.  As things stand now, the Zionists blackmailing them keep ordering them to support and give Israel unlimited aid financially and militarily at all costs.
Little do most people know that Israel IS THE CENTRAL GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE NWO.  This is why our very own corrupt US senators and members of Congress bow instantly to the Elders of Zion commands.  This is also why all the Zionist puppet-country leaders around the globe bow to the state of Israel, because Israel is the puppet master and everyone must always sing by its dark tune.
What Washington and the Pentagon must realize is that the Zionist global cartel headquartered in Israel IS the New World Order movement.  Until the U.S. military realizes that as an undeniable fact and makes it a priority to defeat and forcibly remove all the Zionist leaders, presidents, and prime ministers scattered around the globe who were strategically put into key positions of power in key countries, and put new untainted country patriots in their place, we are just endlessly going around wasting time and doing nothing in a vicious cycle which resembles something like trying to pet and contain in a door-less cage a violent and rabid beast that in reality needs to be put down.
The answer lies in offering immunity to all the key leaders in government and military positions, with the condition that they will be removed at some point to give room to a new, fresh, untainted, uncompromised, and clean leadership.
I honestly don’t see a faster way to move things along in any significant way.  I know we all want justice, but we are not talking here about just the repercussions of a single crime being committed.  We are talking about achieving total and final planetary liberation from thousands of years of physical and spiritual slavery.
Unfortunately, Benjamin, not everyone is as honest and valiant as you to discuss their past in a public forum as you have done.  Luckily, you are a single man and you are a free soul who also happens to be a freedom fighter.  Most world political and military leaders are in a much different position where the public perception means EVERYTHING to their lives, political positions, and professions.
We need to understand that everyone makes mistakes and therefore everyone deserves another chance and a way out IF they genuinely want redemption.  Sadly, most people caught within those unfortunate cycles of evil, as I call it, and are afraid, because no one want to see their lives and reputations destroyed and ruined, their loves ones hurt, incarcerated, or worse, even killed.
I make these statements based not on my perception on what I have read in alternative media channels, but based on my own personal life experiences, because there was sexual abuse and pedophilia within my own family while I was growing up as a small and innocent child.  I am one of those few lucky ones that decided to run away from home at a very early age to put an end to the cycle of evil instead of keep perpetuating onto others as was done to me, my siblings, and loved ones.  Yet I wouldn’t like to see any of my family members’ tormentors punished, killed, or even imprisoned.
Why?  Simply because I realized the true root of that evil and therefore I forgave everyone.  I forgave them because I realized that they were doing it because the same or worse had been done unto them throughout their lives by their parents, grandparents, and so on, but they just were simply afraid and not as strong as me to be able to break free of such dark evil.  They were in reality just victims like me—sad victims of a system that cannot be broken with more evil, but only with unconditional love.
My grandmother used to confide in me as a child the horrors my grandfather used to inflict on my father as she was forced to watch.  So when I was abused, instead of getting angry, I used to feel compassion and be thankful that at least I was not being treated as bad as my poor dad had to endure throughout his entire childhood.
They were completely broken and eventually gave in.  I ran away at 11 years old and eventually learned what love really is.  Knowing love motivated me to become a freedom fighter like you, and here we are trying to fix a deeply broken world with an equally dysfunctional mirror system.
In conclusion, most people had the opportunity to grow up in normal loving families, and to them it will be kind of hard to understand what I am trying to say here, but as loving humans we must realize that certain part of our population wasn’t as lucky as them and instead they have been broken and traumatized through satanic brutalization since birth to eventually continue perpetuating the system of evil we are now trying to overcome.
The only way to stop, for good and for all, this madness of insurmountable dark evil is by giving them a chance to find a way out of the only thing they have ever known, which is their current cycle of evil they seem to be stuck and entrapped by, and just offer them a well monitored opportunity of redemption.  They will also at some point need to be medically and psychologically treated to overcome whatever damage was done by traumas they need to overcome.
 
Part of the answer to put an end to this complicated obstacle lies within the following article, as I unfortunately believe it to be an absolute truth.

You can share that information anyway you want, especially with the high military echelons.
 
Let me just make perfectly clear that only a portion of those compromised can be helped or salvaged.  Perhaps a majority of those are now “helping” behind the huge apparatus of evil, but there are many who have irreparably damaged and those are now set in a mode to kill “everything and everyone” that does not comply with their “programming.”  Those must be eliminated and shot on sight for the good of humanity.

As I have repeatedly said, I was told George Soros was killed over a year ago. After I was told that, his children put out a press release saying they were dividing his fortune among themselves. All we have seen since then are CG (computer-generated) representations of him.
 
I even called the Soros organization to confirm this and they were unable to provide me with proof that he is alive.
 
However, what may have happened is that the people who were still using him as a front had their assets frozen. This may mean we will soon see an “official” death notice put out.

In the past, José Manuel Molina, former mayor of Toledo, stole the archaeological discovery called the Cave of Hercules in Toledo under duress and threats to my lawyer, Oscar Marín, and myself.

Hi Ben,
I think you or your Vatican source have been fooled by an ICO scam. The adrenochrome ICO thing cannot be real.
 
First of all, it is a simple Squarespace website registered via GoDaddy with a video on YouTube. How hard do you think it would be for the authorities to find out who is behind it and shut it down?
 
Secondly, the website claims to be creating a secure cryptocurrency on the Ethereum platform, but nothing on Ethereum is secure. All transactions on Ethereum are visible to the entire world by design. People on the Darknet use private cryptos like Monero and Zcash. They would never use Ethereum.
 
It’s difficult to say why this website exists. It is well-produced. It could be a Darknet joke like the ICO for Jamie Dimon coin with advisor Benis Fartman. It could also be anti-crypto propaganda. One of the banking cartel’s arguments against cryptocurrency is that it can facilitate illegal activity. They need justification for maintaining tight control over the financial system. In this sense, you may be helping to spread their propaganda.
 
The page could also represent a real scam. Perhaps there are greedy people who think they are smart because they have heard of adrenochrome and who want to try to profit from it. The website could be a way to scam those people. It could even be a way for the authorities to ensnare those people.
 
Of course it could also just be the work of a demented individual. There are a lot of things that it could be. What it cannot really be is a serious project. It wouldn’t even make economic sense to create such a currency anyway. The world does not need a currency dedicated to that stuff, just like it doesn’t need a currency dedicated to dentistry. (There actually is a currency called Dentacoin.)
 
I would advise you to be careful when commenting on the crypto space. It is a complex arena and is a minefield of different kinds of scams. In 2017 one of your sources said:
 
 
“As we both know, the real creators of Bitcoin (not the alleged Satoshi Nakamoto, the Japanese computer science inventor) built a back door into the system from the onset. When the time is right, they will empty ALL of the Bitcoin wallets as a start and walk away with more than $100 billion, which is the value of Bitcoin now. Probably it will be much more, especially if they hack all the rest of the blockchains. Who is behind the curtain, pulling the levers—the real Wizard of Oz? The same group (different alphabet-soup characters) that created the Internet so that sensitive data could be sent over cyberspace undetected, from base to base, quickly and quietly.”
 
This statement is provably false and demonstrates a deep lack of understanding. If Bitcoin wallets started to be drained, it would hit the news very quickly and the price of Bitcoin would plummet. There is no way to “walk away with more than $100 billion.” If you steal Bitcoin, then you need to find someone to sell it to. But who can you sell it to in a chaotic scenario where all Bitcoin wallets have just been hacked and drained? It’s nonsense.

The source who said they would take money out of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies said this at a time when they were all reaching record highs. Subsequently they all crashed to a fraction of their peak prices. It sure looks to me like someone took money out of the cryptocurrency world. It is also a fact that the semiconductors used to run the cryptocurrency financial ecosystem all have back doors built into them that the authorities can access.
 
My view is that only physical assets in your own possession and well hidden are safe from the powers that be.

Another one of the things this amazing shift may bring to your consciousness is the need to really look at yourself.  
Imagine standing in front of a full-length mirror and seeing everything.  
The physical, emotional and mental.  Your current and higher self, the soul and the Divine Spark… all available to you and seen by the naked eye.  
What would be your reaction?  Would your brain register shame, joy or guilt?  How about happiness, self-loathing or love?
 
You are being given the opportunity to witness all that has been, all that is and look to all that will be.  
Will you be using these moments to release or continue to hold onto what no longer serves you?  
Only you can make that choice for yourself.
